For new car's this is definitely a good dealership . they have quite the selection if you're into Chevy's. But when you buy a new car of course you want to get everything in writing and get all the warrantie's that way you can take advantage of the service here . the service is top-notch and the building has had a recent renovation in the last couple year's. you have a great show room and Lounge area with comfy chair's so if you have to wait you're in good hands . but they do provide a shuttle. So if you're looking for a new car this is definitely a place to go. not necessarily old one because of the stories are going around town. true or false wouldn't take a chance. but with a new car you can't go wrong! and I would definitely shop here considering the great service you will get! Cleanliness of the facility and appearance is top-notch . looks great and the friendliness of the employees it's a welcome plus as well. They are knowledgeable about the product and eager to help.

Once again Lithia Chevrolet comes through! Adam Torres was our sales person and he was fantastic! Super friendly and went out of his way to accommodate. Wasn't even sure what I wanted upon arrival so he just showed us available options and very patiently walked the lot with us. Wasn't pushy. Wasn't rude and condescending. Understood the budget we were shopping with. And he delivered! Have a great 2017 Honda with Super low miles. Pretty much a new car fully loaded! If you're looking for a new vehicle, head over and ask for Adam!

My vehicle was having serious issues, seemingly transmission related. Engine was surging and would "go dead" if accelerated was pushed too hard. I had warning lights on that said "Service Stabilitrak", "Traction Control Off", "Service Traction Control". The warnings began several days before the surging issue. Dropped my car at Chevy and 5 hours later they called to inform me there were 2 issues. One was a steering wheel sensor that had gone bad, which was the cause for the warning lights. Cost $420 to replace. Next, they said the surging was due to a bad transmission and the whole thing needed to be replaced for $6,000. The vehicle is 4 years old with only 85,000 miles. NO WAY! We asked that the sensor be replaced and they called the next day to tell me it was done and had fixed the warning lights. He also cautioned me against driving the vehicle because the transmission was bad. We picked up the vehicle, intending to take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Drove it off the lot, floored it, and guess what????? Car is FINE!!!! Today is 9/21, one month after the car was in there. Not a single surge, not jumping or hopping. Car shifts smoothly at low and high speeds. It's ridiculous that they did not drive it after fixing the sensor to see if the problems were related. And if they did drive it, then it's criminal to advise a client to put a new transmission in when one is not needed. We will not be taking our vehicles back to Lithia Chevy for repairs ever again. In addition, I have told everyone about the situation so that if they're told they need a repair, they should get a second opinion. From what I could see, Lithia was doing brisk business and staying extremely busy. One would think screwing customers over in this matter wouldn't be necessary. But, apparently, it's either promoted or there is such a level of incompetence that we do not want to do business with you guys ever again.

The salesman James R is an excellent individual and a very caring associate. He explained everything very clearly and helped me understand the contract. I greatly appreciate Lithia Chevrolet for employing him and I appreciate his service in helping me find the car that fits my family.
