My wife and I had been searching for the right pre-owned certified Lexus RX 350 for sometime. We are very fortunate to have found that vehicle at Lexus of Northborough. Mark Wegryn, Mike Espey, Kevin McHale and Andrew Wheeler were a pleasure to deal w/ throughout the buying experience - courteous, knowledgeable, transparent and truthful. They could not have been more helpful in working w/ us to ensure that we were completely satisfied w/ the product and the price. Mark even agreed to drive our new vehicle to CT to complete the registration process and drop it off at our home 80 miles from the dealership. First class operation from Mary who greeted us as we walked in, Joe D'Ambra, senior sales consultant and Bruce Slovin, general Sales Manager. The time had finally come to replace our RX 300. After so many years of great service, it was time.The first, and only dealer we visited was Lexus of Northborough. From the minute we walked in, we were treated to a friendly smile, knowledgeable salespeople, and a feeling that they were most interested in finding a car we would be happy with. The sale was secondary to our satisfaction. No pressure, no tactics, just straight talk, demonstrations of vehicles available, and test drives.We replaced our current Lexus with a Certified 2013 RX-350 that is in almost new condition with low miles and classic Lexus comfort and amenities. We decided the day we first visited to put down a deposit on this vehicle and finalized the deal the next day. The purchase price was very fair, financing was arranged by Kevin with a great rate.We strongly recommend this dealer, not only for purchasing a vehicle, but also for their excellent service department and trained service technicians. We will not hesitate to go there again in the future.

This is our fourth Lexus. We have been a customer of this dealership since 2003. They have ALWAYS provided stellar service. They have always been cordial. They are knowledgeable. Their customer service and communication with us has exceeded all our expectations. What is most important is that they listen!Working with Darryl Newman, we just purchased a Certified 2014 Lexus ES-350 which replaced our 2004 Lexus ES-330. Darryl listened to our needs, guided us, and we purchased the vehicle within a couple of hours. We bought a Lexus ES350 from Darryl Newman. Very bad experience--wish we didn't buy it from him. He and Lexus of Northborough failed to follow through on ANY promises they made about the car. Very poor customer service. We bought our first Lexus from Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. The sales staff there is far superior and more truthful.

I'd been taking my 2008 RX350 to Lexus of Northborough for a few years for service (bought elsewhere). Lexus of Northborough was SO incredibly helpful that it was a quick decision that I'd work with them when I decided to upgrade my car. Darryl Newman helped me with my purchase. After some consideration, our family ended up trading in both my car and my husband's car and we bought two cars from Darryl!The process was easy, I felt good about the deal we got, and the service and help we got every step of the way was amazing. Darryl continues to follow up with us to make sure we're happy, and every time I stop by Lexus he's quick to make sure that we have everything we need. Overall, a great experience. Today I purchased and drove home my 3rd Lexus. Each of the three were purchased at Lexus of Northborough and two of the three were purchased from their star salesman, Darryl Newman. Darryl waited patiently for 4 years to sell me a new LS460L. My previous Lexus was a 460 that lasted for 260,000 miles and was done in when I got rear-ended one morning 3 weeks ago. During those 4 years, I would come in to the dealership for oil changes and other small service issues and everytime, Darryl would greet me with a friendly smile and without any sales pressure, let me know that he was ready when I was ready. So, the first call that I made after the accident was to Darryl. His patience had paid off. The LS460Ls are not easy to find and I know Darryl put in some time locating one for me. He negotiated the transfer, brought the car in and had it ready when I showed up today to drive it off. I would recommend Darryl Newman and Lexus of Northborough for anyone within range. mh

As far as the dealership is concerned, I did have to bring a competitive quote to them to get the best price, but once I did, they were very aggressive in offering a great price. Wasn't planning on purchasing a car just yet. But found a ES350 that was reasonably priced with low mileage. Darryl Newman was the sales consultant, Mike was the manager and Nate was the finance person. They worked together to make the purchase go very smoothly. I even had a special request and they were able to fufill that without any problems and I was able to pick the car up the very next day. Nate was able to help me finace the car and worked on getting me a great rate. Appreciate the great service. Highly, recommend Lexus of Northborough!!

We went to Lexus of Northborough after hearing lots of positive things about them. We were not disappointed. This was our first luxury car purchase so we were excited. Darryl Newman met us and asked us a few questions and then showed us a few options. As soon as we saw the RX350 we ended up buying we new it was the one we wanted. Darryl was patient and thorough with us. We could not have felt any more comfortable and Darryl and the entire team exceeded our expectations. At no point was anyone pushy or inconsiderate. We can not wait until it is time to buy our next car and go see Darryl again. What an outstanding team of professionals. We were in an situation where we expected our old Lexus to last us another few years, but suddenly needed a major repair. I visited this dealership after looking at some of their L Certified pre-owned vehicles online. Their pricing seemed aggressive and the selection was strong. I typically dread the car buying process as I always feel that I get double-talked and confused into paying more than I should. We stopped in just to take a look at the used inventory and ended up buying the same day. The salesman and Business Manager worked with us to get to a number that was fair and reasonable for both parties. The dealership is large, modern, clean and bustling with activity. The fact that so many other people were there doing business lead me to believe this was a reputable business.

He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the purchase but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with us, especially on Friday night as they were closing up for the night. From the sales person to the finance department just great service all around . Fred khajhzadeh is who I highly recommend whenever you are looking to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. My experiences over the past 6 years with the Lexus of Northborough Service Team have always been highly positive, but last week they outdid themselves. Late Friday afternoon I stopped by to ask if anything could be done about the deep scratch someone had put in my 2-week-old 2016 NX 200t. I fully expected to make an appointment for the following week, but despite being very busy, Service Advisor Jerry Flynn whisked my car into the shop where the mechanics worked miracles on that ugly scratch. Once again their professionalism and customer service exceeded my highest expectations. I'd also enthusiastically recommend Salesman Darryl Newman who is always cheerful, helpful and actually makes the purchase process a pleasure.

I brought my car in for service at 6:30 pm on Monday February 15. Jerry Flynn was my advisor. He had a mechanic check my car and discovered it would take more than an hour and a half. He offered me a loaner and said since Tuesday was his day off, another advisor would be in touch with me.On Tuesday morning, I received a call from Jerry telling me my car was ready. When I asked if it wasn't his day off, he replied, "Yes, but I wanted to follow through on your service."In this day and age, this is highly unusual. I planned to test drive several different SUVs last week. My college-aged daughter and number one critic was on vacation and decided to join me. I had been planning to upgrade my wife's SUV but like most people I dread the typical car shopping experience. The process tends to be very long and tedious when sitting through the barrage of typical questions like. "How much do you want your payments to be?", "How long do you want to finance for?", "How much of a down payment will you pay?", "How much do you expect for your trade in?", ect. The constant back and forth gets ridiculous when all I want is straight forward information so I can make an informed decision. I finally picked a free weekend to do the shopping (the Patriots bye week) and visited 2 local dealerships on Saturday. At each dealership I experienced the typical waiting game, received nothing but unanswered questions and after many hours eventually left without coming close to making a deal. After regrouping on that night I decided to visit Lexus of Northborough on Sunday. It was raining hard on Sunday which I figured wasn't the best weather for car shopping but decided to go anyway. When my wife and I arrived it was pouring rain so we quickly made our way into the show room. We were promptly greeted by Darryl and he brought us into an office to dry off. At this point Darryl's calm professional demeanor had already made us comfortable and he appeared to be the type of person that would be great to work with. After showing us to all of the complimentary refreshments we sat and discussed what we we were looking for and what we would be trading in, ectDarryl had a pre-owned SUV that we had interest in which he had brought to front of the building out of the rain so that we could look through it before taking it for a test drive. The SUV was in perfect condition, and the test drive went great. Once back at the dealership we had a very straight forward conversation with Darryl about the vehicle and moved the process forward into closing the deal. This was the best part of the overall experience. We briefly discussed the price of the vehicle, what the dealership wanted to offer for our trade, and what we expected to get for it. We talked numbers very briefly and Darryl completely understood what we were looking for. He stepped into a managers office for just a minute or 2 before returning with exactly what we were hoping for. There was no back and forth, none of the typical questions trying to pry information out of you, and certainly none of the typical waiting game. Darryl is a true sales professional that is able to read his customers and provide them with the information that they need to come to a decision they are comfortable with. He was able to clearly answer any questions and had an excellent understanding of the vehicles that were available. The overall experience working with Darryl was extremely refreshing and the by far the best car buying experience that I have had. I would highly recommend Darryl and the team at Lexus of Northborough to anyone looking for a smooth car shopping experience.

