We came into the dealership knowing we wanted an SUV with specific safety and comfort features and our sales guy Shane helped us get the exact vehicle that we envisioned. He didn’t try to sell us on other vehicles that were more readily available, he remained open and honest throughout the whole process, and was communicative as SUVs that met our criteria arrived on the lot. Great experience, seamless process, highly recommend Lithia Hyundai for getting a new (or used) car.

I gave 5 stars for a reason. They are Rock Stars! I’m so happy with the entire process of purchasing a car through these guys. The customer service was impeccable. They had a nice selection of inventory. I felt so comfortable the entire time, never pressured. My salesman Eric walked me through everything, he even sat with me in the car to go over all the buttons and their functions. Layne, in the finance department explained everything to me in detail so I understood the paperwork. I have never had that level of customer service with any other vehicle I have purchased. If you are in the market this is the place to go. I will definitely be a repeat customer when that time comes again.
