David Metz was great to work with in buying my new truck. He made the experience fun and his energy kept the process exciting. He remained engaged with myself and my wife through out the process and answered all our questions. As a sales manager my self I would be proud to have a member like him on my team. We'll definitely be going back to him when we're ready to get our next vehicle. Working the Chanda Benton in Finance we also a great experience she also kept the experience fun and exciting. She explained the terms in a way that I understood and made the my time working with her fun and enjoyable. The whole team at Lindsay was friendly and inviting.

Sarah Burger (finance director) and the entire team at Front Royal Chevy really went above and beyond to help us find our perfect vehicle. We live in Maryland and have shopped many dealers trying to find the vehicle that was the best fit for us. After leaving discouraged at 6 other dealerships, Sarah and her team took the time to respectfully find out what our needs truly were and through that interaction was able to pair us with the perfect vehicle. We don't give recommendations like this very often and are happy to say we now have new good friends in Front Royal, Virginia. Trust us, it is worth the drive from anywhere.

I was so impressed by the customer service at this dealership that I felt compelled to leave a review! The environment here is very friendly and relaxed. The prices and quality are very good, and I didn't feel a lot of pressure to buy. Although, they didn't end up having the exact used vehicle I was looking for, Kola and Corrinne went above and beyond to try to fit me with a truck that would meet my exacting specifications. It's a tough used car market, and I ended up buying from another dealership. But I would absolutely consider buying from here again if given the opportunity. Very good experience!

Let me tell you about the GREAT experience my husband and I had at this dealership. First, it was worth the drive for us since it is about an hour and thirty away from our house. Secondly, Susan, our car sales representative was amazing and she heard us out and we did not feel pressured nor rushed. She took her time with the entire process and we were even able to negotiate our price down and no LAST minute surprises like what we have experienced in the past. Now, we all know how finance can be a bit stressful but Sara made our finance experience a WONDERFUL one and stress free. She really knows what she is doing!! I truly recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in buying a car. We love our brand new 2021 Chevy Blazer :)

This was the first I personally used this dealership and it was not a good experience. I had a scheduled appointment at 1:00, to which I arrived early at 12:45, waited for my vehicle to be taken back for oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. I was patiently waiting and when 1:30 rolled around and my vehicle hadn’t moved, I advised the staff that I was leaving due to the time frame of me waiting and knowing that my vehicle has not even been moved yet. The bad about this is that there was a lady behind for an appointment at 1:30 for the same thing, wonder how long her wait was? So I leave and a female calls me and says they will do anything to get my business, so she says they will do the work for free and pick up my vehicle, to which they did, but nothing is free! She calls later to tell me that the oil change and tire rotation were complete but my car was not going to pass inspection due to rusty rotors at first and then she said it was the brakes. All rotors have a little surface rust from being out in the weather so I don’t fully think she knew what she was trying to say. So I get my car and take it another dealer where they inspected it, passed it for state inspection and told me that in the next 6 months or so that I should replace the rear brakes, to which I did immediately after, I trusted their word over the staff at Lindsey’s. If you need a state inspection this is definitely not the place to take your vehicle, they are picking minor things to fail for inspection. Living and working in the community and seeing things like this doesn’t make anything better, only worse for the honest hard working people who are just trying to survive in this world and make their dollar stretch as long as they can. 👎👎👎 Seems when it was Jack Evans you were treated with better care and concern!!!
