Lexus of Marin is the best care dealership in Marin. Truly the kindest low pressure sales team and friendliest staff. They make buying a car a wonderful experience. Ask for Will or Junior if you want a great deal! As far as the finance side please ask for Ian, there isn't a nicer guy who will do you right! I love my car and couldn't be happier. For me and my husband, who bought his car last year, there are no better or safer cars! The feeling of buying a luxury Lexus is like being in love! Thank you Lexus of Marin!

I wanted to buy a Lexus hybrid: a solid car with 44 MPG performance. I stopped by "Lexus of Marin" and was greeted by Tony Abizeid. Tony was superb! He listened to my requirements, showed me two attractive options, and went over the features of each. After driving the car I liked, Tony helped me get it at my target price. The experience was pleasant: not the typical pushy car salesperson. The day after I bought my new car, Tony called to make sure the Lexus is performing to my expectation and answer any questions regarding its features/supported functions. Thank you, Tony!

I have worked with at least a dozen dealerships across the Bay Area and the employees at this dealership are so wonderful to work with. I called and spoke with Rae, told her exactly what I wanted and had her email me some terms for me to look over while I headed to them. Lionel helped me with the sale and trade. He was easy going and I felt like things were moving at my pace. Paperwork and car was ready when I got there. Nate prepped ahead of time and made the finance process seamless. I left the dealer and William called to let me know I left some stuff in our trade, when we came back after hours he greeted us and helped me get my things. I’ll make the hour drive to get here from the East bay for the service that you would expect, such a hard thing to find these days. Thank you all! Toni and Ian were amazing and made the process super easy and comfortable. They answered all of our questions and worked with us on getting what we wanted accomplished. We’ve dealt with other dealerships before visiting Lexus of Marin and had a horrible time with staff being way too pushy. Toni and Ian asked us what we wanted and delivered on exactly what we requested. Kudos to the Lexus of Marin team and will drive another 3 hours to do business again.

I love LEXUS OF MARIN and our service advisor, LEN TEMPLE. LEN has a phenomenal grasp of service issues and is scrupulously honest and forthright. We bring our Lexus cars to him for scheduled servicing, and he maintains them to perfection. He is quite simply the best.
