Rafael was super professional and extremely helpful! I was in a rush to get a car and go about my day but he insisted that I take the car on a test drive because he wouldn’t want me to make a purchase without having a great feeling of driving the RX350. I met with Mario Padron, hands down he is the best! You want to go directly to him. So nice, so professional, he listened to me, asked me questions and made me feel right at home. The test drive was customized to my way of driving, and he brought a lot of details to my attention. The whole buying process felt very personal, including dealing with our finance manager, Oliver Brown. He was also amazing, treated me fairly and took me through the whole process, start to finish. I purchased my car in june and still get montly statement for random charges from my previous Lexus. Everyone from the Salesmen to as high as the General Manager are horrible. They do not care about you or your service or loyalty, they only care about money. Since i purchased my car ive gone atleast 10 different times to lexus for unsolved business from a previous lease. DO NOT purchase your car from here and definitely from a guy named JC which is over at the Subaru side. Mr. Armani is horrible as a manager who doesnt do anything to make a situation better. Actually he belittles you when spoken to and walks away from every situation. The list goes on of the horrible service ive received. Lexus Finanacial also does not help. If i can return my car and never deal with Lexus again, i would. These peoples are SCAMMERS and will tell you ANYTHING to make a sale.

In the span of six months, I brought my vehicle 10 times to this dealership. I brought it in to have my tires replaced and they scratched my wheels (which took 2 visits for them to fix and the paint started to strip a couple of months later). I brought it in to have the door lock fixed (which took 4 visits for them to fix) and they scratched my vehicle. I brought it in to fix the sunroof (which took 2 visits for them to fix) and they damaged my headliner. I brought it in an 11th time for them to address all these issues and my vehicle is still scratched. I submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and they never even bothered to reply.Get your car serviced elsewhere.

I walked into the dealership after a long work day. A few people greeted me however Mr. Banko made this deal happen. I was treated like a King and felt like a VIP. Michael asked me what I loved and hated about my current vehicle. Great question he had "what do you want in your Lexus that your MINI Cooper does not have?" Mr. Banko had a specific Lexus model in stock that he wanted me to test drive. During the drive we connect the bluetooth and he explained the hundreds of features (the remote start app. is amazing.) When we sat down to discuss numbers I had no intention of driving off the lot in that specific Lexus. Long story short, I drove off with that exact Lexus. If you are in the market for a new car give Michael Banko a call. I highly recommend his service...

I brought 4 new tires elsewhere 7 months ago. The problem is the front are showing treads and the back are great condition. The tech explained it's possible Lexus never rotated your tires when you have visited them at least 2xs for service. I really trusted my tires were rotated. If u see the excessive wear in the front it's now obvious Lexus is to blame. Now I have to purchase 2 new tires and can't afford it. I'm have children and travel to work at night scared for my safety. I should not be responsible for something Lexus is suppose to do. I have a plus package for service to prevent out of pocket expenses.

Every time I bring my car for service here , a week after I need to get a jump start on my battery after i pick up my car from the dealer. I wonder why.?The worst part is that it takes an hour for the road side to come by for assistance.

My Sales Product person was Denis Shadrin, who is the best. I've reached out to Denis on a few times and he is always available. Be it by phone or email he never fails to return any of my messages. However just recently (not fault of Denis) I received a bill from Lexus Financial Services for a fee in the amount of $686.11 for Excessive Wear and Use. Of course I thought this was sent in error given my first lease ever on a 2014 Lexus IS250 with a little 8000 miles/27 months lease. I wasn't aware or informed that I would be subject to incidental fees. I've requested a callback from the Customer Relations/Service/compliant department because this bill was received about a month after I lease my new 2016 IS200t. If this information could have been disclosed to be upfront then I as a consumer would have made the appropriate steps to have incidentals/disposal fees amendments made to my contract. Personally I like the lease process, but now there is a bit of hesitations because now I have a vehicle that I'm afraid to drive because I don't know what constitutes excessive wear and use. If someone could contact me to clear this matter up as I continue to promote Lexus of Pembroke Pines to coworkers, family and friends it will be greatly appreciated.

My husband and I have been with Lexus for 13 years, but this is the first time that we dont have to spend hours at the dealership to get the lease that we wanted. I dont know if it was good luck or if it would have been the same with a different person, all I know its that Im glad that Denis was standing at the door when we got there. He asked us what we exactly we wanted and the deal that he got us was pretty close to what we wanted, without having to go back and forth as its usually the case in other dealerships. After leasing my new Lexus IS 250, I had been happy with my experience until I received a multiple citations from Miami Dade County Court Clerks office in regards to my old tag on my old car that was traded in not being returned to the tag agency. With that said, Fred Carey my Sales Associate told me not to worry about the old tag because the dealership would take care of it. After leasing my new car, I also registered for a nee tag and left the dealership with a new paper tag. However, sales associate Fred Carey told me he would take care of my old tag on my old car I traded in. With that said, now I have called the dealership myself to find out what happen with my old tag because is was never returned to me and I seem to just get bounced around to different people. I have left multiple voice mails to the Financial Services associate Rafael Esquivel and I get no respond. Also, once I got to talk to Sales associate Fred Carey himself, he says "he does not recall what happen on the date of me purchasing my new vehicle." "I do not even remember what cars I sold yesterday." I feel that I was treated fine until I purchased the new car and then became just a number. After this incident, I feel uncomfortable returning to renew my lease, and I feel the staff has been unprofessional. Honestly, i am still waiting for a someone to call me back. Finally, I have submitted a letter to the Miami Dade County Court clerks in regards to this matter. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I emailed dealership on or about Feb 23,2016 about a 2006 Mercedes Benz S430 that they had just listed for sale. I got a call from their salesman Alex Guerra and asked if he could send some pictures of the car and I also asked what was the lowest price that they would accept. He responded that he would get back to me in 1 hour. When he didn't call back, I called and he returned my call about an hour after that. He said that they were willing to take about $500 off the asking price and there would be an additional $799 doc fee. I made an offer of $1000 less than the asking price and said that includes the doc fee. He responded that the offer was less than what they paid for the car. I said that was fine and I would continue to look elsewhere. On Friday Feb 26 at 12:06 PM I got a call from the sales manager at the dealership. He said his name was Audwin Lovinsky and had seen my email to Alex. He then stated that he was willing to accept my offer. I said that I would arrange to have a pre-purchase inspection done by a third party since I live in Colorado. Shortly after that call at 1:12 PM, Audwin called back and said he needed more money for the car, that he already had a deposit for the car and wanted another $500. I said NO. I had made an offer and he accepted it. He said he would call me back. At 1:28 the original salesman, Alex called and said that my offer was accepted. I told him that I would arrange for the pre-purchase inspection. He stated at that time that he would need a copy of my credit card and license. I asked him why I couldn't just give the number over the phone. He said that was their policy. I called my credit card company and asked if they have ever heard of this kind of policy. They told me that it is not something that they know about and since I was out of state and would not be picking up the car until well after the amount had cleared, that the dealership had zero risk. I called Frank at Miami Auto Inspections and scheduled an inspection of the car for the next morning. I gave Frank the name of the salesman, Alex and his cell number per Alex's instructions. At this point I gave Frank my credit card number and and gave my approval to change the $270 fee for the inspection. I then called Alex and informed him that we were all set for the inspection the next morning Saturday Feb 27. I then asked about the credit card deposit and I told him what my bank's fraud department told me about the dealership not having any risk since I was not getting anything until after it had cleared. I then asked if I could give him the number and he could put a charge through for $1000 to hold the car. I asked if everything goes OK with the inspection that on Monday Feb 29th I could do a wire transfer for the entire amount and refund the deposit to my credit card. Alex said that we could do the wire transfer on Monday and no need for the Credit card. I said to Alex, I already paid for the inspection and I wanted to make sure that the car would not be sold before I had a chance to get it inspection and complete our deal. Alex responded that he had already taken the car off the list of vehicles for sale and marked it as sold and I had nothing to worry about. On Saturday Feb 27 at 9:45 AM, Audwin called and said that the car had failed the inspection by their service department that morning because of a ticking noise in the engine and the dealership had decided to wholesale the car. I said that my inspector was on his way there if he wasn't already there. Audwin said he would call me back. I called Frank the inspector, he said he was on his way to the dealership and would be there within the next 20 minutes. He said that he was very familiar with the noise that Audwin was talking about and was usually a sensor that was a very easy fix. I told him to go ahead with the inspection. When Frank got there, he called me and said that the car was gone. Frank talked to a sales manager who said the car was no longer at the dealer.

