The dealer may change his words up but I clearly have the text messages where I explained where my credit was. I asked all questions told him where I was with my credit. He told me we can get you in something. When truthfully he justed wanted to run my credit when he knew the credit had to be at 650. I felt like they purposely ran my credit just to be told I can not buy a car from them. After I broke down everything explain where my credit was which was not that far from a 600. He told me yeah we an get you in something. Which was a lie. Just be upfront and honest with your customers what that man did was cause a hard inquiry on my report that could have been prevented now I have to wait 24 months or hard work on my end to get it removed. Never ever will I tell anybody to go here. You can not trust everybody experience because a lot of theses people doing the review is not be really honest. They do not treat you like family at this place and I would avoid them on highway 72. Go to a different lot where they not purposely run your credit for no reason.For you all to think you all that in the city, but have the most careless mistakes toward customers. You are better off going to Audi which is down the street.

As a first time customer, I feel very misled and deceived from my experience with Lexus in Huntsville last week. Upon having them check my warning lights on my 2007 Lexus is250, I met with Rob Massingill who explained the service department would be running a diagnostic check to find out if there were any issues with the car. Rob mentioned there was a $140 diagnostic fee if there were issues and if I were to get the work done there at Lexus in Huntsville. I asked for clarification that I would not be charged if I didn't get the work done and he say NO. 2 hours later, I am told it threw a P0420 code and needed a new catalytic converter for $2,000. There was no explorative investigation or explanation as to why I needed the catalytic converter replaced, and I was still charged $140 just for the mechanic to take a code reader and simply run the code...a 3 minute task! If I would have known they were going to do this, I would have taken it to O'Reilly Auto Parts and gotten the code read for free! Be careful when you go to Lexus in Huntsville, they will say whatever they can to get you to pay out for their fancy furniture and gourmet coffee in the break room. After this experience, I took my car to a mechanic in town who determined the cat was throwing the error due to it being a California Converter, which has stricter emissions standards...something Lexus in Huntsville had no knowledge about or failed to share *cough* *cough*. The unnamed-but well known mechanic further elaborated that it will not damage the other components to continue driving the car the way it is...it just means I will be driving with warning lights on and my emissions will be higher. It just goes to show that it is always good to get a second opinion if you feel like you are getting swindled. Do yourself a favor and save your money by going somewhere else! Post 2 Year Update on the Catalytic Converter issue on 5/19/21: The car still has the error code but drives fine at 230k miles.

You won't find a better group of people to help assist you finding your dream car, and making sure you're more than taken care of afterwards. 10/10 cannot recommend this specific branch of the Lexus family enough!!!!!

Called the Service Dept and told them I was having my Lexus towed there and wanted it put on there machine to see why my Check Engine light was on and my car was in limp mode... They called my husband a few days later and said we needed spark plugs and wires and a coil replaced and the valve gasket covers... Give us the price of $1200... Pick the car up and took it and had all that stuff done... Car still in limp mode so I called Tammy who was over our case and asked her what the machine said exactly or could I have a printout she informed me it was never put on the machine.. When that's the reason I sent it there so I payed 268.00 for somebody to look at my spark plugs she also said I had a bunch of wires melted together and my mechanic can't find them lol cause it is not true.. My injector wire just one was bare... And then I get a call from Lexus yesterday asking if I wanted to sell them the car cause it has a high resell value... A bunch of crooks just taking ppl money!!!!

After searching for months I found the car that I wanted here. After my initial contact I was given to Kathey to help me in determining if this was the car I wanted and how I would see it. I was going to travel over 500 miles to test drive and see the car before committing to buying it. Kathey worked with me to get me the information I needed. She was in constant communication to make sure I had all I needed. Once I started the 9 hour drive down to see the car, Kathey stayed in contact to ensure me the car had not sold. Once there Kathey and the team made it easy to evaluate and test drive the car. I did decide to buy the car. The process of getting it ready and finalizing the documentation was easy and the staff was friendly. It was a great experience. On May 12th 2014, I had my very first experience of finally meeting one of the Lexus car salesperson in person and it happened to be the first female salesperson as well! All I can say is ...... WOW!!! what an honor, what a pleasure and I might say, a very welcoming experience. On May 31st I had a test-drive My very first Lexus. I was given the royal treatment and was offered warm hospitality. I will always remember my time here. They went above and beyond!!!!