I called my dealer in Northborough. I am a sales rep and need to get to hospitals early and usually work late. I use to get a loaner car and leave my car for the day for the every 5,000 mile service. They will no longer let me do that unless the service is more than 2 hours. Won't even look at the loaner car inventory to book appointment but could "potentially" when I drop off car. Doesn't help me plan ahead. This has never happened in two years and now they must have changed policy. The guy "mike" in service appointments would not even check into it for me. First time I've found Lexus to be not service oriented.

Drove in with a tire pressure issue without an appointment.on a holiday weekend. Was taken care of immediately by the friendliest service rep ever.(Thank-you Jerry Flynn!) Not only did he take care of my tire but also loaned me his personal cell phone charger so I could take care of personal business while waiting in a very comfortable "Lexus Lounge!" The staff in Northborough are all so very friendly and accommodating from the girls at the desk to the attendants who drive up my washed and vacuumed car- I can not say enough good about this dealership and their service is simply the best in the area. I walked into Lexus of Northborough knowing exactly what car I wanted...the 2016 Lexus GX460. I had also done my homework and knew how much I was willing to pay for it, and entered the building very guarded and dreading the negotiations on the price of my trade and my new car. To my surprise, the experience I dreaded was actually the BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson was Shannon Stewart. She was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, and worked really hard to get me in my car within 24 hours!!! I have been leasing from Lexus for about 4 years. I will always go back to Tony! I love these guys! Tony , Joe and Kevin made this process super easy and convenient. The main reason I keep going back is that I know I can trust them. They are not pushy and really just want to make you happy. They care about getting to know you so they can help you make the best decision for your lifestyle. I'm 8 months pregnant and as you can image shopping for a new car could be a hassle, but not with Lexus of Northborough. The whole process took less than 2 hours. They even brought the car to my job an hour away from the dealership. Now that's what I call service! They took care of sending back my license plates and everything. You get the sense that they really want to help you. I would/have recommend them to everyone I know. Everyone loves my new RX350 and cant believe the great deal I got :). I found all of the staff at Lexus of Northborough to be appropriately attentive and helpful. Shannon maintains an executive presence while effectively engaging both my wife and me (and we are very different car buying customers). At delivery, her natural poise and patience was critical as she spent an hour with my wife taking her through all of the basics and the electronics, making her fully comfortable with the car. Kevin McHale in the business office has a down-to-earth style that clearly managed the final elements of financing to a package designed to make things right for me.

I have had several Lexus LS vehicles serviced at Lexus of Northborough for over 10 years. I now drive from Newton because everyone there is so great to work with. They provide superior service every time I visit, even thought my LS is now 13 years old. They follow up after service visits to insure that I am completely satisfied with the service. Yesterday my battery died and when it was jump started I was told that I needed to get the battery "fixed". I called Jerry Flynn, my representative, (it is a real plus to have a representative who knows you and your car) because I was afraid to drive the car. He called me back after closing. He spent over 15 minutes asking me questions, providing explanations, waiting while I started my car and then clearly instructed me what to do to determine if I really needed a new battery. Car was fine the next morning. Jerry saved me a drive to Northborough. My family repairs cars (not in MA) so I know when I am receivingexcellent service.

During the purchase, John gave us his cell, and I have called him several times with questions. He always answers us promptly. One day he was on his day off, but he called back anyway. The terrible winter blew my rear shocks out and I brought my vehicle to Lexus of Northborough to inspect and repair along with some other maintenance items. After my first experience working with Jerry Flynn, I made sure to set up an appt. with him directly to handle. I very much appreciate the consistency of his great customer service, good communication and detailed diagnosis. While he works for Lexus, he really does also work for the customer and works to develop trust and an enhanced relationship and experience, which is one of the main reasons why I came back to work with Lexus of Northborough and Jerry. The mechanic that worked on my car (Chung) also did an amazing and meticulous job of analysis and work to ensure my vehicle got back on the road in top notch Lexus shape. I came to Lexus of Northborough to look at a certified preowned 2013 Lexus GS350. When I got there, I was greeted by Fred Khajehzadeh, one of their extremely friendly sales representatives. The dealership itself was beautiful and the showroom was extremely inviting. During a stressful time of buying a car, the facility offered comfort with an assortment of snacks and beverages available at no cost. We negotiated on a vehicle, agreed upon a deal and finalized the paperwork. There were a few things that needed to be done to the vehicle before I took ownership of it. I had some concerns about some scratches and the brakes had a pulsation to it during the test drive. However, they fixed everything the car was wonderful by the time I came to pick it up nearly a week later. During this week, Freds communication with me was second to none. He was available to answer my questions and concerns and I was very impressed by his dedication to his customers. I also feel assured that he would still be around to answer questions that I may have after the completion of the sale. I would definitely recommend Fred and his dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned Lexus.

I used to go to a local mechanic who was well respected. When I was due for my 100,000 mile tune-up he recommended I go to the dealership - which I did. I will never go anywhere else again! The customer service is outstanding and the facility itself is modern and offers great amenities if you choose to wait for your car. They also provide a "loaner" if your car is to be in for an extended time. I have now been back a second and third time and have always been treated wonderfully! Most recently I was helped by Jerry Flynn who is a certified service consultant. He kept in touch with me throughout the repair process on when my car would be ready. My invoice came out slightly less than had been quoted - when does that ever happen? Also, I like how they are pro-active on telling you items you should plan for in the future. It helps you budget! I will never go anywhere else for repairs and I expect my next auto purchase to be a Lexus too!

We met Nate Roseberry at the DCU Center Auto Show in January 2014. At that time, we could not find a car or SUV that met all of our requirements and we were thinking of purchasing a Lexus sedan even though it wasn't exactly what we wanted. In place of pressuring us to buy the sedan, he explained that Lexus was coming out with a smaller SUV called the NX. He showed us a picture of the NX prototype on his phone and I fell in love. Unfortunately, the NX would not be available until late 2014. Throughout 2014, Nate provided updates of the NX while we patiently waited for the vehicle to arrive. In December 2014 Nate called to advise that the NX had arrived and we set up an appointment to test drive. We loved the car and we decided to special order our NX. Nate and Matt patiently worked with us to ensure that our vehicle was built to our specifications. During our 3 month wait, Nate kept us informed of our build status and much to our delight, our vehicle arrived on time. Nate helped us complete the sales transaction easily and reviewed the vehicle with us at delivery. I can honestly say that Nate was the best Auto Sales Specialist that we have ever worked with and we will definitely return to see Nate at Lexus of Northborough when we need to purchase another vehicle. Best buying experience!

I purchased a used GS 350. I very much enjoyed my car buying experience. I took 2 months to decide whether or not to buy a Lexus or an Infinity. My salesperson , Fred, stayed in touch with me throughout my process but never pressured me. Fred encouraged me to make sure that I get the car I want even if he does not get the sale. Got by far the best price on my 2012 RX 350 which was about $4-5k less than other (similar vehicles/mileage/options) Lexus dealers were selling for 2012 models. Car is mint and received a great 3 year warrantee to boot. The financing guy, Kevin McHale was also great to work with and was able to get me a rate of 1.5% on a used car. Can't say enough about the experience I had there and would definitely recommend others to shop at Lexus of Northboro!!

They had just what we wanted for a used vehicle. Salesperson (Joe) was great, worked with us to get to a price we could afford. I have allergies and the vehicle showed signs of pet hair. They even did an extra cleaning to eliminate all traces. Also, went the extra mile to track down the "valet" key that was turned in from the other owner. Mailed it to us, so we need not drive to get it. And... great cookies for those of us who shop right after work. If I need to replace my other car I would definitely call them first.

