Had a bad experience with these guys a few years ago when I got a lemon 200c. They tacked on the depreciation of it onto my new car I traded it in for which hurt me bad, it's not my fault the 200c was constantly in the repair shop for the same exact reason. Fast forward to now, I feel like they are trying their best to make me happy. I was able to upgrade my old 2018 Cherokee to a 2021 with better options and tech for not too much more than what I was paying for the 2018. Granted all I was doing was getting an oil change and a mysterious rattle inspected, I feel like I was treated pretty great. If they keep this up I will change this to a 5 star. Thanks Ben!

Had to give one star to even leave a review let's just say i wouldn't even give them a corner of a star "service " ya right 78 days they had my 2014 kia cadenza in that time we experienced no call backs, no updates unless I took time out of my day to go check myself, that I did so much one guy wanted to know if I was getting a paycheck huh that would have been great!!! This is a service review. I was traveling and broke down near Pocatello and had my Sprinter van serviced here. A pulley broke off and thus my serpentine belt broke off and tangled all up. Before towing it to this shop, I removed the broken belt and noticed the broken pulley. I dropped it off with one service member. Later in the day, I got a call from another service member asking for consent to a $150 diagnostic fee; he had no idea what was wrong with my van, he was reading off a tech's notes. Their diagnostic didn't find anything new than what I had said was wrong. I had previously purchased the belts before dropping off the van, and the dealer ordered the pulley and installed it. So the next day, I picked up the van and drove off. About 100 miles in, my van marks to check coolant fluid. When I look under the hood, the reservoir cap was completely off, and it was spilling and loosing coolant all over. When I looked closer, I found a left over hammer just dangling over my engine, moments away from falling into my clutch fan and down into my new belts destroying everything. Big mistake. I thought this was pretty dangerous and unprofessional for the amount of money I paid. It's the equivalent of a doctor leaving an instrument inside a patient. I'm lucky I noticed this before I broke down again on the road. I'm not going to say they are bad service providers, but they do lack important attention to detail that can put you in danger.
