The guys were amazing. Ron worked so hard to get me into my Lincoln nautilus- I’m in love with it. It’s beyond my wildest dreams and by far the nicest car I’ve ever owned. Ron made it so easy- within 24 hours of reaching out, I was driving the car of my dreams home. He stayed over 3 hours late so I could drive it home that day. He went above and beyond. The other salesperson that helped spent his time teaching allllll the great features on the car and they both answered every single question I had so I could understand all the capabilities my new car has. I am beyond pleased with my buying experience. I will be sure to recommend your dealership to everyone I know that is one the hunt for a car. My fiancé is also working with Ron to see if we can can find something that fits his needs, and I have all the confidence that they will find it for him. These guys deserve recognition for a job -more than well - done. I will most certainly be back when it’s time for the next one

Took my F250 in for transmission service, front end alignment, and diagnostic work on a stalling issue that has reliably occurred for me every day I drive the thing. They couldn't tell me anything about the stalling problem, nor could they replicate it. Then they told me I needed new ball joints and track bar before they could align it which is a bold-faced lie. Those parts were JUST replaced which is why I went in for an alignment. Clearly a money grab. But hey. At least they took three days to flush my transmission, which cost me time and money. Great job guys. I'll go someplace else next time.

Lucy Grimm, is a very nice sales person and she was very knowledgeable as it related to Ford vehicles. The dealership itself did not have very many new cars on their lot and their used vehicles were way way overpriced. I would not recommend anyone to go to this dealership at this particular time due to the fact that they don't have or can get new vehicles and their used vehicles they are gouging the price on.