I gave them one star because a zero was not an option!!! The experience at this dealer was great until we went to sign the final paperwork. The price we agreed on was $4,000 off from the price that was on the final paperwork. Thankfully my husband reviewed the paperwork and caught them with their pants down. Their main concern was having us agree on a monthly car payment without discussing the interest rate or the cost of the car. Please be very careful when purchasing a car from this dealer!!!! The financing manager had no choice but to give us what we originally agreed on because we were going to walk away from the deal. Please be careful and do not allow this dealer to get you caught up in the excitement of buying a new car. I am following this review with a complaint to the dealer manager and up. I am going to report them to the BBB.

I have my car for about 2 years now and the 3 times i took my car to the Dealers at Pines Blvd for maintenance few days after one of my tire is loosing air. I took the car to check the tire somewhere else and the 3 times is always a little piece of something stock in one of the tires that seen to be there for few days only.. Is too much coincidence that happens to me 3 times already , happend to my husband once, to my son once and to one of my friends. All of them right after taking the car for maintenance. I was hesitant to get rid of my Mercedes into a Lexus but because of Mike's professionalism and his patience's AND all the extra VIP perks that came with the deal, it was hard to say no. The car sells itself with the ultimate combination of sports and luxury, but it was the customer service that made the process easy and the deal very attractive. Where do I begin? I thought everything was great when I traded in my IS for an NX in November 2015. Fast forward 2 months and I received a letter from Lexus Financial stating that Lexus of Pembroke did not turn in a Payment Waiver Certificate to cover my one remaining payment on the IS and I now owe the $405. I contacted the salesperson, Kris Koo, and he first said the IS doesn't qualify but then said he didn't know I owed a payment. I spoke to a manager, Andre Armani, who gave me the run around for a week and finally told me to pay it and then he'll speak to the GM and see what they can do. Finally, I called and left several voicemails to the GM, Vladimir Keslin. I then wrote a Yelp review stating my experience thus far. I then found the GM's email online (the girl at the front desk said she didn't know it) and wrote the GM an email after not receiving a call back. He replied that he will not assist me because of the review I wrote on Yelp and will only speak to my attorney! The emails are posted as proof on my Yelp review. I contacted corporate today and they are going to open a case to see what is going on. This is my 3rd Lexus, I love Lexus but I refuse to have someone treat me so terribly. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

I don't know since you guys got new staff etc.... things are very bad no loaners vehicle when your car is in service I ask to speak to the GM he is never available but I see him through the window drinking coffee In the past your GM Was always available for any of my concern I am very upset of the service dept. no loaners I have to wait for 2 weeks to schedule a appointment for a loaner sad I do not recommend. That Guy frank he smokes in front customers unprofessional I don't know how he can be a manager. This dealership loss its class just look at the service no loaners vehicle at all the general manager emails was sent to him I tried calling him no calls I do not know why he is getting paid for.I know I am going to get a email saying that to call frank why he cant call me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lying by omission is STILL LYING. This dealership sucks. People in So. Florida have so much money they just don't care how they treat people or how they spend their money. I bought a new 2015 NX t200 and found out AFTER how much was kept from me....ALL LIES!!! There were things the dealership offered that I found out from someone who lives near me, NOT the salesperson. SCOTT MANKIN LIES BY OMISSION. There were glaring omissions all along the way. Scott tries to come across as a low key and honest salesman. NOT. I don't have enough space to tell you all the lies (by omission) he perpetuated on me. And forget the management..or Lexus corporate!!! The management wont come out of the office if you are there and want to talk to them..and they NEVER return phone calls. Lexus corporate could care less what their dealers do. Its a joke. All the dealerships owned by HOLMAN GROUP ARE ONES TO STAY AWAY FROM. Scott tried to screw me out of accessories that came with the car!! He said he checked..he didnt check anything, never offered me a ride so I didn't have to have a rental car, him and the financial guy lied about the maintenance program!!!!!! Found that out from another dealer. There is no end to what Scott and this dealership will do to a customer. I AM SELLING MY VEHICLE TO BE OUT FROM UNDER ALL THE SCAMS THIS DEALERSHIP PERPETUATES ON IT CUSTOMERS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. HEED THE WARNING.

I met Mario upon entering the dealership and within 10 minutes we were test driving the car of choice. The attention was extremely professional, with absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. We ended up buying the car, and although it was a Saturday we were out with the new car in a couple of hours. Probably the best car buying experience in our life. I would highly recommend the dealer and Mario in particular.

I was offered a rate on a car and after I drove it off the lot the next day they told me the rate changed . My choice was to turn in the car or pay the higher rate. The finance manager advised me to make 8 payments and I could turn in the car for a much better rate without a down payment. I made the payments , turned in the car and once again I was fooled. My payments remained the same.

I have friends that work at other dealerships and even though they know I'm busy with my companies and couldn't make it to the dealerships, not one would deliver a car to me. JC got me the exact car I wanted and made the whole leasing process painless. The day I decided to get the car, I sent him all the information he needed and he delivered the car to me at my place in Delray Beach before I had to leave for work.I wouldn't recommend any other salesman to my friends and family.

Lied to me about my credit score to charge me a higher payment.I lost one of my key fobs, I was told they would "take care of it" using that sales tactic to get me into a new car. Later, I was told 99.99% of keys are a match, but I am the oddity that my 2014 IS key fob could not be matched to any key fob. Keep in mind I had to go to the dealer to learn this because my phone calls and email to customer care manager, George, or Scott were never returned even after a month. I receive a bill from Lexus for $400 for the key fob, asked dealer to pay it, they could not because I got such a good deal with my car. Though, I was sold a car on a pretense.They never tried to match the key fob, where is the report from service saying so?Stay away from Lexus of Pembroke.

Another great sales experience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines! My previous Lexus specialist ,Sal Kamal went above and beyond to switch me out of my IS250 to the new RC 350 F Sport.I dropped off my car for oil change. Sal got my car appraised, picked out car, sent me pictures, and did all the paperwork before my arrival. The transaction was smooth and there was no need for me to be there and miss work. I went after work, car was detailed, had finance manager waiting for me to sign paperwork, and basically just switch keys. He also transferred all my belongings to my new car while I was in finance to save time. Now that's service!I highly recommend Sal for your next Lexus. I couldn't be more happier with the car he selected for me!

The experience with Denis and Lexus of Pembroke Pines was phenomenal. I call this "Fantasy Land" because NEVER had I, or my wife, had such a wonderful experience when Ina dealership. We're used to "sharks", if you will, and Denis was far from that. My wife and I purchased two cars that day and were in and out within two hours. I'm one who does her homework. I test drove and studied several vehicles I thought I might like. It wasn't until I drove a Lexus that I was completely impressed. Lucky for me, Mike Kahuk was my salesperson. Super nice, not pushy at all. I never felt like I was being talked into a sale. We started with a RX350 and I quickly moved to the hybrid version of the same: RX450h. Mike was instrumental in getting me the price I was comfortable paying. And as someone else mentioned, there was a dent that I noticed right after and Mike took care of that for me. I really felt like I was family and that he was there to make sure I was 100% happy! Love my Lexus!

I've been a customer of Lexus of Pembroke Pines for years. I currently own my second ES350 2015. It has 5k miles. I've taken it into the service dept 3 times for the same reason. Steering noise. Every time I'm told the same thing, " it's normal noise". NO!!!! It's not normal to have a brand new car with a steering noise that sounds like a car that has 100K miles!!! I didn't pay almost $50k to hear steering noise!!!! I'm very frustrated with the dealership and the way they've handled this. I don't think I'm buying another Lexus.

