I bought quite a few used cars over the years but not one of those experiences can even come close to my first one at LF Autos. These guys were great from the start. No haggling, no pressure, just great service and initiative in getting me the best rate possible within their credit union. They made the whole entire process so painless that it didn't even really feel like I was buying a car. Nick and Dimitri even sent me home with a big bottle of red wine and a gift certificate to a restaurant in Towson to celebrate my new purchase. It's little things like that that sets way apart from the rest. If Yiu are in the market for a used vehicle LF Autos is the only place to go. Thanks again LF Autos!!

love these guys. Nick made this a very simple and easy process. I felt like he was more concerned about helping me find a car I would be happy with rather than just making a sale. He helped me narrow down the what I wanted in a car and also gave me multiple options within my budget even though I did have a good idea of what I wanted my next car to be. He asked me to check back with him in a few weeks, no pressure just a smile. I walked away with the prefect cars and to this day I can still call and ask questions about my car or warranty anything really. All car buying should be this simple.

I purchased a 2008 Altima Coupe which I've been looking for all over the place and this is the only place I've found that had what I was looking for at the perfect price and mileage. I would recommend stopping by this dealer if you're in the market for a nice quality used car. I found their prices very competitive and they couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. They had a good supply of luxury vehicles. I also was able to get a very low interest rate from a lender they recommended. Its a no frills shop and I would assume that allows them to keep prices low. The guys were great! I would use them again. They offered a 3 month warranty with my purchase and I did need to use it for a small problem. They fixed it for me. Very easy. Thanks Guys!

We have brought many cars over the years at many different dealerships, but none can come close this these guys! Its a small dealership with personal customer service. Really, truly amazed! I didn't have to wait 5 hrs. to make the deal, the prices was already good enough on the vehicle whereas I didn't need to negotiate any further, and the interest rate(great)destroyed tons of banks interest rates(even State Farms)hands down. Nick keeps you laughing and Demetrius is more of the serious type, but is funny as well. This small little dealership out performed Carbiz not only for the same car, but with there price as well as less mileage. Here's how great there customer service was. On February 2, 2015 it was about 22 degrees outside. Since these guys don't have a car wash(like I said small dealership)the owner actually washed, polished, and waxed the car his self outside in the cold, and shined the tires...... On top of that I received a bottle of wine at the completion of the deal....... Now you tell me do your local CarMax do that for you? I doubt it. I will shop here for a car again..............

The initial contact with Nick was priceless. I drove the Benz, Nick was pointing out a few issues before I could say anything. Absolutely no pressure in making a purchase. In fact recommended I go out and drive a few other cars prior to making my decision, not at his dealership. Who does that? The first car salesman that I've met with a good spirit. This took place on Saturday, Monday I met Dimitri, you see where this is going. lol I purchased the Benz and the rest is history. I plan to recommend anyone that I know that is looking for a vehicle too this dealership. To some it all up in one word . AWSOME

I looked at a Honda Crosstour at LF Autos. Then looked at some others including a certified used car from a Honda dealer. I came back to LF because theirs was the nicest one. Dimitri and Nick were very helpful and made the car buying experience easy. All the cars I saw on the lot were in very good condition. I would highly recommend to a friend.

My husband and I went to LF autos to test drive a used Mini Cooper for our son. The two sales representatives present were extremely polite, knowledgeable about the car and its history, and put no kind of "hard sell" on us whatsoever. They answered our questions in an honest and forthright manner and provided a car fax unasked for. When we decided to buy the vehicle, they processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently and had us on our way in an amazingly short amount of time. As we were driving out of the parking lot, they chased us down and presented us with a nice bottle of wine as a "thank you." We are extremely satisfied with the polite, helpful and friendly service and would definitely shop there again.

I came in after Christmas regarding a Lexus ES 350 these guys had posted online. Dimitri was the best....friendly, very knowledgeable and attentive. He showed me around, answered all my questions and showed me all the cars records and history. The car was in great condition and was immaculate. Nick worked with me to set up financing and was a pleasure to work with. He asked me all the right questions and spent a good deal of his time finding the best deal he could. These guys made me a happy man that day because I drove away in my beautiful Lexus without any hassle. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for a used car.

I normally don't write reviews but in this case I had to. The people at LF Auto were so nice and so helpful. They made sure I understood everything about the car and the financing. They went above and beyond in helping me get the best interest rate. The options of cars was really nice too. They went as far as telling me they could get me any car I wanted even if it isn't on their lot. Just fantastic. If you are going to get a car and you are in the Baltimore area then you need to give them a call.

This dealership everything you could ask for and more. They have a great selection of quality cars, all very well priced (I did significant research and shopping around before coming here). Customer service was outstanding. The guys there are very helpful, polite and patient. Their financing options worked out well for me, since I didn't have to go somewhere else to make arrangements, and the rates they offered were very reasonable and fair.

