Was able to schedule a Saturday, first thing in the morning, which works with busy work calendar. Service provider was cordial and friendly. Was supposed to just be an oil change but tires were also due for rotation, additional service didn't take too much longer. Overall, a thorough routine maintenance service.

Last weekend I drove 1 1/2 hours to Liccardi to negotiate a deal on a used Infiniti G37x for my 17-year old son. After looking around a little more, the dealer called me to see if we had a deal. I said "Yes," and put down a $1,000 deposit on the car (mind you, I offered to put down much more considering I originally intended on paying cash). At the same time, we went through my employment history, salary details, etc. so they could run all the paperwork for financing the car. We also made an appointment that Saturday (day after Christmas) to pick up the car. Fast forward, I show up with my son to pick up the car to find out they just sold the car to someone else. When I confronted the business manager, his reply was "You're just upset that you didn't get a great deal on a great car," (which really meant that HE wasn't happy with the deal HE made with me). He then told me to "get over it and move on!" I couldn't believe it, nor could my son who left confused, dejected and empty handed. I left livid, blind-sided and disgusted at the whole experience, especially the nasty attitude of the service manager. Needless to say, it was a very long, quiet and emotional drive back home with my son. Do me a favor and don't do business with these guys. How can you trust anything else about them (service, etc.) after an experience like this!?

I was upsidown on my lease 4200 and every dealer I visited just added that fee into the price of a new car payment. I visited 6 and they all did it this way. This dealer purchased my Acadia so that I would t have to pay that fee, saving me 100 a month on my new lease payment, putting a loaded Dodge Ram v8 big horn in my hands far cheaper than any other equivalent truck I priced in the past few days. A+! My rep Terrence McClain was no shenanigans to the point, which I like. Facility's are old but hey if you keep your prices low who cares! a++ overall

The sales people were great and so was the sales manager. However the finance manager was rude arrogant and demeaning to say the least. The sale was lost when as he stated "If you don't finance the vehicle from us we will not sell you the car". Beyond that he made me feel as If his purpose was to make me feel inferior in his presence. At this point I left the show room In order to avoid further contact. After which I was followed to my car by my sales rep and the owner who tried to get me to calm down and reconsider. As much as I wanted the vehicle I refuse to buy from them. Doing so would only serve as a reward for that kind of behavior towards me or towards others. I would not do business with them as long as they have people like that working there.

I was ready to make a cash offer on a used car on their lot. i am out of state and my intention was to make the deal via fax/email and i would send a flat bed to pick it up. they told me they don't do that. because tires for this particular car are expensive, i asked them to take pictures of the tire tread for me and send them to me. they didn't do that either. i just don't get it. i still want the car, but i can't drive 100 miles to get it. i am very disappointed.

My car a Dodge Magnum would not start on Sept. 26th. As I found out from the internet it was the battery in my key fob had died out. I purchased a 2006 Dodge Mangum back in May of 2005. I have had the car the entire time. I have 208,000 miles on it. I have had some repairs done over the years but I have never had the issues I had recently with two dealerships. I am really amazed at what took place over what turned out to be a dead battery in my key fob. I drive my car to Liccardi Motors in Green Brook NJ. I explain the situation and they ask to wait why they look into this. They will charge me $98 for the diagnostic test. I see the attendant do the diagnostic from the waiting room. I am called back into the office and the manager says to me You have a big problem. I say what is that? He states that my computer module is gone and I will need a new one. He quotes me a price of $1500. I asked if the computer is gone how can I drive the car? My computer module had gone in August of 2005 3 months after I purchased the car. I could not drive it. It had to be towed to the dealer. This time I had only 1 warning light and that was for the EAS/BAS light when this dealer told me the entire computer was gone. I paid this dealer $98 and drove my car home. I subsequently took my car to a local mechanic where they fixed the electrical issues by cleaning the connections at the module and re-initlize the system. He charged me $255 for this work. Not $1500 that I was quoted from Liccardi. I have not had any issue since. I try now to do most of the work on my car myself. It is obvious that the dealerships are at a minimum extremely over-priced and at worst untrustworthy. My shifter broke about a year ago. I have no idea what a dealership would have charged me to install a new one. I found a youtube video where the person showed how to swap the old out with a new one. I purchased the new shifter for $150 and installed it myself. I was also told to get new Key fob it would cost $285 for one and $330 for two keys. I changed the batteries in my keys for $8. If this is the sort of service I should expect in the future from Dodge I will look into another company when buying another vehicle. Whatever money Dodge invests in these dealerships they should redirect into how to videos for you tube.

They told me I had 90 days to bring my car in if it had any problems, but everytime I came in they were rude and told me they are very busy and gave me excuses not to fix my car!!!!
