My mother's experience in purchasing her vehicle at Lexus of Greenville was superb! She was greeted by an employee as soon as she stepped onto the sidewalk. Once inside, she was greeted by Madison Parker, the sales associate who was assigned to her. He was welcoming, customer friendly, and made sure that she was comfortable throughout the entire process. He was diligent in providing information and answering all of her questions. Madison shared many financial options that enabled her to choose the one that best accommodated her budget. She strongly recommends Lexus of Greenville and urges everyone to ask for sales associate Madison Parker. He is the best!

GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I purchased my vehicle earlier this year from another state, moved to Greenville and needed to get my first oil changed. Requested appointment online and never heard any response back. I called and I spoke with Mr. David Romeo, he was able to squeeze me in the same day for an oil change. When I arrived, I was able to leave the car with Mr. Romeo's team and was able to work inside their waiting area. Their waiting area was pretty decent size, I was able to work on my laptop. They told me it would take about 1.5 hours, but they actually got it done in less than an hour. Mr. Romeo also confirmed my additional service I purchased when I bought my vehicle, all in all, great experience at the service department.

Brad and Brett were fantastic. I was appreciative of their patience as I worked through my process of deciding the right car for me. They explained everything in a clear and concise manner and made feel very comfortable with the purchasing process. The finance department was fantastic and had me in and out in 40 minutes. And on top of all that Brett and Brad delivered my car to me personally even though I was an hour and a half away. I highly recommend Lexus of Greenville and will use them again in the future.

Jerry Driggers was my salesman and was a pleasure to work with during the purchasing process. He was very open and honest and did not pressure me. I live in Texas and found my car online. Jerry made the decision very easy by sending pictures, thoroughly answering my questions and eyeballing the car for me since I was out of state. Upon arrival at the dealership, the finance process was the quickest car buying process EVER in my 30 years of buying cars. Cleveland was my finance person and was well prepared and had me in and out of his office in less than a hour. I highly recommend Lexus of Greenville whether you are in or out of state.

Overall we had a great experience. The only thing I suggest needs improvement is the promotional materials/brochures for the service warranty. I did not see any information pertaining to the service warranty except in very fine print in the contract at the conclusion of the sale. We were there for 4 hours with two of our children and the last thing I had time for is to wade through the warranty options in a service agreement I could barely read. After I got home I read the service warrant in more detail and felt that if I understood the pricing of the warranty for the various tiers, namely Gold, Gold Plus and Platinum, I may have opted for a more affordable option. They sold me Platinum and the other warranty options were not reviewed with me. They said they were junk, but after reading the fine print in my contract, I'm not sure that is the case. Everything else was top notch. I got to haggle on price and after 20 minutes I got the price I was looking for. They gave me a good rate on my old vehicle. Just watch that service warranty. Take the time to understand it in full before committing to Platinum. You may find after you read the fine print, you don't need it and can go with something more affordable.
