We dealt with both Juliet Shelli Ali and Chad Wick and both were very courteous and professional. Shelli and Chad worked together as a team, with Shelli handling the actual negotiation and transaction. This was the best car buying experience that we have had in the 10+ vehicles we have had over the years. Shelli is a wonderful person and was easy and pleasant to deal with. And so far we love our Lexus RX350. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

First, I would like to say that my salesman, Mario Cole, was absolutely AWESOME!!!!! He was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and gave great advice. He made my car buying experience easy and hassle free. Car shopping was not on my to do list but hurricane Ida had different in mind. I was simply not in the mood. I spoke to Brandon G. On the phone had a car I was interested in. I passed by looked at the car went over a few numbers it was close to closing time and I told him I would call him with a decision if it was still available. I emailed him later that night and decided on that car and my down payment and simply asked if the paperwork could be ready for 3:30pm and washed and ready to go. When I arrived that exactly what I got. In and out @ 45 minutes max. All my questions were answered and he told me to call him anytime if I had any issues. He even went the extra mile and put a big red bow on top. If your in the market for a Lexus and not in the mood for a pushy salespeople calling and texting you constantly this is your guy!

Buying a car from Mario Cole was an enjoyable experience. I went in for a test drive and after the test drive, I told him that I would be test driving other cars. He gave me his card and let me leave. No dreaded sit-down to try to sell me the car. I saw a car I was interested in, called Mario and asked him to give me his best price. He sent me a quote containing all of the details including TTL, documentation fees, etc. I went for a test drive. After the drive, Mario asked me if I was still interested in the car. I said yes and the total price I paid matched his quote. Overall, a pleasant experience with no high-pressure pitches.