I brought my vehicle in for a few maintenance items including a "thumping" feeling, which turned out the driveshaft needed to be replaced. I purchased a third party warranty through a different Lexus dealership when I bought my car ~1 year ago. The warranty company inspected the vehicle and initially declined the coverage. Jerry Flynn, whom I have never worked with before, litigated the case on my behalf with the warranty company over the course of a week and ultimately got the rejection completely overturned into 100% coverage (after my deductible). I had some other service items done as well, including new tires and 70k miles service. I also had a faulty sunroof, which Jerry and his service team went above and beyond to handle. Throughout the process Jerry over communicated (a good thing and rare!) with me on the status. Overall, I had an exceptional service experience with excellent communication. Thank you Jerry and team.

I feel like I am way overdue in writing a review to recognize the amazing team at this dealership. While I have other options closer to my home, I have been driving to Northborough for over six years for all my service needs and also to purchase most parts and accessories.Let's face it, I am a self-described "pain in the neck" when it comes to my car. Specifically, I have very high standards and hear every noise, feel every vibration, and see every defect, no matter how small. Basically, it is no coincidence that I have stuck with Lexus as my preferred brand for so long, and more importantly, that I visit Lexus of Northborough.I have had both major and minor work completed at Lexus of Northborough on five different vehicles. Even with problems that are difficult to replicate, the team (especially Kevin in the shop) has never given up, and every single issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Over the years, some issues have taken longer to iron out, but not once have I ever heard - in reference to a potential problem - my favorite (not!) phrase: "the vehicle is operating as designed" (or variants thereof). I would hear this frequently with other brands/dealerships, and in my case, it typically was translated to we can't or don't want to figure out what the problem is.Eric Castillo, my service consultant, is consistently attentive to detail, responsive and proactive. The same is true of Paul King in Parts, who is always very pleasant and helpful. Kevin in the shop is always a pleasure to interact with and is - simply put - a human Lexus Encyclopedia. Mary is the face of the dealership and is a consummate client relations professional who makes everyone feel welcome at the dealership.Bottom line if you value quality work and customer service, this is the place.

I would like to say I hate buying a car going through the hassle all the negotiating but I have a new outlook. I was looking to buy a car went to a few dealerships and left without a car. When I went to the Lexus dealership of Northborough I could not believe the way I was treated it was amazing. All of the staff couldn't do enough for me and they were so friendly. You could tell they loved where they worked. I would like to thank Joey who sold me the car and also Kevin, he did the financing and last but not least Dwayne who works in the service department you were all exceptional. The girls at the reception desk amazing as well. You have a very happy customer for life. Thank you all. If people don't believe this review go in for yourself and just visit. I have never been so impressed with a dealership. Anjula did everything possible to make this deal work. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable by bringing me coffee and snacks. He also played with my children when I was in the finance office. He delivered my new IS right to my house and then he spent over an hour going through my new car with me.I've had tons of questions about my new car so I text him and he always answers me or calls me back. I wouldn't go anywhere else to ever buy a car except Lexus of Northborough. Anjula is the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with.

Angelo is a liar and NOT a man of his word. Making promises to make the sale then calls you a liar. They don't care about anything except the sale. I tried to reach out to Mary and complain about how disrespectful Angelo was to me. Instead of world class customer service I expected, I was told, without even having Test drove my car, that the brakes were fine and that they wouldn't replace them. I'm driving the car, not you. The brakes are NOT fine. I am not only disgusted with the customer service, I'm appalled that such a dealership with a "great" reputation would treat a customer this way. I will find another LEXUS dealership to go to and I will never buy a car from LEXUS OF NORTHBOROUGH again. They should be ashamed. Poor sad customer service. And Angelo is a pushy little snot and a liar that doesn't care about anyone but himself! Lay off the AXE Angelo, you stink to high heaven!

My wife leased a new ES300h from L of N and the entire experience could not have gone better. Chris, our salesman, was professional, intelligent and knowledgable. No hard sell sales tactics here, just a friendly discussion of our options. We received more than anticipated for our trade-in and Chris handled all the details. He was vey helpful when we picked up the car, showing us how all the new technology worked and took great care in making sure we were comfortable when it came time to drive away. He even took the time to introduce us to all the service personnel we would be dealing with in the future. The facility itself is state of the art and everyone at L of N makes you feel like your the only customer in the building. The car rides like a dream, if your considering a luxury car, lexus of Northborough is the way to go.

Our overall Lexus buying experience was FABULOUS!! Everyone we met at Lexus of Northborough, especially our salesman, Chris Schmitt, made the entire procedure a sheer pleasure. Both my husband and I felt very well taken care of because of the professionalism and friendliness of all the people we met during our visit to the dealership. We are so thrilled with our new Lexus RX350 and have now made it into the 21st century!! We also noted how immaculate the entire dealership was (I especially was truely impressed how clean the service area was kept). Since this was only my first time at a Lexus dealership (I previously had another makes of cars through the years), EVERYTHING caught my attention. The waiting area was wonderful.. tv, internet, snacks and even a playroom for children while they waited. My husband and I are very happy customers and are looking forward to many more years doing business with our new friends at Lexus of Northborough.

This was my 2nd RX vehicle I have purchased at Lexus of Northborough and it has always been a pleasure working with Anjula. He is very friendly and easy to talk too, not like a typical "pushy" salesman. He has a great knowledge of all the functions and options that I was not farmilar with and took his time and walked me though all of them. He also answered all my questions about the vehicle. Now, that is superior customer service in my eyes. I walked in worried about how to use all the functions and options on this beautiful new vehicle, but walked out confident in using all the fuctions of the vehicle so I can fully enjoy it. (especially the navigation system and all the commands and set up for it.) If you are looking for someone that takes pride in customer service and also is knowlegeable on the vehicles functions and options, I recommend Anjula to all. Wow where to begin... I was looking to purchase my first luxury vehicle, and decided to go with Lexus, based on the reliability. So I searched for dealers close to me and this one came up. I went to the dealer, and was introduced to Anjula who was very knowledgeable. As I said before this is my first luxury buying experience, so I am use to pushy sales people, who are just trying to get you into any car. Anjula was very different, and he worked with me to find the right car that fit my budget, there was no pressure, and he was very friendly! Once I made my choice on the vehicle (ES 300h.. highly recommend it), I worked with Anjula, and Matt to custom order my vehicle, and discuss my trade options for my current vehicle (I got a pretty good deal). Matt (one of the managers) was excellent in getting me all the features I wanted my new vehicle to have. After ordering the vehicle, I was told that it takes between 3-4 months for it to be built. Just like they said, it did indeed take 4 months for my car to come, and when I went to the dealer to see it, wow was it beautiful!! Anjula walked me through all the many features I had (so many), and we filled out the purchasing paperwork, and he set up my personalized settings in the car, and I drove home that day in my new car!! Now I am looking forward to my first service appt, so I can sit in the very nice service lounge that they have!!I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

It has been sometime now that I have wanted to by a certified Lexus but always thought it would be too much money.After shopping around I wandered onto the lot and met Darryl Newman. He was great, made me feel right at home, and when all was said and done, I have a car I love, with a great warranty, unbelievable service and all at a great value. I visited Lexus of Northborough on a Wednesday. I was warmly greeted by Anjula Amarasinghe who identified himself as the Training Manager. Anjula listened to all my concerns regarding a new vehicle purchase and was able to custom fit me into a vehicle that would not only suit the needs of my family, but also my budget. We went on a test drive and spoke for a short while. I agreed to return the following Saturday with my trade-in. Anjula was able to exceed my expectations in every aspect and turned an intimidating situation into the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Dealing with Anjula and the rest of the staff at Lexus of Northborough was smooth and effortless. I was treated with professionalism, integrity and respect. The total process took very little time. I picked my new vehicle up the following Monday and everything was perfect! There was no haggling or arguing-it was truly easy! We took in our new CT-200h in response to a recall notice. We only had 2700 miles on the car after 6 months, so we asked what we should be doing about the service plan. Mike explained what we should do and when to get the most appropriate service for our situation.Being a recall, the service was free. They gave us a loaner (great car) so we could run some errands (it was a Saturday! Service on a Saturday!), and when we returned to the dealer, Mike transferred the case of beer we bought from the loaner to our CT.When we got into our newly washed car to return home, we discovered that they had even topped up the gas tank!Northborough Lexus has shown themselves to be a first-class outfit all the way. In the past, we've avoided the dealers for service and had our work done at a local garage whom we trust and who has done well by us for years. But no longer, Northborough Lexus will get our business from now on.

