After a terrible experience with Lithia Toyota approximately 14 years ago, we were hesitant to shop there again. But happy to report a very good experience this time when purchasing our new Avalon. Salesmen, Jordan and Bryce explained everything well without pressuring us. Finance person, Cate, was excellent and knowledgeable (and again no pressure unlike our first experience)

Lithia Toyota is the best place to take your Toyota or Scion in the Rogue Valley whenever your vehicle needs service. I take my Tacoma truck there for all oil changes and other scheduled maintenance. The staff is friendly, and never pushy about having you do more than you came in to do. The waiting room (if you must stay and wait while your car is taken care of) is pleasant and has some of the best coffee in town . . . yes, really! There is free wifi and plenty of current issue magazines of almost every kind. There is also a big flat-screen TV on one end of the waiting area. I just wish it wasn't almost always tuned into Fox News. If you are not entertained by flaming, screaming, red-faced talking heads, please bring ear-plugs, iPod and headphones, and/or a good book to read . . . or move to the far end of the waiting area where it is easier to ignore. Thank goodness the volume is not too terribly loud.

Once again we were treated with courtesy by all employees encountered on our visit. The two drivers we had with the shuttle were polite and funny at the same time. We were, once again, able to go to our favorite restaurant in Medford and treated to a wonderful lunch. The pick up return driver showed up sooner than he thought he would, which was a delightful surprise. Thank you so much for yourservice people.

I was really well taken care by Scott Kneubel from start to finish. He was very thorough and clearly explained at the beginning the work to be done and then when other items were identified during the servicing of the car. The technical staff did a great job on my Prius - they even found several lights that were out and got my approval to replace them. I just wanted to look at a Prius, in person, to see what they offer as a replacement for my Jetta TDI, which was totaled when a woman ran a red light. I wanted another reliable car. After doing a ton of research, Prius came out on top of my list. So, I stopped by Lithia Toyota. They had one that checked all the boxes on my list. I told the salesman, Greg, I could not afford what they wanted, but he said to give him a chance to make it happen. To my amazement, he worked it out, and I became the owner of the one I wanted, at the price I could afford. Everyone was friendly, and I really appreciated Cate in Finance for her warmth and humor. It was the most pleasant experience I have every had purchasing a new or used vehicle and was quite surprised given a typical experience I have had at other dealerships. They very effectively handled a more challenging purchase and closing process given that we finalized the purchase from out of state after my initial test drive and discussions at the dealership.

Disappointed sales rep wasn't aware of what it took to certify the car we were trading in. We were told it did not qualify to be certified when in fact it did. This resulted in making a really good experience kind of shaky and embarrassing for me and the sales rep. That being said our sales rep did come out to our house and helped us set up our garage door opener.

While I appreciate the attention to quality, I have problems with being forced to write a written review with a minimum length every time I bring my car in. I have been known not to to submit questionnaire, after having filled everything else out, just for this very reason.

Chad and Will went to great lengths to put my deal together. I got $2,500.00 off the msrp. They both spent a lot of time teaching me about all the new features on the Tundra. I flew down to Medford from Seattle after finding a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 to replace mine which had just been totaled. My prime consideration was the supposed heavy duty drive train supported by the vin #. Surprise, surprise, The vehicle had evidence it had been repaired after an accident like not even one spec of road tar on immaculate paint, brand new rear mudflaps, freshly painted tailgate with no emblems or badges and a freshly painted frame in the vicinity of the rear axle and a lesser transmission and rear differential and a noticeable clunk from the back end at times when driving. The lesser transmission was also noticeably leaking oil that one wouldn't expect on a vehicle with 35,000 miles on it. Oh, did I mention that the skid plate that was listed as part of the vehicle was missing. Needless to say, I did not purchase this vehicle and had to purchase air fare back to Seattle. The good part about this adventure was that the salesman, who's name is Armando, was a joy to work with. A young man in his mid twenties who bent over backwards to make this experience as pleasant as possible and to accomodate me where ever he could. I asked Armando's boss, I suppose it's out of the question to get a ride to my hotel or the airport after not buying this truck? I was told that Armando was busy, but after sitting down to try to figure out where I did need to get to from where I was, Armando came up and said, come on, I'll take you where you need to go. He was a life saver. He took me to the hotel where I was still in time to cancel my reservation, book a flight back and catch a taxi to the airport. Thank you Armando!

