Recently bought a 4Runner from this dealership and the staff were great. Super friendly, easy to work with sales folks. Not so great is the fact that they don’t take any out of state financing, which means your loan options are limited and you’re unlikely to get the best rate possible. Would totally give 5/5 stars except for that.

We worked with the salesman here for months. He secured the vehicle, and communicated with us every step of the way. Very professional! Conscientious! Transaction was fairly fast and smooth. However, I was not offered a rebate or any other incentive. And, I made several requests to have a part or on my new vehicle which the salesperson forgot. So, I left without them. But overall, after talking with at least 15-20 different Toyota dealers in Northern CA... they were the kindest and most professional. It was worth the trip. We would deal with them again.

My husband and I had the best experience buying a 4Runner here. Our salesman Tanner went above and beyond to help us get the deal we wanted. We were from out of the area and he was great and super helpful over the phone. Once we decided we definitely wanted the vehicle, we drove roughly 6 hours from California to get our 4Runner. From the minute we get there, Tanner made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, he made the process so easy. All of their staff was wonderful and very nice. The loan specialist was also very friendly and guided us through the process without a stress. Once we were done with all the paperwork we came out to a beautiful recently cleaned and buffed 2021 4Runner. Tanner took his time to show us all the great features it had. If you are looking to buy a car, this is the place! Ask for Tanner, he’ll take care of you.

With the exception of a tech not showing me what was done, the work was done on time and the shop took it in on time. Staff was pleasant but hurried. I basically have no complaints however i need to take my four year old car in next week for another issue let see what happens then.

My car was due for an airbag replacement and an oil change. There was some confusion regarding the air bag but a quick phone call resolved the issue and the service was completed as scheduled. The employees behind the counter were courteous and very helpful. The service was completed within 4 hours.

I took my JEEP Cherokee in to schedule a safety inspection required by my home state for car registration. They told me they could do the inspection and scheduled me for the next day. All the service employees were courteous and there were multiple people helping me. During the inspection I was told that they weren't able to perform an emissions test due to lack of equipment which was unfortunate. The plus side to this was that they did not charge me for the work they had already performed up to that point and even referred me to where I could get the emissions test completed. It was a learning process for both me and the service department and it went well. Unfortunately I cannot remember the main service employee I was speaking to and his picture is not posted on the dealerships website. The email I received concerning this review was from Mathew Snipes, but he was not the person I was doing business with. Anyways, I thank him none the less.

On the day of my purchase I was lucky to have not one but two salesmen. Sebastian was mentoring Winston who was relatively new to car sales and Lithia. Both of these guys couldn't have been nicer or more helpful during the entire process of choosing, test driving, and buying a new vehicle. I could have lived without the $160.00 ticket I acquired during the test drive but in all honesty, I was having so much fun driving the RAV4 it doesn't really bother me.Mike, the manager who completed the paperwork for the sale, was exceptionally knowledgeable, explained everything as we went along, answered all my questions and couldn't have been more congenial and helpful. All in all this was a great experience for one who shudders at the thought of having to buy a car. A great group of professionals representing a great dealership and product.

We were on vacation at Crater Lake when the vehicle would no longer start. It was a manual transmission, so I bump started it and drove to Lithia Toyota. Although the service operation wasn't as first class as my home Toyota dealer (which recently did a million dollar remodel of their facilities) the staff were very friendly and helpful. And one mechanic delayed taking his lunch hour so we could be fixed quickly and back on the road. We really appreciated that! Although I gave the department 3 stars, I would give staff 5 stars for helping folks in need.

