My experience at Lexus of Winter Park was like no other. I went in knowing what I wanted and Charles Ream made that process even easier for me. He had the CR-V ready for a test drive when I got there, was extremely polite and professional towards my family and I, and also made us feel at home by offering refreshments during our time at the dealership. Very impressed! There were also no hidden fees and I received a trade-in offer for my used vehicle that I was very pleased with. Consider Lexus of Winter Park a go-to when you’re looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Fast process too. I love my CR-V!

Had a super experience when signing to lease a car. Everything was super quick and I walked out very happy. Unfortunately, 3 months in not so great. The service department, sales department, and guest experience department, either have a huge disconnect or sales just blatantly lies about what you should expect when dropping your car off to get serviced as a sales point. When I signed the lease for my car I was told that if I had to drop it off to get serviced (any service) I could drop it off for the day and get a loaner car no problem. Come to find out that is not the case. I have no problem with not getting a loaner car but if you're going in with that expectation and get told a completely different thing from the service department, it just leaves a really sour taste in my mouth because I was basically lied to. I was told someone from management would call me, did not receive that call, instead I got a call trying to confirm an appointment. When I mentioned it again, someone from guest experiences called me and was very unhelpful. Also, I'm so confused about the services needed now. Because it should be a complimentary 6 month and 12 month service and the service department called me and said I was overdue for the 3 month service. Either way just very disappointed about being lied to as a sales point because it just is not necessary. And would not have been a problem for me if I was not lied to.

This was my first time leasing a Lexus. My image of car buying has completely changed after my experience here. Our salesman was Charles Ream and he was patient, he listened to what we were looking for, he wasn't pushy and made us feel comfortable. The entire process of "working out a deal" was seamless and quick. It was this back and forth 10 times and the staff was very attentive and professional. Charles spent time making sure i knew how to use the features in my car and did not rush me, he was there for as long as we needed. I am very happy with my experience here and look forward to being a part of the Lexus family.

Lexus of Winter Park and Charles Ream most definitely deserve a five star rating. I had such a wonderful experience leasing my first car with the help of Charles and I’m so glad I decided to do it at Lexus. Charles was very knowledgeable about all the different parts of the car and all of its cool gadgets. Charles was very patient and made sure I was comfortable with driving the car and how to use it. The entire process went very smoothly and I will definitely be returning there again. The customer service was great and the manager Sunny was very nice and accommodating. We also worked with Terra, who’s part of the online service who did excellent job helping us the entire way. Thank you to all those for making my first lease on a car an easy and successful one! 😊

Our favorite dealership for years! Lexus of Winter Park is always a wonderful experience with fair prices and great clean automobiles that go through their incredible shop. Charles Ream is superb and took detailed notes to patiently find the exact car I was looking for. He is the best at what he does, very knowledgeable and honest about cars, and an absolute joy to work with! Lorraine and Jake made the process seamless and were a joy as well. We won’t go anywhere else when looking for an automobile from an honest and top of the line dealership!