My resent car search started in Charlotte NC while I was searching on autotrader.com. I contacted Lexus of Pembroke for a 2014 certified Lexus IS350 I saw on autotrader listed at a very reasonable price where I was transferred to Fred Miller. Not only was he very personable and easy to work with, he really put this deal together. I purchased plane tickets to come pick up the car and Fred personally came to pick my girlfriend and I up from the airport while greeting us with cold bottled water. This guy went way above and beyond accommodating us and even gave us some pointers on great spots to visit while we were in-town. He even contacted us the next day on his DAY OFF to check in to make sure everything was ok! This is true commitment to his clients!

I was assured by Mike Banko that Lexus of Pembroke Pines could match if not beat a lease deal on an IS250 that I received from another Lexus dealership. After driving 40+ miles to take delivery, I was advised by some condescending tool in finance that they could NOT match the deal. Very disappointing to know that businesses run on LIES and BS schemes still. Shame on you Mike and company for your dishonesty and not honoring your word. Don't you realize the power and impact of negative word of mouth advertising? You will now!

The "2012 collision center of the year".. I took my car to get repairs done and the lack of communication was very inconvenient. My car was there for 7 and a half week's. they told me my on 3 separate occasions my car was ready and when I got there it was still unfinished. when it was finally ready for pick up, my battery was dead and the car was still unfinished. Ended up having to take it somewhere else.. The service was so bad and I was so frustrated, they just told me to take it to another body shop. Those were the words of the manager, Mike Valabek. I do not recommend this place.. oh and the many times I went in to check on the status? I heard other customers complain about the service they received.

I have a 2013 GS 350 black in color Elegance vehicle thou I had an issue no matter what I did to the car swirls marks reappeared,I really thought that the car had issues with paint. I spoke to Jose Camara Service Manager at Lexus of Pembroke Pines and he assured me that his used car detail team can take care of the issue, I pick up me vehicle later that afternoon Jose team was excellent, phenomenal performance I would highly recommend to everyone Lexus of Pembroke Pines once again Jose Thank You and your team for a JOB WELL DONE SUPER!!!!!

I purchased a car from these guys in Oct 2014. The car was just registered 4 months later, because I was the only one trying to get it taken care of the finance rep and the sales rep both agreed that what was happening to me was not right. I tried to call the General Manager several times and he NEVER returned any of my calls. I have purchased many cars from Florida and registered them in SC where I live with no problems. This dealership is a a black eye to the Lexus Brand The President of the company talked to me like I was a 10 year old. I personally put about 25 hours trying to get this resolved making 3 trips to the DMW which is 45 min away from my home as well as 2 trips to the SC tax office (which is over an hour from my home) all they keep telling me is they did nothing wrong....that is if you can get anyone on the phone. the sales rep and finance guy we in agreement with me that this was wrong what was happening to me .....but the president Tony Stampone told me that they told him nothing was done wrong by the deaslership.......These employees are afraid to speck up......Terrible experience

My first impression when I first walked into the Lexus of Pembroke Pines Dealership was very positive. I did not feel being followed by a salesmen nor did I felt pressure at all. I was asked if I needed help and since I had spoken to Maria (internet) I asked for her at the front desk. Maria was very pleasant and gave me information over the phone. She assigned me Mr. Denis Shadrin. Mr. Shadrin was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and,courteous, He answered my questions about the lease and was very patience with me. I told him that I was coming back the next day with my wife to see the vehicles. The next day I went back to Pembroke and made the deal with Denis. He is a true professional and I felt like I just met a new friend not a salesman. He help me with my choice and I decided to lease the IS 250 Sports Sedan and I am very happy with this vehicle. I want to add that I had a family emergency during that week and Mr. Shadrin offerred his services to take my wife and I to the Airport because I did not have the Car yet and he also wanted me to safe money at the airport parking. Denis took us from the dealership and my wife and I are very appreciative of his service. Thank you Denis, you are a gentleman. Also Mr. Rohan Alexander in finance was very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant.

My experience was nothing like I had expected, especially coming from Lexus. I was inquiring about leasing a vehicle since I've never leased before. I am disappointed to note I walked out just as I've arrived: lost and confused. The sales person stated he was going to tell me about the great leasing deals and I was going to leave satisfied with a new car. Yeah well, that never happened. I was never told about any deals. I could go into more but I don't want to mess with livelihood of anyone. I will be giving my money, time and service to another dealership.

No follow up on accounting error! Promised payment on my mileage overage in order to close the deal. After sale was made the amount promised was not paid. After over 20 calls to dealership, corporate and management I have yet to receive any follow up. The only response I was given was by my finance manager claiming it was an unfortunate case of he said she said!

Mario is simply the greatest guy to buy a car with (or from). Mario was very knowledgable, helpful, patient, and overall, very friendly. When I went to the dealer I had one thing in mind, but then Mario made me realize there were better and more affordable options. He walked me thru every step of the process and payed attention to all my questions and concerns. In the end, I ended up taking the option that he had suggested to be the best. I am very happy that I was lucky to have him help get my new car. Mario excels in professionalism and his desire to help. Eventually, I'll be back and get him to help me. I purchased a 2010 Certified Lexux in 10/14. My husband and I own 3 Lexus currently. This vehicle was delivered and did not match certifcation specs. No one returns phone calls or provides service. Every other Lexus Dealership that I have dealt with have been Excellent in every way - this one not even close. They did get new management in early 2015 (still trying to fix issues at that point) and service was no better after new management. It was a sad experience! Not even close to the customer service provided by other dealerships! (Oh - you will never get a breakdown on tax $$'s and you may never get copies of all the documents you signed.)

I delayed writing this review for 3 weeks to give them a chance to prove otherwise. I purchased a 2013 Audi Q5 via the internet. I live in Michigan and had been looking for a few months for just the right Q5 to come around. My vehicle was advertised as a having the Premium Plus package and when I received the vehicle it was just the base model Q5, without many of the options listed in their ad. I fully understood that buying a vehicle over the internet had its risks, but felt somewhat secure dealing with an established dealer. I'm still deciding whether it will be worthwhile to take legal action. Overall the experience was not good. Throughout the buying process, calls and emails took several days and attempts to get returned. The final disappointment came when the vehicle was delivered with just one key. Three weeks and many request later, still no key. They are now saying there is nothing they can do about it; well, how about purchasing a key getting it programmed and fedex'ing it to me. This is the final straw!!!

Just got my first Lexus this weekend (IS 250 - Nebula color). I'm not a car enthusiast and have never really cared about what I drive, so long as its nice. But, I LOVE driving this care. Not only is the car great, but everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Rafael (finance) was very informative and I felt no pressure to do anything. Jon-Claude Damion, the associate I dealt with, was very knowledgeable about the car I got, was very patient in explaining the nuances of the car and very easy-going. Again, I felt no pressure to do anything. He was extremely patient, listened to everything I had to say and was generally interested in my feedback concerning my feelings toward the car. Despite my fears of getting a car, after leaving the dealership I felt very comfortable with my purchase and was glad to know that there is a car dealership out there that doesn't conform to the usual stereotypical car buying experience. My wife and I met Gus Arcon for the 1st time yesterday while shopping for a new RX-350. I had talked to him on the phone prior to our visit and first impressions were very positive. We found him to be very pleasant and totally professional. Never once did he revert to what we all know as the "car salesman" role pushing to sell a vehicle. Gus listened to our requests and did his best to accommodate all of them. Bottom line is that this is my 4th Lexus purchase from this dealership and because of service provided by Gus, we will return again. Finally, a 'shout out' to Yucel Genc who lead us smoothly through the closing financial paperwork.

