I drive 35 miles to have service done on my 2011 Dodge Challenger because they give first rate and personal service. Everything is explained and I am happy it is as simple as that. Today Feb 19 called regarding having fog light bulbs installed. While it was a quiet day they said to come right over and we will work you in and Idrove in and within an hour the bulbs were installed and I was on my way a happy customer. Wes and Darren are the greatest. June 14, 2021 Beside my oil change Darren suggested some fuel injector service and I inquired the amount and time as i had an appointment. I agreed and the job was done an hour early and I was able to keep my appointment.. That is good work and service.

We arrived later in the evening at Lithia Dodge/Jeep, in Grants Pass Oregon, and was greeted immediately. The sales staff was very professional and went out of their way to show us every vehicle we wanted to see. The sale team at Lithia Jeep was extremely helpful finding us the vehicle, with the right equipment package, we were looking for. We felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle and gave us a fair value for our trade in. The sale/financing team stayed late to get the job done, but also took the time to review the new vehicles bells and whistles. We would highly recommend Lithia Dodge/Jeep to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. Thank you Lithia!!!

I was in a tough spot when I went to Lithia Chrysler. However, I left with a new vehicle that I really enjoy and that meets all of my needs. Corey was very patient and helpful as this was only the second time I purchased from a dealership. He was personable and made the process easy for me. Aaron worked hard to get me the best financing possible. I signed papers and left when only a few minutes later he called me and had a better deal. Both went the extra mile and the rest of the staff I encountered were great. I deffinately recommend!

I wanted to share the excellent experiences I had at Lithia Jeep & Dodge of Grants Pass. I bought my car there one year ago. I had excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thanks Shannon. My son is getting ready to move to Los Angeles and needed a better car, so we went back to the friendly folks at Lithia just last week, and what a treat... ! Jeremy was wonderful. He’s a keeper. The whole process was efficient and moved right along. Thanks again guys. “I’ll be back” lol. 👍