I have a brand new RX. Unfortunately a minor impact created a clean break of the plastic surrounding the glass on the passenger-side mirror. A replacement part and installation would have cost $775 to replace. This was clearly overkill for the damage, so, without even being asked, the Parts Manager, Tuan, took the broken piece and bonded/glued it back into place - at no charge. It isn't "factory perfect", but it does not look all that shabby to me either - and it did not cost $775. This is typical of the Lexus of Northborough Service Department - and clearly the reason for my 10 year, 4 vehicle history with Lexus.Jim Hatherley

I contacted Chris to see about trading in my preowned Lexus even though I was perfectly happy with the car. Chris had been our salesperson when we bought the first car, and I felt comfortable with him and felt that he had done right by me with the first sale. He returned my email immediately, and assured me that he could find a car for me that was newer and with less mileage for approximately the same payment. We made an appointment, and Chris was right there to give us his undivided attention at the assigned time and remained with us until the sale was done. He presented us with many options, since our cash flow is limited, and made it work. I am leasing a brand new Lexus, which I never expected to do, but Chris kept working at it until he found a payment that was manageable for us. If you had asked me 5 years ago if I would ever be the owner of a Lexus, never mind a brand new Lexus, I never would have believed it, but thanks to Chris's hard work, he made it happen. I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member his way. His personality is great - very friendly and accommodating. When my lease runs out, I will be calling on Chris Schmitt again because I know that he will find a car for me that fits my lifestyle. Thanks, Chris, I love my new car!

This was my first experience with a Lexus dealership, and both my husband and I were quite impressed. Customer service is obviously concern #1 and that care and concern were personified in our salesperson, Chris Schmitt. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to keep an eye out for a car that would be just what I was looking for. I told friends and family I felt I had a car realtor working for me! After missing out on a beautiful ES350 over President's Day W/E, I would get a call from Chris whenever he saw a CPO come in that might fit my needs.... and my "ship", so to speak, did come in and I signed on St. Patrick's Day! An interesting, and not typical I hear, experience ensued while waiting for the title to arrive - all the while, Chris touched base with me a few times a week to keep me up to date on its progress. Happily, I now have my lovely car and I am thankful for all the help I received from Chris through the entire process.

From the moment we drove into the lot, our experience was unique. Darryl met us at our car, handed us his card and then let us explore on our own. Not once during the entire search and sales experience did we feel pressured or pushed. Darryl was warm, professional, attentive, informative (but not overly) and had a wonderful sense of how to best approach us. He knew "less is more", in that we had done our research, knew exactly what our requirements were and how they matched with the Lexus RX 450H we were considering. He knew he didn't have to "sell" us on anything. It was about listening when said I simply needed to drive the car, so he quickly made that happen. Then it was love at first drive...sold!The only opportunity for improvement in our purchase experience is to speed up the length of time it took for me to pick up the car. The process took over 3 hours, which included dropping off my trade, registration/new plates and the Lexus new car certification process (customizing a few car features to my preferences). Darryl did set me up in a private, quiet, clean area with a table so I could work and make phone calls uninterrupted. Periodically he checked in to let me know he was making progress. He also went so far as to provide me with a delicious chicken Caesar salad and water for lunch while I continued to wait. Much appreciated!On my way home my newly connected Bluetooth cell rang and it was Darryl checking to see how the drive was going and how I liked my car... unbelievable. This morning he called first thing to remind me (yeah right!) I have a new Lexus 450 H and that he was there for me if I ever have any questions. Never in close to 40 decades of car buying have I ever had that level of customer service. He is exceptional, hands down. I've done business with this dealership for several years now and I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. (LS430, SC430 and an LS460). I have all three vehicles maintained there regularly. The quality of service and their unquestionable integrity are absolutely OUTSTANDING! The staff is always courteous and friendly and they go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. The sales force always does whatever is required to understand what the customer wants and what vehicles would best suit their needs. Recently, I came in with my research data and knew exactly which vehicle (2010 LS460) I wanted and I was able to reasonably negotiate a deal based on the facts. I never once felt pressured and I felt good about the deal after the purchase, as I usually do. Bottom Line: This dealership is second to none and I highly recommend them for both sales and service.

I thought I would drive my old car until it fell apart around me, but Darryl showed us an elegant Lexus that inspired me to try something new. I was loyal to another car manufacturer and I'm still shocked to realize that I've bought a Lexus. The car, the dealership and our treatment from Darryl all convinced me that it was time to upgrade. I have never felt inconvenienced and they consistently impress me with the measures they take to keep their customers happy. We were negotiating a $20,000 car and during negotiations the manager walked up to us and told us that the car had already been sold to someone else, behind our back while we were tinking of buying it! Had this negotiation not worked out we were contemplating buying a $30,000 car, which was our second preference from them... Their loss...

I have purchased three Lexus vehicles from this dealer and this is my second purchase working with Anjula Amarasinghe. The dealership is wonderful and Anjula has made the process of purchasing a new vehicle easy. I leave with all questions answered and with the knowledge that I have a great vehicle (exactly the one I wanted) with a great dealership backing it up. If you go to Irving you won't have to deal with any games and any nonsense that you always have to deal with buying a car. I was nervous going in there and I thought it was going to be a painful process. I was afraid that they were going to play games but I ended up having a wonderful experience. Irving was very nice, respectful and friendly. I went there just to check out the car I wanted but I ended buying a car that day. They gave me a good price for my trade in and the Lexus RX350. I drove there all the way from waltham and it was so worth it.

The response of the staff was great. Darryl came out on a Sunday night & made us feel welcome but not pressured. He was friendly, knowlegable, bu.t laid back enough, I hate shopping cars but Darryl made it nice. He followed Up promptly but wasn't overbearing & understood our desires & needs. We met test drove another used car(09 Acure MDX) all the while he never talked it down or tryed to sway us he was knowledgable about the MDX but in the end the Lexus RX 350 spoke for itself.Everyone Was great in all departments throughout the sales process and none begain before 7:00PM. He answered any and all questions to our total satisfaction,shared all pertinent information,described and explained all features,and was extremely cordial.Following test drives,I signed leases on an IS350C and an RX350.Scott familiarized us thoroughly with both vehicles and we were on our way. Since this time I have worked with Mike in service.He is always congenial while also being very professonal.He either takes my calls immediately or gets right back to me in a timely manner. All work is done in a timely fashion and meets or exceeds my expectatons - which are high. Dealing with Lexus of Northborough is an extremely enjoyable experience and I would recommend them unconditionaly. My wife and I have been using the service dept. at Lexus of Northborough for over 7 years with our 2000 RX300We have had such a great experience working with Mike (in Service), for the amount of questions we've ask, Mike has always been right on top of getting us the answer, and at times has offered suggestions, which not a lot of dealers do. We've received nothing but superb customer service each and every time. When I've called last minute, which I think has happened at least 3-4 times, Mike always seems to find a way to accommodate us each and every time. And to carry over to the Parts dept., for a question I asked Mike about the blower motor, he followed up by asking his parts person (Paul King), and Paul was able to get back in touch with me - but not just a single answer, but options, which was great. He explains things very easily and is great in getting back in touch quickly.I respect that in a dealership and appreciate all their assistance in making sure our cars (we also have an SC300 that's been serviced there) are functional each and every time we bring them in. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. It was actually $1000.00 more than another dealership, but this Lexus had better customer service and a friendlier staff. I made a decision to buy a used ES after the Anjula, the salesperson at Lexus, informed me of the pros and cons. He explained every detail about the car to me. I feel like I made an informed decision after visiting Lexus of Northborough. When I was at Lexus of Watertown the salespeople were not friendly and didn't explain the vehicle. I am happy with Lexus of Northborough and look forward to doing future business with them. It was worth paying the extra money!!! The salesperson also delivered the car to my house and took my old car away. Kudos to Lexus of Northborough!!!