A wonderful experience! I purchased a new Lexus ES 2014 at a fraction cost. My sales rep Denis Shadrin gave me in depth advice (model, Eco and hybrid) that most mattered to me. Denis didn't pump me with standard propaganda sales pitch, instead he listened and in a simple language helped me understand my choices. Each time I pass by the dealership to get a FREE complimentary car wash, I make it a point to thank him. During these troubling times of economic financial concern my es hybrid gets me both 40 mpg city and highway. As you guessed it, I'm filling up my tank once a month. Moreover, it only cost me 45 dollars to fill up (87 regular) a tank of gas. My hybrid car even qualified for local government rebate discounts furthering more savings. My advice to you folks, see sales rep Denis Shadrin. You'll be glad you did.

The experience with Lexus of Pembroke Pines was great all the way from when I got there to the time I drove off my new car. The sales person that helped me was Aldo Vega, this guy explained me everything about the is250 f sport that i was getting, and was very nice. The process was very smooth and fast. Aldo also helped me with all the paperwork into when the delivery of the car to me. Over all, is one of the best experience I have had with any dealer so far.

I am only sorry that I waited so long to get a new car. He was always accommodating and LISTENED. I switched from Acura MDX to a Lexus RX350...Worst experience ever! Lexus of Pembroke Pines..... is like going to a used car lot..... From finance manager to customer service representative. My experience with finance manager was horrifying as he lied about my credit scores and refused to show me my credit report. Show room is not as neat as I expected from a luxury brand. It's been three week since I purchased the vehicle and I've not received a courtesy call as yet. "free car wash and manicure" false advertisement...... My car came out more dirty after it got out of the machine........ No real manicure ..... It's just a scam. PLEASE READ the reviews . I will never recommend any friend or family member to Lexus of Pembroke Pines, in fact, I want my MDX back!

Alex Whitmon was the BEST sales person I have ever dealt with while purchasing a car. Nothing more to say than he's a GREAT educator (knows his stuff), he did not try to sell me the car but instead he made sure that I knew the in's and out's of the car that I was looking to purchase. I absolutely hate going to dealerships where someone just wants to make a sale rathater than help you, but not ALEX, he made me feel absolutely happy, excited and confident in my purchase. When I went in to purchase my brand new Lexus, Alix was nothing but nice. Of course, he works off of commission. Why wouldn't he be? Then, a couple of days later I came back to get my windows tinted. Alix told me it would be an hour and a half or AT MOST two hours. So, I made appointments accordingly. When I got to Lexus they didn't even know my appointment was for 12pm. To make a long story short, they told me it would take about 3 hours. This, in turn, would make me miss my appointment which I had to pay money for missing. Alix called my phone screaming at me, used the four letter word and told me that it wasn't his problem. All I explained to him was that if he would have told me it was going to take TEN hours I could have made the proper arrangements. When I finally went to pick up the car, my father came with me and explained to him that there was NO reason to speak to a female in that tone or manner. Alix got very defensive denying the whole thing and literally got in my dads face! He told my dad that they could "take it outside." My father is a respected police officer for 33 years. In the middle of the showroom employees had to physically hold Alix back. He was the nicest man until he made his commission. I wish that there was another Lexus close to me. I never want to go there again because of this man. HORRIBLE and VERY unprofessional once you purchase your car. BEWARE!

I came in originally to buy a new Lexus LS 460. I was a little on the fence about the price I was't too excited on dropping 76k for the car even tho I really want it. But Barry told me not to worry and he took me to the Pre-owned Lexus area which was just great!! There was plenty of LS 460 cars for me to look at. They were all in practically brand new condition and at a price I was more than happy with. Thank you Barry Levine and Lexus of Pembroke Pines for making my car buying experience one to remember.

I want to advice new customers that are looking for lexus not to trust this dealership grandson was rob and lie, it was only one person that really represent the word business name Frank Marsala , i got a bad experience that i will never repeat in my life my grandson went to get my a new lexus, hoping to leave the bmw family for something more elegant , at the beginning we had a trade with nice rims i toll my grandson to choose any nice car for him ,but to let them know that the rims was not part of the deal that we had the original wheels for the car so that we need the other after market rims back, i want to give my grandson a nice gift he is a hard working man with his idea that lexus will not lie to him he put trust and took the name lexus as well know the best customer service . to do business ,i was just getting out of a surgery im 74 years old at that time i was still in pain killers and all kinds of medicine ,he toll me that a finiance manager will do the papers to be send to my house and that the sale person will explain everything name Dennis it was my first time that a sales person came to my house to sign the papers not having any finance manager experience he give me papers to sing i sing the papers base on what my grandson toll me 450 dollars a month , so i sing after that my grandson came and ask me how you like your new car and where is the papers that was for the vehicle , the sales person never give me a copy of the papework , the next morning he went to pick up the copy of the papers and Armani finance manager toll him good news your payment went down from 700 to 600 and where the 450 payment was left they toll him that beacuse of the trade the payment went low from purchasing i went to a lease without knowing anything , they refuse to give any paper to my grandson they said papers will be send by email , then after hours pass the same sales person came to my house and make me sign other papers at this point i ask him where the copy of my papers he gave me only one copy that was not with any mubers just something for the payments at this point i was trying to get my sunglasses that i paid $600 dollars and my rims that i paid $1600 they toll my son they will give him 500 dollars beacuse the insurance was 1000 dollars but he couldnt get any paper work , i call several times to speak to the general manager and he never response my calls and nothing after almost two weeks my grandson tried to get the rims back but they toll me the car was sold i was very angry beacuse that was not the original deal , i ask to have something in writing because my trade had my sunglasses and my rims, the sales person tried to assist my grandson but being so hard to reach someone in this dealership he took the time to go every day for two weeks to get at least the money for the rims i never sing a lemon law or being toll of all the service that lexus offered i decide to call lexus put many reviews and when finally one manager talk to my grandson and he explain everything his reponse was we dont care about your reviews we are a big company one bad review will not affect us ,well i will write every single day of my my history because now this car is giving a lot of problems the electric equipment is 2014 model can you imagine where this company is going and to make it worst the transmition dont work well and the screen is not showing the right information in overall the give me 500 dollars after 2 months Frank was very dissapointed of the service they gave my family( he is the only person that has a heart and very professional)is not up to him but my time , my grandson time was lost im going to find the way to get a lawyer to help me in this situation is almost 7 months i still not well but every day i have to wake up with a dream that became a night mare ,if buying a car was this difficult i will never went to lexus of pembroke pines i wish someone will contact me for help please share this review with your family and friends everyone needs to make a leaving but dont lie and take advantage of good hard working people especially an older women if i had buy many cars in my life and my papers never got send it was something with this dealership They are thief's Andre Armani and Dennis sales person lie to me and my family make sure what ever they promise you , you always haven't in writing im 74 years old is being more than 7 months and nobody from lexus corporation has reach out to me , i will not rest until everyone nows that they stole and lie to my family in everything they promise, is very sad to see how this dealership is run by liers and more than that they always get away with everything every single call that i made was always not answered. I visit this Dealer looking for one car they stuff me with another car I did not want after having no choice, they just want sell sell sell they do not care about the client specially when the car is sold. I had complained to Lexus directly and they said the dealer is owned and individually operated there is nothing they can do. And the general sales manager made an attempt but called me and game me his E-Mail and a month later still waiting for his call or E-Mail back or a least a follow up call. I had Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Land Rover, BMW, Infinity. But This the worst experience ever. Definitely do not purchase or lease from this Dealer they do not deliver what they promise.

I originally came in to look at the used cars with Mike Banko. After a while I did not know what to pick, so I asked Mike what does he suggest would look best for me. He showed me the new Lexus IS 250 F sport. I immediately fell in love! Black with the red interior! He got me more than what I expected and I stayed in the price range I wanted. This car is amazing and has so many features I still am learning new things that my car can do and I have had it for a week already. I will deff be sending Mike and referrals that I can.

I have been involved in serval car buying experiences with relatives and friends and I can truly say that I have never had a better experience. Came here very late on a Saturday night around 9pm and ran into Sal outside the parking lot. I think he was about to go home but he stayed and accommodated me. He greeted me, got my car appraised and got a great deal. Walked me to the finance manager Oliver, signed several documents then 2 hours later, I'm in a brand new Lexus IS F sport. The experience was swift, prompt and polite. Month gone by, Sal kept in contact with me every week just to check in and to make sure I'm satisfied with my choice. I'll be loyal client for life.