I was planning to come by my self to get the voice controlled part of my car repaired and read my current library book while waiting. Then at the last minute my husband, Joe, told me that if it was ok that he come with me, that he would buy us lunch at our favorite restaurant.When we got there and our car was taken for repairs, we were asked if we wanted to go somewhereas they had a van that they used to take customers places so they could do errands or go for lunch.We looked at each other and said yes, we would like to go to McGraths if it wasn't to far away. The gentleman said "No it isn't to far." and could he drive us. We said yes, thank you. Then on the way we wondered if they would pick us up when we were done. He said yes he could pick us up and gave us a card with the phone number to call when we were ready to return. Somehow Mr. Will Dodd sold me an Avalon when I was looking at a 4 runner. Now, I never have liked car salesmen in fact there some at Lithia that I do not care for, However I like Will. Maybe it was his story about his mother in law and her Avalon. Looking back not sure if it was a sales gimmick of not but it worked. Good job Will. I really do like the car and I will be back for another purchase in the future. I recommend Will to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle. William Dodd helped close the deal the evening we picked up our awesome 2016 Highlander and he also was amazing. He showed us every single item on the new car before we left the dealership! Denny Kane helped us through the finance paperwork and buying our new Highlander through Lithia Toyota of Medford was a very positive experience - and we would highly recommend the dealership. Also, our car was not in stock and they were able to deliver it to the dealership within 3 days!

I dropped off my car for a routine service ... I got a call that my car needed several other repairs that I wasn't expecting. I appreciate the fact that by going to my dealer, they have a record of what's been done to my car and what's needed as it ages. So, although these repairs came as a surprise, I'm glad that they were brought to my attention. I left with a positive feeling that I'm keeping up with maintenance.

Went in to see Rav4 hybrid and talk about a lease. Evan stepped up to help us understand the differences between the hybrid version vs gas and how the current lease programs work, The purchase was smooth and the numbers were fair between the RAV4 and our trade. It's was a Saturday and the car had not been prepped yet. They put it ahead of the service line so we could drive it home the same day. Impressive

We visited your dealership several times before buying and although we were switched to several different salespeople before the deal took place, it was understandable because there was an event going on at the Expo that seemed to have everyone scrambling to make ends meet. We finalized the deal with John Uri and he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the Highlander and best of all, not pushy. I bought a new '03 Highlander from Lithia Toyota (in '02) from Mike Hawley and he was nice to deal with then and he helped this time in locating the vehicle I wanted. I have already told several family members about the positive experience we had. Cate did the financing and she was a delight to work with and made that final part of the deal a pleasant topping to the day! I guess the only aspect we did not care for was how long it took to make the transaction but I think it just takes time to do paperwork!Also, I had running boards installed on my car yesterday and John Oppy was attentive, apologetic when I had to wait (just a few minutes) and efficient when purchasing and scheduling an appt for the install.

Was heading to the dealership to purchase a new car when our check engine light came on in our Tundra. We had just picked it up from another repair facility and spent over a 1000.00 for said repair. It was late afternoon on Friday and they got us in and had the vehicle diagnosis within a few hours. All of that was done while we were purchasing our new Camry. Yes, I bring my Toyota into the Dealership for all my needs. I find the Dealership has qualified mechanics available to handle service. It is a comfortable feeling as one gets older to know they can trust the people who take care of their Automobile. I am sure there are mechanics in our area that are as qualified to service my vehicle. Why would one want to go through the time and effort when you have the read deal right in front of you at the Toyota Dealership. It's good for them. Overall, this was as good as I expected when purchasing a new vehicle. Sales people were friendly and helpful. No pressure except on telephone communications. Seems like the entire process could be quicker without going through so many people with different roles. Also, seemed like Vladi (salesperson) did most of the selling of my purchase but was 2nd person on sales. He was very good and respectful as was the primary salesperson (John Uri) but seemed like Vladi did most of the paperwork etc.

Bought a 2011 Ram 1500 from the used lot at Lithia Toyota. Traded in a 2003 Tundra TRD 4X4 that I bought from Lithia as a certified truck in 2004. Travis was great! No pressure. It took a couple of times to the sales mgr. but he got me the deal I was insisting on. I traded in a great truck. All major services were done at Lithia. The 2011 Ram 4X4 truck I traded for has a bit of high mileage, but not as much as my Tundra had (136,000).The Ram 1500 4X4 is a one owner (Car Fax). Hoping for the best, that it will be as reliable as my old Tundra!