My first car buying experience with this dealership 4 years ago was less than ideal, as I spent 5 hours (!!) haggling on price before we finally agreed to terms. Despite that, I went back again recently to purchase another vehicle. This visit was much shorter, as the sales rep made me feel as if I was wasting his time by being in there. He sent me on my way after 20 minutes with a "best price" that wasn't even close to the price I knew I could buy the car for (and eventually did at another dealership, despite his claim that "you can't get that price anywhere").After two car-buying experiences here, it seems as though they are less willing to budge on price than other dealerships. In this day of internet pricing, and the information that is available to the car buyer, a customer that does his homework will inevitably find a dealership to give him the price he wants. Especially if he is able to demonstrate that knowledge and offers a price that isn't completely unfair to the dealer. After speaking with the manager following my last visit, I'm hopeful this will ring true next time I go in to buy another vehicle.

Last week, my husband,, Brian, purchased a 2006 Mustang convertible from Lexus of Northborough; Nathan Roseberry was the salesman who worked with him. We would like to thank, compliment and commend Nathan for the work he did to facilitate this sale. From our initial visit on Monday, 18 July to the delivery of the vehicle on Thursday, 21 July, Nathan was superb. He facilitated the final selling price of the car and was in contact with Brian several times to be sure all the information was available and ready for him to register the car on Thursday. His attention to detail was impeccable and made the out-of-state purchase easy and problem-free. since we moved to the Northboro area 6 years ago we have had our RX330 service at Lexus of Northboro. my first contact in the service department was with Dan Blinn. his profesionalism, knowledge and customer concern and satisfaction was outstanding, and is why i insisted on him being my service repesentative in the future. he never let me down. everything promised was completed and on time. never a glitch. when i called to schedule a service appointment and heard he was no longer there i was shocked. needless to say he was an outstanding happy efficient employee as true asset to Lexus and felt i had lost a friend. because of his and my personal contact if he had gopne to an other lexus dealer within a resaonable distance i might have considered changing because of Dan. i am a happy camper now that Dan has returned. i know i am in good hands again. i want to add that Mariel Burgos took over for Dan and did an outstanding job. she too is a cedit to Lexus of Northboro. wecome back Dan sincerely dr. bruce moodie

This is the second car I have purchased through this particular dealership and could not be happier. Nathan was our salesperson for our second purchase and was a pleasure to work with. Purchasing a new car can be nerve-racking, however, with Lexus of Northborough it has always been a relaxing experience. There was never any pressure and Nathan was fair and easy to deal with. He spent a significant amount of time helping us pick out just the right car. He recognized the significant purchase we were making and was incredibly respectful of this. So many times you walk into a luxery car dealership and the salesperson is more concerned about their bottom line and forget about customer service that matters. Nathan was never pushy, gave us the space we needed to think about our purchase and followed up with us several times after our purchase, to be sure that everything was going well. During my first 5k mile checkup visit, Nathan immediately came over to say hello and check in on how things were going. The Service Department is equally as terrific. Danny Blinn, our Service Consultant is a pleasure to work with. I have worked with Danny before with my older Lexus and he is always friendly, professional and recognizes that customers are often on a tight schedule. I never "dread" heading in for service. Although I have had very few issues with my cars (knock on wood), when something has needed attention, they are always accommodating and work it to a proper resolution.The dealership really does value customer loyaly, they know that word of mouth will often bring in more business( and repeat business) and that is what makes a successful business. It is not a stuffy dealership, the waiting area is comfortable but not over done. They aren't wasting money on unnecessary frills.If you are in the market for a new Lexus, give Lexus of Northborough a shot and ask for Nathan.

It was a delight to arrive at Lexus of Northborough, MA and discover the Service Liason, who had temporarily left this dealership, had returned. It made my visit (this due to a Lexus recall) much more efficient and pleasurable.I do hope Danny Blinn is rewarded for his expertise in the Service Department.I could not possible give him less than a 5 in all areas.

Irving and Kevin were wonderful to work with and refreshing to spend time with after spending 3 weekends of car shopping at other car dealerships. Kevin's response time to questions via email was exceptional. Irving was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, made our test driving experience fun and without pressure. My only wish was that they came up higher on the trade value. One thing is certain, if Irving is still working at Lexus of Northborough when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle, he has guaranteed a future sale!

I needed to dissolve my lease due to mileage issue and Nathan and the sales manager were very interested in working with me to get into another lease I could afford. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The waiting area for service is comfortable and spacious.

I had my car serviced at Lexus of Northborough when it was still under warranty. The experience was always pleasant. When I needed to get a car quickly, I saw that they had a Certified Used Lexus LS430 that looked perfect for me. Nathan was quite helpful and low key. No hard sell, and they were willing to negotiate and I feel I got a good deal. I am very happy with the experience.

Working with salesman Irving Espinosa was an extremely positive experience and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service. Irving was incredibly knowledgeable about the car I bought (2008 Lexus RX 400 hybrid). After the deal was done he spent extra time going over all of the features of the car, teaching me how to use the navigation especially. He also did a great job making sure any imperfections on the car were repaired since it's a certified pre-owned vehicle. His attention to detail really sets him apart from other salesmen. He may be young but he knows what he is doing!!!

All work on the vehicle performed at dealer per service records and the car was without being certified by Lexus, certainly looked it when inspected by outside mechanic.The vehicle was prepared for delivery, registered out of state and delivered in a timely manner.Chris Schmitt, dealer sales person, was very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing and followed up with phone calls and Lexus card to be sure that I was aware of his being available for any service that might be needed.The dealership process was fast and professional.

From the moment I walked in, I knew the experience buying a car at Lexus of Northborough would be a good one. My salesman Irving Espinosa was very helpful, knowledgeable, and we ended up in a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus RX 400h hybrid. There were a few issues with the vehicle that were taken care of within a day, and the service there is top notch (Thanks Ron McGill). I also received a personal letter from the owner thanking me for my business and letting me know I could call him personally if there was a problem.I have purchased many Toyota vehicles, and the experience at Lexus is beyond comparison. Lexus of Northborough is a model of how a dealership should be run in an ideal world. My wife and I commented to each other on the ride home from the dealership how awe-struck we were at the service we had received, from the valet that greets you when you drop off your car, to the receptionist and cashier. Kudos to Mitch Cook and his entire staff. They have made a customer for life!

This was our best car buying experience ever. The salesman and the dealership were excellent to deal with in purchasing the vehicle. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. The salesman was great on the phone prior to our 1 hour plus drive to the dealership. All of our questions were answered and there wasn't the struggle to get to the real price. The cars were well prepped and and ready to go for the test drives. We have walked out of a few dealerships when looking for other cars in the past. This was by far our best car buying experience. It was so good we bought 2 cars that same day!!! I have recommended this dealer to over 10 people already!!!! When looking for our next purchase we will look here first!!!!

I own my third Lexus which is an RX 330. I had my first two serviced at Lexus of Watertown and Lexus of Norwood. Both of them combined could never give the level of service that Lexus of Northboro does. Danny Blinn is number one in my book. He is always a pleasure to work with. He always greets you with a smile. I brought my RX in for service and mentioned that the ride seemed noiser than usual. He took it upon himself to have the RX looked over carefully and found that there was a problem with a rear ball joint. He also looked at the history of the RX and found that this was a warranty covered issue. My next car will be a Lexus, and I will purchase it form Lexus of Nothboro becuase I know that the sales staff anf especially the service staff are number one. I recommend Lexus of Northboro to all my friends.

The service department at Lexus of Northborough is second to none. Gene, Mike and in particular Danny Blinn make make it a pleasure to have your vehicle serviced at this dealership. I am a New Hampshire resident and am on my fifth Lexus. The first three were purchased and serviced at a dealership in Danvers, Ma which is much closer to where I live. The service department was good but nothing like Northborough. One day I was having #3 serviced and was in the market for #4. I walked the front parking lot for 10-15 minutes found a car I liked went in and practically had to beg a salesman to come out and show me the car. I quickly realized that the salesman was more interested in returning to the showroom to resume the sports conversation he was having with the other salesman that I had interrupted. The next day I drove to Lexus of Northborough and found the same car. Paul Robertson came out, was cordial, (no pressure), knew the car inside and out and made a sale on the spot. I was totally BLOWN away when I started having my car serviced in Northborough. Gene Robbins does a great job but my first service experience with Danny Blinn was extrordinary. Danny is friendly, knowledgebale and treats every customer as he might a family member or best friend.

