I made an appointment to test drive a 2013 Honda CRV. Luis Castillo was the sale associate that I met with when I arrived. We had the usual chat about buying a car, such as financing and trade-in. We then went for a test drive. After, we discussed the price and he answered a few questions. I told him that I would need a few days to decide. The sale manager also came over for a short conversation. But there was no pressure for me to put a deposit down on the car, other than the usual that they would not be able to hold the car if someone else decides to put a deposit down. I appreciate this no-pressure sale, unlike other dealerships that I have visited, including one that kept telling me that they are a no pressure, no hassle dealership, but the sale associate and the sale manager kept saying that they are going to sell the car that I'm interested in that afternoon if I don't put a deposit down.

Kudos to TJ in Service where I started my day getting my brakes replaced. I asked him to recommend someone I could talk to. I wanted Honda to take my 2011 CRV and get me into a new lease for same monthly payments.. that's it... Along came Michael Petrella who was great. He listened and delivered. In the end, I'm not sure about the extra Care package or whatever it was that I bought as it did raise my month;y payment a few dollars but overall. an excellent interaction all around.And the Service department is much easier to deal with than some others in the area. Have never had an issue with them.

I do not buy cars often so I was hoping that it would not be a hassle. Everything went very smoothly. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the sales pitch for extra protection that took place when I was signing the papers. I think that should have been part of the selling process before doing the paperwork.

We very pleased with Liberty Honda and our sales rep. Aaron Hill. Aaron was very patient and listened to what we wanted in the new vehicle. I first contacted Aaron on a Monday afternoon and by Saturday we were driving home our new 2017 Accord. I really like the no haggle approach on both the sales price and the value of my trade. Let me start by publicly thanking Kael Rodriguez for the best car buying experience anyone could ask for. I walked into liberty Honda with my guard up ready for the all day miserable nogotiation to begin and within 10 minutes of sitting with Kael he had my doubts lifted and my guard came down. He not only met my needs but he also took the time to educate us throughout the process in all areas. I like many others, had no intentions of buying a car that day but let me tell you, Kael made it impossible to say no. I was able to trade in my car and upgrade to a new Honda Accord sport 2017. He met every single one of my expectations I demanded and exceeded them with absolutely no nogotiations and entirely hassle free. I worked with Luis while I was purchasing my new CR-V. He was great and listened to everything I said intently. I told him what I wanted to spend and that I didn't want to exceed that amount. He got me into a great 2016 CR-V for the exact price I told him I was comfortable with. During the leasing paperwork process - the associate could have been a bit more professional and organized. However he was very friendly and we didn't run into any problems. I also think the manager that Luis worked with was a bit stiff and wasn't the best with customer service. Yet Luis was really the shining star in this situation and it made the entire process of buying a car much less stressful. Keep him around!

This dealership is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever visited. They have terrible customer service, are extremely arrogant and unethical and couldn't be any less personable. They will absolutely scam you and give you the runaround. I will be telling everyone I know to never ever visit this horrific establishment.

Leo explained everything about buying a certified used vehicle in a detailed, patient manner, answered all questions, and provided a no pressure buying experience. He is excellent in his job, and followed up with calls and emails to ensure that I was fully satisfied after the purchase. I drove from the other side of the state because Liberty Honda had a car I was interested in. As a young adult, the used car manager Brian seemed to pass me off and try to get the best deal he could for himself, not me. My salesman, John F, was not helpful either and proceeded to tell us "we were late" and that was the reason we were sitting around, even though we were only a few minutes late. He also called me the night before I was picking up my car and told me my interest rate was two percentages lower than what it actually was. I walked out on the car I really wanted due to lack of professionalism and attitude. It wasn't until I came back to work with the general manager that I eventually bought the car. The GM, Mike Plummer is the only person I would ever buy a car from again at Liberty Honda. I do not foresee myself going back again in the future.

These guys will change your mind about the hassle of buying a new car. We tried the others - but regardless of thier "hype", they were a painful experience. From the moment we stopped into the Liberty showroom, we felt like one of their family. It may sound stupid - but, we believe the REALLY CARED about us. Got to meet one of the nicest salesman - Amnon Udi. He did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and completely satisfied with our purchase. The guy must really love working at Liberty. If you stop in, please ask for Amnon and tell him Chuck sent you. You won't be sorry.

Excellent service, utmost concern for listening, and attention to detail. Being a mechanic myself, I am fairly particular with cars, but can understand a used car is what it is. With that said, not once did I feel my sales associate, Aaron, attempted to draw the smokescreen and cover something up to help sell the car, or put me in something I was not looking for.. It was clear from the time I test drove the car to delivery, they had gone above and beyond on the recondition and detailing of the vehicle prior to passing the keys to me. Paperwork was quick and painless, with an appropriate presentation of warranty and service options.This is a no-pressure, trustworthy dealership to work with, and come highly recommended.

The entire experience is First Class! Everyone at Liberty Honda was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't be any better. They worked together to connect us with a great combination of features, function, color, options, and most certainly - price and financing. Even though we were already working with a couple of people in Sales, everyone said "Hi" as they walked by. Must be a truly great place to work to have everyone with a great attitude. The one person that clearly stood out was - Amnon Udi in Sales. He made sure we understood everything about the possible options and genuinely wanted to make certain we were completely pleased with our purchase. If you're thinking of ANY car, do yourself a favor and see Amnon Udi before going anywhere else.

They went above and beyond to help me with the airbag recall on my Honda. They made arrangements for a rental, and when that didn't work because of an underage driver, they gave me a loaner. The recall stinks, but the service manager went to extremes to make sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible. They have earned my loyalty.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years from Executive dealerships and especially Liberty. Their no-haggle pricing and trade-in offers I have always found fair and competitive (and I know the inside scoop on pricing/trade valuation). From this standpoint I recommend you see them and trust their prices for the vehicle and trade. I also give their service department high marks.However, once you get to the Finance (sometimes called the Lie-Nance) Manager, put up your guard! They try the typical payment/extended warrantee/permanent wax tricks that Consumer Reports and any other reputable professional knows to steer clear of.My advice is yes, you can buy a car here but just decline everything (including the pre-printed VIN ETCHING), sign the papers and head home.

I took my car yesterday 5:30 pm for diagnostics , and made appt for 7 am today .....they said they will call me ....1 pm i called them , the guy said they r having meeting ill tell them to call u back ....2:30 pm i called again and the lady said they will call u back and i said to her i been told the same when i called at 1 pm then she said let me transfer u to someone ....phone was ringing no one answered .... its 3 pm and im still waiting for call ....and im supposed to pick up my car today around 4 : 30 ....

I made a deal to lease a 2015 Honda Civic. I was going to sign the final paper work and pay. When I got there, they had changed the price they promised me a few days ago. Although it was only $1 a month more than I was quoted, they would not change it. The finance manager admitted the error was his fault but he still wouldn't change the price. They charged my card for the down payment already so I asked for a refund. The sales man (Aaron) said it would take 3-5 business days, finance manager said 7-10 days. Salesman said we can't give you a receipt, finance manager did. I spoke to the GM about the bizarre situation of losing a customer over $1 a month. 10 days later, money wasn't refunded so I called the GM again only to find out that the refund was never processed. The finance manager was fired. It took another few days to get my down payment back. After all of these mistakes by the dealership that they admitted, I wasn't offered anything but a sorry (a deal on a car, car wash, oil change, etc.). I've leased and bought multiple cars in the past and never have I felt disrespected like this. $1 a month is only $36 for a 3 year lease which is a very small amount for me. However, the fact that they admit it was their mistake and still were unwilling to change it says a lot about the way they do business and treat their customers.

I purchased a car this past February at this dealership. I worked with Caitlin Conley who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I told her what I wanted and within minutes she knew the car for me. I purchased the first car she showed me and I am very happy with my purchase.The only thing I have to complain about is the detailing of the car. I suspect it was done very quickly, but I don't expect much in that department honestly. The car runs beautifully and that is what matters to me.

Ordered a standard 2016 Pilot LX. Put a deposit down. Was told ot would take 1-2 days. 4 days later only after I called them was I told it would be 4-6 weeks. I found 3 of them at another dealership and purchased it there. Very pleasant purchasing process, but unable to get a common model in a reasonable time.

We went to Liberty Honda on a Sunday just to go see what they had. Turned out they were one of the only Honda dealerships open this particular day. As fate would have it they had the exact car I wanted in the showroom. Caitlin Conley was our sales consultant and she was extremely pleasant and I felt very comfortable working with her. She was not pushy at all and gave us time and space to let us figure out our decision to buy, trade, etc. It actually turned out to be a fun and successful day. I've already recommended family members to go there when it's their time to look. My only critique is that I wish they could've helped us out a bit more and throw in a car starter.

I'd like to recognize service advisor, Taran Vonkirschner. Currently, a very happy customer, I wasnt back about a month ago. Thanks to Taran's efforts and the Honda team, my car was able to pass emissions after several aborted emission visits, (exactly 10). After several phone calls and a service appointment, Taran asked that I make another appointment and he would take a closer look. He found that the EGR System and the Oxygen sensors were off due to the readiness monitors not setting properly. Tarans patience, professionalism, willingness to help and initiative to find a solution, did not go unnoticed. They found the problem, rectified it and I'm happy to report my car passed emissions. Many thanks to Taran and the Honda team for a job well done and great customer service.

