Phew... Where to begin with this one, other than with this: NEVER ever, ever bring your vehicle here for service. Ever. You will be ripped off. Among the long list of reasons why you should never go there: I was charged $250 (before labor) for a part that retails for $99. I understand that parts get marked-up, but 500%? That's obscene and absolutely unethical. That is beyond wrong. I scheduled a service appointment in advance and dropped my vehicle off at 10 a.m. on the day of service, as instructed. At 3:30 p.m. I received a call telling me that the service tech hadn't looked at my vehicle and that they might not get to it at all. If I wanted the work done, I'd have to reschedule it again more than a week out. I asked if they could at least fix my headlights (the multi-function blinker/headlight switch had broken) before 5 p.m., when they closed that day, so that I could at least drive home in a vehicle with lights and turn signals. They said maybe. I asked if they had a loaner car, because I live 30 miles away. They said they had one, which had been smoked in and was going to be pulled for odor removal, but that I could use it if I was OK with the smell... But it'd be $45 per day. They refused to waive the $45/day fee for a smoked-in loaner vehicle that I shouldn't have needed in the first place. Luckily they installed the multi-function switch by 5 p.m. and, to the tech's credit, did perform a few other quick, minor tasks that I'd originally requested. They did not perform the bulk of the work. I paid $250, plus labor, for a $99 multi-function switch, and my overall bill totalled more than $500. BONUS: As I turned onto the highway I discovered something fun: My turn signals don't work. Lithia offered no apologies and expressed no regret at offering profoundly abysmal service. That is just how they operate: Poor service with no smile. So thanks, Lithia, I just wasted +$500 and a day of work to have a $99 part installed and I don't have functioning turn signals. You really knocked this one out of the park. I cannot stress this enough: This dealership will rip you off.

I recently purchased a like new, pre-owned truck from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Helena, MT and had an excellent experience. My Sales Representative was Kyler Campbell and he was great to work with. Kyler was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Christian Rupp, Internet Sales Manager, was similarly helpful and friendly as well, pitching in to assist on several items. Overall is was a positive buying experience. I really appreciated the low key, professional sales approach.

Matt was very helpful when my husband and I went in looking for a vehicle upgrade. We told him a budget and what we were looking for up front and never tried to steer us towards another type of vehicle or price. The purchasing process was very fast and efficient. The following day I noticed something on the documents and called Matt and he was very quick in responding to help us get it figured out and explain everything. Highly recommend this dealership!

I called in the Morning too see if I could get some help Tanner called me back and started right away. After he said he got me a truck I been looking for went to Helena and boom drove off with a truck Tanner helped me get what I wanted and was looking for. Helped me get something affordable and reliable. Appreciate the effort he put in to getting me the truck. This is our second Vehicle from them and both times have been great experience and we will be getting a third from