Went in for an oil change. Customer service was mediocre, service representative was clearly annoyed that I didn't come get my car as soon as he called to tell me it was done. The gentleman who greater me upon arrival let me know that the oil change line was on the other side which was a huge line and across the parking lot from the entrance and with having an apt and two small children (one a baby) I was annoyed that he even suggested it.

I brought my Rav4 in for a Routine Service, approaching 60,000 miles. John said that I had had some of the 60,000 items taken care of, but recommended a F/U Appointment in order to make sure that the 60,000 mile service was complete. It meant another appointment, but John made it as easy as possible and I appreciate the attention to detail.

So I had been hunting for months for the rig I wanted. I had found one at another lot in grants pass and the service there was TERRIBLE as we're the salesman. This left a pretty bad taste in my mouth as it was my first time on a lot... I had refused to buy anything there and left.... THEN I found a few options at LITHIA TOYOTA MEDFORD, and figured I would give it a try. From the second I stepped out of the car everything was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. These guys were nice, professional and honest. I know quite a bit about cars and knew what they were worth, as did the salesman, they were very upfront and very helpful. Being a first time buyer it was a bit of a pain to buy the one I wanted and the salesman pulled strings and was very patient.End result, I drove away with exactly what I wanted and a smile on my face. Had no problem shaking that guys hand before I left either. My salesman's name was Chad I'd also recommend him!Good luck folks

5 years ago I bought a 2010 Prius from Lithia Toyota. I still feel it was a positive experience, though grueling as they always seem to be. I am very enthusiastic about the car. The service department is the best I've ever worked with. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and our perception of them as excellent. The downside? A service rep who tried to "rip me off" twice. I took action after the second event. I was listened to but no action was taken. They still send surveys. I still say what happened. If they had taken some action I would trust their recommendations for service. I am confident he is doing the same thing to others. Now I use the "ask your brother first" rule. My brother's reliable and I am safer.

I am very pleased with the performance of my vehicle so far. Since we already own a Toyota I already know the service dept. very well.

Had extensive servicing done on my '97 4-Runner at the 151,000 mile point. Service Tech then discovered additional mechanical needs and the service rep presented these to me with cost estimates up front. I then authorized all the work to be done. I was patient enough to let them hang on to the vehicle as long as they needed to get the work done without any pressure from me, and to ensure it was done right. They had it three days. All work is covered by Lithia's 3 year or 50,000 mile warranty. So far very pleased with the service department staff and technicians keeping me informed and taking the time to do it right. Went to Lithia in Medford because my last experience with Jimmy was so great that I knew I would be taken care of. The catch is, I show up with my two-year old daughter Stella who is a handful. Since Jimmy wasn't available, John helped me out with buying my new 2015 Highlander. Not only did he take Stella and I out to lunch but he also made the buying process extremely streamline and quick. I have found the service department to be very efficient and customer-satisfaction oriented. I almost always have dealt with John Oppy and been very pleased in all my dealings with Lithia Toyota through him. I don't know how he stays so cool under such pressure, but he does, and manages to do it with grace. I am sure the same could be said of the whole staff. In all, I have had my Toyota 4-Runner for 15 years (and three dealerships) and this dealership has been the best.

Although I do not own a Toyota, I always get my oil changes at Lithia Toyota. The price is fair. (Less than $40), they check tires and fluids, and fill tires to recommended pressures. It is a walk-in, walk-out service with minimal wait time and a comfortable service lounge. The service personnel are friendly and professional.

I had an expensive warranty issue on my new FJ Cruiset (which I had recently purchased from this dealership) there were some mitigating circumstances that left the dealership with a choice. They could do the right thing and make the repair at no charge to me or using a technical issue they could according to the warranty choose not to do the repair. Fortunately for me the service dept and warranty company got together and decided to do the repairs even though "technically" they didn't have to. I'm very greatful for the integrity they showed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to either purchase it service a Toyota.Mark grossman and mike Myers in service dept were both great and worked hard to help me.