During September 2015, I needed to replace my Jeep Cherokee and a friend had just leased a 2015 Honda CR-V from Liberty Honda. I went for a short ride with my friend and loved the car. I loved the gas mileage, I loved the package options/features - I decided that this would be the first car that I would look at. I went to Liberty Honda and met with salesperson Caitlin Conley. She knows her cars and she had answers for all my questions. She showed me to Liberty's lot so that I could see the CR-V in different colors. I made my selection and back at the showroom, she offered all the addition services, extended warranties and did NOT push. I had never encountered a car salesperson that wasn't pushy and I really appreciated that Caitlin covered everything in a professional manner. She is definitely an asset to the Liberty Honda team. I am thrilled with my new car and if I find myself in need of another car, I'll be sure to go to Liberty Honda first.

Purchased a new 2016 oddysey on a Friday with an appointment to pick it up Saturday at 4pm. Arrived on time at 4pm but instead of taking the usual 90 minutes to trade in other car and sign paperwork, it took three hours. I had to wait after signing paperwork and giving my down payment to the sales consultant before getting in to see the finance manager, then to find out the paperwork was wrong when I noticed they had not included my down payment, so had to wait for paperwork to be redone (carelessness #1). Sales consultant finally takes me to the vehicle (dealership is closing), he gets in to show me how things work and we find no owners manual (carelessness #2). Remember this is a brand new 2016 vehicle. He says he will get me the manual Monday. He starts showing me how the console functions or in this case doesn't. The front fan/heat/defrost doesn't work. The dealership is locked so we have to wait for a manager to come back, unlock the doors so I can get a loaner as my new Odyssey is not functioning. I am told they will get it taken care of first thing Monday morning when service opens and I will get a call. Monday morning comescand goes; 3:45pm I get a voicemail that it's all set and the sales consultant will deliver it Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I get a call that there is an issue with the key I left with them and they are sending someone over to pick up the set I have. Later to be told they had lost the key (carelessness #3). Wednesday evening during dinner I get a call that they are ready to bring the vehicle. 7pm it arrives and the driver asks ifvi wascshown how to use the security lock, I wasn't. Before he begins I ask to look in the glovebox for the owners manual that was suppose to be returned that Monday - you guessed it - no manual (carelessness #4). The driver tells me he usually inspects the cars before delivering but tonight the manager told him to just go, I was waiting and that everything was all set (carelessness #5). The driver "promised" to leave the manual in my mailbox the next day. Thursday and Friday came and went without delivery of a manual (carelessness #6). Saturday I am showing a neighbor the minivan and he takes the cover off the included vacuum and notices that the two nozzles are missing (carelessness #7). Just to top it off, both the manager who came to unlock the dealership and the sales consultant had stated on Monday that they would put a voucher for a free oil change in the glovebox because of the inconvenience. My family has been purchasing vehicles from Liberty Honda for years and years. I was there to trade in my 2002 Accord that I was given in high school and to purchase a brand new car that was all my own. We were greeted by a very exuberant Khashmir Casz, who was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgable and handled my indecision about color and little things very well. After all of the paperwork and financing was done, Khash proceeded to show me every little detail of the interior of the car and all of the electronics, in extreme detail, and even helped me to link my phone to the bluetooth in the car! I couldn't have asked for more in my first car buying experience and Khash was a HUGE part of it, I couldn't have done it without him :) And I finally got to drive off in my new 2015 Honda CR-V! Extremely happy customer here!

Unhappy - Disappointed and angry liberty Honda collision and The quality and customer service is very poor. Bought a pre own ACUARA TL from LIBERTY HONDA a few years ago.. April 2012 my car was getting a new fresh paint at LIBERTY HONDA COLLISION , when I got the car back the first time the paint was rubbing off, overspray all over . They took the car back and I it got back the next day . few weeks ago I notice notice light spots around the car paint when the sun was directed towards the car. maybe( FADED ) OCT 2015 I when back to told to the General manager Mike P. about this problem and according to this General manager is normal that after a few years the paint on cars start FADED off on any brand new paint or brand NEW car. This is a NEW fresh paint job on my Acura, and this job was one only 3 years old. The paint looks terrible when the Sun hits it , also this General Manager says '''I see the spots !!! but is normal for me" "". come on !!! how can you say something like that..... on a brand new paint job???? by hem saying something like that he don`t know anything about cars and he just denied to do something .... This General Manager Mike P. from LIBERTY HONDA was very rude to me when I question hem about the problem I have ,by first interrupting me and then saying "THERE IS SOMETHING ELSE I CAN HELP YOU WITH , BECAUSE I`M TOO BUSY T TO STAY HERE TALKING.. I have been a Honda owner since 1982 and have always found them very reliable. However, I broke down on the highway in August 2015 and was towed to Liberty Honda. It was in the 90's that day and I was hot and scared from waiting on the highway. When I arrived at Liberty, I was taken care of by Todd Dibiasi. He asked me some friendly questions, got me some water and calmed me down. In under an hour Todd and his team diagnosed the problem, fixed it and sent me on my way. A great experience. Thank you for making a bad day better.

We just recently bought a 2015 CRV at Liberty, and it was an unexpectedly enjoyable experience. Our salesman was John Cunningham, and he was terrific to work with. He was personable and did not pressure us at all. He has also given wonderful service after the sale, responding promptly to any questions we have had, making good suggestions, and making sure we had accurate information. We would not hesitate to recommend Liberty and John to any of our friends or relations.

Sales Manager, Mike Plummer, drove to my house, approximately a 20 minute drive, on a late Saturday afternoon and temporarily resolved my issue when I was locked out of my 2008 Honda CRV. My battery had died, but because the locking mechanism on the driver side door had malfunctioned, I couldn't get into the car with my key and therefore, couldn't lift the hood to recharge/replace the battery. He managed to open the passenger side door using a tool standardly used to help unlock car doors.I would have been without the use of my car until Monday had he not come to my rescue.

Just bought a 2015 Honda Accord at Liberty Honda -very easy transaction. Salesman Caitlin Conley, Finance dept, General Sales Mgr, all easy to deal with. Didn't find anyone pushy at all, were willing to take the time to answer questions my questions. I did not purchase the model that I was initially interested in, and this was not an issue with the Liberty Honda staff. By the way, this is the second vehicle we have purchased from Liberty Honda, we have a 2010 CR-V and the service has been great(another reason for purchasing second vehicle from Liberty).

I recently just signed a lease for a 2015 Honda CR-V. My salesman, Amnon Udi, was a pleasure to work with. I am a recent college grad, and I didn't know much about the process upon entering the dealership. Udi took the time to sit down with my dad and I, to explain to me what the process was like. I brought in a picture of an ad for zero down lease deal for a honda CR-V. Udi could not find the offer on their website, but he still honored the deal. He worked quickly and efficiently to make sure that I could pick up my car the next day. My dad and I both agreed that the process was as painless as humanly possible. I drove home the next day with my new car and have had zero issues sense. I also believe that I am paying an incredibly fair price. I would recommend Udi as well as Liberty Honda to anyone.

My first Honda and 1st trip to Liberty. They responded quickly and with lots of information to my initial email contact. I would recommend them when looking for a new vehicle. Salesman Bill Leconche was great, he really sold me on the car, but also answered all my questions. I had done my research beforehand, looking at lots of mid sized SUVs, so knew the 2015 Honda Pilot was my car of choice. I usually keep a car a long time and knew it had what it takes to do that. They were one of the few dealers anywhere that had a few. Price was reasonable & fair. Finance dept. took all the time I needed to review details, so that was easy too. I did have a chat with the General Sales Mg., who also was very helpful on some particulars about a few extras. It was an overall pleasant experience, not pushy at all. They must be doing something right as I have never seen a busier place, with lots of people picking up cars. I was even introduced to a few long time customers who walked through to the service dept...they had lots of good things to say about the dealership.

Back in November we bought a 2015 Honda CRV. We've been buying from liberty for over a decade, over 8 cars. My family has only owned Honda from the Passport, Prelude and Saber to civic pilot...we've had them all. In November 2014 my in laws purchased a CRV as did we same day. Even then I wasn't happy with the service, I felt ignored, and the sales girl, well she wasn't warm and welcoming to my husband and I as she was to my parents. Figured I was being sensative, so I moved on. We now need another car, as I waited for my oil change I decided to take a look. My husband is a veteran, they gave us a $500 credit, and Mike plummer deal, since my in laws no him well, I figured I'd see what else they had to offer. I stood at reception for about 20 minutes while all sales personal walked by, until I finally asked if I could be helped figuring everyone was with customers. One guy said he was on lunch, ok fine...another one asked what I needed, offered to hand me over to work on paperwork for a sale. The other 2 sat and looked at each other, and offered to find someone else, apparently they were busy too. I'm not sure if I look young...im 29, maybe I don't look serious, little did they no I would have walked out with a car if they gave me a chance. Talked to a sales guy, very new. Decided to bring my husband in the next day to see what he tthought. Both of us stood waiting for reception to get off the phone, employees didn't great us, or ask us if we needed help. To make things more frustrating the girl who sold us our last car looked right at my husband and I and turned her face to talk to another employee. I felt so bad for my husband. He even asked me if he was dressed ok. He felt so ignored. He's not the insecure type. It was upsetting. I've bee told about this before, and I should have gone with my gut when I felt the way I did before when we bought thee CRV. I'm just annoyed because we really wanted the 2015 accord, my mom wants one too, and we might be heading some were else. I'm not looking for the deal of a life time, I just want something safe and affordable like everyone else. The guy who DELT with us was pushy, and when we said we wanted to come back on Saturday with a final decision, he explained it was the busiest day of the week, we should plan on coming a less busy day, because Saturday is when they sell the most cars. Well? What is it you think we're coming Saturday for? To buy a car...! We just didn't feel comfortable pulling the trigger, when we didn't feel to good about the experience.

