I would give it a zero if I could. Very unprofessional. Tricked me into thinking I could get $1000 rebate without telling me all the requirements. Then called me 1.5 weeks after the purchase with a "oops, we didn't know you have to provide this too. So Let's finance another $1000 for you". I was there 3 times working with Danielbefore we bought the car, all of which the sales team leader Jay Hunter was there overlooking the process, yet again the other requirement of the rebate was NEVER mentioned. Now it's all signed and done and they treated me like I'm the one responsive for it when it's them who messed up and need to pay for their own mistakes. I'm very disappointed in this Bussiness and I can't believe a big dealership like Lexus can blame it on "not knowing" and treat its customer like this. I trusted them when I walked in the door, now all I wanted to do is to return the car And be done with them.

BUYERS BEWARE - Here I am, 6 months in trying to get a "three for one" protection claim resolved. Larry Vondra called me late at night back in March and I emailed him the documents he requested on March 8th. Sent a follow up email on March 19th. Left a voicemail on April 7th, April 25th, May 9th, May 25th, June 27th, and I haven't heard back from him at all. I even reached out to corporate and had a case manager involve, but nothing is being resolved.As Murphy's law would state, "all warranties expire until payment of invoice," and yet I still have a valid warranty until 2018. Don't allow the conniving Larry Vondra to throw you the pitch of warranties and all if he's simple going to ignore you if you try to file a claim.

I recently bought an Infiniti FX at Lexus of Omaha. I worked with Eric Murray. Eric was very informative and knew that I had done my research before coming into the dealership. There was no stress involved in buying my car and I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. I would highly recommend buying your next car from Lexus. My wife's RX wouldn't start. It's almost 5 years old and needed a new battery. Jeff From Lexus of Omaha came to the house and installed it! Seriously! She was rolling in 30 minutes from the time she called them. All this for about $25 more than a battery costs at a parts store. Wow!Just another reason she won't even consider anything but a Lexus.

Never would have guessed it... After 8 months of searching a radius of up to 500 miles from home, that I would find the BEST possible deal at Lexus of Omaha.. I spotted our vehicle late one night on Cars .com. and sent off an email to Lexus of Omaha. 7:10 am. the next morning I received a CALL from Pat Wallace asking how he could be of assistance. That's prompt service! Pat is absolutely the best. Pat answered all my questions and found answers and solutions to all my concerns. He assured us the trip to Omaha would not leave us disappointed. The car was actually better than he described. The price was right on and the entire staff was exceptional when we took delivery. If you are looking for a quality used car I highly recommend Pat Wallace and Lexus of Omaha.

I've owned 9 Lexus's and all of them have given me hundreds of thousands of trouble-free miles. The cars are awesome and you can buy them at dealerships all over the country. But the true test of a Lexus dealership is the people. Pat Wallace at Lexus of Omaha is the kind of guy who helps Lexus maintain their reputation for genuine quality. Pat is a true sales professional; personable, knowledgeable and without any of the usual gotta-buy-it-now-pressure. I found a used Lexus GS online at Lexus of Omaha. After talking with Pat, and him providing me with answers to all my questions, he gave me the confidence to travel cross-country to buy the car. My wife and I flew from Seattle to Omaha, bought the car (at a very fair price) and drove it home. Pat even took the time to outline a scenic route. This was our first new vehicle purchase ever, and it really could not have gone any better. All three times we visited the dealership prior to picking up our RX350, we were asked several times by different employees if there was anything they could get for us. Someone was always cleaning the dealership too- not just wiping off a table but actually getting down on their hands and knees and wiping the bottoms of window frames and the floor. I am an extremely detailed and organized person, and their operation was exactly the way I like to see things done. I am a big records keeper person, and Eric Murray went out of his way to make us feel comfortable asking for anything. I also appreciated how if Eric or Jason didn't know the answer to one of my questions, they wouldn't blow me off- they would actually admit they didn't know and then they'd find out the correct answer. The negotiation process was fun and we always felt welcome to be there. We left feeling they genuinely wanted us to feel we were taken care of, and that we were now a part of their dealership family. We will absolutely return next time we need a vehicle.

I had an excellent first experience when I purchase my first Lexus almost 8 years ago. Although I had my eye on another car (Mercedes), we decided to drop by and test drive a few used cars. Rusty went above and beyond to make sure I was choosing the right car that I would be happy with for many years to come. On the last test drive, he brought around a beautiful RX350 that had just been traded in (not on the lot yet). This "test drive", just to see how the RX drives, turned out to be the one! Love how easy Rusty was to work with, no pressure, and he stayed late to finalize everything. He made us feel very special. The entire buying experience was world-class once again. Not sure that I'll ever purchase another vehicle anywhere else.