I have visited Lexus for a new leasing for me, and depending on the deal, I would also convince my wife to get a lexus and not a BMW. I have worked with Howard, who showed me the options I wanted, and worked with me during a good amount of time, until I decided what I wanted. His patience and care, dedication to details, and attention to the customer, made me decide to purchase the IS250 F. The next step was to convince and get a good financial deal, and for that I have then worked with Rafael Esquivel. By getting the deal I wanted, and the great service provided by Howard and then Rafael, I got the second car, RX350 for my wife. So in 2 days, we got 2 cars, that demonstrates the awesome service provided by these 2 gentlemen. And because of this, I keep telling my friends and family to get their car at Lexus PP.

The sales rep (Claude) was very polite and not pushy at all. The rest of the staff was friendly and the assistant manager got straight to the point with no waste of time going back and forth. They gave e a fair price for my trade in and reduced the purchase price of the used vehicle to my satisfaction.The financial agent (Abraham) was knowledgable and ver friendly. He took his time explaining the extended warranty and other services (gap,etc), answered all the questions and was not pushy about what to add on to the purchase. Overall it was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with employees smiling and looking relaxed.

The commitment my sales person Tamer had in making sure I purchased a car that I loved not just liked was commendable. I was treated like a million dollar client purchasing a new car even tho I was purchasing a used car and a re far from having millions. I made 2 trips to your dealership. The first one I didn't really see anything I liked nor was I comfortable with the monthly payment. Tamer promised to have me in the car I wanted ( 08-11 GS 350) within my price range within 2 weeks. He did it with a few days to spare. Rudy is who I dealt with in your finance department on both trips was incredible as well. Explained to me what options I had and presented different scenarios and ideas to get me a payment I would be comfortable with. He was able to get me where I wanted to be with all the extras attached as far a warranty, gap, ETC.... I would have never guessed that I would leave there with what I did. Both Tamer and Rudy were a winning combination for me. I never write reviews regardless of my experience anywhere. But Tamer and Rudy deserve acknowledgement for the work they put in helping me and not just trying to sell me anything. They were still aggressive but professional. They didn't have the snake feel I pick up on from car salesmen. You have earned a customer for life and will refer other people as well.

After giving lots of thought in purchasing a vehicle, we decided on a Lexus from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. The facility does not look like a dealership, it feels like a hotel. The atmosphere was very pleasant, clean and not crowded or noisy, including the kindness of the sales people throughout the facility. The receptionist greeted us with a smile that made you feel as though she was expecting you. Most important to us was Michele Alter, our sales lady who was very professional and at the same time very knowledgeable and attentive to every question being asked. If in the future we decide to purchase another vehicle, we will most definitely seek Michele Alter to finalize the deal for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase or lease. I've never liked how salesman pressure you, and nag you to get your information to email and call you non-stop. Gary from the very beginning did not do this. For him only working for the company for less than a year I believe, I can't believe the service he gave and how easy he was to work with. What he said was what he made come true. Very down to earth and well all around. Last but not least when he left me a voicemail he said 'God bless you, have a great day.' I always hated the process of buying a car. But Manfred made me comfortable and only had my best interest in my decision making process. I also don't like test driving, but he also convinced me it's important in getting a feel for the car and if it's comfortable for me and my needs. Before I came yesterday I never heard of the Lexus IS 250 and was gong-ho to get the new Volvo I saw the ride wasn't as smooth as the Lexus. The Lexus was way better and had all the additions and features i wanted and needed. Great sales job convincing me to try something new and actually getting excited about it. Thank You!!!!

Denis made it possible for me to lease the Lexus model I wanted. He answered all of my questions and knowing that I was so nervous about this new endeavor ( I have never leased a car, ALWAYS purchased), he never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I thought I wouldn't hear from him again, but have already received two e-mails from him inquiring about my satisfaction with the car and if there is anything else he can help me with. It's been less than a week since my purchase. Once I left the lot, I thought we were done...I've been pleasantly surprised.

So I have a 2007 Lexus IS250 that was great until my warranty ended and all of a sudden I have a melting dashboard and door panels because of the sun. Was thinking about buying a 2014 Lexus RX450 Hybrid but after lexus customer service told me they won't replace it because the warranty is up, I don't think that is going to happen again. Don't buy lexus the materials they use in their vehicles is poor and they won't do anything to fix it.

Eric Cantos was a great Salesperson. Hey was very courteous and made sure to show me all the in and outs on the IS I was interested in. At no point did I feel rushed during the process, he let me look around with him as long as I wanted. Needless to say he passed the test. I felt very welcomed and after I knew what car I liked I was more than happy to make the deal. The dealership was very clean and had some nice perks as well. I will deff recommend this place and Eric Cantos to my friends and family.

I recntly leased a Lexus from this dealership. I don't normally post reviews however, I feel that the professionalism I experianced at this dealership warranted it. I live much closer to a Lexus dearlship here in Miami so visted them first. Suffice to say they were clueless in regards to their productsand their sales technique was " Old School " dirty tactics. At the Pembroke Pines dealership the sales person, Richard monovis, knows these vehicles inside and out and the deal he made without haggling or pressure saved me over $900 on the down and was nearly $50 less on the monthly payment. it's also worth mentioning that the F Sport I was intersted in wasn't in stock at any of the dealerships at the time but one of the managers at tye dealership drives one and was gracious enough to allow me to test drive it (his personal vehicle). Bottom line if you are in the market for a Lexus definitely contact him! Excellent experience. Do yourself a favor see them first or last like I did but deffinitely go there before you make your final decision.

This dealership is a first class business. From the moment I walked into the door to the moment you leave everything is taken care for you. Whether it is a water bottle or an expresso, they made sure I was given everything I needed during the process that can usually take hours to complete. I walked out of the dealership with a brand new Lexus IS 250 and loved the entire experience I had at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I would especially recommend my sales man Ed Pesantes to any of my friends or family he was really pleasant to work with.

Ok, It took me 5 months to write this review.......In July I bought a used car here from Mike Kahuk. Mike is the ultimate non-car salesperson salesperson. I was looking for a Camry Hybrid for my wife and they had one. Te listed price was higher than what I wanted to pay. however, Mike was willing to help me get the price I felt good about.No pressure, as if you were dealing with a family member. what is important to mention is that the car had a small dent and Mike followed up to insure it was repaired after the sale. Sadly, other cars I have purchased had follow up issues at dealerships and it was sometimes a challenge to get these " we owes ". Lastly , a month after buying the car I received a letter offering me 6 free oil and filter changes, as a new customer. This week I went back for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated by Louise cerkvenik, a service writer. She got me out in 1 hour, which I appreciated.

We were there on a very busy day, at the end of the year and month but he did not show it. I came to this dealership because I was interested in a car that they had listed on the internet. After being disappointed by the service and hidden dealer fees from a different Lexus dealer, I decided to give Lexus of Pembroke Pines a chance to earn my business. Mr. Russell was very professional through email correspondence and was very patient in making sure that I was able to find what I was looking for. He also was very easy to get in contact with via phone and we eventually set up a time for me to come into the dealership. Once at the dealership, I can say that it was a very stress-free, pleasant experience. Larry is a very nice man and really made me feel the high standard of service that I was expecting from a luxury brand like Lexus. No pressure, no gimmicks, just a honest, friendly experience with a fair price. I would definitely recommend any of my friends to come and see Larry if they are in the market for a Lexus. Don't go to this dealer. False advertisement, crooks and dishonest sales Manager. They sale you a car, let you drive it home, then they call you a week later request more money down, and higher payments. If you don't agree they ask for the vehicle back. My recommendation? Stay away!!!