We spotted some minor issues on first car that we received, they had no issue at all to allow us exchange to an another one. They provided 4 times free oil changes to us for compensating the trouble we went though. They really provide great service at low price.

My decision to purchase from Liberty is driven by the excellent service and personal care I receive for years after the sale. From my perspective that is the essence of working with the same dealership. The Shop Foreman Eric Russ, Service Manager Todd Dibiasi and the shop personnel consistently deliver excellent service. I took my daughters 12' Honda Civic w 28000 miles (under factory warranty) for a service, they told me that the car needs a wheel alignment which I give green light to do, by the time we leave everything was suppose be an vehicle inspection also.Next day while we check the car we found the tires were over 10 Lbs. Overinflated also the tires were having a cracks on it, so I call Firestone, the person on the customer service told me that because the car was still under warranty to bring back to the Honda dealer, they have an agreement with the car manufacturer to address these kind of situations.We bring to Liberty Honda and we explain the situation which they deny to address the problem( we talk w the service advisor and the service manager), they told us to go to Firestone, when I explain what Firestone told us, they said Firestone mislead us and there's nothing that they can do, Also that they were no an issue with the tires and my 19 years old daughter can drive the car w no problem.I ask for the inspection report that they never do but was check as they do in the service bill, they give us a mimic of report.I call Firestone again and they give us the same answer, about car under warranty and the dealer, when I explain the situation at the dealer they were so kind to refer us to one of the firestone stores in Glastonbury were the tires were inspected and the technicians agree that the tires were in need to be replaced and they give even the option for an upgrade tires, Firestone Did !!After this experience my daughter doesn't want to go to Liberty Honda anymore for a service or anything and I agree w her,

We bought our 2014 Honda CRV on 5/30/15 . Ryan White went over and beyond with his help and knowledge of our CRV. Not only did help us pick out the right car, but , my wife had a Coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. The Dealership arranged to have her 2008 Honda Accord serviced while we were working out our new pufchase. I went to Liberty Honda to buy a 2012 CR-V and I was not really sure of the kind of attention I was going to receive there. As soon I entered in the lobby, I was greeted by John Hawkins. I was looking for a Hispanic salesman, but John was so nice that I decided to work with him. After that, everything went really smoothly. I told him the car I was there for and he just grabbed the keys and took me for test drive (not questions asked). He gave me a quick review of the car and its warranty been a certified pre-owned car. I was so happy with the car and the service he gave me that I waited for him on his day off and came back after to finish the deal with him. Mr. Nate Siscco also did an excellent job in the finance department. I definitively recommend this dealer and its salesmen (especially John Hawkins) to anybody looking to buy a car. After 11 years with my Honda Odyssey leased then purchased with LIberty Honda, I was ready to buy a smaller, sportier but still practical car with AWD and a built-in navigation system. Just stopping in on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a CRV, my sales associate, Ryan White, was able to quickly point me in the direction of a low-mileage, fully loaded 2014 model that more than exceeded my expectations. A quick spin told me that this was going to be my next car. By Monday evening, I was driving it home - a very happy customer. My husband and I have now Worked w/ Liberty Honda for our now 3rd Car. Each time the customer service has been great an genuine. We went in to trade in out our Leased accord, and honestly did not know what to expect bc this was our first lease. This most recent visit I worked with 4 awesome people. Our sales Team consisted of Udi and Leo Martinez, which they are two great guys. Udi and Leo helped us find what we needed, they were realistic and were not pushy sales people. Our finance team consisted of Tony and Ryan, They were magic makers. They kept the payments where my husband and I wanted them to be, we were able to trade in our Lease (w/o any problems) and we walked out the door w/ and awesome 2015 Odyssey that fits the needs of our family. The amount of time and attention they give you makes you feel that you are the only customer they have, all departments work together to help, and everyone has a great attitude. I can say that I cannot ever see ourselves buying a car from a different dealer. If you want a great car, honest sales people, and a finance team that wants to see you walk out the door happy.... this is the place to come.

I had a great sales experience with Liberty Honda. Michael Hull was my primary contact after conversing with Jason via email. They met my price on a buy and beat the best price on the lease that I was looking for. Went in for 30 minutes to place a deposit and sign papers. Less than 1 week later they had the car we wanted. Picking up the car took about 1 hour. Mike went through the car with my wife and then the business manager went through the paperwork with us. No hard sell on additional options. Great sales experience. I would contact Liberty for my next Honda purchase.

I come to Lia Honda to get my lube oil and filter done and other repairs. Usually they get things done right away, but today there were a lot of customers in because of the upcoming snow storm. Even though I had to wait extra time, one of the employees (Travis M.) was extremely helpful and kept me updated about the status of my car. I was impressed with his consideration for my time, even though they were clearly busy and were helping a lot of other people. As always, they did a great job and I will continue to trust them with my car.

My husband and I were approached by Ryan White while looking at some late model used Accords on the lot. He brought us inside and took the time to inquire about the features we were looking for in a car. He went over available inventory that fit the bill, and then brought us out for a couple of test drives. He was very easy to work with...polite, knowledgeable, and no pressure. On the day we picked up the car, Ryan personally picked me up at my place of employment so that I wouldn't have to make the many stops on a shuttle. As it turned out, we didn't have all of the necessary papers, so Liberty gave us Dealer plates so we could take possession of the car that night. My husband dropped off the paperwork on his way to work the next morning, and Ryan again drove to my place of employment to give me the registration and to swap the plates. We were very pleased with Ryan as our salesman. By the way, this is the 4th Honda I've purchased from Liberty, and all of my experiences have been positive.

Bought a CPO 2012 Honda Fit from Liberty and overall it was a good experience. I worked with Sales Consultant Bill Leconche and he was very easy-going and great to work with. We went on a test drive and after noting some wheel shimmy on the highway he was quick to have the car inspected and remedied. Turned out to be snow in the tires. On my second test drive the issue was gone. Bill had no problem answering all of my questions and making sure I was satisfied before making a purchasing decision. Bill and team took what can sometimes be a stressful buying process and made it very friendly and pain free. I recommend working with this dealer for your next car purchase.

I hate everything about the car buying process. My recent experience with Ryan White and Liberty Honda changed that. After stopping in a few months ago to look at colors available of the Honda CRV we already knew we wanted, Ryan patiently brought us off site to look over the limited inventory Liberty had after a busy sales week. Nothing really appealed to me though I knew we'd buy a CRV eventually. I'm sure Ryan never expected to hear for us again but I was very impressed by his straightforward and lowkey nature, and when it came time to actually buy, I contacted him by email giving hi the exact model, options and color we were interested in and asked if he could quote a price via email to cut through all the "stuff" I hate about car buying. Ryan answered later that day with a price lower than the "AAA" no hassle price and had the exact model we wanted on the lot! We bought that night. Ryan was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and straight forward. When we picked up our new CRV on a busy Saturday AM, he took the time to walk us through the many new features on the CRV, never rushing us. This car buying experience was very positive and I highly recommend Ryan White and Liberty Honda.

The sale manager Jason and sale representative Bill were really nice, friendly, professional helping me a lot for the used Honda Odyssey touring 2011 that i wanted to buy. My 1st Honda Odyssey 2005 is still running good with 70 thousand miles. It had been taking care from Honda service. All of them are friendly and good services.They always gave me the coupons, discount for the bills and sometime washed my car if i requested. I brought my car to repair at Honda liberty for 9 years and will with them for my 2nd Honda that i just bought. Udi assisted me and found me a vehicle that fits my family and my budget. Udi was able to find me a great used, certified Honda Piolt with low miles. I did not have to sacerfice any to the trim I wanted for the price. Udi was kind, professional and very easy to speak with. Once I found my Pilot, my interactions with the business office was stress free. I am extermly happy that I went to Liberty Honda and met with Udi. I look forward to getting my vehcile serviced there also. If the service department is half as good as the sales department, I will have nothing to worry about.

I went into Liberty Honda this weekend to see what my options were for the end of my lease. When I entered i was greeted by Udi who took us to talk and see what I was interested in. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I didn't feel pressured to buy and he made the experience extremely easy. It was truly an easy enjoyable experience and I'm in love with my new Rogue. I bought a Honda Accord last Sunday and the salesman, Marvin Brown, was great!!! He was not only very professional but had a friendly personality as well, which made me more comfortable. I had three other appointments with dealers and had no intention of buying at Liberty that day. His salesmanship talked me into it!! He was very knowledgeable and was able to address any concern I had! I was not as impressed however with the person who I dealt with at the end of my buying process the next day. I felt I was pushed into buying extras at the last minute and the person used my fear to get me to do so. It is one thing to get a fair price for the dealership but quite another when you are pushing extras on someone just because you can. This drove the monthly payments of my car up by over $20 a month and I regret agreeing to it. I will buy from Marvin Brown again though as he was very good!

Bill Leconche (Sales Consultant) did a terrific job. He took the time to answer all of my questions on both visits. He understood my needs and was able to meet them. I didn't rate a 5 because when this was turned over to the business office I felt rushed to pick-up car (needed a few days to get funds and had a busy schedule to work around).

