Friendly staff. Very helpful. I was very impressed with the information provided by the service rep regarding replacing my wheel lock key that was stolen. I was referred to the parts department who took a lot of time to go through this with me. He explained it so that I understood how to fix the situation. All of the staff seemed to genuinely have our interest at heart. I was also given a referral to a body shop and the procedure was explained as well.

Beware when looking at new vehicles here. I contacted them about a new Jeep that had $1500 off via manufacturer rebates. I asked them if they could do any better, and they said they couldn’t do any dealer discount. I understand there’s limited supply but it’s just not competitive against other dealers. Don’t expect even a fair deal here, go elsewhere.

I have always had incredible luck with this company but something has happened recently and all the money I have spent over the years seems to have been for nothing. Buying a car is like a marriage, it "should" last a lifetime and having poor customer service will run customers off. I know all the tricks of the trade and because the wool isn't pulled over my eyes they refused to work with me. Even when I tried to make a deal it came down to my past Fathers Day Present, rims and tires and they would not budge. It is disappointing it turns out to be all about the $ and not about how you treat customers.

This dealership is a joke. We have been looking at a car that we like and we’re offered a price for our trade. After discussion and thought we decided to take the offer and when we looked the price of the car had been lowered. When we called to tell them we would like to purchase it Blake informed us that they would now give us less for our trade because they lowered the price online and had to make that up. I don’t feel that it is right to try and subsidize the lowered cost of the car on their end by making the customer pay the difference. Especially when they already very much low balled us on our trade in. Not to even mention our first trip in there. We live two hours away and left to grab lunch with our two kids while we waited for them to call us for a financial decision. They never called us and when we finally called they told us they weren’t sure why we weren’t contacted but we had to finish things the next day. They just left us hanging knowing we live out of town and could have just left. The communication was lackluster at best, and the treatment and discrimination in pricing is absolutely abysmal. I have worked in sales for a long time before I had children and I understand the bottom line and they need to make a commission, but I always sold with the customer first and with good conscience. I would never be comfortable screwing someone over like that.

I bought a brand new Jeep here in 2015. The sales was awesome, I could have not asked for a better salesman. Now the only issue I have ever had was the rear window defroster quit working, and they fixed that very quick. This weekend my wife and I went to the coast and on Saturday we were getting ready to leave when we realized that the passenger floor board was full of water. We figured the door just didn't get shut all the way. So we wet vacuumed it up and on Monday it was soaked again. So on Tuesday morning I went into the service department to get it looked at with an inch of standing water on the passenger side and the drivers side was now also wet.The service writer just told me i needed an appointment they couldn't look at it till Thursday. I have worked in a dealership and know that he should have at least looked at the issue and and took my Jeep and informed me that it could take a few days to work it in, not just bring it back on Thursday. I am very disappointed with this service.

A great experience with this dealership, salesperson and financial person. Could not believe how fast the transaction took place. We did not know if finance was excepted and we were about to ask when we were asked to sign the papers. That is service extraordinaire. Everything was great would recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone. We actually had a recommendation from someone else. This was a very positive experience.

I would have rated customer service higher but calling to make the appointment is poor. Your call is answered by a live voice but they simply transfer you and your call goes straight to voice mail. If you leave a message you never hear back. Once at the service counter the personnel are great.

My initial reaction was negative for customer service. I had been in touch with a particular salesperson, and when I asked for him by name, I was met with blank stares. Turns out he worked at another Lithia property, but no one was willing to help me locate him. It was as if he worked on a different planet rather than for LITHIA. No one was even willing to call the other properties to find him. Seriously! I get that each salesperson is out for him/herself, but they also work for a company and should represent that company a bit better.That being said, I ended up with a very enthusiastic young man who helped me select between a "fun" car and a practical car for my retirement. I ended up with a beautiful Jeep Wrangler. I absolutely love it, and couldn't be happier with my choice. The negotiations and final purchase took a long time, but that was to be expected. I did end up with the price and payments that I wanted, so all in all it was a good experience.

Overall a good experience. The service dept. employees could use a little more training or maybe a refresher on customer service phone skills, they are a little lacking. Also the service area is gloomy. Could use some brighter lighting, maybe some new paint, etc.