The inventory is small but includes very nice vehicles. I knew from the moment I laid eyes on the black Audi A6 that it was exactly what I wanted. Low miles , very well kept , extremely clean. I didn't have too much interaction with the salesmen , I financed through my own credit union... I don't feel as if they went above and beyond for my car buying experience. I like that the car came with a 3 month / 3000 mile warranty and the fact that it was immaculate.

Accurate website, top quality used cars, outstanding prices, absolutely no pressure, patient and professional sales staff (dealt with Nick, very knowledgeable, great attitude) this is what LF Autos stands for. From the time I called to schedule an appointment, to end this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I ended up purchasing an outstanding car for a fantastic price. The Carfax report and the free warranty showed me that they had nothing to hide and will stand behind their sale. The car was exactly what was captured on their website with the photos and description. Zero pressure something very uncommon for that type of business. The financing was easy on my side, since they worked hard to make sure I got the best possible deal. The paper work was completed quick and painless. In general I am pretty skeptical person, but I was not only pleased I was impressed with their professionalism and attitude, starting from the call I made for the appointment, the price I got for the trade in of my old vehicle, signing the last paper and driving away with extremely clean used car... I am in the infancy of being a first time Mercedes-Benz owner and I think I'm in love. Nick and Dimitri found a very nice E350 to put on their lot that I found on Cars.com and decided to go have a look. At first I was a little skeptical about an older vehicle but after driving this car I had to have it and the guys at LFautos made it happen. We worked out a deal on the Mercedes and a trade-in that I hope makes everyone happy, I know I am. Worked out the financing, offered a great deal on the car and they have a very nice selection. So if you're looking for a clean, low-mileage pre-owned that's what they have on the lot.

Recently purchased an Acura TL from LF and I must say I was very impressed by the professional treatment I received. When I first arrived at their location and told them what I was looking for, Dimitri and Nick were very helpful and aiding. They let me test drive the car and even take it on the highway for a spin. All their cars are in excellent condition. I bought my Acura about a 2 months ago from LF and haven't acquired any problems since then as it should be! The car is in excellent condition and runs very smooth. This was my first experience buying a used car from a dealer, and so far, it has been a great experience. At LF Autos, Dmitri and Nick (Nick Nokolov, for all you Bullwinkle and Mussorgsky fans) were fine with my taking the car to my own mechanic before purchase. In fact, they knew each other. Don has been my mechanic for 20 years. (Did I say that? Yeah. 20 years.) He found a few things that needed attention (low oil, new tranny fluid, noise in the rear-which turned out to be a rotor), but pronounced the car a good one. I wrote a check for good faith, and Nick made good on his promise not to cash it before the actual purchase. It took a couple of tries, but LF Autos took care of all the fixes and made good on all their promises. I drove away guardedly happy-my biggest worry was that I missed something and that it wouldnt get fixed. I am not worried about that now. The first time driving at night, the dash lights began to dim and go out. I called LF Autos, told them about the problem. I was leaving for the weekend and Dmitri picked up the car that night and dropped it off, fixed, to my door before I got back home. Despite the fact that first Dmitri and then Nick were both ill with awful colds, they addressed every issue promptly and politely. And they are just plain great to listen to. Their Bulgarian accent reminds me of my folks-my tantes and uncles. (Who have never sold me a used car). LF Autos is on the corner of 34th and Keswick in Hampden. It's easy to get to and to park. Cars come with a 30 day warranty which is very specific. The issues I had were not covered under the warranty, but LF Autos fixed them anyway. I would send my kids here, and would certainly buy another car here. This is going to become a very big dealership. Buy now, before they hire people who cant possibly be as much fun to deal with! My new/used Element kicks butt! And it was not overpriced. Nick and Dmitri picked a great car. And now its mine!

I recently bought a used BMW 525I from LF Autos. My first impression was that the lot was neat and cars were in great condition. I then met Nick, who was friendly and professional. A week later, I purchased my car, but later had some concerns. I was assured by Nick and his partner Dimitri, that all concerns would be taken care of. I later gave them a list of a few items and to my surprise, the issues were not only taken care of quickly. They were taken care of with a smile! For me, that said everything! They stood by their car and provided me excellent customer service as well. I have already made a referral to them! And the next time, I'm in the market for a quality pre-owned car, LF Autos will be my first stop.

I purchased a 2006 Toyota Solara from LFAuto. I found the car while looking on the computer for a specific make and style. The process of purchasing the vehicle from LFAuto went smoothly and efficiently. The Salesman was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the car purchase. Nick arranged an excellent loan package and recommended an affordable extended warranty program that covered my car for an additional 100,000 miles. There was cosmetic damage to the leather on both front seats, Nick committed to repair the blemish. Within a short period of time I was back at LFAuto where the blimish was repaired to my total satisfaction. I would recommend this dealer and specifically my salesman - Nick - for your next car or truck purchase. I know we'll be back!