This is the first time I came to buy a car and it was not a complete nightmare! Michele was my sales lady and she really took good care of me. The process was smooth and easy. I am a very picky person and made her show me quite a few cars and she happily did it and put up with my indecisiveness. She was really just enjoying her time helping me out. Besides me trying out so many cars the process went quickly.

Recently, I assisted my parents with the purchase of thier new car. After going to several dealerships we ended up at this location and let me tell you it was a breath of fresh air dealing with the staff. Our salesman was Irv Smith and from the beginning of the process and until now he has provided us with top notch service. I would like to think that my time is valuable so I didn't want to waste it with the usual back and force negotiating tactics. They gave me a good price from the start. Way better than any other dealer I have visited for the past couple days. Bottom line, when if you're in the market for a Lexus go see Irv. I have never been treated so bad They don't care about the customer. I did everything they asked of me and I ended up with a car that I had to spend 3000k to make the car right I contacted corporate office and Mr Zinn personal assistant and she said he said to her he doing nothing to correct the problems. I am sorry , they offer me $ 500 to go away and I had 5 days or they are withdrawing there offer to me. And said they didn't want to talk to me anymore. So I am going to sue them for there actions. I wish I didnt have to spend my time to make things right but I drove 190 miles round trip to buy a car from what I thought was a good dealership. I am sorry 3 times. There actions concerns me for other seeking a car from them. We will see what the courts decide.

Sal Kamal went above and beyond. I was researching a 2013 RX 350 online. Sal called to see if he could assist me with my new purchase. I told him what I was looking for, did the credit app over the phone and he delivered my new 2014 RX 350 to my door at 8:30 that same evening. I never had to step foot into the showroom! This is the second Lexus I have purchased from Lexus of Pembroke Pines and each time my expericance was positive.

He also helped me to find trasnporter to ship me the car to me which took that hassle out of my hands. Scott Mankin is an ideal sales person. He certainly gave the Lexus Of Pembroke Pines dealership a top name in our estimation. He did his homework., and when we arrived, he took good care of us and presented the product we said we were interested in...Then, with a great deal on the car,how could we say, "no?" So, we bought right then and there. We will deffintley plan on returning for our next car purchase.

From the start to the end the entire process went very smoothly. Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant and nice to me. Otany was just awesome and a great car salesman to deal with. I really felt like he did everything he could possibly do to get me the best deal possible. I will definitly be coming back to work with him in the future. The dealer is nice as well very clean and modern looking. It was a little far from my house but really worth the time.

I truly was thinking about the Lexus IS 350, but wasn't planning on actually driving out in one. I had actually been to the North Miami Lexus, where 2 weeks earlier-I was treated rudely-upon asking for a simple brochure for that car. The man there was quite offputting and had an air of grandeur that truly doesn't fit him, nor is inviting to any potential client. He along with that 'air' mentioned with such attitude, that 'Lexus' is going green, and that they didn't have any brochures nor would give any out. I then mentioned (in a nice way, as I was quite surprised and felt embarrassed) but other great cars, like Audi and Mercedes Benz, give out brochures, and his response was like, well those car's aren't quality-this is Lexus. Interesting, the reason why I purchased my first Audi in 2007 at the Collection was because of a similar experience at another Lexus in Kendall. I've owned those cars and their quality is just as excellent as a Lexus. Online I made sure to request 'Lexus of Pembroke Pines' only-and they contacted me and that was when my conversation with Patrick Hew started. He rocks and is very down to earth and approachable as is their entire staff. I've purchased my first Lexus IS 350 and to say I love it is an understatement. In all honesty, I didn't need to be sold on the product as I've always loved the IS, but I would never recommend anyone to the North Miami location, and I live 2 miles from there. I'd drive to the Pembroke Pines Lexus and further if need be due to my experience at North Miami. Additionally, I don't buy the man's story at the North Miami location that they didn't have any brochures.....for those taking the time to read this, just go to the Lexus at Pembroke Pines, they have plenty of them there and they won't treat you like trash...

I am new to South Florida, and my wife and I were in market for a vehicle. I did my research on the internet and found a pre-owned off lease 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L at this Lexus dealership. We decide to go on a early saturday morning and we were met by Alexander Mulan outside. He treated us extremely well, considering we were with our three year old toddler. We test the drove the vehicle and we in and made an offer. We were never pressured and were comfortable with the purchase process. I made an initial inquiry about a 2013 pre-owned Lexus and received a response from Michele Alter. I thanked her and then received daily e-mails from persons of differing titles at the dealership. I told her we were too far apart on price and chose not to waste her time with further communication. She encouraged me to "make an offer," which I did, and it took her two days to respond with a rejection. Time went on, me still receiveing regular e-mails, so I decided to increase my offer. This time I inteded to use the $500 coupon offered on their website, and she confirmed that I could. Then I asked her about the "Lexus Certification" that was displayed and described on their website, "Cars.com," and "Autotrader," which has a value above $1,000. She denied it was certified, despite the evidence.I made my second improved offer, and again she rejected it with no counteroffer, but she encouraged me to improve my offer. I improved my third offer to within 5% of the total price including the $699 processng fee. Again, she rejected it stating that if I offered full asking price plus the $699 processing fee, she would present it to the sales manager for his decision- no certainty.Could one describe Michelle's conduct as: deceptive, disingenuous, dishonest, deceitful, misleading?Had she been forthright and honest from the first communication, stated the price nor the $699 processsing fee were negotable, it would have been the honorable manner to conduct business. At that point, I was finished with this type of conduct, left a courtesy VM for the general manger, but never receved a response. Several days later I received a message from the consumer relations department; I responded, but did not receve a response from them.Without honesty, there is no trust, without trust, there is no deal.LAST WORD, I bought the same model 2013 Lexus with a $2,430 higher MSRP for $672 less cash; my total savings $3,102. I won.

"*DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!* Paid ~$35k for Lexus described in eBay listing as "in excellent condition", but when I took for registration inspection turns out it needed almost ~$2k of mandatory mechanical repairs. Our salesman, Pedro Oslan was very professional in his sales presentation. Unlike most salesmen, Pedro actually went thru all the manuals that come with the car; he was al very thorough in explaining all the features of our new car. His mananger was also very helpful in helping us to be able to purchase our new lexus. I highly reccomend this dealership.

I have purchased 2013 LX570 in March and I still did not received my permanent plate and registration. It's usually takes 4 weeks but now almost a month and half. Sales person were very friendly and respond all my emails. I am here not to complain about salesperson, I just want the management office needs to improve their service.

The service was fast and efficient the fastest I have had at the Lexus dealer all year. I was able to get my car serviced and washed within a hour on a day that I really did not have much time to spare. This was just GREAT service and I am looking forward to my next visit if it goes just as well.

Overall Lexus of Pembroke Pines is a friendly, hi-class dealership with honest concern for customer satisfaction. Forever Fangirl!! I have been a customer since June of 2005 and keep going back for more. I have brought 3 Lexus over the last 10 yrs. from here. Not only is the staff great down to them just offering you a nice expresso or pastry. My last experience over 6 months ago was the best with the help of Miska my sales lady,They financed me at what I could afford. Service Dept. is also a gem that i would recommend even if you didn't buy your Lexus from here.

Great Experience with Irv, I stoped there at 10:00 AM and drove out by noon with my new RX350. Irv made this possible telling me what we can and we can't inmediately. No back and forth, no waiting longer periods, everything was smooth and fast. I will highly recommend Lexus of Pembroke Pines.

They should rename this place dream makers of pembroke pines. Stan Naidus and company made my dreams come true when I purchased my CPO 2009 RX 350, I was so apprehensive and scared to make this purchase as this was my very first car purchase. My overall rating for Lexus of Pembroke Pines is good because I like the personal touch and attentiveness. I feel like "family" when I'm at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I appreciate the fact that if I prefer to wait for my service to be completed, there is a work room where I can sit comfortably and complete my personal work.

