Contacted the dealership about purchasing a specific vehicle for cash. I made arrangements to come view the vehicle. My family and I drove 45 minutes to get there. When we got there the vehicle was sent somewhere else , as was everything else they was in our price ranrangeI never once got a call or an email stating they had sent it else where. Total waste of my family and my time. Wont be purchasing from them ever.

Friendly service. Took a little longer than I was told for my oil change. But I quickly realized it was because they had washed and basically detailed the outside of my suburban. Best car wash I've had in a while!

I have nothing to say. I went in because of a recall. I was satisfied with theservice. The only thing that could have been better would have would have been if the part they needed and repaired my car the same day.

Maurice and Brian were so friendly. They got me into the truck I wanted and fast. I had a couple of trucks that I wanted to choose from and thanks to the guys for giving me the best deal possible. They told me what my best options was and it was fast and a easy process. I will come back and purchase in the future from either one of these guys!

I was buying a car from here. Actually had negotiated price and shipping (200 miles), dealer made requested repairs and anticipating delivery, process was smooth. I was reassured the financial office would be calling to confirm all details and was promised payment on delivery was an option, so I chose it. Never received call. 3 days later after repairing the service lights, I was called and told the car was sold to someone else. Turned out their "new" salesman didn't seal the deal, to no fault of mine and I had no chance at the vehicle. Apparently some other salesman told mine others were looking at the vehicle and he called me giving me warning and tried to finalize the deal with email me the contract. I attempted calling the manager who was "in a meeting" hoping he could make this situation right. 20 minutes later I was called with "bad news" that the car we were buying was sold to someone else. Apparently customers need insider car buying experience to buy a car here otherwise you may lose your vehicle to someone else. I had all the funds necessary to pay outright the first day. Also I didn't receive a call from the dealers manager, as promised.
