Left 2 msgs asking about car's status.None returned.Finally went there, Very rude srvcmgr-annoyed& seemed easily angered. So we left. Very uncomfortable.

Employees are very friendly and respectful. The car was priced very reasonable compared to similar cars with similar conditions in the market. The car was delivered in excellent conditions. Also, they took care of my costly concerns at no cost to me, even though it cost them quite a bit money and time.They offer great services such as free loaner cars, complementary mobile car wash, free airport shuttle and much more to their customers.I definitely recommend them for their great services, quality cars, and the time they spend with their customers.

Over the years I have purchased 8 Lexus from Scholfield Lexus. The buying experience has always been top notch. My experience with the service department has always been great also. They have always been on time, all work completed as requested and a current model loaner car available for my use. I am very particular about any rattles or air noise issues, the few times I have taken a car is for that sort of concern they have always found the problem and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. We have used the airport shuttle service several times and use the free car wash service whenever we go to Wichita since we live about 40 miles away. I can not stress enough how pleased we are with Scholield Lexus if every respect.

We just returned from a trip to Hawaii and once again used the complimentary airport shuttle service. We began using this service when 1st offered several years ago and continue to be amazingly pleased at how professional everyone in this team conducts their business. The shuttle drivers are always polite and timely. The system seems to operate fluidly. We try to combine a plane trip with service to our Lexus so it is doubly convenient. I want to affirm how I continue to be impressed with the incredible service focus and delivery of Scholfield. Everyone, including Bobby Cuillo, is so available to customers and concerned that they all get it right the first time. They're outstanding in every aspect of their services. Our last airport shuttle trip was driven by Ali V. She was efficient, charming and a safe driver. Thank you for all you do. Often, when the drivers call as our plane is landing to let us know they're at the airport, I mention to the person next to me who's calling and how phenomenal Scholfield Lexus services are. They are genuinely amazed that the dealership is so customer oriented and customer friendly. Recently, when I needed to return the car to the shop for repairs, one of my friends remarked, "Hah! Good luck, you'll have to go all the way to Lexus headquarters for that." Well, my friend was absolutely wrong--Because I go to Scholfield Lexus, I did have good luck with that! I just called, explained the problem and Scholfield brought me a loaner, took my car in, fixed it and returned it as good as new, all with a smile and genuine concern that I be completely satisfied. It simply doesn't get any better than being a Scholfield Lexus customer.

I bought an Rx 350 from Conner. I am very happy with the buying experience. He was very helpful and had all the answers to my questions. He gave me excellent service and information about this car. He watched his inventory and let me know when something came in I might be interested in. It is a really nice car. I know I will be very happy with it.He went through all the operating instructions after we were all finished. It was nice having things explained as he did.He was a great salesman and very nice gentleman. It was very good experience. Also, Kathy the finance person was verysweet and made things very smooth in the closing.

I have purchased six new lexus cars from scholfield lexus from 2000 till current.I just recently leased a new lexus for the first time. In the past i always purchasedmy cars. I always deal with mike kirkendoll because i always receive great customer service. Mike always goes the extra mile he explains in detail everything you need to no about your new car. Mike is a very friendly person his quality of work is great.mike explains all the services scholfield has to offer us customers he always sends you follow up letters thru the ownership of your car i would recommend mike to anyone i know if they are looking to buy a luxury car.

After our past experiences purchasing a new vehicle, we were dreading the experience, but knew it was a necessity. From our initial contact, the recommendations to do business with Scholfield Lexus were confirmed. Try as I might to think an area that was below our expectations, I am unable. The transparency in which they partner with you is like no other experience we have had. Our business was valued by them. The information gathering stage was met with an abundance of data, the negotiation process was the most joyful I have EVER had. No gimmicks, just honest communication. I knew they truly considered each offer. From the time we wrote up the first offer to when we had finalized the deal, no more than 20 minutes passed. (It would have been sooner, but I was stubborn.) The sales manager treated us with the upmost respect. This should be the model for other dealerships in Kansas! When it came time for auto delivery, they have the best check and balance system in place. Our car was detailed, after market options installed, and the tank topped off - even without my reminding them. And the follow up? Every inquiry I made was met with professionalism and transparency. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, give them the opportunity to meet your needs. But be prepared to be blown away - they will exceed your expectations.I will be back. That's more than I can say about the other dealerships we have dealt with.

When my daughter suddenly needed a good used car, I sold her mine. That left me without a vehicle. My wife has a 2004 Lexus RX330 that she loves. I looked at a few different cars, and decided on the 2011 Lexus RX 350. The dealership did not have an RX 350 with the exact options/packages that I wanted. They sent the information of my sale to the plant so the plant would immediately ship the RX I wanted to my dealership. I know that Lexus has a reduced inventory resulting from production delays after the earthquake in Japan, but I was in a hurry to get my car. My salesman, Vu Nguyen, knew I wanted the car as quickly as possible. When he learned that the car ordered from the plant would not be ready for 3+ weeks, he searched other dealerships to find the exact car I wanted. Although he anticipated a week before it could be delivered, it arrived within two days. Vu and the dealership had my car prepped and ready for me to pick up just before I needed to leave on a long-planned family road trip. Because Vu strives to deliver great customer service for anyone coming in, he researched currently available rebates and found a current customer loyalty rebate for which I qualified due to the 2004 purchase of the RX 330 from Scholfield. Vu is truly an asset to Scholfield and the Lexus family.My wife has serviced her car at the Scholfield dealership for the past 7 years and we are very pleased with their customer care, professional attitudes, and quality service.

We recently used Schofield Lexus Mobile car wash service.Our 2011 Lexus RX350 looked like it just came off the showroom floor.The young man who performed the service should be commended.This is a great idea. My wife especially likes the service for the convience and time it saves her.

I used to hate the car buying process but thanks to everyone at Scholfield Lexus I no longer dread going to the dealership. They made it the best car buying experience ever! I felt like part of the Lexus family before I even bought a car. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for us. I can't say enough good things about the dealership, the sales people and the service department. Everyone was extremely friendly, not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable about the cars. Now that we have the car we can take it in for free car washes anytime, courtesy car when our car is being serviced and complimentary trips to the airport. They did everything possible to make sure that we were beyond satisfied and they definitely succeeded. I would recommend Scholfield Lexus to anyone who is looking to get amazing customer service, not just while you buy the car, but once you own it!