I called a couple days prior to comming in, I had recieved a letter stating that Honda CRZ's of 2011 and 2012 were being recalled because of the IMA battery software. I own a 2012. I was told to come in the morning and I could have someone drive me home or to work if needed. I got there that Monday morning and I explained that I've had to jump start my car quite few times during the last few weeks, could this be part of the recall? The gentleman who serviced me, I think his name is Ralph said he would run a test on the battery and let me know. He told me about prices of replacing the battery if that was the problem and they were very resonable. The letter told me that this recall would take 3 to 4 hours. Ralph told me it would take about an hour and if i wanted to wait and I was all for it if they could take one hour to do it. So I waited just over an hour and my car was pulled up. He told me everything was set with the recall and as for my battery. They went ahead and replaced my battery free of charge since it was a part of my warrenty. So the recall and my battery was all set! No more jump starts lol He gave me tips and prices of other areas that could use some attention and that are possibly covered by the warrenty as well if I wanted to come back in and get those things serviced. I appreciate the fact that there were no complications, Everything was done very professionally. & the battery was HUGE for me. Ralph and Sam (The technician) didnt ask me if it was on warrenty or make a big deal ,they found out and just replaced the battery. You just dont get easy, painless service like that anymore. I always go in somewhere expecting to come out of my pocket or to be giving a hard time. Having a car isnt cheap. The service I got here set the tone for my entire day. I left the lot smiling and laughing with a much healther car than when I came in. Thank you Ralph and Sam and Liberty Honda!!

Found Liberty to have a Ridgeline which I was wanting to buy. Marvin Brown was very helpful and made the purchase easy. Since I did not live near Hartford, I had to take a bus to the Hartford Bus Station and Marvin picked me up to bring me to Liberty Honda to get my truck. Very pleased with the purchase.

I was looking for either a brand new sedan or SUV. I drove several cars and was actually reluctant to drive a Honda as my partner currently drives one and I wanted something different. Liberty Honda was the last dealership on my list and I drove a sedan and was impressed but once I drove the CR-V I was instantly in love. The salesman wasn't pushy at all, in fact he was quite the opposite. Udi answered all of my questions honestly and with great knowledge of the vehicle. I was blown away by the amount of courtesy extended towards me and felt it was going to be a good purchase. I wanted a brand new car, and I got what I was looking for. The process was smooth and the atmosphere of the dealership made it seem as if you were becoming part of the Honda family. With the Honda brand basically selling itself, a good salesperson adds the finishing touch to a great product. Ryan McCloskey is such a person. I bought my 2013 Honda Accord EXL brand new as a 2013 left- over in March of 2014. In all my years of buying new cars, this was, by far, the BEST experience I've had. The buying process was a friendly, non-adversarial, enjoyable process! We received a fair price for our trade and an equally fair purchase price on our new car. The delivery process was great! Our salesman went over all the features and gave us an excellent overview of the features and technology before we left the lot! We recently had it in for its first service, and we were equally impressed with the Service Dept. Everyone was efficient and extremely courteous. The service time took less than expected and the car was cleaned and given back to us looking brand new! This dealership certainly knows how to treat a customer!

I purchased my CRV from Liberty Honda because is was a superior experience. The experience of buying a car with them was great, no pressure, no hassle. They were all very professional from the sales representative, sales manager to the finance manager and general manager. They were very clear on all aspects of purchasing a vehicle with them. John Franceschini our sales representative was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable about all the features and answered all our questions. He gave us more information regarding the vehicle that we did not know about. He showed us all the CRVs in stock so we could pick the color and features of the one we wanted. He was not pushy at all and a pleasure to work with. They went over the entire car and explained all the features. We would come back again for our next Honda. I would recommend Liberty Honda to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

2 years ago we visited 3 Massachusetts Honda (we live in MA) dealers and went to Liberty while on a "drive". They by FAR gave the best price. Because of changes financially we put off buying. Last week we went back to Liberty Honda to" look" at a CRV-EXL. Our salesman Aaron Hill was GREAT! He wanted to make the sale and we PURCHASED! Knowing from doing our homework we got a deal that we were VERY happy with and 0.9%. After talking about it we decided to purchase another. So 5 days later we called Aaron. We then called a Honda dealer in Chicopee Ma. We explained the exact same car and asked what he could sell it for. He of course wanted us to come in. Explaining that we just purchased one and wanted to know if they would match his response was to come in again. AGAIN we said there was no need and asked if he would match the price and he ACTUALLY SAID why don't you go back to Liberty? SO GUESS WHAT ?? We went to Liberty and purchased A 2015 PILOT EXL. Needless to say how happy Aaron was. We told Liberty we will be back in 7 months to purchase another CRV for a college graduation present for our daughter. If you are thinking about purchasing a Honda, I HIGHLY recommend Liberty Honda and Aaron Hill.

Overall a good experience at Liberty Honda. Friendly people who were helpful and not too pushy about us making a decision. Accommodated us and our two little kids throughout the process. The only issue we had was that when we went to pick up the car we were shown features, such as the extra security lock and extra coating on the interior and exterior, that were not disclosed that they cost extra. We thought the car came with the features. Also, in doing the paper work, they "forgot" about our deposit and we had to remind them to adjust the monthly cost accordingly. Also would have been nice if they filled the gas tank of our "new" car.

I found a car I liked on-line at Liberty's site and entered into an on-line chat. Obviously purchase price is #1 on the mind of most buyers. In the course of our conversation, the person offered a price lower than what was posted on their site. I was thrilled. When I went to the dealership later that day, it was with that price in mind that I sought out that particular car. After a test drive I was sold on the car so it was simply a matter of money talk. When I shared the price I had been (apparently incorrectly) quoted, once the conversation was verified, Liberty stood by that quote. I was very impressed. They could have lied and said they couldn't retrieve the transcript of the conversation. They could have said it was an unauthorized quote. They could have given me a hard time in general. Instead, while acknowledging that the person simply quoted the wrong price, they stood buy that price and I bought the car on the spot. This is a far, far cry from the image of the shady used car salesman. This demonstration of integrity meant as much to me as the condition of the car itself. We recently bought a new CR-V at Liberty Honda. Have purchased our last three cars there. John was very helpful, not at all pushy which is great! Hate the hard sell for sure. He got everything done in our visit except the insurance but we could take the car home that day (Saturday) and John followed through on Monday with the insurance and got it changed over and emailed my new cards to me. A very good experience.

Can't say enough good things about the staff at Liberty Honda. Our no pressure salesman, Josh Arce, had no problem allowing my wife and I to test drive the couple of vehicles we were interested in. When we settled on the Crosstour and it came time for negotiation there was no back and forth. Brian Foley, the Used Car Manager came over and gave us a deal that was too good too pass up, but there was no pressure for us to buy. The Finance Manager, Geno Humphries was able to secure a great rate for us and Josh and GSM Tony Braglia kept us informed as to when the vehicle would be registered and ready for pick up, which was a bit of work for them since we live in Massachusetts. The team at Liberty will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. When it comes time for our next Honda, we will be going right back to Liberty Honda.

Just purchased our second new Honda from Mike Plummer and Liberty Honda. The 2nd in the last six months. The third Honda from Mike Plummer. We are a very discriminating customers. We don't like car dealers. But in the case of Liberty Honda, things have been different. Very different. No high pressure sales or pushy add-on conversations. With this purchase Liberty didn't have the color/model combination we needed. Mike got me the car in a day. We knew we wouldn't have all the paper work at signing. Mike said "get it to me next week". Today we have the car and we still owe Mike paperwork to complete the deal. How many dealers do you know would do that? We have yet to run into a single person that we didn't like at Liberty Honda. The combination of Honda quality, a super person in Mike Plummer, and a great dealership in Liberty Honda can't be beat anywhere. That is worth repeating, IT CAN'T BE BEAT ANYWHERE. Mike, I look forward to working with you and Liberty Honda again in the future.

I purchased my car there and never had to wait 2 hours for an oil change mid week! I was told there was an influx of people 10 minutes ago. I did not see this at all. It looked like they were short handed. I went to another place closer to my house who provided superior service and NO waiting time. The price was better too. You lost a loyal customer!

I had a great car buying experience at Liberty Honda. I called them and got an over the phone quote for the car I wanted within the price range I asked for. I requested that this information be sent to me in an email and it was sent quickly and nothing had changed. I was picked up from Middletown the next day because I didn't have a car to drive to the dealership with. The salesman who picked me up was courteous and friendly and we made easy conversation on the way over to the dealership. I was still working on getting my car registration at the time of the purchase, so the dealership let me use dealer plates for 7-10 days while I figured out the DMV. I returned the next day to get my registration and plates, and also to have the service center check out a TPMS light that had come on. The maintenance was great and quick! All in all, an excellent car buying experience! 10/10 would use again.

This dealership was excellent on every level. There were no hassles or pressure like with other pushy car salesman. The finance manager was able to get me an amazing, 4.9 % interest rate, with my far less than perfect credit score. The price on the preowned Civic was phenomenal. There were NO fast talking, cheap sales tactics at all and I was very pleasantly surprised at how down to earth everyone was here. Highly recommended. Customer for life.

I met with Josh Arce who was fantastic from beginning to end. His help has been very beneficial. Had been in market for a used Honda Odyssey, preferably Certified. Liberty Honda had the best selection of offerings compared to other local Honda dealers. The entire purchasing experience was very laid back and low key. Our sales associate, Mike Hull, did a great job of showing us a few vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the bells and whistles included in these vehicles, and if you're familiar with the Odysseys, the bells and whistles list is pretty long!. The vehicle was delivered on the date they said it would be, with a couple of my issues (scrape on front bumper, and scrape on side view mirror) addressed as promised. The paperwork at delivery was smooth and efficient. To top it off, they offered me more money for my trade in then another local Honda dealer!! cough cough, Hoffman, cough cough. I'd definitely recommend Liberty Honda to anyone looking for a Honda vehicle in the Hartford area!