Michael Cohn was a great salesman. He provided excellent advice and wasn't pushy. Michael and management were very helpful letting us have an extended overnight test drive to really take the car through its paces in our regular daily life. The dealership is brand new and beautiful. They are very hospitable and provide coffee, snacks and other beverages when you have to wait. We were looking for a specific used model that probably is very common at a Lexus dealer, so we ended up purchasing elsewhere this time around. However, given the experience with Michael and the dealership, I hope my next car is purchased here.

We were looking for a used car for our daughter and decided to stop by because we saw a CRV advertised on the website. It was lightly raining, but Rusty Russell came out and met us with a friendly smile and a strong handshake. Rusty showed us the CRV and listened to what we were looking for in a car. Rusty was able to relate the different safety features and car considerations for a new driver because he has just went through that as a parent. I thought it was especially nice that he really listened to what my 15 year old had to say. Rusty then suggested several other cars to look out so we could compare and contrast. He had suggested several vehicles that were great fits for our needs. Rusty spent the time to show us the service department and we were really impressed with how that process works. After test driving a couple cars we decided to go with the CRV. At no time was Rusty ever that "pushy" salesman. He seemed to know when to speak up to answer our questions and when to give us our privacy to discuss amongst ourselves. Rusty was really patient and helpful as we were explaining the car buying process to our daughter.Jay in the finance department was great also. He was helpful in getting the car loan set up and quick and efficient with all the paperwork. He too, was very patient as we explained everything to our daughter. Fred, the sales manager, was friendly and reassuring. Overall I was thoroughly impressed with the friendly professionalism of the staff at Lexus of Omaha. We are very happy with our decision to buy a vehicle from Lexus of Omaha. The professionalism of the staff made this a truly enjoyable experience. Best car buying experience ever! My salesman Ben Kenealy answered every question with confidence and enthusiasm. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" something instead I was getting what I was seeking. I get a new car every 2 years, so when I say "best I ever experienced" I mean there's a lot of dealerships I have been to. I can honestly say that my new car is a dream! I love my Lexus! The manager Ski McGlown, was more than fair on the bottom line deal. He didn't go over my top number I was willing to pay and surprisingly came in a lot lower than I was expecting. In other words, I drove out of there with more options than I was hoping for. I got a quality reliable car for my money. If you are looking to buy a new car....go ser Ben at Lexus of Omaha first.

My grandson totaled my 08 RX and I was left without a vehicle to drive. Upon calling Lexus of Omaha and talking to my sales person Michael Cohn; I immediately felt at ease. I was dependent on my family to take me to see cars but Michael went out of his way on 2 separate occasions to bring potential replacement vehicles to my home. I have purchase two different vehicles from Lexus dealerships in the past and found the sales and service experience to be quite good. I was not disappointed this week at Lexus of Omaha. Michael Cohn was as thoughtful and sincere a cars salesperson as anyone could expect. The always necessary stop with the "finance guy" was completed in record time and no hassles. They have staff dedicated to orienting you to the new vehicle and Casey was helpful and respectful to my wife in customizing the technology features for her to drive.

This is one first class operation. From the state of the art facility to the professionalism of the staff. Jennifer was on top of every aspect of the sale, from my initial contact to her personally delivering my car to the airport when I flew in to pick it up! I found this beautiful Jag online searching car fax reports that had been ordered, emailed the dealership around midnight looking for pics and had a response at 8:00 am the next morning! This was before the dealership had even listed the car for sale. Jason in the finance department made the paperwork end of things a breeze and was instrumental in helping me evaluate extended warranty options that had he not informed me of the details of how they work, I wouldn't have even considered this valuable option. If you are looking to buy new or used, you won't go wrong with this first class operation.

This vehicle should be stopped for production. Very cheaply made and is over priced from the top to the bottom of the vehicle. Totally could be purchased at a much lower price for what you get. What a mistake it was purchasing another Lexus. The 2007 lexus was so worth the price but the 2015 Lexus is nothing more than a plastic toy you get from the gum ball machine. The Omaha Lexus Co does not stand behind the products they sell. Nothing more than a $35,000 rip off. This price is up and beyond the great 2007 trade in that Lexus of Omaha probably sold for $24 grand. Don't buy a Lexus.

Wasn't sure I would purchase a Lexus going on but I got hooked on the vehicle and the caliber of sales and service staff. I highly recommend working with Julia Stephenson, she doesn't fit the car sales stereotype many of us have. She made what can be a tedious process fun. Everyone was courteous and I look forward to having my new RX 50 serviced there for many years to come. As for the vehicle itself I think I'm in love.

