Made an appointment to fix a passenger side broken signal light and head lamp as a second opinion because another dealer in Chicopee gave me an estimate of $1,000. I came in late because of traffic on the I-91. The Advisor had the car checked out and took the trouble to look closely to the nature of the problem and was creative and informed enough that it could be fixed at a much lower cost by bundling the terminals or something to that effect. So instead of $1,000 I only paid about $100. Excellent work. Very satisfied and Grateful customer.

In January I saw a specific Jeep I was interested in and decided to check it out where it was located (LIA Chrysler/Jeep Northampton), even though it was out of state for me. From the minute I arrived, until the last transaction, I honestly could have not asked for better service. A lot of dealerships alienate buyers with high pressure sales, harassment, and/or gimmicks, but there was none of that at Lia Chrysler Jeep Northampton. Shawn Toohey sold me the Jeep, and he was absolutely fantastic. A lot of dealers should take note from this organization. They have to sell cars- that's their business- but they do it the right way, bottom line. I not only have recommended Shawn to friends who may be looking for a vehicle, but have also recommended the dealership as well. Give them a shot- you won't be sorry.

Christopher fay in the service department was as usual most professional and easy to wor with. Not like some service people I have encountered over the years. He is very quick to make sure you know what is going to go forward with your vehicle. It's a very comfortable environment to do business in.

Chris Fay always explains everything that was done and very pleasant each time I've been in for service I have gone to jeep service dept for many years and Chris is first one that makes me feel confident that he understood my cars problem and that he is really trying to fix problem quickly I live a distance from Northampton but drive the 25-30 min because of Chris

Thanks to Chris Fay, my service went smoothly. Only an oil change but a firmware update was identified and everything was checked out for me. I purchased the car from this dealer and everyone I met was more than helpful. They were friendly and reached out to help. As usual, my dealing with this dealership (actually through 3 dealerships at this location) has been consistently good. Keep it up folks.

I contacted several Jeep dealerships in my search for a new Grand Cherokee. I explained my situation the same way every time and noted my experience after every call. Of the very few dealerships that actually got back to me as promised, none were as easy to work with as Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Northampton. General Manager Joe Deauseault answered my return phone call and he immediately impressed me by recognizing my name and knowing the details of my deal. He was very pleasant to deal with on the phone and took his time to answer all of the questions that I had for him. The fact that it was close to closing time didn't seem to bother him at all and he never rushed to get me off the phone and into the dealership. He had the exact vehicle I was looking for on his lot and I told him that I would be in the following day for him to look at my trade. My wife and I got to the dealership as they were opening and Joe actually walked us in. I'm sure he had plenty to do first thing in the morning, however he treated us like we were his top priority and sat right down with us at his desk. He took time to make us feel welcome and to get to know us personally before getting down to business. Again, he didn't rush the process at all and took his time to go over everything with us. The negotiation was as easy as possible and there was none of that back and forth game playing that you typically get at a car dealership. Joe had other people at the dealership helping us with the paperwork and a test-drive of our soon-to-be new Jeep, and they were all very friendly and pleasant to work with as well. We left later that day with our freshly detailed Grand Cherokee (and a full tank of gas), with Joe making sure that all of our questions were answered and our needs were met. If you want a great experience with honest and friendly people, I recommend that you visit Joe Deauseault and his team at Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Northampton.

I have to say that I actually love to bring my vehicle to Lia Dodge. They are so far the best dealership in the area for service to my 2500 Dodge Ram pick up truck. They are honest and very helpful. The service guys go out of their way to help you and explain what they are doing to your vehicle. No hidden information or charges. They do need a new waiting room though which I hope they get soon. I will be back at Lia Dodge in Northampton, MA. I wish they were in business when I bought my truck, I would have purchased it from them.
