Greeted us and got started immediately. Took time to hear everything we said (and I tend to talk a lot). Great loaner vehicle. Communicated status and estimates. Nice lobby. A near perfect experience! I don't know what could have been better. 5-star again today (25 Feb 2021).

I was treated very nicely from my salesman Tim Frederick. He kept me informed on the ordering of the car. He ordered it the way I wanted it. He was right on top of everything. He also answered his cell phone every time I called with questions even when he was off work. How nice was that? Couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. Tchu from financing was quick and informative too when I went to pick up the car. Very personable and I felt comfortable dealing with him. I rate you a five star. I love the car. When I first saw it I was extremely excited and very happy with it. Lexus of Maplewood just called me that afternoon and made sure I could receive it that evening. I was never so happy. Thank you everyone. I love the car

The service department always does an excellent job. They are timely, complete and courteous. We have had a Lexus since the first SC came out and will hopefully have many more. My most recent experience involved tires and wheels and was handled with their usual attention to detail. Thomas, our service advisor, made sure that every aspect of the job was explained and completed as promised. Great dealership!!

I did not purchase from Lexus in the end and have felt terrible since. Sara is amazing, she has a genuine interest in you and does all she can to service the sale. She cares about getting you in the correct vehicle and you being 100% satisfied when the sale is complete. I have seen the level of service during and after the sale with Lexus of Maplewood and it is outstanding. I went to a different brand and have missed the "love" demonstrated by Sara and team at Maplewood Lexus. I honestly can say I will be looking at Lexus next time around all because they care. Many dealerships promise the moon and deliver little, not so at Lexus of Maplewood. Go see Sara!

This review is for my Thursday, September 16, 2021 service appointment and the entire servicing appointment--from start to finish was exceptional. If there were more than five stars available, I would select even more. The primary reasons that I continue to purchase a Lexus automobile is their reliability and the excellence of the service staff that I have worked with at Lexus through the years.. Tom Schultz is outstanding. He has a very positive attitude, exceptional knowledge about the functioning of the vehicle, an ability to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely, a very high level of efficiency, consideration for the clients' time and perspective. He is highly professional, skilled at problem solving, and a superb representative of the high level of excellence that Lexus promises.The work was completed promptly, the explanations were cogent and reliable, and the car was very nicely washed and cleaned when the servicing was completed. I am grateful for the level of service that Lexus is able to provide through talented service representatives.
