Aaron Boule was instrumental in getting wheel alignment done and correcting a jammed arm which had my rear wheel not able to be 100% aligned straight. He was kind to get the parts and pieces from the company first before scheduling an appointment. His repair team is thorough with their job and the waiting lounge area is adequately equipped with water, coffee, fresh fruits, energy bars, vending machine to make your wait easier. Free wifi and comfy chairs makes it sweeter. I have shifted to Clifton Park but will drive 45 miles to this queensbury location when there is another dealership closer to me at 20 miles in Malta. Thank you Aaron. Keep rocking.

Aaron Boule took my requests and worked to see that I was satisfied with the complete package of work that had to be done. Aaron did a great job, but I also noticed that the complete repair team worked together to assure quality and did a good job. I have owned Nissan since 2003 and hope to continue Nissan in the future. The people at this facility are top notch. They explain the options of purchase with out pushing you one way or another. Very friendly, helpful and understanding. I recently took my new truck to the Lia Nissan dealership in Queensbury for a quick follow up appointment after my recent purchase. My appointment was made by phone with Aaron and confirmed minutes later by email...very professional and reassuring! The morning of my appointment I was greeted by Brooke Stranahan who took the time to review the work scheduled to be done and how long it would likely take. She then invited me to relax in the very clean and comfortable waiting area for the next hour or so. About 30 minutes later Brooke returned to the waiting area to let me know that everything was all set. Imagine that, only half the time that was expected! She handed me my keys, thanked me for being a Lia customer and sent me on my way. If this experience is any indication of what to expect going forward, it certainly reinforces my decision to purchase my new vehicle from Lia Nissan in Queensbury! Thank you Brooke!

Overall experience was excellent. A complimentary wash would have been nice though. Aaron Boule does a good job.
