The service for buying a brand new vehicle does not match the price tag of a luxury vehicle. I traded in a Lexus that I had brought in for service. I expect some negotiations, but I also expect to be treated like I just purchased a $52,000 vehicle. I spent more time taking trips between the service dept and salesman instead of them figuring it out internally… I also received a $0.25 screen wipe and a fist bump as a token of their expression for thanks for my purchase. My last Lexus from the dealer, I received a follow up, a nice Lexus tumbler set, offered a picture with the bow, the whole experience. I realize they’re busy, but a little goes a long way. I’ll be happy to drive further for my next new purchase. Suggest shopping around where the service and the price meet in the middle.

I absolutely love the service that I have received over the years. Darryl is an excellent salesman and he sold me my second Lexus. He is very professional and he actually listens to you to put you in the type of vehicle that you want, gives you the best possible deal, and stays within the budget that you have set. I also like my advisor, Craig Stueve, who goes above and beyond to squeeze me in when I was having check engine light issues. He stays on top of my vehicle care and makes sure that I have a clear understanding of everything and patiently answers ALL of my questions. I could drop my vehicle off but I love staying and talking with Sweet Joyce in the waiting room who makes sure that EVERYONE has EVERYTHING that they need from food, beverages, to snacks. Last but not least let me say that Zach in the parts department is the MAN! He was very patient with me and explained in details the parts that I needed, how much they cost, and what my best options would be. He even gave me the part numbers and the Lexus of Mobile website to order my parts when I was ready to with the option to pick them up from the dealership. I'll say it again...Zach is the MAN && I hope he enjoys the day off that I gave him😉😉

I purchased a new Lexus 10/15/16 there was a mistake made in the paperwork which cost me additional funds at the tax office. I have been calling twice a day for the past four days. Left messages for the finance dept., Two sales managers and my salesman. No return calls, apparently after you leave the lot you are on your own! Shame, lost future sales.

I recently took my older Lexus in for repairs and received the same competent and professional service as always from my service writer, Saline. Although they have a very vibrant and busy service department, they always take time to listen to all of my needs and they are very thorough in taking care of them. This is the first time I actually sat in their customer lounge - as I normally drop my car off and leave immediately in one of their loaner cars. Today I needed to do some work on my laptop computer, so I made use of their waiting area for about 15 minutes. To my surprise, an attendant, Vanetta, greeted me and offered my snacks and beverages and made sure that I got seated comfortably and had everything I needed. Nice touch! Kudos to the owners and managers at Lexus of Mobile for making sure their customers feel appreciated!

I have been using Lexus of Mobile since 2009. Making appointments with Lynn has always been a pleasure. This visit John helped me with my car. He went over and above. Because I live out of town, John and the mechanics made sure my car was done quickly. Always great service!!!

In view of my personal experience, I think Lexus of Mobile service manager is the worst manager I have ever deal. The service department messed up my LX570 Lexus wheels by spraying some chemicals during so called complimentary wash. Immediately after oil change service, I noticed so many white spots on the wheels, I showed the wheels to my service representative and he told me the manager is on the leave and once he will come back he will contact me in order to resolve the issue. I called couple of time directly service manager regarding the issue and left several messages. In addition, I asked my service representative to give him a reminder regarding the wheels. It has been about 45 days passed but I didnt receive a single phone call from Lexus of Mobile service manager as I was told he will get back to me. I have never seen such a nonprofessional behavior from any service manager ever.

Brought my 2015 Lexus Rx350 for 10,000 mile service. I had booked the service with a request for a loaner on line. The appointment was for 1015, and I arrived at the dealership at 1010. I was met by the specialist, and the loaner was ready and waiting. He said that the car would be ready at 1230, and it was. It had been washed, and was clean. This was indeed a 5 star excellent service!

I was very impressed and satisfied with the attention and service I received at the Lexus dealership here in Mobile. I would continue to use their services. You do get what you pay for and more. They went above and beyond my expectations. I've had a nrw BMW snd a new Lrxus awhile back. Nevet received this kind of service back then. In todays world this is not a given. They try hard and it works.

My car salesman, Cedric is terrific, but the rest of the experience is very horrible!!! I called and was given a price for my vehicles after I gave them the VIN #. I had agreed on my Jeep as it was the same price I had been given by the Jeep dealer here without a trade in, just cash out. Actually I guess since I was purchasing a brand new Lexus I should have received more, anyway I didn't argue. I did not agree with the price on the M/B, so they took it in and it was worth more. I was fairly knowledgable about the prices as I had been other places. Anyway after about 2 weeks they came back and gave me a $2000.00 difference on the Jeep, which I was going to take to the local dealer and get more. I told them I was having very severe back surgery and nothing could happened after Friday. Also, on top of my surgery, my husband had just passed away the month before after suffering for 2 years with cancer. I was in no shape for them to deliver a car on Sunday when I was so heavily sedated,,couldn't walk or hardly talk and mentally worn out. I have complained upon deaf ears, but it has been circulating on facebook about how wrong it is what they did to me, even the bank had heard my story and another from another woman that was very similar. To this day I have never heard from Lexus or received a contract, even though I have requested it. I feel they owe me $2000.00 at least. I was taken advantage of under very extreme conditions, even when I requested not to have it delivered, that was my late husband's Jeep and I knew the value and they had the Vin# for about 2 weeks!!!

The salesman was rude and loud when discussing our financial situation, so that everyone could here. It was anembarrassing and humiliating Situation if our daughter had not wanted this particular vehicle we would have left and never returned.

At this dealership I had terrible service. The charged me for things that I already had done to my car. When you make an appointment several days in advace they will can you an hour before the appointment to cancel or re-scheduel.

Friendly, straight shooters, none of the typical "car games", I will be back for another Lexus from Lexus of Mobile in the future! Service and sales departments are all excellent.