My wife and I just purchased a previously owned Lexus RX. We had the fortune to work with salesperson Julia Stephenson. From the beginning Julia was friendly and courteous. She made us feel comfortable and when we explained our reasons for a newer vehicle she showed us several vehicles. Since this would be my wife's primary vehicle she took time in explaining the differences between her older vehicle and the newer ones. Once we selected her newer RX Julia stayed late on a cold evening transferring our stuff from the old vehicle into our newer RX, while we worked with Larry Vondra in finance. When we were done Julia had our RX ready and waiting for us. After a few instructions on the newer equipment, we were on our way. It is a pleasure to do business with Lexus of Omaha, and to have the opportunity to have great people like Julia and Larry assisting us.

I'd like to thank both Pat Wallace and Luke Janning for making the purchase of my wife's 2009 RX 350 a real pleasure. After looking for a specific year/color/trim combination for some time, I located the vehicle at Lexus of Omaha via the internet and contacted the dealership. Pat was very helpful in locating and forwarding all the information concerning the car's service history, and went the extra mile in addressing some concerns I had regarding certain recall items, making sure that the work had been performed as needed. Residing in Ohio, I flew out to Omaha and was met at the airport by Luke, a very courteous and pleasant young man who then went over the vehicle with me after I had the opportunity to inspect it thoroughly. (I'm not sure how many potential Lexus buyers crawl underneath the vehicles with a flashlight, but they put up with me nonetheless, and the polished marble floors were a decided improvement over the usual garage floor). After deciding to purchase the vehicle I met with Larry Vondra in the finance department, who also proved to be very pleasant, where I was offered a number of optional warranties. Larry was able to customize a warranty plan that met my needs, explaining the different coverages and the pros and cons of each. The rest of the financial transaction went smoothly and in a professional manner. Lexus of Omaha certainly met and exceeded my expectations, and while I may never have the need to travel 700+ miles to purchase a car again, I can recommend this dealership to anyone without reservation.

I recently went to Lexus of Omaha and spoke to Scott Schubert about getting a very specific used car in my price range. Scott went above and beyond in tracking down a vehicle and even calling me to let me know when it was being traded in! Not only that, but he arranged to have the car delivered to Wyoming and the trade-in taken at that time. Exceptional service. Scott is a great salesman to deal with, and Lexus of Omaha is a fantastic company to buy a car from.

Terrible Customer ServiceDealership stated replacing said part would cure my vehicle problem. I responded said parts were still under warranty, but Denso brand not Lexus. Dealership insisted replacing Denso part would cure my vehicle problems (although Denso was still under warranty). Let me also point out, Denso makes many part for Lexus and is even the manufacture of Lexus ECU. I replaced said parts at dealer recommendation, but parts did not solve car problem. I requested my service rep to addressed I replaced warranty parts unnecessarily and should not have to incur complete cost of parts because I only replaced parts at dealer recommendation. Customer service rep stated there was nothing he could do. But wait! It gets worse. I contacted two members at Lexus dealership to address my concern. One person whom was in management, the other was in customer relation. My emails were COMPLETELY IGNORED by BOTH PARTIES. Ignoring a customer that had a concern exacerbates the situation. Due to the poor service I received, I could never recommend this Lexus dealership as they clearly treated me as they could care less about me as a customer spending money at their establishment.

When I first got my Rav4, I was pleased with the salesman that helped us through the process. Within two weeks of having the vehicle, it went in for a minor fix and I couldn't have been any more displeased with the customer service. I had to be to work and the lady (who I cannot remember the name of) looked at me as if she wanted to say "how is that my problem." Luckily, they were able to get me a loaner car for a day so they could repair the minor fix. Not two weeks later, a more serious fix had to be done. Geri e-mailed my mom asking if they had gotten me a loaner car and, after my mom had replied, got nothing in return. Next, they overnighted the part to my address instead of the company that was going to fix is. I called them about it, Alex seemed as if he wanted to work with me in getting a loaner car for their mistake. I get a call back from Ryan stating I was unable to receive a loaner car for the "duration of the process." I asked him why and he was very unhelpful with the response; stating the same thing again. They seemed to not have taken into account the reasons as to why I would need a loaner (work, taking my son to daycare, etc), which made me very displeased.I am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere because of the lack of customer service training in the place of business after my vehicle gets fixed. After this, I want nothing to do with a company that does not treat the customer with respect as well as does not understand the customers concerns.Buy a vehicle from here? Yes. Go back for repairs or other concerns? Absolutely not. Very unsatisfied.

