Car stalled after a few minutes of test driving. Sales people refuse to go on test drive, no wonder because the car stalled. He relisted the convertible for +$4100 more than when we drove it a couple of weeks ago. I guess he rebuilt the tranny and engine in 10 days then relisted it on Cars.com ?

I called over the phone about a 2006 Saab Convertible for my daughter and the salesman had to be having a bad day. The customer service was very poor over the phone, so I wasn't even thinking about going to Nixa Mo. to look at the Saab. Its not a surprise to me that the is still on the lot from March!!

They were very nice at first. We were very pleased until we actually started to negotiate a price. My wife and I were very interested in a vehicle they had for sale. However, after beginning to negotiate the price they offered it to us at a certain price "in writing". After I went back to accept their offer they basically told me "See we knew you'd come up, and now we are only willing to accept X amount for it." And yes, you guessed it. It was a considerably higher amount than they had offered it to me for, and what we had agreed to pay. After the salesman realized we were no longer interested after they jacked the price up he told us we had "wasted his time" and we were no longer worth dealing with. They had the car overpriced, there were many issues with the car that they hadn't fixed, and had basically made the car look pretty, and tried to hide everything else. They still have the car for sale, and my wife and I have since bought another car of the same type and year from another dealer who was more than happy to sell us a car in better condition for less than Lipscomb wanted. Overall I would highly recommend you avoid this dealer at all costs.

We needed to trade in 1 vehicle for 2, one for my wife and one for my daughters first car. Karl was amazing - professional, honest and courteous. We test drove a number of vehicles and found 2 that were right in our price range/budget. Karl got us the fastest deal I've ever been a part of and took care of some minor details, got Dillon to clean them up real nice and sent us on our way very happy. Later when we realized there was one other minor fix needed, Karl took great care of us and even offered to pick us up/drop us off at our home if necessary. From now on we're going to Karl and Lipscomb Auto Group for our 1st Choice in vehicle needs.

I've been dealing with Lipscomb motors for many years dating back to when they were in Springfield Mo. Karl is one of the best salespersons I know. He has helped me in ways many would tell me nope. He has alway kept my best interest in mind. These people who have bad mouth him and said he cussed in front of their child must be really upset cause they didn't get what they wanted. Karl is a good hearted family man that puts his heart into everything he does. I would send my mother to him heck I'd even send my preacher to him only cause Karl does everything he can to help.

This was by far our best car buying experience ever. We needed 2 vehicles in trade for 1, for my wife and my daughter's first car. Karl worked magic for us with an incredible deal and honest, straight dealings. The vehicles need some minor fine tuning and Karl handled these with ease and offered to let us use another vehicle or even pick us up/drop off at our home if necessary (in Ozark none the less!) Afterward we found 1 other issue and Karl and Mr. Lipscomb have bent over backward to help us out. My daughter loves her first car and my wife loves her "new to her" Lexus ES300 and Lipscomb Auto Group will be our 1st choice for our future auto needs!

Worst service ever!! Salesman..Karl...actually used fowl language in front of my child. I mentioned there was a scratch on the car. His response..He threw his keys at the building and said he could not work with us. Not sure why he acted this way. Please BEWARE!!

Shopping for a used car is stressfull - Lipscomb made the experience easy and painless. They were understanding of my busy work schedule and changed their business times to meet my needs. I read one review that stated " Did not act like a car salesmen at all, more like a long lost friend who wanted to know ...what I need in a car and what I could afford..." I have to agree with that statement. They was great - I did not feel pushed, matter-of-fact I took longer to make my decsion than maybe most do - they were understanding and gave me the time I needed. Next time I are in the car market - Lipscomb will not only be the first place I go - it will be the only place I go!