Mike Olsen has provided exceptional service over years for me. He squeezes me in when necessary and helps with emergencies like flat tires. He is always friendly and quick to get me in and out. Danny and all of the staff at Lexus of Northborough have always treated me great. I have owned many many different cars in the last 40 years, including Fords, Buicks, Accuras and Hondas and this experience with my ES350 and Lexus of Northborough has been my best. Many times when I have come in for service danny anticipates what needs to be done, make great recommendations and takes great care to listen and understand what I need top have done. I have enjoyed the loaner process often and it works very smoothly at Lexus of Northborough.

I am on my 4th Lexus vehicle. Besides being a great vehicle to drive, I choose to do business with Lexus of Northboro because of Dan Blynn. The best dealership I have ever been to, they treated me very well, always asked if I needed a loaner for the day, always cleaned my car before they released it. I have a 1997 LS 400 with 390,000 miles on it. All the staff were great, including the cashier. I never got a repair without a courtesy call to tell me how much the repair was going to cost. I have been to other dealers, and this one, by far, is the best. Most other Lexus dealers don't take a personal interest in making sure you are comfortable while you wait for your car to be serviced.

I have been a customer at Lexus of Northborough since I bought a 2005 ES330 there in 2004. I have had all my service performed there and have always been pleased with the encounters and the service. Although the internet quotes I received from the other local dealers were all initially lower, I returned to Northborough because of my positive experiences there. And my positive experiences there were surpassed during my recent purchase of an ES350. Everyone was extremely professional, helpful and pleasant throughout the process. I would like to especially commend Michael Fuller, who has gone above and beyond even what I have come to expect from Lexus. He was very thorough during my test drive. He made the "trauma" of buying a car painless and even pleasant during our negotiations. My purchase involved waiting for the vehicle I wanted to arrive in New Jersey and then having it transported here. Michael kept me informed of the status and was very patient (I was more than slightly excited and anxious). He answered my emails promptly - even when I emailed him after hours and did not expect an answer until the following day. He suggested a schedule for the paperwork and receipt of the car which would minimize my time there. He was very thorough during the explanation of the car, including the setting up of the bluetooth phone system (to this technologically-challenged customer) - he had us all laughing. In terms of professionalism, communications, follow-up, and all-around quality, I could not have been more pleased.

The reason we continue to own Lexus vehicles is because of the outstanding service we get from Danny Blinn. He is always available to take our calls - I was on vacation last year and he helped me get to the root of the problem without coming home. He has helped on a weekend when I had a flat tire and my husband was away on business. If I call to have my car serviced he fits me in the next day and I get a rental car while it is being done. I have been using Lexus of Northborough for seven years now and have nothing but praise for Danny and his entire service team. I traded in a IS300 and bought a new IS350 from them in December 2008 and that experience was the least painful car buying experience I have had to date. From sales to service, their attention to detail and the overall experience they provide is second to none. I highly recommend them and at least three friends have purchased vehicles from them as a result.

All three of these men my my experience the BEST ever..I had previously been car shopping for a month (3 different Lexus dealerships) and many other Dealerships..I dealt with Kevin via email came in to 2 see the car Mike sealed the deal Al Brown did the financing and the process was done and over and I'm know driving my new to me 05'RX330..The car is in beautiful condition I must add..The process was hassle free and quick (which for me is a needed when you live life in the fastlane)..I would recomend anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to vixit Lexus of Northboro!!!!! I worked in the midwest in the automotive business in management for an automotive manufacturer early in my career many years ago. I know the business very well, as my responsibilities on the sales side were to work with a dealer network to help drive sales for both the dealer and the manufacturer. As a customer, you spend a while with the salesman and his manager, and you may visit a few dealers, but the people you deal with throughout the life of the car are in the service department. And nobody I've ever met in my dealings both professionally and as a customer comes close to providing the customer service, professionalism, and sincerity as Danny Blinn does. When I bought my car, my sales experience at Lexus of Northborough was very good, and I thought, "This is what buying a luxury car is all about." Then I met Danny and was floored by the entire experience that Lexus of Northborugh delivered. Danny is still there and I feel strongly that he's the biggest reason I'd buy another car from the dealership. If I was GM or sales manager there -- never mind service manager -- I'd wrap Danny up in a bear hug and make sure he never leaves. Danny's a tremendous asset not only to the service department but to the sales department,as well.

In 2003, we bought our first Lexus in Northborough. This ES-330 now has approximately 90,000 miles on it. I've been having my RX330 serviced for 3-1/2 years at Lexus of Northborough even though I purchased the vehicle at another Lexus dealership in Massachusetts. The reason is simple: Danny Blinn. He has a solid appreciation for the Lexus brand and for how to provide outstanding service to a customer. He has done a wonderful job of making me feel as though I am his most important customer whenever I'm there and no matter what the reason for my visit. In December 2003, I decided to purchase my first Lexus from Lexus of Northborough. For five years, this was my business car that took me all through New England under all kinds of road conditions. This ES-330 has nearly 90,000 miles on it now. The main reason I have stuck with this dealership is the exceptional service and responsiveness that I have received from Danny Blinn and the staff at Northborough. I have purchased two vehicles from Lexus of Northborough and have had all of my service and maintenance work performed there because I get outstanding service each and every time from Danny Blinn. When I drop my car off for service, Danny has the loaner car all set up and I am in and out within 15 minutes every time. In my experience, I have never seen better customer service anywhere. In the rare instance, that I've had to return for follow up service, Danny does whatever it takes to make it right. As long as Danny Blinn is at Lexus of Northborough, I'm a customer for life. Danny is a pleasure to deal with and sets the standard that many can only hope to achieve.

The service I have received at Lexus of Northborough has always been exceptional. A big part of that is the treatment I get from Danny Blinn. Over the years we have had four Lexus and have had all of then serviced at Lexus of Northborough. Whenever I call to get a service appointment Danny is always more than accommodating with a prompt appointment and a loaner car, which without exception has been a Lexus. He also keeps you updated with the progress and different service options if necessary. We are a three car family that until recently was all Lexus. I recently got a BMW M3 and I have to say the ownership experience with the BMW is no where near as pleasant as with Lexus and it all comes down to the treatment I get from Danny. When it comes time to replace the BMW the is a good chance it will be a Lexus mainly for the much more pleasant ownership experience.

I bought a new Lexus LS460 in July of 2007 from Lexus of Northborough. My buying experience was truly pleasurable thanks to the efforts of the owner of the dealership. Every commitment made to me at the time of purchase was fulfilled. I would not consider taking my car anywhere else for service solely due to the attention I have received from Danny Blin and their service team. He is extremely responsive and flexible when it comes to scheduling routine maintenance appointments. He is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to make the experience as convenient for me as possible. From the car check-in process, to the waiting time communication, through to the review of the work performed and payment the entire process is all about the customer. I could not recommend a dealer more highly than the team at Lexus of Northborough.

I bought my 2004 RX330 at this dealership in May of 2003 and have been having service done here for 7 years. I can say with certainty that Danny Blinn (service) is why I keep coming back and why I will buy my next car at Northboro. Service is unbelievable. The responsiveness and attentiveness is unmatched. I have 150,000 miles on the car and it runs great. Heading to 200,000+ miles and I know that Lexus service will continue to treat me like I just bought a new car each and every time I visit. I highly recommend this dealer, the car and Danny Blinn.

I have to say thhat I have never had a relationship with a service professional that has been as beyond expectations as working with Danny Blinn at Lexus of Northborough. From the first time I went to the dealer for service (I had purchsed the car elsewhere and had a VERY unsatisfactory experience) Danny has made getting my Lexus G470 serviced/maintained as enjoyable as possible. When I leave him a voice mail at 6am in the morning on my commute in to schedule an appointment, I typically have a callback from him on his commute by about 6:20am. He will always have a loaner vehicle available for me, and shows tremendous flexibility on when I return back to pick up my vehicle. I feel none of the service "upsell" pressures that I have felt at other dealers in the past, but he also knows that my car is a valuable asset, and will make sure that I don't defer important maintainence. The vehicle is always ready when promised. I can't say enough about how great by service experience has been at Lexus of Northborough, and this is why I will definitely buy my next new car there.Todd Brooks

My experience with Chris Schmitt has been outstanding! He has been consistently friendly and demonstrates a willingness to go beyond the call of duty. Though he was going on vacation the day after we finalized the deal on the car, we waited until he returned before picking up the vehicle so that Chris would be the person concluding the transaction. My experience with each person at Lexus of Northborough reflects the highest degree of quality--with one exception: after my initial service, the car was "cleaned," but it was not "clean"--what I mean by that is that the exterior appeared to be hosed down ("washed" would be too generous a word) and the interior quickly vacuumed (I immediately found a small piece of white paper in plain view on the driver's side floor). I trust this is an anomaly. Overall, I would consider Lexus of Northborough as perhaps the finest dealership with which I have ever done business.

