Be warned they only pretend to care up until they get you to make a purchase. This dealership has terrible customer service once you’ve purchased a vehicle from them you become nonexistent to them. Me and my brother in law bought two trucks from then October of last year. The sales person was real nice and helpful up until we drove away with our trucks. Since then he had been ghosting us and not returning a single text. I have attempted on numerous occasions to speak to Chris about a package I purchased with my vehicle and left multiple voice mails and have yet to get a call back. Do not be tricked by their false pretenses of being nice and caring about maintaining a relationship. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely distasteful how they treat customers afterwards. Edited @4:20pm September 16 Well seems like a google review was exactly what was needed to get a call back from Mr. Chris Shelly. May i add he was very unprofessional and basically called back only to scold instead of apologizing. Very first thing he said was “I see a review on google referencing me” . After my multiple phone calls and hitting voicemail every time he informed me he did return my phone call but since it just rang and rang he wasn’t able to leave a voicemail. He made it known he took great offense I named him personally on this review. Terrible way to interact with a customer who simply wanted to ask a question about the coverage purchased along with vehicle. Clearly the only reason he called back was because of the review. So disappointing.

Eric was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable! From start to finish, he went the extra mile to accommodate any requests or concerns regarding my purchase. He made my experience seamless, and made sure to answer any questions that I had in great detail. This is my second purchase with Lincoln & it’s representatives like Eric, that are the reasons that I decided to stay in the Lincoln Family. He’s definitely an asset to the Lincoln team. He did an outstanding job!

Interesting service experience to share. I called and made an appointment for service (regular, recommended service) for 7am today, which is a Saturday, earlier this week. The woman who made my appointment confirmed 7am on Saturday. When I arrived promptly at 7am, I couldn't get into the front gate because it was closed. I drove further down the road, and someone had just opened the second gate, and I went on through. I drove to the Lincoln service garage, and didn't see a soul. I looked at the hours posted on the door, which said that they were open at 7am on Mon-Fri, but not until 8am on Saturday. (?!) I called the service number, but got a recording, so I left my car there and the key in the drop box. I called the service number again at 8am and spoke to a different woman who insisted that they were open at 7am. I said that was impossible, and asked if she was there at the dealership, and she responded that no, she wasn't. (Aha!). She said that she'd call the service desk at the dealership and tell them that my key was in the dropbox and where I'd left my car. I left her my number and asked her to call me if there were any problems. I didn't hear anything, so I returned to the dealership at about 9:15, thinking that my car might be about ready. I arrived to find my car exactly where I left it. I found a service writer/manager (I didn't get his name) and explained what had happened. He said that he hadn't heard from anyone. (I think I stayed pretty calm, despite my frustration.). He said that he could still get the service done, and I just asked him to get my key for me, as I had other plans for the rest of the day. He never apologized for my inconvenience. I asked him if it was reasonable to expect whoever answered their phone to know their hours of operation, and he could only offer that their phone answering service was 'aftermarket' and that his manager was talking to them. Again, no apologies -- just indifference.