I test drove a vehicle that I was very interested in purchasing. The vehicle's interior wreaked of smoke, the exterior hadn't been washed. The test drive revealed a serious shake in the wheel. The salesman said it was the road, the vehicle was old, it wasn't a problem. WRONG the. Vehicle. Had only 70k miles which on a Honda is not high mileage. I agreed if they fixed the shake I was interested in purchasing. I left a deposit and then was told the shake was from the back wheels and they were not going to put new tires on it. My friend an experienced mechanic of 30 years told the salesman what the probable issue was. I contacted the salesman and stated I wanted my deposit back that I wasn't buying any vehicle that had a possible expensive problem to repair. He was very reluctant and said it would be at least a week to return my deposit. I said that was unacceptable. The next day he called to say they replaced the tires and the shake was less. Again I said I wouldn't buy a vehicle with an obvious defect. The salesman was pushy, made ridiculous excuses about the vehicle. I am still waiting to hear from them regarding my deposit. I have left messages and emails with no response. I will be contacting the States Attorney Generals office if I don't receive my deposit this coming week.

I can boldly say from the get go all he was concerned with was making sure the car I was looking for met my budget and my needs. He was not pushy, he listened and addressed all my concerns and need. The business manager, Nate was awesome. They handled everything from getting the finance approved, my trade in, DMV and even up to contacting my insurance. My Honda Civic is fantastic. Liberty Honda's service is inconsistent. My last lease experience with them was A++. My recent experience was terrible. Sales staff was unaware of any of the incentives advertised on TV or online. I had the running back & forth routine with, "Well, I don't know about that...I have to go check with the Sales Manager to see if that is possible...." Several times over. I walked into Liberty ready to buy a specific car & the process took 4.5 hours for me to get through their dealership! We agreed on one price for the car & at the last minute all the paper work reflected a much higher price at signing. I am dreading going back in 3 years to turn this car back.

The entire staff at Liberty Honda are very professional and make a car buying experience a positive one. I have visited over 5 Honda dealers in the Tri State area and would not hesitate to go back. They offer competitive prices and are pleasant to deal with. Ryan White, my salemen, was quite helpful and followed through on all of my requests. Josh, the business manager, was informational and helpful in dealing with out of state paperwork, etc. Mike Plummer, the General Manager, has his team well organized and it shows when meeting face to face.

In August of 2010, I leased my Hondo Fit, which I love. When the lease matured this summer, I was instructed to go back to the dealer and they would complete the application process for the loan. I was a little confused since I had previously had a VW Jetta that I had leased from VW and when the lease matured I just flipped it to a loan, paperwork was done through the mail and it was very easy. When I stopped into the showroom, while getting my Fit serviced one day, I was very disappointed with the process that I experienced by the Sales Staff/General Manager/Business Manager. First, I would have to completely apply for a loan as if the car was used off of their lot, then I had to pay a $500 inspection fee, I bought the car there and in three years I have never had it serviced anywhere else, I explained. Then an additional fee of $299 for administrative services. SERIOUSLY! When I sat with the Business Manager, he explained to me that I may want to consider other alternatives, because unless I had excellent credit, I would probably not get anything better than 8% interest and that they would have to "PING" my credit during the application process. I called Honda Finance Corporate Office, made a formal complaint and was granted an extension of my lease period. I DO love my Honda Fit, it has been an excellent car, but I DO NOT recommend using Liberty Honda for Sales.

Where do I start? Mike Plummer the general manager was great. Geno the business/finance guy was too. Salesman was VERY courteous and professional. After buying my new Honda from Liberty I can honestly say the experience was light years ahead of the high pressure add-on sales pitch I got at Schaller Honda. This is my second Honda purchase from Mike Plummer and I look forward to a third.

We had a good experience at Liberty Honda. We located the Pilot we wanted (It was new to the lot) and our sales associate Nick was wonderful. It was a freezing cold night and because we had emailed him in advance of our arrival time to the dealership he had the car running to make our test drive toasty warm. We were able to negotiate a deal that both seller and buyer were happy with and the dealership gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. I have been enjoying my pre owned car since last Tuesday. This car was exactly what I wanted and I was happy we were able to work with Liberty Honda. CAA

I leased a Honda Civic 3 years ago and had the best salesman (Brian B.). A few months ago I started looking for another Honda to lease and stopped by Liberty as they requested. Since then I was in touch with Mike Hull via phone and email. Then all of a sudden he did not respond to my messages, whether voice mail or verbal, and did not respond to my emails. So needless to say this is poor customer service. I have since been to two other Honda dealers and will definitely do business with one of them, but not with Liberty.

A week ago, I purchased a certified pre owned Honda CRV at your dealership. I have to tell you that I was extremely disappointed in the "lack of communication" between your employees. I dealt with not only my salesperson, but two business manager's and the manager on sight. No one had communicated with the other and I received numerous phone calls about my transaction from different people every day for days. I was assured that the day I was to finally pick up my vehicle would be effortless. (Since the buying process was such a nightmare) It was a TWO HOUR process to sign paperwork and take the car home. Two hours? There was continued confusion between your employees, paperwork was missing, and above and beyond this, once was all said and done, I realized that the price I was quoted was NOT the price I was charged. Although I left your dealership with a bank check for the price I was told was correct, it was in fact $500 over what was agreed upon. I had to come back again to pick up my check. Just yesterday, (several days later) I received yet another phone call telling me I needed to sign something else that they had forgotten I needed to sign. Seriously? I found my experience with your dealership to be stressful, awkward, disorganized and frustrating. I am not naming names because I don't want to assume your employees are not capable. However, as an Executive Director myself, I would be mortified if my team acted as your team did. I would strongly recommend that you implement better systems where communication between team members is enforced. Additionally, the lack of concern for my difficult experience was disappointing. I would never knowingly allow a customer of mine to walk out of my business without trying to correct the concerns. This did not occur. I did not mention names as what your employees do is a direct reflection on how the business is run. I don't want to throw any individual under the bus. However, I do want you to know that I would never, ever purchase another vehicle from your dealership again. I simply do not have the time to put into a transaction that it required of me. I was expecting a smooth, seamless, transaction. I received the complete opposite experience. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback.

We walked in to Liberty Honda armed and ready with all the information on what we want and what we have to spend. We were up front and honest about exactly what we expect because every time we have bought cars in the past, we have always been cheated, lied too, and sold bad cars and then stuck with the mess. Tiffanie was on it with exactly what we needed, respected the fact that we knew what we needed, were highly informed, and would not be walking out of there with a vehicle unless we were given exactly what we wanted. Our process was quick and we were in and out. Tiffane took care of all the details and when in the past we would be just waiting for the other shoe to drop (ie. charging us a high interest rate when out credit is great, charging ungodly amounts for title and reg fees, giving us a car fax report that belonged to another car and finding out the car we bought had 3 different owners, realizing that my car did not have the extended warranty because the buisness person pocketed the 3,000 dollars, bad battery, the transmission was bad in a car we bought and were not told about the recall untill it was too late, etc...) So, for all the bad we have gone through buying cars from dealerships in the past, this was a good experience. We expected the back and forth with the buisness manager thing that sales people do but all in all Tiffanie made it work and we are appreciative. So far, so good!

I had an extremely bad experience with the Honda dealership in my town. I then decided to reach out a little further and contact Liberty Honda to purchase a new 2013 Civic and my experience couldn't have been any better. The extra drive was well worth it as the service I received was surreal. I first contacted Jayson the sales manager who put me in contact with Marvin Brown. Marvin was a real gentlemen and showed my family the utmost amount of respect. He was straight forward and down to earth. Geno Humphries the business manager was also phenomenal. I wanted to use my financing through my own credit union. Geno got me a far better rate through Honda financial. My credit is average to fair, I was surprised at the great low rate they were able to offer me. I kept waiting for a catch or some hidden fee to come up and it never did. I am so impressed by the by how easy the whole car buying process was. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If you live on the other end of the state Liberty is worth the drive, with there huge inventory and competitive internet quotes. A++++

After having horrible experiences at other dealerships it was a breath of fresh air to deal with the sales associates at Liberty. Specifically, Brianna and Jason. Not only did I find the SUV that I was looking for I also got it at the price that I was looking for. Most importantly, I didn't feel as though I had to make a descision on the spot. My Odyssey broke down Friday after-noon. I first called Liberty Honda (where I leased the car from) to see if there was a way to override the ILock security function as I thought that perhaps this was the cause of the problem. Todd DiBiasi (Service Manager) got on the phone and walked me through some steps to dis-engage the system. When that didn't work, he suggested I try to jump the car...long story short I ended up (at Todd's suggestion) calling AAA to have the car towed in. Todd informed me that the service department closed at 6pm and Enterprise rental car (where they would have gotten a car for me also closed at 6pm. My first call to AAA was at 4:30...AAA didn't arrive until 7:25. At 5:30 I called Todd, told him I was not going to make it until after 6pm. He assured me it would not be a problem, sales was open until 7 and he would coordinate with Tony Braglia (GM of sales) to have a loaner ready for me. At 6:45 I called Tony and told I wouldn't be there by 7. He said not to worry, he would be there when I got there. At 7:45 when I arrived with my car on a flat bed...Tony was still there, a loaner was waiting and ready to go. The next morning at about 8:30, I got a call from Todd, my car was ready...I am telling you these guys are great. While AAA left for over 3 hours waiting for a tow...Todd and Tony completely helped relieve an extremely stressful evening, and a Friday night none the less. This is my second car I have gotten from Liberty....I have always been impressed, but Todd and Tony blow the top off as far as service and customer care... Guys, thank you!!! Matt

I recently visited the service department in regards to a malfunctioning locking mechanism on the drivers side door on my 2011 Accord. I was worried that because it was malfunctioning intermittently that it might be something that could not be diagnosed and fixed. So, I took a video of it, when it was not working well. When I pulled into the bay, the lock (of course) was working. I was greeted by Todd, the Service Manager, who really listened to my concerns with the lock. He was patient and even took the time to watch the video I had recorded. He assured me that he was going to personally look into it. He explained to me what he thought it could be causing the problem. Not being very well versed in the area of electronics/mechanics, I stated that I really didnt follow his explanation. He then broke it down very simply for me. When thinking about the service experience I had at Liberty Honda, I can honestly saw it was nothing but a positive one. Service accountability was excellent. I felt that Todd demonstrated a great commitment and responsibility to the customer, as well as to Liberty Honda. I was very happy with the service and my lock is working perfectly.