Let me begin by saying that I live less than 3 miles away from Lexus of Watertown yet I choose to drive 30 miles to go to Northborough for service.Mariel is extremely attentive to detail, always remembering even the smallest things and ensuring that repairs and maintenance are completed properly. No matter the size of the problem, from a large recall job to a small rattle that may not bother anyone else but me (I am a little "special" that way), Mariel and the team will always put the extra effort to ensure that issues are detected and resolved. This has been my experience time and again with different Lexus vehicles that my wife and I service there, and I have been dealing with Mariel for years.In the shop, I have dealt with Bill, the shop foreman, on multiple occasions, and he has resolved multiple issues on our cars and has always explained things clearly and in detail. I also once dealt with Cameron, the technician who troubleshot an annoying squeak in my wife's car (extra factory option on GS models!) and fixed it without any issues. These gentlemen are very knowledgeable and professional.Last, but certainly not least, Gene Stewart Robbins, the service director, has always been a pleasure to deal with and always makes you feel welcome at the dealership.

I originally purchase my vehicle certified used from Northboro Lexus with 58,000.00 milesThere was some issues with the exhaust and air-conditioning and the repairs were made as per the warrantee. No questions asked no extra costs and no hidden fees. Thank You!My second experience was for a 90,000 mile service which includes the timing belt, water pump, oil change, filters, tire rotation etc. During the tire rotation they had discovered that the rear brakes had frozen calipers and that all the components calipers, rotors, pads and misc hardware needed to be replaced. Of course now my Lexus had 100,600.00 miles and was out of warrantee. Much to my surprise my service consultant Danny Blinn had me hold on to my loaner car and negotiated the repair of the rear brakes through Lexus. The repair was completed as promised and once again no questions, no hidden fees. Now keep in mind this was a used car! I feel I was treated no deferent than if I had purchased a fleet of vehicles from Lexus of Northboro. Danny and his team went above and beyond their call of duty and truly treated me the customer fairly and with respect. This is a difficult thing to find that in todays day and age. The service department at Lexus of Northborough is amazing. I had to leave for an unplanned trip and just needed some routine maintenance done very quickly. (1 day of notice and my car was due for an oil change) I called Danny Blinn my service consultant and told him the situation. He booked me for an appt. the very next morning and the car was ready to pick 2 hours later!! He also arranged to have a valet service drop me off and pick me up from work while the service was going on. I was thrilled!! There were no hassles, downtime or waiting. Getting service done here is sooo easy!!

Daniel Blinn is a fantastic service advisor. My family was a Lexus of Watertown customer for over 10 years and we changed over to Lexus of Northborough because of him. I actually ended up going to Lexus of Northborough for a random issue, but after dealing with Daniel Blinn, I will never go back to Watertown. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and their service pricing is a lot cheaper than Lexus of Watertown. Lexus of Watertown was going to charge me $650 for a 30k mile checkup. Lexus of Northborough was $350, with a $50 coupon ($300). Lexus of Northborough does 100% what is required in the manual/ what Lexus corp. says such as (rotate tires, oil change, change two filters and replace the brake fluid). Lexus of Watertown adds all of this extra so called service that is not even required by the Lexus manual. For example they rotate and balance tires and do some multi point checkup. Again, Lexus Corporate and the Lexus manual does not even suggest this so why does Lexus of Watertown do this? To make $$$$. Also, the service consultants at Lexus of Watertown are not friendly! Again, Daniel Blinn is great!

We weren't sure that we could afford a Lexus and Peter Kelly was on our side through the whole process. My wife and I never knew that buying a luxury vehicle could be so easy. We were so used to haggling over price and begging for history reports. There was none of that at this dealership. We left very happy and we return every few months for service. We love it there.

When my wife and I stopped into the dealer to look at new vehicles we were very impressed with the professional and courteous manners of our salesman Kevin. He was very polite and did not pressure us in any manner, which is very refreshing when going into a dealership to purchase a new vehicle these days. I have been in for service 2 times since the purchase and have had very pleasant experiences with the parts and service departments. They are a very professional service facility that I think anyone would like to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this dealership to others. I would return for service or for another new or used car purchase from this dealership. One of the most stress-free dealership environments I've ever been too.

I was in the market for a new Lexus. Not really being a fan of purchasing a new car, I wasn't really looking forward to the "event". That all changed when I pulled into Lexus of Northborough and met Pete Kelly. The car buying "event" turned into a car buying "experience". I am a huge fan of "above and beyond customer service". Pete and Lexus went well above my expectations and continue to do that when I take my car in for an oil change or just a car wash. I would highly recommend Lexus of Northborough and Peter Kelly if you're even just toying around with the idea of a different car.

I love working with Peter Kelly! The first vehicle I bought from Pete, he drove 4 hours roundtrip to give me a test drive - that was 9 years ago and since then I have bought 3 more vehicles from him. Pete loves and understand cars and he shares his passion with his clients. He is enthusiastic, polite and genuinely wants to help his customers find the right car. Northborough Lexus is first class - sales to service. Where else can you surf the net and have a great cup of coffee while waiting for an oil change! They know their prices and they listen to the client. It is a win-win situation all around. As a result of my experience, there is no way I will buy my next Lexus from any other dealer. You would be wise to check them out before making a final decision in your next car purchase!

Kevin was very friendly and curteous throughout the whole process. He made sure the customer ( that's us) was comfortable and completely satisfied with the purchase. He was very prompt at returning our calls and making sure our questions were answered in time. Since my purchase, I have recommended Kevin to two of my colleagues. The rest of the staff at the dealership also treated us well. What mattered most to us is that we were treated with respect. Of course, a good price for the purchase and a reasonable value for the trade in was icing on the cake.

I worked with Chris Schmitt to buy a used Lexus LS430. There was no need to sell me on that particular car. I had a 2002 that had, alas, been totaled. I saw this car on the internet and went to Northborough to drive it. I had the good fortune encountering Chris Schmitt. From the very beginning he was as helpful as he could have possibly been. He accompanied me on the test drive, made sure I was familiar with the novelties of this particular model, expedited the transaction at every step of the way and, perhaps most important of all, has called me at home on follow up calls at least three times making sure that I was happy, that the car was performing "as advertised." He has told me to contact him whenever I have the slightest concern and that is not an idle offer. I am completely confident that should the occasion arise, a call to him is all that will be required to right whatever situation may have arise.I cannot recommend Mr. Schmitt more strongly. I might add that Mr. Schmitt struck me as part of a culture of helpfulness that permeated Northborough. The feeling of wanting to be helpful but not wanting to be intrusive was palpable. When I'm ready for another car, Northborough will be the first place that I will look. Chris Schmitt will be the first person I contact.

This car was purchased over the phone. We(company car) were dealing with 2 other local Lexus dealers at the same time. I was under the gun to close this deal in one day. Kevin Mchale was by far the best of the 3 dealers. He was very professional and worked very hard to get this deal done on time and at the price we were looking to pay. Irving is a professional in his delivery of information, grooming, and his handling of paperwork. Immaculately clean facility, with hospitality coffee, snacks, modern clean bathrooms-I won't mind waiting for service when I need it.

