Amazing, quick service! Always easy to get an appointment and car is usually done before we expect it back. Everyone is always friendly! We receive calls with updates. I will drive to this location anytime rather than go to locations closer to my house.

The experience has always been good. But what Brandy and Tracey do all the time is beyond my expectations. They always goes the extra mile to help. Very courteous and respectful. I would refer them to anyone who wants to service their Lexus.

my friend and I went to look at a used car over there. we drove 3 hours to go see this Honda. we get there come to found out the car had dings everywhere, which wasn't the biggest issue. the main concern why they get the award wing 1 star review is the fact they put the wrong size tires on the car. which is HUGE SAFETY ISSUE!! they would not take care of the issue and stayed firm on the price of the car even though its a safety issue. if you are a one price store then you better handle your used car inspections better. since i work in the automotive industry you would think they would simply check the door jam and order the right tires for this car. I am not sure who their used car service writer or technician is but that department deserves the idiot award of the month. this basic knowledge...