I live in Nevada and became very frustrated with the attitude of the dealerships that I was dealing with. I decided that I would reach out to dealerships outside of the state. Please don't be fooled!!We have two Toyota vehicles and had moved to this area one year ago. Our first experience was taking one of the vehicles in for an oil change. We are used to the first come, first serve mode of operation which is how every other dealership that we've worked with operate. (In Guam, Texas, Oregon, Washington and California) So we were surprised when, having been the first vehicle in the line at 7;30am, it wasn't even touched when we came back three hours later after running errands in town (we don't live in town so we were consolidating our errands) We let it slide. A few months later, the exact same thing happened when we took our second vehicle in for an oil change. First one in line, left it for them to service, still not done three and a half hours later.This past Friday, we made an appointment for the following Monday with the Service Department for 7:30am today to have them check out a burning odor coming from the engine, we thought it might be a belt.First one there! In fact the chain was still across the parking lot entrance! Did I mention this was my husbands ONLY day off - he's military. At 12;30pm we called, they had no information and said they'd call right back. They did. SURPRISE....... hasn't even been touched and in fact there were supposedly two cars in front of ours to be serviced. Third time is definitely NOT the charm. In fact , third strike, you're out. We won't be using them anymore.We told them don't bother working on it. We went in a short time later and of course the service man who we left it with was no where to be found, but you can bet Dan, who handed us our keys, looked sheepish as he apologized. (Which tells us the guys in the service shop knew they had screwed up) My husband was so pissed off he just accepted the keys and left the shop.I, on the other hand, went to hunt down the GM (Steve something or other). I explained the events of today and that we had been told for the THIRD time since using this dealership that this was a policy (which the service people in both the Oil change AND the Service departments said it was) in that if you wait for your vehicle it is serviced asap, if you don't wait for it....you are S.O.L.!The GM didn't seem too upset or concerned, just apologized and kept saying this was not a policy. So, my question is....if this isn't the norm, how could this happen on THREE DIFFERENT visits over the span of about a year? Me thinks someone at Klamath Falls Lithia Toyota is not being honest! . Such a shame. If you value your time, don't take your car here because they sure don't value yours!

When signing the paperwork I specifically told KIrk I wanted to transfer my license plates and the paperwork was set up that way, then I get a card in the mail telling me my new plates were in to come get them. I contacted the office and said there was a mistake and I got a call back from a Bethany. I explained myself and she promptly told me I was getting new plates, I told her I had asked for my old plates and she said they had paid for new plates and I asked if that was how I had to go and she very rudely told me no that if I had to have my old plates they would need the info. I had not asked for new plates, I did not feel it was my mistake and I did not appreciate her rudeness. I felt she was very unprofessional in her behavior. i never thought I would have the guts to deal with a big dealership growing up as a car salesmans daughter, knowing the amount of pressure that can be put on someone and how dirty some salesman can really be. I went in with no intentions of buying a new car....then Levi came along with his friendly,professional,laid back demeanor and showed me around and asked what I may be interested in, we did some looking online and found exactly what I wanted in a price range I thought was fair for what I was getting. I was scared of dealing with the finance portion of it but Tim Boozer worked hard on finding a bank that would take care of me. I am so glad I went to see them and chose Levi as my car guy not only once but twice! When I buy again I will definately be going straight to Lithia dodge of k falls and dealing with Levi

I bought my car in June 2014. Within 2 weeks, had problems with it not starting. The dealership put in a new battery and a new starter. I still had the issue. Even to the point of the car stalling on my while I was driving. I was very close to hitting a mailbox. I had my 3 girls in the car with me. Lithia finally gave me a loaner at the end of August. They had my car for 4 months. They call me on Friday the 16th of Jan. to let me know that they've done all they could and that I need to come pick up my car and give the loaner back. I was promised by Albert that the issue would not happen again. Well, less than 24 hours later, I got stranded at the store with my daughter. Car will not start again. I call Lithia for help only to be told by Adam in the service department that there is no one there to approve a loaner and that I have to wait until Monday. Come Monday morning, I am told my Matt the service manager that there is nothing else they can do to help me with my car. He tried explaining that they've spent hundreds of dollars on the car and can't figure out what is wrong. This was my first car purchase, and the worst by far. I will never refer anyone to this dealership nor will I ever give them any of my business in the future. Word of mouth is huge and I have a very big mouth as well as my family and friends. I intend to go on every social media site and will get people aware of the issues that Lithia has caused and how they will not stand behind their cars.