Remarkable service and dedication. A few weeks ago, I was looking for a used Toyota (this is before the recent recalls). After having some unpleasant experiences with other dealers, who were either slimy, ill-informed, manipulative, or nice but not that smart, we thought we would stop in to see the one used Toyota on the Lexus lot. Chris Schmitt is an excellent salesman. He listens to what you say, doesn't attempt to talk over you, and is responsive. He's pleasant and chatty company as well. We did have to "play the game" a little to get a reasonable price, but I think we got one in the end. However, I was most impressed with this dealership after we had closed the sale. Three days after we have driven home our new (used) Toyota, we got a call from the owner, Mitch Cook. A new recall had just been issued that directly affected our 2006 Toyota Avalon. Although I hadn't even been conscious of this development, the owner suggested we garage our Toyota at the dealership for a week or so, until Toyota had a fix for the problem, and he offered us a brand-new Lexus loaner (for free, of course). Wow, how fun was that! We really enjoyed all the gadgets and luxury. The following week Chris Schmitt called to say that he had been able to arrange a "priority" spot for our car to be fixed (as per the recall), and that he would take care of all the details. We just returned the loaner yesterday and picked up our Toyota, freshly fixed. That's what I call attention to service -- even after the deal closes, they are responsible, creative, and go out of their way to make you feel well-looked-after. (And the cookies are good, too.)

I purchased and have had my 2007 IS 250 AWD serviced at this dealership, the car now has 68,000 miles The experiences I have had are exceptional. Bottom line is they get it right on customer service. My concerns are always addressed in a prompt and professional manner, not only for my IS but for my other new car which is an Acura MDX (had to get the MDX, because the RX only has 5 seats). I had a problem with that new SUV, Acura couldn't respond that day, so I drove it over to Lexus, they corrected the problem (even though they were packed with Lexus clients), hand washed the car and I was back on the road. This dealership is run more like a small boutique operation, as such the managing owner Mitch Cook is always available if you need him. I have never needed to speak with him formally (although informally spoken to him several times) as his staff always rises to the occasion every time.

My daughter purchased a vehicle from this dealer 2 years ago. The expierence was great, the car has been great and the service has been great! So when it came time for me to purchase a new car for my wife, I went to Lexus of Northboro. I have purchased vehicles from Porsche, Infiniti, Mitsubishi, Hummer, Subaru, Saturn, Cadilliac, Linclon, Acura and Ford as well as many large trucks for my business and I have NEVER had a better vehicle purchase expierence than this one. I went there on a Thursday afternoon, I did my research and I knew exactly what I wanted, an all wheel drive IS-250. They had the vehicle, color and options IN STOCK !! I also picked out some after market accessories for them to install and really put the pressure on them by asking them to have it ready to pick up on Saturday including working with my insurance provider, getting it registered and plates. It was Valentines day and I wanted to surprise my wife. When we arrived on Satruday morning, not only was it ready and waiting, it had a big red bow on it. She was also presented with a rose and candy to really highlight the surprise. I thought this went way above and beyond our expectations. The salesman, Peter, spent over an hour going over the complete vehicle with her and making sure she was comfortable with all the features. She has about 1200 miles on the vehicle now and it is just luxury in every sense of the word. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership for the purchase of your next vehicle.

I had a great experience initially with Lexus of Northborough. The dealership is well-maintained, the service dept excellent as was the quality of the vehicle.The issue occurred when we had to return our lease. With the economy the way it is, we were looking to bring down our payments. Both the sales manager, and Scott Bidell, basically did not give us the time of day. We were even willing to look at another vehicle, at a lower price, but were told there were none in stock. I can't believe at this time that they are not in need of car sales as well. Our credit is excellent and we were only looking for a cheaper option.Clearly, this dealer has an arrogant and condescending attitude toward its customers. They gave us a total of 5 minutes of their time on the phone to discuss options with us, eventhough we had been a good customer for 3 years. Bottom line, I would never go back to this dealer or recommend it to anyone.

I have been a faithful lexus customer for several years now. This lexus is my fourth lexus vehicle and I have loved all of my vehicles thus far. The service that lexus provides is outstanding. I have always dealt with Daniel Blinn who is one of your service advisors, and as far as I am concerned he is your BEST. Your company should be very proud of him and should be especially proud to have him on your team.

THE SERVICE AT LEXUS OF NORTHBORO IS OUTSTANDING. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH RESPECT AND COURTESY. IF A LOANER CAR IS NEEDED IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROVIED. DANNY IS GREAT. THE DEALERSHIP IS ALWAYS CLEAN WITH FRIENDLY STAFF. I WILL ALWAYS BUY AT THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF THE STAFF AND SERVICE.

danny is always helpfull and nice always when i need service the vehicle comes right in and gets fix and he goes the extra mile to help out any of my customer needs for my vehicle.dealership is clean and they have great refreshments and they have a massage chair. danny always helps with my concerns.

Lexus of Northborough is a fantastic dealership to work with. I have an '06 GX. I purchased it and service it at Lexus of Northborough. The buying process was great - I am very happy with the price I paid. My service consultant is Danny Blinn. He is knowledgable and extremely easy to work with.

I own an RX300 and an RX400h, and I put fairly high mileage on both. As a result my services needs are higher than most. Danny Blynn takes care of my service needs, supervised by Gene. Danny and Gene are the two best services executives I have ever encountered, and I rate them both a 6 on your scale of 1 to 5. Their approach is professional and rigorous, but I have never felt that they pushed me for work that did not need to be done -- which has been my experience with most auto dealerships.I cannot speak for anyone else at Lexus of Northborough, but those two guys are the best in the business. When I buy my next two Lexus vehicles, it will be their hard work that brings in the new sales -- they should get the commission on the sales.Jack Hayes

I have dealt with Lexus of Northborough twice in the last year. In one case we could not reach an agreement on a new ES and, more recently, we were able to do a very good deal on an '09 RX. Based on these two experiences, it is my impression that while this is not the highest-volume/lowest-price Lexus dealership in the general Boston area, it is definitely near or at the top of the heap in terms of service and general customer experience.On both occasions, the sales manager -- Matt Petisce -- negotiated aggressively but fairly, without inappropriate pressure or underhand tactics. F&I was similarly straightforward, with no hard sell. And on both occasions the sales consultant -- Brad Cook -- was a pleasure to deal with. He knew the vehicles inside out and nothing was too much trouble for him before, during or after the sale. The delivery process, in particular, was really outstanding.We have not yet had occasion to use the service department, so I can't comment on that other than to say the facility is as new and clean and orderly as one would expect given Lexus's particular focus on their dealership experience.

After talking with four dealerships, I finally bought a car through this dealer.Peter Kelly, our salesman, is 100% professional. No high pressure sales tactics at all. His ending comment on our first meeting was "If you feel the car is a good fit for you, I'd like to earn your business." He maintained this straightforward professional attitude through my family's several visits and dozens of calls. We were treated as equals in a mutually beneficial process. He had no issue at all dealing with my wife with her questions and me with my questions. We called him many times (off hours) on his cell phone and he was perfectly fine with that.The finance person, Sharon Eid was also very professional, working the financing several times until both us and the dealership were satisfied.So, figure out what car you want (all options all not readily available), do your homework (Kelly's Blue Book, Edmunds, and calling around) and then have a chat with Pete.

This was a professional, knowledgable dealership. Every detail was addressed and all my questions answered directly. I shopped 3 other lexus dealers and although I paid less, with the professional attention to detail I received. I would have gladly paid more. Belive it or not!

I've been buying cars for over 30 yrs and my experience at Northboro Lexus with salesman, Jamie Chomo, was one of the best. It was relaxed and fun but also professional and respectful. I had a good idea what I would be paying for the car(thanks to the internet), so when the pleasant experience was accompanied by a reasonable price, I accepted. A friend, who just went along for the ride, ended up buying a Lexus, too, primarily because of the way we were all treated. If you want the lowest price, go to Ernie Boch or Herb Chambers (and then stop at Home Depot on the way home to buy some of their crappy stuff). However, if you want a great overall experience, go to Northboro and ask for Jamie. We'll definitely be returning when it's time to buy again.

I have to say that of all the car sales people I've met over the years, Jamie Chomo was by far the best. He is extremely polished and professional. From the greeting to the demonstration to his follow up, he was a top quality sales person. The dealership is also extremely nice and everyone very friendly.So why didn't I buy my car from them? One word, price. The dealership I did buy from, Lexus of Norwood, just blew them away on price and they couldn't compete with their prices or the volume of cars. It just came down to a large difference in price. What Lexus of Northborough needs to do is cut their prices if they ever expect to compete. The best sales people in the world and the friendliest people in the world can't compete with more cash in my pocket.