Don't ever talk to Brad about getting work done to you car because he will change the paperwork behind your back and charge you $2,163 and say it's only $21.63. They are a bunch of rip offs at Lexus of Omaha.

Not once did I feel "pressured" into making a decision, and when it came time for negotiations, he was fair, honest and upfront. My experience with Lexus of Omaha from the time I took delivery of the vehicle to most recent has been less then what I expected from the Lexus brand. This was my second vehicle I had purchased from them and the level of service seems to have dropped off. To start with when I picked up the vehicle the protection film I had installed was wrinkled and appeared to have dirt under it in several spots. They did reinstall it a few days later with no issues. Zero follow-ups from them after the purchase. Most recently I had taken my vehicle in to have them fix a minor squeaking noise. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed they had put a dent in the door. No dents were on the vehicle when I brought it in. I brought this to their attention and they quickly fixed it the same day. The squeaking noise was not fixed and as before there was zero follow-up from them after this most recent service. The last event really angered me and wrote an email to the general manager of Lexus of Omaha. I was contacted by the general sales manager and they offered to come get the vehicle to resolve the issue. I declined as it was not serious enough and could wait for the next service. I was left with a bad feeling after this and did not feel they truly understood or cared about the real issue here. They lost my trust and I feel they were just trying to make me go away. I decided after this to contact Lexus customer care (Lexus Corporate Office) and told them everything that has gone on from the time I purchased the vehicle to the most recent event. A department specialist has been assigned to this and is reviewing all the missteps done by Lexus of Omaha. I am not writing this review in an attempt to get free stuff out of the dealer, I just want the level of service that one expects when spending as much as they do when buying a Lexus. It is unfortunate that all these events have happened because I would have been a very loyal and good customer of theirs.

Our Lexus journey started with a phone call to the dealership with a request to test drive the RX 350 AWD. Jeff Bahnsen answered my questions and set up a time convenient for me to come in and test drive an RX 350. Jeff was timely in his responses via e-mail and friendly on the phone. I so appreciated his approach and everyone I met at the dealership was courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was being taken care of. I fell in love with the Lexus. We have been Infiniti drivers for the last 10 years. I think this may be the first of many Lexus vehicles I will lease and we may even convert my husband before his next purchase in 2014. Casey LeMaster spent 2 hours with us the morning we picked up our new vehicle. He was thorough in his overview and demonstration of the vehicle's technology and overall operation. He made sure we understood everything before we drove off the lot. Never in our 30 years of purchasing and leasing vehicles have we experienced such excellent customer service. Bravo Lexus of Omaha!!

We have a 2001 RX 300 and thought we wanted a big car but then we saw the Cth 200 and we thought it was a great fit for our family. Tony is a true professional and saw to it that we looked at all of the vechicles we were interested in. He took the time to see that we were happy people. I found a vehicle on cars.com. contacted Lexus of Omaha, and we went from there! I live around 500 miles away, so obviously bought sight unseen...... Pat Wallace helped me through every step. He was open and honest about the vehicle. No surprises when it arrived. My husband and I were blown away at the fact that they put a brand new set of tires on!!! Very cool and in expected. I hope to meet these people one day! Highly recommend this joint!

I had worked with Lexus of Omaha 15 years ago and had a fabulous experience. When we went there again last week, we found that our favorite salesperson, Pat Wallace, was not only still there....he made it just as wonderful an experience as he did many years ago. It is a great Omaha family who treats people with respect and value. I will continue to do business with them as it is a truly wonderful experience.

We are return customers in good part because of salesman Mike Kraft. His is friendly, thoroughly knowledgeable about his product and eager to be of service to his customer. He was patient with us, answering our numerous questions as many times as needed. He went out of his way to see that the garage door opener in our new car was programed to work with our garage door at home. We enjoyed his sense of humor also.Larry Vondra was efficient, friendly, thorough, personable and easy to work with. He promptly returned phone calls to answer our questions.The dealership in general is tops in our opinion. This started out to be a routine service visit and ended with my driving out with a new car. Pat Wallace made the process easy, marshalling whatever help he needed to handle the details in an efficient and timely manner. It seemed like the entire staff pitched in to assure that I was out in minimum time, while still providing the outstanding service that is a hallmark of the dealership. By the way, my "old" car's service was completed on time and the car would have been ready as promised.

The repair on my RX was diagnosed a few weeks before it went in for the repair. Sept 1st when they did the repair it did not fix the problem. I recieved a call the following week and a loner was brought to my hometown (90miles) for me to use till they properly fixed my RX. The second try they did find what it was and EVERYONE was so pleasant to work with right down to the gentleman who brought my loaner. The day I picked up my lexus when they thought they repaired the SQUEAL the two techs who waited on me just were SICK when my vehicle was started and the squeal was still there, they apologized NUMEROUS times. ALL is good in my "LEXUS WORLD"! THANK you Lexus LOVE LOVE the way I'm treated when I come in for service.