We love this limited 1794 Tundra, super deluxe. Interior is luxurious, ride is super smooth and quiet. Every bell and whistle we could have hoped for. Lithia Toyota did an excellent job once again. Second Toyota we have purchased. Super knowledgeable salesman Curtis Bukelew gave us all of the info we needed to make a decision we are happy with. I love how I can arrive unannounced and an oil chance happens quickly and efficiently and with friendliness.Buying an oil card has totally been worth it and has certainly paid for itself in just a few years. I asked the guys in service about other makes of cars. Not a problem signing up my Subaru for a oil card or having major service also done there should I need it. (I plan to arrange this sometime this spring). Being open 6 days a week is a major plus in making that sale. I truly hope you keep your downtown location and not move out on Crater Lake. I've worked in customer service for over 30 years and you guys nail it. Just wish you had more women working for you.

All involved in the oil change process were professional and friendly which means a lot. The true value comes in the form of guidance for future oil changes plus any other service needed under the Toyota Care plan - very well presented to me verbally which added more value, and supports the many reasons to purchase an auto from Lithia Toyota. The purchase of the auto is one thing but the service and support following the purchase, in all areas of the Lithia company, are part of the relationship. Thank you!

The only negative comment I have is that the whole process took too long. I feel that the car should have been already washed and ready to go instead of waiting an hour for this to be completed. My friend and I were extremely tired from an early flight from San Jose, CA to Medford to pick up the car and hadn't eaten since 5:00 a.m.As a credit to customer service, we certainly appreciated Toyota picking us up at the airport upon arrival and the thoroughness of Doug Walker in going through the various features of the car as well as the financing and other available benefits of purchasing from Toyota. He was very easy to talk to and very personable.All in all, it was a good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Lithia to anyone interested in purchasing a new Toyota.

I think John McNerny deserves a title besides "other" for starters. I have worked with John at Lithia Toyota for as long as I've lived in Southern Oregon and he has always been friendly, knowledgable and supportive no matter what the issue with my Tundra truck. All the staff is fantastic and personable, but John has always stood out to me. I only come in a couple of times a year and it's always a relief to see him there behind his desk. Your top female mechanic (sorry, I couldn't find her name) actually recognized me and that I had upgraded to a new Tundra....that blew my mind. That is a really good feeling for a customer, believe me. You're not just another service contract when you go to Lithia Toyota of Medford.

In the past 5 years I have traded/bought several Toyota models at this dealership, the salesman I worked with each time is like a friend I greet whenever I see him. I faithfully take my current Prius there for regular servicing and the staff are all helpful and pleasant. They've wanted to 'shuttle' me to wherever I was going during the servicing period, even when I assured them I could walk it. I've owned a Camry, 3 Highlanders, and 3 Prius. I loved the comfortable ride and space of my SUV's but the gas mileage of the Prius won in the end, and I have transported a loveseat in it.

Went in for an oil change. In addition to changing the oil, the service technician also checked the tires for air pressure. They incorrectly inflated the tires to 42psi. The vehicle and tire specs (marked on the vehicle) clearly require only 32psi.

A few years ago I had a 1998 Sienna minivan that I wanted to drive as long as I could. Lithia Toyota service employees went out of their way to help me keep this vehicle in working order - finally traded it in at 275,000 miles. In the past year I leased a Prius from Lithia, who continues to deliver high level maintenance service. This dealership also has great personnel who provide excellent customer service, whether I'm getting an oil change or buying a new car. One day I needed to complete a computer project while waiting for my Prius oil-change and service check-up to be completed. The waiting area was filled and the TV was on I needed a quieter place to compose. I asked it there was some place where I could work and was escorted to an empty area and desk where I could have privacy, think better, and get my work done.

I was able to slide in without reservations, no line, and the scion was in right away. I left to complete other tasks, and returned with my oil changed and tires rotated. The tech did a good job, and the service writers efficient and pleasant. The store still looks good and clean. You even had a new guy (?) greet me in the driveway that took the info for the service writer, speeds things up some.

Went in to trade in used toyota for new one. Agreed on truck, confirming several times on exact model of used one just new. Shook hands, put down $1,000. Called and told it was in. Went to go get it just to find it was NOT what was agreed on. Then they offered what they had originally promised but only for another $1,200. Lots of wasted time (over ten hours) and two trips from the coast over there just to have to ask for my money back and drive back. Not a reputable place at all. Watch out for their bait and switch technics.

