Brought my new truck in (1 mo. old 2015 ) for a loose fog lamp. I didn't hit or run over anything. Service manager stated the bracket was broken and needed to be replaced. He said that ice probably broke it. It was not covered. They charged me 129.00 to replace it. I thought it would be fair to split the cost due to neither of us knowing exactly when it broke since it sat on their lot for a year and a half and I only had it for a month. After the work was done the lamp was still cockeyed when I saw it after I got home the next day due to raining. Later I spoke with Mike Davis my salesman and he had me bring it in. Eventually service was rescheduled to try and straighten it out. Sitting in lounge 1 1/2 hrs after the apt.and the truck still is not in the service bay. Ended completed and was told that the front fender was cracked and other damage. In the end I now have a damaged right front bumper that I did not happen while driving but I also can't prove it wasn't done while parked either. But the dealer couldn't show that it wasn't damaged prior either. In this case I would like to think we should have split the bill or at least give me a synthetic oil change credit. The only reason for the fair rating on service is that the repair should have been done correctly the first time around.

I went to speak with a salesperson with no intension of buying a car. I spoke with a sales person by the name of Julio Reyes. He was very polite and has a great sense of humor . To make a long story short. I ended buying a 2006 Hyundai Sonata. The price was to good to let go. Julio is an excellent salesperson. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sales.

I traded a 2013 ford in on a 2015 ram. I was a bit out of wack on it but between Mike Davis and the sales manager along with their finance wizzard they worked a solid fair deal. I also returned a week or so later for the running boards to be installed and the shop crew was just as good. So far great deal and people.

I had gone to many dealerships when I was in search of my new car. One guy at another place had flat out told me I was too young to be purchasing a new car and another never returned my phone calls. I called and talked to Jimmy and he was awesome through out the whole experience. He treated me like we had known each other for years. I live in PA but went out of my way to buy my jeep from him. I knew what I wanted and I didn't want to settle for anything less. Jimmy made sure that I got everything I wanted in my car! No games or headaches!

I can't even tell you how pleased I was with my salesman James Summers at Lilliston Dodge. My girlfriend and I shopped around multiple dealerships until purchasing our Jeep at Lilliston Dodge. Most car salesmen have a bad rep, but it is nice to find a great one and I will never purchase a car from anyone else. James Summer was the most knowledgable about all aspects of the car industry. He could tell you every detail of every make and model, an expert in financing options, unbelievable follow up, and made you feel great about the purchase of a new car. I have already referred him to friends and family and I will be spreading the word to anyone I know. James is a man amongst boys in his industry, and certainly the cream of the crop. I highly recommend stopping into Lilliston Dodge and asking for James Summers, you will be presently surprised how great of an experience you will have with the purchase of your next vehicle.

Parts were priced far over List Price and Service was problematic at Best, would not work with me at all on prices. Would not recommend at all.
