So far so good. I have only had the car for one day. My sales experience was pleasant and most importantly painless. Brian Bean, Amber Boyle and Catherine Hudson were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Update 10/22/2020 just had another service and all is exceptional. Cameron treats me very well. 2/27/2021 Had a wheel alignment done. Excellent job.

Easy to make a timely online appointment. Text reminders were helpful. Issues with the car were discussed with options for resolution. It took a little longer than originally thought, but I was kept informed of timing, very nice customer lounge with computers, snacks, and drinks while waiting.

I experienced a nail in a tire and needed a last minute appointment. I was able to get in right away for a tire repair. I requested an oil change while I was there, which they quickly accomodated. I then worked with service advisor, Bridget, who was pleasant and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the repair, and the fact that the damage was to the sidewall and could not be repaired. They replaced the tire at a reasonable cost, changed the oil, washed my car, all in less than an hour. I am very thankful and extremely satisfied with the service.

Brian Bean was great to work with. I had just dealt with the worst salesman ever regarding another vehicle at another dealership that I was set to purchase. Quickly found the car I purchased at Lexus of Louisville online. When inquiring and discussing the car, Brian was a breath of fresh air. He was up front and didn’t make promises he couldn’t keep. And the thing that mattered the most was how pleasant he was. The woman in the financial business office was amazing too! She was very sweet and personable. Overall, it made for an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