Most fantastic experience at any Toyota dealership I've ever been to. I was fortunate enough to have received assistance from Benjamin Barringer and Kathryn Zinn. What an amazing team they make! Kathryn helped me with my initial internet inquiries about my beautiful 2014 SE Camry. She was extremely thorough and forthright with the information and pricing. Very engaging as well, which helps when you're communicating by email with a stranger.Benji put the car on hold for me when I called a week later. He has a wonderful gift with humour. It made the whole transaction very comfortable and fun. When I drove down from Portland and finally got to meet them in person, they continued to make it a fast and actually pleasant experience. Not at all what the average person expects when they decide to make such a large purchase. Benji definitely made 100% sure I was happy with everything.In the end, I drove away in a good looking and dependable car while making two new friends at the same time!

I live in Connecticut. In a panic,I contacted the dealer and spoke to Ron Hogan explaining that my 20 year daughter was stranded 15 miles from this dealership. Ron immediately offered to pick her up and bring her to the dealership which seems to be something a salesperson would do in anticipation of a sale; however It was more a kind gesture from one father to another. Ron also offered his friendship offering my daughter additional transportation until the new car was able to be picked up. He has also been back in touch with me to remind me that my daughter could stay in touch if she needed help of any kind. So here I was calling some complete stranger across the country asking for help to go pick up my daughter somewhere in Oregon. With so many sad stories of violence all over the world, isn't nice to know that you can still depend on kindness, trust, decency, and friendship from a complete stranger.No surprise that everyone from this dealership couldn't be nicer, and my experience of leasing our RAV 4 was excellent.Jeff Lederman, President RHINOGIFT.COM

My issues was not in the actual sales transaction. Once I drove the vehicle off the lot, I never heard from the dealership again. Infact it has been 15 days since I purchased my car and my trade in is still not paid off. Dealerships I have bought from in the past have MUCH better follow up skills. Lithia Toyota must not need any referral business.

I had my Tacoma in for service today. Lithia's shop manual calls for 1.2 hours labor to change a set of spark plugs. Really? Is that the shop manual estimate for a confused mechanic? Sure enough, in less than a half hour my truck was parked where it couldn't readily be seen from the waiting room. After another 20 minutes I went to the service counter to see what was going on. Oops. It seems they were in no hurry to tell me the truck had been off the rack for quite a while already. Yet, I was charged for 1.2 hours labor to get a set of spark plugs that were installed in less than 30 minutes. Un-fricking-believable. My local Ford dealer gives an estimate based on the shop manual, but then only charges the customer for actual labor time. Maybe the incompetent Lithia thieves should consider trying honesty for a change.

From the time I arrived at Lithia Toyota of Medford, I was treated respectfully. Ben and Kareem went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with my new Corolla- offered very reasonable value for my trade, and matched the best quotes of other Toyota dealers within the state. New car buying is something I generally consider to be a strong-arming contest between buyer and dealership, but this was as easy as can possibly be. Believe it or not, car salesmen can be nice guys.

Holy smokes. Who are they paying for the 5 star reviews. Service department left metal filings on brakes after servicing discs and pads. they refused to fix the problem and instead tried to tell me that new disks and pads were needed. (Less than 2000 miles after a complete brake service on a newer car.) Following this, the service department charged over $100 to hook up a code reader for 2 minutes - and as a final blow gave a dishonest diagnosis. I paid to have my brakes redone elsewhere,where they showed me the sloppy workmanship from Lithia Toyota, and paid $60 elsewhere to have my code problems repaired. Lithia dealer wanted to charge over $800 for the same work. Don't go here. They are rated a "D" by the BBB. Keep in mind that the nice person selling you services in the service department works on commission. I am very embarrassed to admit that I returned to the dealer after the first problem, but I won't make this mistake again - and I hope this review will prevent someone else from making the same mistake.

Wow! The sales men that do service write ups are so pushy. We purchased a life time oil service and they do not seem happy when you bring it in for that. It seems that the service department have more sales tactics then the actual car salesmen. I have heard that you are supposed to get a survey via email after any service work done, but after 10 years I never get these surveys to tell them what I really think.Even posted prices for services, are not what is recommended. Things like wiper blade for sales are just the inserts and then when purchasing them, they say you really need the whole unit, not just the insert.

