I made a service appointment online and when I arrived I was helped immediately. I was coming in for my 10K check up. I was told that my 12K warranty was about to be up and I appreciate that! I told them of an issue I saw in the car and they were able to take care of it that day under warranty! Waiting in the lobby (with my mask) was pleasant and the waterfall made it so relaxing. I was able to bring my work laptop and get some things done. I would recommend this location.

I brought my car in late afternoon Tuesday with a failed brake booster which is the first issue I have had in 110,000 miles. They needed to get the part from Sacramento, which sounded like a big deal to me, but the part came in Wednesday late and a technician worked late and had it ready to pick up first thing Thursday morning. I am grateful for this level of service!! Thanks Abel.

As usual my experience was excellent. My car was serviced timely, a car was provided at no cost while the work was being done. When completed the car was returned after have been cleaned.

My experience was very good. Lincoln South Coast came to my home and picked up my car for service and an oil change and left me with a loaner. They found a problem with my car under warranty which took a few days to order the part and install it. We were able to keep the loaner until the issue was fixed and the vehicle returned to us. Good service.

Purchasing my pre-owned Hyundai from Lincoln South Coast was a great experience for me. The staff was courteous, responsive, and professional. I had pre-conceived ideas about haggling with a car dealer but it was nothing like expected. It was a pleasure doing business with Lincoln South Coast. There was some onsite construction going on otherwise the facility rating would also be 5 stars.

I'm so glad this dealer has opened! Have been seeing the new Lincoln ads everywhere on TV and had to check it out in person. Left Lincoln South Coast after leasing a brand new MKZ Hybrid. Great experience with everyone there. From my Sales Consultant Gabriel to the Sales Manager Matthew and was impressed that Jim the General Manager was involved in every aspect of our deal. Had to bring it back in for service to have the window tint installed and Jill and Mike took great care of my wife and put her in a brand new Lincoln loaner car. This dealership is top notch!
