My girlfriend and I bought a 2013 dodge journey here had great customer service in the store but in the purchasing process we asked them to fix the rock chips and replace the brake rotors due to a slight vibration it had during braking. My girlfriend picked the car up a few days later and they said they did not replace the rotors but turned them to fix the vibration. So I drove it and noticed the vibration so I took it to my shop that I work at and had my mechanics check it and come to find out none of the rotors were turned or replaced they so I payed to have it done the right way after I was told they were done and the rock chips were still there so we asked them to touch them up again they did but they did it partially they did a few of the bigger ones on the hood and left the rest. Which I found absolutely ridiculous 2 small things we asked for and we couldn't even get that so I will not be going back I do not trust people that do not stick to their word.

Even though we were interested in a higher mileage, lower priced used car, we were treated as though we were purchasing a top-of-the-line model. We found the car online and called to make sure it was still available. The car was sitting at the front of the dealership when we arrived. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Scott Row, the salesman took care of us in a professional manner, answered all our questions and was straight-forward in all his answers. Our experience was as pain-free as car-buying can be. The car we purchased was as represented in every way. I would recommend Lincoln Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to everyone.

This was a good car-buying experience --- no high pressure sales, although the ONE salesperson we dealt with was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and was able to answer all our questions immediately. Although they were in the midst of remodeling, the facilities were very adequate and comfortable for doing business --- refreshing small town atmosphere.

Great Dealership experience, Price, financing all completed in a very fast with no time wasted. Also Scott the General Manager was hands on during sale and after sale. Best price for my trade and best discount on new car! I just love my new 2012 SRT8 White Challenger!