They did two factory recalls. Service was fine but in the old days they used to vacuum out the floorboards if they need it. that was a nice touch.

My experience with Guy Germann was fantastic. I had visited another dealership in Bend and was so disappointed, a big waste of time. In and out for lifetime oil change. Very busy but done within the time frame quoted to me whenough i arrived. Very happy with first use of this service. I do wish that you could make an appointment for oil changes though.

I love that I can take my car in, wait comfortably in the lobby, and my car is always ready when promised. There was one time, right after I purchased my vehicle, that I had a tire blow out due to debris on the road, Lithia waived the installation charge and only charged for the tire. They truly care about their customers.

First let me say i was hesitant about the dealership as I've heard things in the past, But they did have advertised 3 jeep wranglers that were their (promo price deals). The vehicle had the options i had wanted and decided to go ahead, However, I was not aware of the rust issues jeeps have. So I purchased the jeep 2 weeks ago and thought I saw mud on the knuckles and surrounding areas so i looked closer because i had not been in the mud. It's not mud! So i looked closer then under the rig to find rust all over, not just the drive line, so I made the call and drove the hour drive to have a service manager tell me the rust will go away overtime, after looking at every single jeep on both lots I did see surface rust on the drive lines, but that's it and not to the extent that my brand new jeep has, and should not have. And, of course the service manager would not admit it was worse than the others which it clearly is. supposedly the rep is being notified about the issue, However, Matt stated he didn't want to set me up to get angry but don't expect them to buy back or trade the vehicle. So Lithia does not care! My jeep should not even have been on the lot with the amount of rust on it, All I want is a vehicle that is new and looks like the others on the lot,

We went in to buy a Dodge Charger after back and forth emails. Not only did they refuse to come down any on the price, they came back with monthly payment terms that were way over what was discussed by email. Was basically a take it or leave it deal. So I left it. No try for negotiations or even to try and sell a different car. Talked to Newberg dodge after the sour experience that I had. Not only did they have a very comparable car, they got me into it for less money and the payment I wanted first time. They even filled it with gas for my ride home. So lesson learned was that the drive was well worth it and the experience was great. Seems like Lithia doesn't want to sell cars. And judging by the generic email responses to bad reviews I see here it pretty much proves the fact.

This is my third purchase at Lithia Nissan. Every experience has been a good one. Keep an eye on the little stuff that can be lost from the front to the finance office, but they are FAIR. I've been in both the position of dire straights and upper hand, and on all occasions they have done right by me. They have a wide variety of vehicles, great safety ratings, and I would recommend anyone check them out.

I looked online for DODGE dealerships and found one nearby. Went to test drive them; poor salesmanship (Tyler). We left without a new car but he did give us brochures on Chargers/Challengers. We weren't thanked for our visit. Salesman said he was sick. He shouldn't have been in a car with my children and I if he was sick and not in a good mood. We could only drive the car around Autzen Stadium; which is about a 2mile trip. I want a salesman who shares information about a car, appreciates my business, and is happy to sell cars. I sent an email to Mr. Bennett explaining my displeasure with his dealership a month ago and have not received a response. So we are going to another city (Corvallis) to purchase my new car.

Wow! These people make so much money that they don't need to sell you a car! I test drove a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. A month later never had a call back from the saleman. I went back to look at Jeeps again. Nobody even came out to assist me. I then went on their local website to request information on a Jeep that they had in the lot. NO responce. I then went into their location,...again,...and they informed me that the Jeep I was interested in sold yesterday. ( But still was on the showroom floor). I told them the hassle of trying to get service. They told me they could get me the same exact Jeep for the same amount. I was excited. Then the games began. The price shot up $400. Then the trade in value on my car went down went down. Then after a week, the price went up $1000. Really? Just lie to my face with what you think I want to hear, then every passing day jerk the price up. If you want a Jeep, drive the extra miles to go to another dealer instead of giving this company money they obviously don't need.

I left a positive review about the buying process in August as I was pleased with the way the sale was handled. We have purchased vehicles on line before with excellent success. Our daughter brought the Jeep home at Christmas and I was concerned about the condition of the vehicle especially as the CarFax showed there had been a safety inspection. I emailed Rob Bennett but have not received any response.