Jason Fredicks along with the staff at Lexus of Omaha are a top notch, first rate, classy group of people. I was comfortable with Jason from the very start, he was friendly, easy to talk with, and very knowledgeable. The 2013 RX350 is just breathtaking, and the whole process was just very pleasant from the time I stepped inside the dearlership to driving off in my brand new car. Our salesman was Mike Kraft and, as a first-time buyer of a Lexus, I had a lot of questions. Mike went through the options and accessories in detail, and I never felt like he was trying to rush me. In fact, I took well over an hour of his time before driving the car home.

This was our first experience with the Lexus dealership and it was amazing! During the process we dealt with Derek Amos, Vito Agosta, Larry Vondra as well as several others and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. We bought a used Acura MDX (our 3rd Acura)and are huge fans of Acura's, however if they don't have the Acura we are looking for next time we are ready we have discussed making the switch to Lexus because our experience was that GREAT! I will definitely continue to use Lexus for service as well as any future vehicle purchases.

Sales person Mike Kraft was very helpful and was glad to answer any questions that I had. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. This is my 2nd Lexus purchase and I plan on going back again when my LS-400 dies. 275k and still running!! What does that tell you about the brand. The quality of Lexus sells itself as far as I am concerned. The sales staff is a cut above.

We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Lexus last week. I contacted them thru email to set up a time to test drive a vehicle. The original sales person was not available when we arrived, but they quickly found an available employee. Jeff Bahnsen was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Our daughter bought a certified Lexus 350 a year ago and I was with her when she purchased it and between that day and a few times I have been with her getting oil changes or maintence checks WHY WOULD I "NOT" want to be treated that way. My daughter lives in South Dakota but STILL brings her RX to Omaha for its oil changes & maintence just because of the service she receives!! Lexus-Omaha from salesman (JIM GOLL) to the service dept. are EXCEPTIONAL!! My daughter feels like a princess when she gets to Lexus (sales&service) and "I" wanted that. I am a VERY HAPPY owner of certified RX 350 as of Aug 27th! Jim asked what I wanted right down to the color and PRODUCED it for me. We live 90 miles away and my husband suggested oil changes in our local community, I DO NOT THINK SO, I want that RED CARPET treatment I've seen my daughter get!! Cherry/Sheri? was very good about explaining thefeature on our vehicle even though only on the job for a month! GOOD JOB CHERRY/SHERI!! Albert Saigh did an outstanding job for us. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with us concerning the ES350 that we purchased. I don't believe that Lexus could find a better or even as personable a salesperson as Albert. If all the Lexus employes are as capable as Albert Lexus must sell a great number of cars! We bought a 2008 Certified Preowned Lexus ES350 and had a problem with noise while driving. We took it in to the service department on April 30, 2011. They advised it was a problem with the tires and they installed new tires, balanced the tires and aliened the front end all with NO CHARGE to us. The car now rides better and handles better as well as being much more quiet.We are VERY HAPPY with Jim Goll and the service department. Thank YouMike & Teresa Flynn

The sales team, financial manager, and detail team were patient and kind. They truly listened and responded to my needs. Jeff Bahnsen spent seven hours with me, working with his managers to ensure I was getting into the car I preferered at a price I could afford. Larry Vondra, credit manager, is an especially friendly person who does not apply undue pressure to buy add-ons. I really appreciate that! The detail team knew I wanted to drive my new car away that day, so they worked hard to clean my car up and present it to me as if it just came off the assembly line. This is the second RX350 we have purchased and the first time we worked with Jim Endebrock. Jim is outstanding and spent 4 hours showing us how everything works on our new Lexus. He even programmed my phone numbers using Blue Tooth. It was a very pleasurable experience. We love going to Lexus of Omaha because you are treated like royalty! Plus we love our new RX 350!

This dealership has EXCELLENT service after the purchase. Also, the sales people are outstanding and REALLY know their products. They are helpful, informative and very personal in their service. This is my second Lexus, and I compared it to a Buick (which is being advertised on television as the new and better option to the Lexus). However, the Lexus is still my favorite...much more quiet and much better ride. The biggest PLUS for the Lexus is its visibility compared to the Buick. Looking to the right rear from the driver's seat is very obstructed in the Buick...not so in the Lexus. They were also able to get our lifetime subscription to XM radio transferred from our previous Lexus to this one. GREAT dealership!