Willie Aaron is a very knowledgeable salesman. When we walked into the dealership Chico D. was one of the first to greet us. He was very honest, he informed us of how new he was to the car business and was still in a learning curve. My husband and I were beyond amazed at how knowledgeable he was/is. I was most impressed with his professionalism and his humility. He seemed very committed to the product and the client. When we purchase another Lexus we will definitely ask for Chico. We will also refer new customers to him. He was truly an asset to Lexus of Huntsville and so is Hosea Willis.

Love... Love this Lexus dealer! Everything moving really fast ! I called the sale Manager Hosea Willis to ask about the IS 350 2014 sport model! He offered to have his salesman to drop the car off for me to have a test drive, even I lived 2 and haft hour away! He gave me a good deal in the car and it turned out was the exact car we looking for. So we signed the paper on the spot, and the car is our in the matter of hours!Paul Bennett is very nice salesman who delivered the car to me, very patient and explained every thing to the exact!!!Finance paper was done very quickly also! I guess it help when you have good credit too!!!So I got my Lexus without even get out of the house!!!I will forever buy cars from Lexus of Huntsville from now on!!!! Got to love Hosea Willis , very quick to the point, very respectfully ! Very efficiency !!!! And the willingness to please a customer!!!

I have purchased numerous automobiles, both new and used, in the last eleven years from Lexus of Huntsville. My vehicles have been serviced, as required, by their outstanding Service Department. I view the management, sales, and service teams as my personal friends. When I enter the dealership, I am treated like family and I truly feel that I am at the home of a friend rather than auto dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase/lease or service their Lexus products.

Great dealership, didn't feel forced at all to buy. Service is VERY expensive at this dealership, but in return you do tend to get great customer service. Bought a used Lexus RX 350, Willie was helpful in showing us the features of the car. The price was on the higher side (this was the best one we found around), but customer service was great. Willie still keeps in touch with us and calls and how the car is doing. The salesperson also came to our house to program the garage door opener.

This is a fantastic dealership. We found our car over the internet, completed the deal on the phone, drove almost 400 miles, and the car was better then described. The entire process was easy, smooth, and enjoyable. The showroom is beautiful, fresh baked cookies and gourmet coffee available. If we only lived closer, we would service all our vehicles at this dealership.

My name is Steven and I'm and Army Officer currently stationed in Iraq. I've been looking at Lexus IS350's for a while now trying to find the right one. I happened across the exact IS350 I was looking for while surfing the internet one evening at the Lexus of Huntsville Dealership. Not only did the vehicle have all the bells and whistles I was looking for but it was also for the best price I'd seen throughout my past months of searching. I immediately called the dealership to see if it was even feasible to do a long distance purchase. I spoke to Dave Sales (their online sales representative) and he said that there wouldn't be any issues doing a long distance purchase, and he was right! I contacted my bank and had the check sent to the dealership and upon arrival the paperwork was immediately in the mail. Although it took a while for the paperwork to arrive (the delay in the paperwork was nothing to do with the dealership its just takes a while for any mail to reach me out in my isolated area), Dave was constantly in contact with me checking up on it. While I was waiting on the paperwork to arrive I got in contact with Robby Anderson (one of the Dealership's managers) to discuss shipping of the car. He was more than happy to assist me. He put me in contact with a great shipping company "guaranteedshippingnow.com" who offered me a great price to ship my car. Well my sister just received my car today and from what she told me I couldn't be happier.I highly recommended the Lexus Of Huntsville Dealership. Their prices and customer service are fantastic.