I have been visiting the Lexus Pembroke Pines Dealership since 2007. Every experience has been "top notch" customer service! Steve Lasker is always very accomadating and always provides 100% customer satisfaction. I consider Steve like family. He is very professional and has a great personality. I was listening to their Radio show one weekend afternoon and called in with a question about a GS350 in regards to price and getting the best deal. I don't have time to be be around the bush... They gave me a ballpark figure and referred me to someone in their sales department. 3 weeks later they found the model, color and mileage I was looking for at a great price including the extended warranty. Their financing department gave me a great interest rate (beat my credit union) and I have great credit!!! I love my GS and so does everyone else =). Great sales dept, Great financing department, great service from top to bottom , and no pressure tactics like some of the other dealerships we've all been too at some point or another....They've made me a customer....

I first went to JM Lexus and I found the dealership very nice appearence and amenities. But the sales person and Manager were a typical sales experience. The biggest turnoff was the low ball price for my Trade-in. After going to a Blue Book website I realized they were going to give me a third of my trade in value.Lexus of Pembroke Pines has a much more intimate staff. The facility is not as nice as JM Lexus but the bottom line is they priced the new car $3K lower than JM Lexus and they gave me a fair price for my trade in. I calculated my savings at $5K. The JM Salesman had called me not knowing I purchased from the other dealership. He asked me why I did not give him a chance to match the price. I find that amusing that he expects me to shop around and then give him my business. The proper thing would be for him to give me the best possible price he can. That is what Lexus of Pembroke Pines did and that is why they are the better dealership.

I purchased my lease in September 2010 and I am very pleased with my vehicle. I visit Lexus of Pembroke Pines frequently for my routine oil changes & other engine maintence vanities. Steve is my service consultant and every time I interact with him is a pleasure. Steve is very friendly and pays close attention to detail in regards to Kat, my vehicle. He over extends himself to make certain that I am pleased overall. Likewise, Irv Smith is absolutely phenomenal in respects to his customer service. Although, I purchased my vehicle a little over a year ago, Irv is always as friendly and avaliable to assist me. My experiences at Lexus of Pembroke Pines have been brilliant and I look forward to re-leasing with this dealership. God bless!

I have taken my car to Lexus of Pembroke for scheduled maintenance since I purchased it. Everyone is always nice and inviting. I often bring my toddler with me when my car is being serviced so you can only imagine the importance of time. ? My service provider has always taken very good care of me and my car. The last time I came in the service provider I usually see was not there. Instead Thomas greeted me with a smile and handled all of my service needs. We even chatted about couponing and how much his wife saves for him and his little boy! I left with a big smile and big savings feeling very satisfied.

Richard was clear with his communication and always followed up on a timelty basis. You got the sense that he really cared that you had a good experience with both the Lexus that I bought and anything that came up down the road

There was prompt attention to my request for service. In addition to adding the routine oil change he checked the tires and found several did not have sufficient tread. They gave me a loaner so I could carry on with my daily business until the car was ready at the expected time. A good experience

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Sammy. He has always been very helpful, knowledgable on the vehicle and always aims to get you the best price possible. Sammy has offered exceptional customer service as he always ensures that the other individuals I have to work with, are also going to deliver exceptional service. This includes the finance and service representatives hat I have encountered. The employees who meet me when I drop off my vehicle for service, are also very helpful and pleasant. They work to get me in to see my service rep promptly. Everyone who I have encountered are always very pleasant as well. I really cannot complain with the service I have received. I did encounter one or two ndividuals who may not have delivered top service, however, Sammy has allowed me to not even dwell on that, as his positive attitude and helpful nature has always left great thoughts and experiences with me. As for the price, who would not want to pay less, and be in less debt? While the price I paid was not bad, it could have been a little better.

My service advisor, Steve Lasker, goes out of his way to make sure that I get all the maintenance requiered on my vehicle at the best price without unnecessary extras. I am very satisfied, my husband and my 70 year old mother are also customers. We got used to such VIP treatment, we would not even consider going else where. Partenering with this Dealer was a great decison I made two years ago when I purchased my first Lexus. Besides being a great car, my experience with the dealership has been a great one. They are friendly from the moment I drive in all the way to the moment I pick up my car. THey are always ready to help me and accommodate my needs. Furthermore I love all their perks ... free car wash and free manicures ... I am the envy of my friends ... getting a great manicure while waiting for my car is unparalleled. I also can conduct my work from their very comfortable waiting area. I know my next car will be purchased there as well.

I had a IS 250 for the past 4 years and have received nothing short of great service on the vehicle during this time. Recently I traded in on a ES 350, which I found to be a really great car. Gary and Richard went way above the "call of duty" to make the sale and transaction a great expierence. I did not feel like I was so much buying a car, but hanging out with friends, I just left in a new car. My wife commented that she thinks the next time I am there with the ES 350, I will probably come home with the LS 460. She may be correct.

I can't image getting more excellent and dedicated service anywhere (even for a Lexus dealership where excellence is normal). The team of sales and service people were outstanding! I purchased a used Lexus from Pembroke (even though I live in the Tampa Bay Area), first because the car listed was originally purchased and serviced by Pembroke until it was traded in for a new model. Now I know why the original owner purchased from Pembroke both times. The service was incredible. The sales team (Alfred and David) agreed to service this vehicle before hand-off -and did a phenomenal job. I can't thank them enough. I LOVE my LEXUS!

This is at least the eigth time that we have leased a car from this dealership and this was the best experience yet!! Which is saying alot, since all of them have been fantastic. They make it a pleasure to buy a car. The sales staff is always friendly and helpful. My salesman is my lifeline and I even have him on speed dial for all my questions, especially regarding bluetooth hookup and my iphone! The ease of schedualing & the timeliness of their work makes the service department a pleasure to deal with. Lastly, we find their prices to be fair, reasonable and very competative.

I bought my car at this dealership and was very happy with deal that was made. 6 years later I am still driving that Lexus and have had ALL of the service work completed with John Stiegel in the service dept. I have know John since the 70's when he was at Toyota of Hollywood and I bought my Supra. John Always goes out of his way to be professional and solve any service issue i have. I would not buy another Lexus anywhere else.

The next car I buy is more then likely going to be a Lexus or Toyota just so that I can continue to have John as my service rep, that's how much I trust him with my cars. I purchased a used suv from this dealership,I went to drive off the lot and the truck did not run. Took them almost two weeks to fix my truck. Joe the service manager is great, Johnson my salesman was good. Will the general manager is a rude, ignorant......he basically told me I beat their dealership up with complaining about the fact that the suv I bought did not run. He then proceeded to tell me I should be grateful they fixed the problem ( which by the way they created when they powerwashed my trucks engine). Will the GM had me crying and beside myself, then when I was rude back threaten to call the cops on me. So here I was trying to get the suv that I had already payed for and Will was being a giant A$$ in front of my daughter!!!!I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. I recommend you take your business elsewhere, do not come here because they dont give two sh*ts about anything other than getting your money! If by chance you have already purchased a car from here DONT EXPECT ***WILL** THE GENERAL MANAGER to help you in any way should you have a problem!!! All you will get from ***WILL** is a hard time!!! I am saddened by the fact that this dealership treats their customers in such a manner especially in front of their children!!!