The dealership was bright and cheery and each person we met was as good at their job as the last. They all made the experience as efficient as possible. *This is an update to my previous review titled "Take Your Business Elsewhere* As if matters couldnt get any worse, they did. At this point Im honestly embarrassed to admit that I purchased a vehicle from Liberty Honda and would advise anyone considering the place to just steer clear and spend their hard earned money elsewhere where your business will be valued and appreciated. Things were looking slightly optimistic when I dropped off my vehicle Wednesday morning. Reason being that the morning of my service advisor informed me that Liberty authorized a 2 day rental out of the 3 days they would have my car. Since a friend was gracious enough to drop off my kids at school and drive me to work on Wednesday I wasnt going to make a big deal of only two days. I call Thursday (today) to get an update on my vehicle just to see how things are going and to my dismay Im informed that my car will need to be kept for an additional 4 days. Fine I thought; no one can help if parts or what have you are taking longer than expected, but what completely shocked me (why am I even shocked at this point)? I inquire on the 2 day rental, clearly 2 days doesnt cover the additional 4 days they need to keep my car. Response? Id need to turn in the car after the 2 days and maybe you can find a ride for Monday and Tuesday yes, thats precisely what I was told. Excuse me? If the vehicle were having issues that were not covered under my warranty I might see how their current customer service would apply, might. So my car is having an issue covered under its warranty yet Im on my own for alternate transportation or in my case, none at all and for 5 of the 7 days, seven. So they put their customers in the in the position of either losing pay from missing work while they work on a vehicle, and kids missing school or dropping over $200 for a car rental for more than a few days while they work on an issue thats covered. I would think as many others agree that each go hand in hand. If you have to keep a customers vehicle longer than 24 hours its only adequate to provide them with alternate transportation. My point? Basically once you sign that dotted line and Liberty has made their profit, youre on your own even with a warranty. Just fyi, Im currently waiting to hear back from the gentleman who commented on my original review.

My review is on the lack of customer service. I bought my certified pre-owned vehicle w/the nice 100k mile warranty a year & 2 months ago. Less than 2 months after my purchase I was back in for an engine light. 1st incident I was slightly bothered by my children & I being inconvenienced, but they fixed the issue (sparks plug replacement) when I brought the car in Mon. morning & on my way by the evening. Fast forward 2-3 mos & again, engine light on so I brought it in & same issue so again they "fixed" it. This time around I had done some quick research prior to going & voiced my thoughts, but of course since I'm a woman I clearly did not know what I was talking about. Fine, I'm a patient being, yet again inconvenienced, but no need to make a big deal. Car was "fixed" w/the same previous solution & I was on my way. 2-3 mos from then I was back w/the same issue, 3rd incident. This time I was told I'd be charged a diagnostics fee if it wasn't the same issue. I was irked, but fine, I knew it was the same issue. This time I was "guaranteed" it'd be fixed this 3rd time & I certainly would not be back b/c this would be addressed & taken care of. 3rd time it inconvenienced myself, my children, & my mother who thankfully took the car down there so I could use her vehicle to get my kids to school & myself to work - pathetic I'd say to not offer me a rental, but fine. Can you tell I'm patient & forgiving? When I picked up my "fixed" vehicle I still felt I'd be back. Why? Because the issue was remedied as the first 2 incidents. Nothing was done differently, but again off I went. 4th incident, I'm back at the dealer w/same issue. Again inconvenienced, but I'm not one to kick & scream. No mention of said diagnostic fee this time so I guess they pick & choose when they charge it. Moving on, same remedy as 3 previous incidents, but this time I was told it occurred because my oil was "low". If I hadn't considered it before it's because we all get attached right? Well w/the reoccurring issue & lack of proper service to my vehicle I was over it. The salesman apparently spoke to the service dept. & would you believe it, they finally consider that it could be something else causing the problem. So this time I'm told I need to leave my vehicle for 3 days so that certain things can be shipped out & have it all taken care of, you know, like promised back in the 3rd incident. My biggest issue this 5th time other than my patience being spread extremely thin is that although my vehicle is covered under my 100k mile warranty I am not "eligible" for a rental because it's not in my contract. So an issue that should have been fixed incidents ago is now going to cost me money? The best they could do was offer the dealer rate for a car rental for something that should have been taken care of a year ago & isn't in any way my fault? Warranty or not, one would expect that if a vehicle is being serviced at a DEALER that alternative transportation be provided to not cause further inconveniences to your customers. I was told that nothing could be done because the rental was simply not in my contract. This isn't a matter of "can't", it's a matter of won't. Good on Liberty for inconveniencing a single mom of 2 kids w/no other means of transportation to get to work & them to school other than the vehicle she invested heavily in just 1yr & has been dealing with the reoccurring issue that has basically been temporarily fixed each time for the sake of saving a buck. I'm sure actually fixing the car & providing a courtesy rental is going to burn a hole in your pockets. Oh no, wait that's mine.

So this time I'm told I need to leave my vehicle for 3 days so that certain things can be shipped out and have it all taken care of, you know, like promised back in the 3rd incident. My biggest issue this 5th time other than my patience being spread extremely thin is that although my vehicle is covered under my 100k mile warranty I am not "eligible" for a rental (they don't have loaners so they use Enterprise for car rentals) because it's not in my contract. So an issue that should have been fixed incidents ago and has been covered this whole time is now going to cost me money? The best they could do was offer me the dealer rate ($35.99/day) for a car rental for something that should have been taken care of a year ago and is in no way, shape, or form my fault? Warranty or not, one would expect that if a vehicle is being serviced at a DEALER that alternative transportation be provided to not cause further inconveniences and aggravation to your customers. I was told that nothing could be done because the rental was simply not in my contract. This isn't a matter of "can't", it's a matter of won't. Good on you Honda for inconveniencing a single mother of two small kids with no other means of transportation to get to work and get them to school other than the vehicle she invested heavily in just a year ago and has been dealing with the reoccurring issue that has basically been temporarily fixed each time for the sake of saving a buck. $20,000 vehicle and the best solution was a sparks plug replacement each time. I'm sure actually fixing the car and providing a rental out of courtesy is going to burn a hole in your pockets. Oh no, wait that's mine.My issue isn't w/the vehicle as there are laws to protect the consumer. My issue is with the lack of customer service.

I dealt with Marvin (salesman) for a 2013 accord. I felt the price could be better so wanted to go out for lunch to think it over. Marvin brought over his manager (Mike) for one last shot at a deal. I got the car at a REALLY good price. Their initial price was good and if I was a novice, I would have jumped on it...but, this was not my first time buying a car. A few things to consider. Do your homework, understand that while they have a good rating, their first and foremost goal is to make as much money off you as possible. Your goal is to let them take as little as possible. Don't be fooled by the good ratings. Good ratings don't equate to a good price right off the bat. The price negotiation took longer than I wanted (about 3 hrs total from test drive to getting out of there with a hand shake). The same salesperson was juggling other people at the same time as us (delivering cars, etc.) which slowed the process down. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I would buy from them again if the price is right.

AAA+++, I had the best experience. I purchased my 1st Honda 13 yrs ago from Liberty Honda and the service was poor. I promised myself that I would never give Liberty Honda another sale. I started looking for a new car three weeks ago and visited other Honda dealers in the area and was not getting the satisfaction I needed. On a whim my sister said "let us go to Liberty and look". The night before I went, I did the online quote and I almost dropped to the floor from the quote I got. Needless to say, I walked in and there was my angel "Udi". He was polite, warm, funny, honest, knowledgeable, treated me like family and a handful:-) We laugh, we hug, we danced and I am now his third wife-inside joke. Udi, you are super. I LOVE my 2013, 3.5 V6 Honda Accord. He never rushed us and even after the sale he spent a lot of time making sure we understood all the features of the Honda Accord and how to operate them. He had to stop by the house to get the Title to our old car and when he spotted our piano he sat down and played for us. We hope to hear him and his band some day in the near future. What a guy!

I bought my vehicle here before when it was under different management. I was pleased with the price at that time and the customer service. So much so I had nothing but good things to say to friends and acquaintances. Service at the dealer always involved appointments and full days or more to complete. After doing that once I went to another dealer for service who took me promptly when I drove in for an appointment. Liberty would not allow that. They would require a drop off and at least one day for even minor items. I recently went in to purchase a new car with my trade. They were one of the highest in price for area dealers I visited. They held my keys to try to keep me from leaving. This is unacceptable. I was almost at the point of calling 911 and reporting a stolen vehicle in order to get my keys back. Do they honestly think that that type of sales tactic would increase my propensity to buy from them?