Lana Lee and Matt Bailey gave me a call to let me know they found a couple of RAV 4options for me to take a look at. I was running short on time, they understood. I know the business of car dealing, gave them a final number to work with, and a % rate I would be happy financing. Tim Boozer (funny guy, that Tim) made it happen at a deal that was fair and acceptable. Tim, Lana, & Matt busted it out for us, really went above and beyond to make MY deal happen. Mike with F&I was not the typical F&I kind of guy! He also went above and beyond with his patient demeanor, factual knowledge, and courteous professionalism. I bought my last 2 cars through Lithia in Medford... good to know we can stay local and feel good about our choice!

I bought a new Highlander and they went above and beyond to get me into the car, including driving it to Bend, OR where I live. They do not do a good job on ispections of used cars. They just want to make money and screw the customers. I work on Kingsley Field and many of us have supported local bussiness but many of us will never again now. I bought a 2001 F-250. I talked the price down since it had worn out tires and corrision on battery terimals. I should have not trusted them with fluid levels. I get home the transmission is two and half quarts low on fluid, the power steering pump half a quart low. It had a serve power steering leak that they cleaned up and it was not noticable right away but after each day of driving a half quart low on fluid. I had to talk to numberours different mangers to get it fixed. They said they can not fix everything on a used car. Yes of course, no one is asking you to fix a dent or a rip on a leather seat. A new power steering pump is 60 dollars at Napa. Why wouldn't you fix that. One can say that is lazyness and I would be ashamed if that was a product that I worked on and just left things wrong with it. I have rebuilt and work on cars my whole life and maintain jets for the Air Force. You never get all the money you put into a car. I would rather have a good name them to cut every corner possible. Lithia of Klamath Falls would have not been out any money if they would have fix the power steering and lose transmmison dipstick holder. They are terrible mechanics and give us all a bad name. Since then I have bought used and new cars in Salem and have been treated well. Myself, family, friends and co-workers will never support a bussines like this. The sales managers I talked to, told me it was okay if they did not fix all the things wrong with a car. That is a terrible thing to say to a customer. If there are leaks or mechanical problems with a vehicle they should be fixed. No one is asking to turn it in to a new car but to intentionally leave things wrong with it is wrong. You should be ashamed. Then they tell me they will fix the power steering pump then try to back out of it. I just do not understand why you would do this to a customer then try to say it is okay to leave things wrong with vehicle.

I imagine any car dealership is nice when you are planning on BUYING a car. How they treat you after you purchase the car is more important. I have found Lithia to be the most dishonest company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. If you are expecting professional honest courtesy, this is NOT the company you want to take your car to. They will tell you you need work done. Get it verified by another mechanic. Lithia Toyota of Klamath Falls is out only to get your money. They don't view themselves as "service providers" but as "money takers". If you need to have a warranty part, or recall part taken care of, drive out of your way to another dealership to get it taken care of. Lithia Toyota of Klamath Falls isn't interested in taking care of your car issues unless it brings them money. I completely understand why people will drive out of Klamath Falls to purchase a car now. I always believed in "buying local" until I dealt with Lithia Toyota. I would not go back to them to get my oil changed let alone deal with a larger issue. This company is not representing Toyota well. I've always loved the quality of Toyota, but after my experiences with Lithia Toyota I am reconsidering.

I purchased a vehicle with preexisting mechanical issues on the condition that repairs are made. I was informed the issue was simply a faulty spark plug and would be repaired quickly. The problems are actually far more extensive and require a new cylinder head. The dealer has agreed to make the repairs but has so far been unable to do so. The first head they ordered was cracked, another leaked coolant and the third was the wrong head. Several weeks have past and the vehicle is not repaired. No estimated time frame was even provided. When asked the dealer refused to cancel the sale.After working with the salesman and his direct manager I brought the issue to the general manager Jason Lawrence. The manager raised his voice and scolded me as if I were his child. During the conversation he said "I don't know how you were raised." and as I was leaving he stated "You aren't a very intelligent young man." Regardless of his opinion of me or his position on the issues a manager should never directly insult a customer or his family. Although I was firm and frustrated I had not raised my voice, insulted him or used profanity.As some sort of life lesson or punishment for bothering him Mr. Lawrence also asked me to return the vehicle that was loaned to me. I understand that Lithia is not required to provide me transportation but providing a loaner vehicle then taking it back as some sort of punishment is out of line.
