We waited while this first (5K miles) service to be done. We pulled up and were immediately guided to the lounge. A few moments later Justin stopped by to do the paperwork and let us know the details and timing of the service. In a little less time than estimated, Justin returned to finish the paperwork and deliver our car. The car was returned to us clean and in good order. Thank you.

It was beyond amazing. Rachel in Sales is exceptional and was always available to answer all our questions and concerns but most of all her patience and understanding. There is no doubt that Lexus has extraordinary vehicles as employees. We will always go back to Rachel in a heart beat if we’d had to buy another Lexus in the future.

I visited Lexus of Las Vegas to view a pre-owned vehicle, and was met by sales associate Bryce. Ultimately the vehicle was not the right fit for my family and me, but Bryce was great to work with. He was professional, polite, and not pushy in any way. Lexus also allows a 24 hour hold for a fully refundable deposit -- while others offer this, many are not 100% refundable. That process was smooth, although I did have to go back in person to get the refund versus just doing it over the phone. I can't speak for the entire car buying process at Lexus, but if you work with Bryce I think you will be impressed.

Hands down the best Company in the car selling business. Friendly Family Staff that make car buying a celebration. I will always drive a Lexus because of the dependability and the staff at Lexus of Las Vegas. The building is well maintained during this pandemic which makes the customers feel at home. I really appreciate the quality of service and the warm welcome that me and my wife receive each and every time we enter the building. Starting with the staff outside that greet us for service down to each and every person that we pass by in the building.