I agreed to buy and sent a $5,000 deposit to Pembroke Pines Lexus for a 2010 RX350 over the internet based on the vehicle add description, the description by the salesman and price and terms agreed upon by Yoni Edery. I had the salesman take his cell phone out to the car and put his hands on the car to verify the options I was looking for were on the car. I was assured the car had all the standard options including ventilated seats, adaptive headlights, rain-sensor wipers, NO navigation and slightly over 5,000 miles. After all was confirmed on a Tuesday, I bought tickets to fly from Dallas to Fort Lauderdale, Florida arriving Friday morning. My wife and I were going to make it a date weekend and see the south while driving back to Texas. After the sales and financial paperwork was complete it was time drive off in the car. As soon as I opened the driver door, I smelled a really bad, like urine , smell. I told the salesman that the car STUNK. He assured me that it was nothing to worry about and that the smell was the chemicals they used to "sanitize" all used cars. i took him at his professional word. As soon as I turned the car on, the A/C came on and a powder fresh smell almost immediately masked the smell. As long as the A/C was running the smell was masked. However in the heat and humidity of the south and Texas, the smell was nasty as soon as you opened the closed, baking car. On the way home I also encountered a rain shower and noticed the wipers did not auto on. The headlights also did not move at all. I took the car to my local Lexus dealer who said the car smelled like rotting fish and urine. He said he thought it had to be water danmage of some kind. we looked at the spare tire which is a low point on the car and sure enough, the jack and jack tools were rusted. The Monday we got home the salesman called and asked how the trip went. I told him the car smelled like hot urine, the wipers were not auto and the headlights did not move. He still thought the smell was chemical and would go soon. He then tried to teach me how to work the wipers and lights. He called back later after finding out some correct information about the model change in 2010 and said in fact he had made a mistake and th e auto-wipers and adaptive lights were only on Nav equiped cars. The nightmare begins and is way too long. The sold me another "new" car but failed to tell me the air bag system had been replaced. I cought the damage by checking the "new" car VIN at my local Lexus dealer. At this point, I told them not to ship any car to me and just give me all my money back and we just part. Not a chance. Texas was over 100 degrees all summer and I had to ride with the windows down. This BS went on from July 25th until October 10th when I received funds. In my opinion, if you read my and other reports, knowing lots of details are ommitted for time, and still do business with Pembroke Pines Lexus for any reason, you deserve what you get. Maybe you will get lucky. I have driven a Lexus since 1993 and have never experienced any dealership as poorly run as this place. Lexus should be ashamed to have their logo over this dealership. Go to JM Lexus. JM is exactly what you would expect from a real, quality Lexus dealership.

Went in looking for an IS and pretty much had an SC 430 pushed on me, a car I really could not afford. Dishonest, pushy sales team that will do anything to get a car off the lot. An awful experience, cannot believe Lexus would even be associated with this dealership it really does not do much to help their reputation.

I'm not a big 'review' guy but I did read these reviews before I bought my latest used car from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I couldn't help but see a few negative reviews here, so I proceeded with caution for my purchase. My salesman, Ray Hernandez, was easy to deal with and treated me like a friend. Everyone I came into contact during my purchase was pleasant and friendly. The transaction went smoothly.I bought a used Lexus and consider it a great value. I've no idea if I got the cheapest price but I did get a very well maintained car in excellent condition. Mine has over 100k on it but you'd never know it from how it looks and drives.I did get the opportunity to see how well Lexus of Pembroke Pines and Ray Hernandez are willing to stand behind what they sell. I drove home the night I bought and my outside mirrors wouldn't adjust properly, moving very intermittently. Ray was glad to take care of the problem immediately even though I had no warranty included. I guess the only thing Lexus of Pembroke Pines could have improved on is the detailing performed on the car. The insides of the windows needed cleaning especially the rear one and some dirt on the carpet behind the seats.If they have what you want in a car, I wouldn't hesitate dealing with Lexus of Pembroke Pines and would recommend you look for Ray Hernandez.

Shady, misleading, and dishonorable. Horrible experience. They are cutthroat and will do anything to get a sale, even if it means doing things are are distasteful. Would not recommend buying a used car here. They are over priced, and are not willing to back up the cars they sell. Stay far far away from this business.

We were shopping for a Lexus and visited this pembroke pines dealership from ft. lauderdale. It was not worth the drive, the dealer refused our trade and did not want to work with us. The next day we visited the Lexus dealer in coconut creek, and walked out with our first Lexus. The dealer from pembroke pines Lexus called us the next day to follow up with us; I GLADLY told him that we purchased our Lexus from JM Lexus, and he sounded alittle embarass!!!!

YanelysBought many cars from this dealership for almost 15 years to many to keep track of. I have new and used vehicles. Never had any problems, always treated like family. I have referred friends and family no complaints. Will keep on buying cars from them, the process is painless. They even return my calls when they are on vacation if i have questions. I never feel rushed to buy a car like other dealers out there. The location is very convenient. I will never buy a car from anyone else. Yes there is a shortage of cars due to the Tsunami that devastated Japan. Dealership can not control mother nature people.

I guess that why this dealer has a 1.3 rating!!!!I called to get a quote on a 2011 Lexus RX and the only thing this gentleman can tell me is that he can't not give me a quote unless I visit the dealer!? I ask him why and the only answer he can give me is because there is a shortage of cars! I guess they really don't want the bussiness! I'll just have to go buy my new Lexus somewhere else!!! Thx!!! You just made my decision a little bit easier!!!

I was going to by a new RX350 for my wife to drive I told them that I wanted Tungsten Pearl/BLK they didnt have it so they were pushing me to try a Tungsten Pearl/Beige I then told them that I didn't want to buy unless it was what I want. My wife and I began to leave and as we were leaving they told me they had got the car ready and all I needed to do was sign some paper...... Hold up I already told them I didn't want this car. I also took my 2004 IS300 into service one year and was denied warranty for my radio for the CD getting jam and I paid for a new radio which was almost $1000 and I lost 4 good CDs and when I was there they back my car and broke a brake light and said I was like that when I came in.

Bought a used 2008 Dodge Nitro on 2/23/11. What an ordeal. 4 hours to complete the sale and then they only have one key for the car. Mind you these keys are a $160 from the dealer and 60 more to program it. I was told no problem the previous owner was bringing it in Saturday the 26th. As you can imagine I got screwed on this deal. Never buy from these Bufoons. LIE LIE LIE. Phone call after phone call and just a runaround. Broke my own rule of trust no one but it was late and I was tired.Raul will say anything to get the deal and Oliver the sales manager does nothing help. If they have your money YOU no longer exist to them.

I just found out the car that Alfred Utset sold me that has a "5-year 50,000 mile warranty" is actually not warranteed at all. I am shocked that Lexus can allow this.Here is another problem I have with Pembroke Pines Lexus.After I had the car for just over a year, there was an area in the front where the paint started coming off. My local Lexus dealership told me the car had been worked on--that there were indications that the car had been damaged and repainted.Pembroke Pines Lexus never told me this, never admitted to this, and it did not show up on the CarFax. They would not honor the paint work that was necessary. The manager told me it was "over a year" and they weren't responsible. It took months, but I did get Lexus (the company) to make the dealer pay to have the car repainted.He also told me the car was "front wheel drive." It is not.The thing is, I want to buy a new Lexus now. I love the car, it's wonderful. I just don't trust the dealers.

Service department lies about car status, lies about denial of warranty claims, and lies about ordering parts. Not good people avoid!! Brought in a car with a dead battery, claimed $600 repair cost, because had to check out charging system. Took 6 months to order struts and trim. Tries to invalidate warranty to collect more cash. Worst dealer I have used, so much for the Lexus standard. BBB rating F, no surprise.

THEN 2 WEEKS LATER I RECIEVE A CALL AND ITS THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT TELLING ME THAT THEY HAVE TO INCREASE MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS ? ALSO THAT I HAVE TO GO BACK AND SIGN SOME PAPER WORK. I TRIED TALKING TO THE MANAGER ALFRED IN THE NEW-USED CARS DEPT. AND HE HAS A COMPLETE ADDITUDE. NEVER AGAIN , I WILL TELL ANYONE I ENCOUNTER TO AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. SHAME ON CRAIG ZINN THE OWNER OF THIS HUGE ESTABLISHMENT HE SHOULD DO A LITTLE MORE TO AVOID THESE THINGS . SHAMEE.

OMG!The worste people to deal with in the used car world.They have attitudes like wanna be mobsters. They will sell you a car with finance then call you 3 weeks later to change the finance deal. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!Each person is more rude than the next. You'd be better off dealing in the street with them

He did not like the price i offered which was based on the KBB private party value. He wanted higher than suggested retail price. Simply bad behavior. Then i told him in the case he does not want to talk to me any more, i will go and buy a brand new lexus at a price offered to me by his employee Miguel. He snatched some papers off of my hand and waled to the new car building and went to talk to someone there. At that point we decided not to go to the new car sales and just walked away.