Liberty was the third local Honda dealer I visited, and I'm glad I did -- with respect to both price and selection of available vehicles, it was the most attractive. Marvin Brown was the knowledgeable salesman who took the trouble to explain all functions of the car I chose. Furthermore, he treated me with respect and courtesy throughout the process. There was some pressure near the end of the buying process to purchase an extended warranty and some 'extras', but my decisions were accepted gracefully. Next time around I'll start my search at Liberty!

There is not much nice to say, but I will start with it. When we did go in for service it seemed to be handled relatively quickly and no problems with the repairs or service. However, this is one of worst businesses I have dealt with in terms of putting the needs of the customer first. Everything they do is simply to maximize their profit. They will take advantage of anyone who does not do their research or stand up for themselves. 1) When my wife went into buy the car, they pushed her into all of the extras that we did not need to pad their profits (service contracts and similar promotions). They are sharks that are looking to take advantage of easy prey. 2) When I tried to get out of these contracts, they made it a long and difficult process. They drew out the process for months so that when we finally got our prorated returns we had given up more of the value. Managers said they would process our requests to get out of the contracts then there was no action. When I followed up months later, there was no record of our request and we had to start over. No real attempt to help us, only to take more of our money. 3) After we obtained a credit from some of these contracts toward the service department, we have had trouble using it. When we went in for service recently they did not apply the credit and charged us the full amount. I had to call and seek out a manager to get this straightened out. 4) This one may just be speculation, but at our most recent service my wife got an estimate of $1000 on a recent repair. While waiting, she discovered that a friend was working there. In the end the charge came to $720. What are the chances that they came in that far under the estimate? I am guessing almost none... that they were prepared to charge my wife a ridiculously high markup but our friend helped us out. I am sure they still made money on the service. This is getting extremely tiring and we are done dealing with Liberty as soon we finally get this last credit that is owed to us. I don't expect much out of car dealers, but these guys strike me as the lowest of the low.

Amnon took the time to answer all my questions and explained all the options the vehicle had with no pressure to buy it. Amnon made buying a use car a good experience. My parents and I had a pleasant experience purchasing a new 2013 Honda Accord at Liberty Honda over the past weekend. Marvin Brown, who was our salesperson, was very professional and courteous. He was attentive to our need for a quick turnaround in the buying process, due to my recent relocation to the Hartford area from the west coast for a new position. Beyond answering our questions about the new car, he also gave us helpful advice about the process of transferring my out of state license. Without his tip about getting to the DMV early on a Saturday morning, we might have waited in line for hours. He also came in to the dealership that afternoon, on his day off, to make sure that the transaction went through smoothly. I would highly recommend making a visit to this dealership if you are looking for a Honda.

We purchased a new 2013 (9th generation) Accord sedan on Monday. This was our third new car purchase from Liberty Honda in the past several years and we have also always had our cars serviced at Liberty. Our experience with this dealer has been uniformly good. They are far better than other dealers we have dealt with ... we've been purchasing cars since 1966. Our experience this time was particularly pleasant. This purchase was purely elective ... we traded in a 2011 Accord for the 2013 model ... and we visited the dealer in response to a mailer, figuring we'd see what the offer on our trade-in and the new car price was, but we could've easily postponed buying a new car for another couple of years. Our salesperson, Brainna S., was extremely helpful and patient ... she worked very hard to make the purchase and made us a very fair deal that we simply couldn't resist. Tony B. and Geno H. were also very helpful in the process. They were all very pleasant to deal with. People often talk about buying a new car the same way they talk about visiting the dentist ... painful and expensive ... but my wife and I actually enjoyed interacting with these folks! We simply LOVE the 2013 Accord ... we bought the baseline LX model, but it feels anything but "stripped down" ... the interior quality is markedly superior to the 2011, it is MUCH quieter and the electronics are amazing! Our only suggestion for the dealer is to provide a more comfortable, private area for the salesperson and the customer to meet and negotiate. The dealership was crowded (business must be good!) and we had to change tables several times ... each time we got up ... to show our trade-in, to take a test drive, to pick the color of the new car, because other buyers took our place. Also the tables are out on the salesroom floor with little or no privacy. If each salesperson had his or her own private area or, preferably, room the experience would be even better for all concerned.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Liberty Honda. We had been shopping around for a new vehicle for a few weeks and finally found a couple of cars that we were interested in at this dealership. Upon arrival we were greeted by Ammon Udi and were shown a 2012 Honda Fit. Although it was already listed for a decent price, Udi negotiated an even more competitive price with us. We also chose to finance through Honda and were surprised at how easy the whole transaction was. We would highly recommend visiting Liberty Honda for your car buying needs, and I'm sure that we will make another trip to this dealership when the time comes to replace our other car.

Took car in for oil change and radiator flushing and filling. Staff estimated it would be around an hour. Took more along the lines of two hours with little communication on their part, but repairs seem to be shipshape and staff were polite. Front desk needs to be more aware of what's going on around them than they seem to be. Might be new help, but we all have to start somewhere.

I emailed several dealerships asking for the best deal on vehicle I wanted. Liberty Honda offered me a great deal right away. And even after agreeing to a price, while I was waiting for the vehicle I wanted to be delivered, another dealership replied to my email offering me a slightly better price and Liberty Honda matched it without hesitation. At other dealerships I visited previously, I felt like the sales folks were conning me and when I asked questions about the price breakdown, they gave me looks like I was asking dumb questions. At Liberty Honda, I felt like the sales folks respected me for wanting to get a good deal and were happy to answer my questions. If you are looking for a Honda, I highly recommend you give Liberty Honda a chance to offer you a good deal!

I want to thank Marvin, Josh and especially Jason for making the purchase of my 2013 Accord, easier than I had ever hoped. I had visited Liberty 8 yrs ago, when looking to purchase my 2005 Accord, and had a less than stellar experience, and purchased elsewhere. This time around, Jason and Marvin made my purchase quite easy and actually enjoyable. Jason handles all of the internet contact and then assigns a saleman in the dealership if/when you go in. The particular car I wanted to buy wasn't on the lot, but they got it in quickly and I picked it up within a week. They forgot to install an accessory prior to my picking up the car, but have made offers to come and pick up the car from me at work and take care of it while I'm working. My experience from walking in the door and working with Tiffanie to pick out a car, to working with Geno helping with the paperwork, was a pleasure purchasing my 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. I can also say I've had the pleasure of doing this twice. Last December Tiffanie helped me pick out my Civic, explaining all the safety features and helping me find a car that was just right for me, economical yet still stylish and fun. The safety portion fortunately was everything she described as I was in an accident where the car was totaled, yet I sustained no injuries from the accident. The day after the accident I went back to Liberty Honda and thanked them for the safety of the car and wanted another Honda Civic Coupe to replace the totaled car. One of the things that they recommended when I purchased the car was GAP protection with the warranty that covered the difference in my loan and the value of the car which in my case was a huge benefit considering the accident. Tiffanie helped me replace the Civic and hold the car through the insurance process and was able to pick up the new car with ease, making the whole dealing with the accident process that much less stressful. Another great thing about Liberty Honda is the free oil changes I get. While I have yet to have had the experience of having an oil change from them this is a nice savings out of pocket when your already paying a loan and putting gas in the car with today's economy. Tiffanie helped me find the right car for me and I could be any happier with my purchase. She helped in a big way, when I bought the car I was buying it with confidence. She explained how Honda is adamant about their cars and maintaining their value for their customers. I know when I come back to Liberty Honda when I trade my current Honda Civic in I'm going to get the best value on my trade in and get the best value going forward with whatever my next purchase will be. Absolutely amazing! Purchasing my 2013 Honda CR-V at Liberty Honda ended up being an experience that exceeded all of my expectations. Initially, Jason Behan, Internet Sales Manager, was strategic in convincing me to come into the Liberty Honda showroom to view the new 2013 Honda CR-V. When I got there, John Franceschini, my Honda Sales Consultant, had a 2013 Twilight Blue Metallic CR-V, that I had initially requested to see, parked outside the showroom and ready for me to test drive. John was phenomenal in answering all of my questions and overcoming any of my objections or constraints related to my purchase. He was considerate of my preferences, courteous, and dedicated to selling me the exact car that I wanted, which turned out to be the Mountain Air Metallic 2013 Honda CR-V, LX, AWD. Geno Humphries, my Finance Manager, was masterful in providing me with a financing rate that beat the original rate that I had insisted upon receiving in order to close the deal. It's not every year that I purchase a new car. I can be a tough customer when it comes to getting exactly what I want. The Liberty Honda Team delivered beyond my exact specifications for a new automobile. Had to wait somewhat longer than the time mentioned it might take me to get in and out with oil change and filter which I went down for sans appointment, as the company has a no-appointment-needed policy for oil changes. Didn't wait too far over the estimated amount, but had been offered a free car wash while there that I opted to take advantage of. I am an idiot lately and can't remember anything anymore, but I'm surprised someone else there, either the "customer service" person or the mechanic hadn't either remembered or been told respectively that it was to be done. Came home and got out to look at car and it dawned on me it hadn't been done.

Jason firts called me from my inquiery through BJ's car buying program. He quickly understood what I wanted and had a way to get it. When I came in Tony was right there to help me and Jason stopped by as well. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted quickly and without a problem.

Liberty Honda is the best Honda dealership I have dealt with. We purchase a car for my mom in December and they were great to her. I was in the market for a used vehicle and had no luck finding one that I liked. John and the sales manager made a few suggestion and had me look at a new 2012 CRV. It fit my budget perfectly. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.Very happy with my new car.

Liberty Honda has been extremely consistent with their service to me. I own a ridge-line that I purchased from them over t he past 3 years... I have been going back for service and repair and I always fell well taken care of. There has never been an instance where I felt cheated or my vehicle wasn't given the best care. For that I can say with no reservations that Liberty Honda has always been consistent with my expectations,'that is something that one rarely finds in the car industry'. Thank you Liberty Honda for always going above and beyond. Keep up the good work.

I had to bring the car in today for oil change, wiper blades and transmission fluid replacement. The only issue I had was that the CSR questioned my need for the transmission fluid to be replaced, but was agreeable about having it done when I explained car had reached about a 15,000 milestone since the WHOLE transmission (chiefly due to MY neglect) was fried over a year ago, and I said I wasn't going through THAT ordeal again. But the work appeared to be done correctly and within an hour's time, just as he said it would, though I am sure it paid to be there right at the door when the store opened all the same. Facility was pretty tidy too, and cashier was pleasant.

BEWARE!!!!!I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic with 6,700 mikes from Liberty Honda. During negotiation the price they said they would reduce the price by $300.00, but they would de-Certify the car! I decided not to have this done, later to find out from Honda America they could not do that!. A certified Honda should have New Floor Mats - if the originals are not like new. When we went to pick up the car, they had a paper mat cover (like when the car is serviced) over just the drivers side mat. When we looked under the paper cover, the mat was nearly completely stained with black grease. The salesman took the car back and did a 5 min cleaning. The most disappointing aspect of this purchase came when we got home. When a friend, who is a mechanic, checked the engine oil, he said it was black and probably never was changed! Liberty Honda offers FREE oil changes, bu they never changed the oil on a certified?? car. I now believe they just washed the car, shined the tires and sold it to me. NEVER doing the full 15X point checks they should have done as a certified used car that I paid for. I called the salesperson and he said he would talk to the service manager, I never got a response. I am turning this over to Honda America as an official complaint against Liberty Honda.

Liberty Honda although located in Hartford (we live in New Haven) did their best to get us to the dealership to process everything so we could drive home in our new vehicle. They even picked us up in New Haven and drove us to Hartford. Originally the one we selected and contacted them for was sold (before we visited) but we found another one for a good deal and everything was processed well. We love our new minivan so far and the convenience of owning our first car!

The service I get is almost always good to very good. The only thing keeping me from rating it higher than that is the fact that the car sits outside in the lot for longer than appears necessary after it's been fixed and driven out of the garage. Repairs have nearly always been spot on, though I feel as if I were waiting to be seen by a doctor, what with the long wait as stated above. Overall, very good, and facility is pretty tidy too, though a roach was spotted by me and another customer in the lobby the last time before today that I was in there. May not totally be able to be avoided, though, in offices, restaurants, apartments, and so on, though.

Ben and Rich demonstrated a profesional and business-like approach to my request for a competative bid on my vehicle of choice, a 2011 CRV. They produced the lowest bid coupled with a bonus service package that won my business. The delivery of the vehicle was handled in like manner with no pressure push for add-ons. Rich gave my wife and I a comprehensive walk through of the vehicle making sure we understood the features and operation. He also gave us a tour and overview of their service department. Buying a new car is a huge expense often accompanied with equale levels of anxiety. All we want is a fair deal and to be treated with respect by business professionals. Liberty Honda delivered.

This was hands down the best dealership I've ever been to. Mike Hull was my sales Rep, and he made the buying process very easy and alot of fun. He had acceptional knowledge of the vehicle and was very attentive to my finacial needs. Absolutely no pressure. I have talk about my experience to a few people I know are looking for new cars and said go see Mike. Awesome people. Great experience.

I brought my car here to have the oil changed along with a request that the brakes and tires be inspected for wear and tear. Oil change was finished along with the requested inspections prior to the time estimated. However, I elected to wait beyond that while the mechanic took care of some needed brake work. I noticed the car was sitting in the lot again before the time estimated for completion of the entire project and had to wait ten minutes beyond that. I am at a bit of a loss also as to why the brake issue didn't seem to the staff to be a problem the last time around doing an oil change, unlike today, namely two to three months later. I had to ask my questions several times because they were being answered somewhat obliquely, which I do not like, although the CSR was overall pleasant in his delivery. I also had to recheck with him and spent a little more time yet waiting for the car wash I asked about earlier in my visit, which someone might have forgotten about. It was completed all the same, though. Wonder also if someone might or might not have been ruffling around in the glove box, but maybe I'm going crazy now. Can't prove anything absolutely, but could have sworn the items in there weren't arranged the same way when I left as they had been when I went in. Not only that, but one item got wedged in upward when I opened the door to it as such that I had to tug rather hard to get a CD out from under it to loosen things up a bit and cracked the cover in the process. Whatever. No big deal. I don't care anymore; I'm too tired right now anyway.

I requested Carl to arrange inspection of a certified pre-owned luxury brand car (not Honda or Acura)that I was buying. He arranged for immediate inspection and test drive of the car by a Liberty Honda mechanic.The inspection revealed 1) a defective tire and 2) brake rotors that needed servicing. Based on Liberty Honda's inspection the selling dealer replaced the tire and resurfaced the brake rotors at his expense, saving me the $400 - $500 that I would have incurred without the independent inspection.Three Cheers for Liberty Honda!Paul

Liberty Honda provides a good facility and good help in buying a car. I purchased a Civic and liberty Honda gave a great deal, better than other facilities. Service is also great here.

I bought a used Honda Fit here a few months back, and service wise i have to say they are excellent, fair and honest!! I only have one complaint, the internet access they offer while you are waiting is horrible, slow and hard to connect to, fix this and it is five stars all the way (I know this is a small thing, but i live and work far away, so if i am here for service, i NEED to be connected).

My 2000 Accord died on me and I didn't have a lot of options. Liberty Honda worked with me and gave me my best options. They where able to find me a new 2012 Civic with a price that I could afford. Thank you very much to Mike Plummer and Spiro M who made my day with a brand new car!

The guys in the service bay are nice. prices are high coffee is old and there are only two pots, both with less than a cup burning away in them. they offer nice computers to use the internet... which I am using now to write this service takes forever. express is not so express. I was told 45min to an hour and almost 2 hours later, I am still waiting. first time here, may be my last.

Provided excellent service as well as expeditiousness in a job well done. Was also surprised and pleased when informed that only an oil change was needed at time of service rather than extra repairs which I had initially both dreaded and anticipated. Am very happy all around!

I visited Liberty Honda on Friday, May 27 for an oil change service. This ended up being a very busy time, with customers bringing their car in to prepare for the long Holiday Weekend for Memorial Day. I was greeted quickly, with a smile. I also had a hard time opening the latch to the gas tank on my car. They took care of that on the spot. They even offered me coupons that I did not have to use on my oil change. I live approximately 20 miles away, and work from home full time. Liberty Honda in Hartford is very much OUT of my way, but I ONLY come to Liberty Honda to have my 2007 Honda Odyssey serviced. The wi-fi access and customer service allow me to continue to perform my work while waiting for my car to be serviced. I am always surprised at how quickly the service is performed, and how they care for my car when they have it. I love Liberty Honda.

Had to have oil change, wiper blades and air filter taken care of. Wasn't kept in loop when window of time got extended beyond what was surmised at first, but staff were kind and helpful and also agreeable about looking at another problem I wanted to check on to ease my mind about.

Very competitive cost to perform any service compared to other places and the service rep's are real Pro..No games to sell any high priced services during appointment.They are making sure you are happy all the time. Using it for several years and will be happy to go back again for all my servicing/new car needs.

This the the third Honda that I have purchased but the first from Liberty. After meeting Tony my Sales Rep I won't go anywhere else to buy a new car! He was helpful, gave good advice and went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer! Thanks Tony!

Would like to commend the salesman Eric Anderson for the courteous and professional way in which he treated us, from the decision making process to closing the deal. Great service-- even faster than promised! You can drive right into the building and they take great care of you from there. I chose to wait and am so glad I did because even though it was a busy Friday, they were calling my name not even 30 minutes later and had my car right in front and waiting for me.

To Whom It May Concern, Our recent experience with Liberty Honda was delightful really. Johnny Molina, the Sales Representative who worked most closely with us, was most helpful and informative. He was cheerful and engaging and obviously wanted us to feel good about our lease. He did a very good and thoughtful job of explaining all of the features, both mechanical and non mechanical of the 2011 Honda Pilot. He left no stone unturned and wanted to make absolutely sure that we understood all that we needed to know about the operation of the vehicle. I/we appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. The Sales Manager, Murray Fanning, also did an exemplary job, making absolutely sure we were happy with our lease making himself personally available from time to time to address a particular issue. Murray did a lot to make sure my wife, Susan, and I were pleased with our lease, a considerable investment when all is said and done. Murray's personalized attention to the service we were given at Honda throughout the process was sincerely appreciated. Finally, everyone at Honda was cheerful, helpful and attentive to our needs. This includes the two receptionists we met on different occasions, other sales representatives who offered assistance should we have needed it, Bo(sp?) in Service and others in apparent supervisory or managerial positions. Unscrupulous business practice. We got a quote over the phone, confirmed the quote the next day. The quote was much lower than other dealers and they encouraged us to drive 1 hour 45 minutes to the delaership. Instead, I asked to put a deposit down on a credit card over the phone to lock in the price. That is when they uncovered a "mistake" and recalculated the price. Surprise, it was higher that other dealers. My fiance who is a litigation attorney pointed out that making a verbal offer that is accepted constitutes a binding contract that they are legally obligated to honor. However, we would be willing to work with them to come to some sort of compromise. The dealership took a few phone calls and well over an hour to decide to not compromise and continued to offer us a price higher than other dealers. We felt they were deceptive in their practices and their conduct literally broke the law.