I had an amazing "On-Line" buying experience with Ben and Kathryn in Lithia's internet sales department. Going to the dentist and hassling with buying a car are two of the consumer experiences I avoid the most. However, my experience at Lithia was top notch and has changed my view on car buying. The On-Line/Interent process was extremely efficient and involved NO hassel. I shopped in advance online and the internet sales department even had all of the financing worked out ahead of my visit to the dealership. Online is the only way I will shop for a car again!Danette

There aren't enough words to describe my experience with Denny Kane at Lithia Toyota. It was an amazing experience. Denny is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I've bought many new cars in the last 20 years, all Toyotas, but I've never had a sales person who was this friendly and knowledgable. He really knows his stuff and was patient with answering all of my questions. It was obvious that he loves what he does and is truly excited about the product he is selling. I was impressed by Denny in many ways but the thing that impressed me the most was the fact that he was willing to stand out in the 100 degree heat to sell me a car. Five star service! My Dread of voltures n finagling in the parking lot flew away when a young guy walked up to me and introduced himself as Ben berringer. I had the best most relaxed car shopping experience in my life. There was no haggeling, no games, no chasing after me to my car with a better offer. It was a straight up sales, no b.s. all this said, what really stands out is the two gentlemen that I dealt with made it all possible (Ben & Kareem Duncan ) truthfully without their professionalism, knowledge and people skills I would of bought elsewhere. Them two are a irreplaceable asset to your establishment. I can only hope you appreciate and value their work ethic. Awesome dealer, my fiance' and I were having issues with our local Lithia Toyota dealer and we were given the run around for a month. I sent an email request to Lithia in Medford of what we wanted and we received a response in less then 2 minutes. We began working on paper work with John Vierra right away. Less then 45 minutes later we were approved and had our brand new 2012 Tundra TRD Rock Warrior on its way. The staff of Medford Lithia was amazing, very polite and were not the typical pushy salesmen we all dread. All around this dealer was AMAZING!

I took my Mother's 2001 Toyota Avalon in for servicing. I had vaguely recalled from prior visits that because of age of the vehicle (not milage) we needed to consider changing the timing belt. After discussion with Marc who did not push the issue at all, we decided to do it since my mother is 91 yrs old and it would not be a good idea for her to be stranded suddenly. I got a call a few hours later that the mechanic found the belt to be practically brand new. Marc did some research on the prior service calls and discovered that it had been replaced in 2010, three service visits ago, but less than 10,000 miles. He stated that they would put the car back together with the present belt and no charge. I felt this was remarkably honest inasmuch as I had authorized the work and would never have known that it wasn't necessary. An argument could be made that I, not the dealer, was responsible for knowing what had been done and I would have been happy to pay something for their trouble.

I had an emergency when my 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid would not start, and I needed to get a prescription filled for my husband in a hurry. First the service department tried to talk me through the jump start process. I could not get to the part I needed to connect. He then referred me to a roadside service number.The service folks advised me that my tow-service agreement was not in the computer, and I must pay $110 for the call. My situation was dire, and I gave them my credit card number to get the process started.Then I called Lithia Administrative services (My service agreement record said it expired in 2015.) Apparently my record was not in the computer. The woman said she would "go upstairs and find the contract, but it would take 10 minutes." In less than 10, she called and appologized. My service call was part of my contract. She called a roadside service and, before we had finished our conversation, he was by my car. He checked the car throughly, got it started, and stayed while I left the driveway to make sure I was O.K. He advised me to drive directly to Lithia motors and get the battery charged. I explained to service person, Michal Campbell, who immediately took my car. I explained about the prescription, he called the shuttle driver, who took me to Costco and waited while I got my prescription filled. He was a delightful conversationalist and very helpful and pleasant. The whole experience, which started as a total disaster, was handled in such a friendly, helpful, and interested manner that disaster was turned into a pleasant experience. I came for an oil change and a 40,000 mile check up. All aspects of the service were great. After I dropped off the car, Jack got me to work on time. Work was performed in a very reasoable time and I called Jack for a ride back to pick up my car. By the time I got outside of my office, he already had arrived. The excellent shuttle service makes taking my car to the shop very easy and convenient with little interruption to my day.

My wife and I not only hate pressure from car dealers but often postpone the purchase of a vehicle if we can't find a sales person who is genuinely interested in answering our questions and concerns instead of pushing the purchase. We can easily say no to that kind of pressure but we were very surprised and happy to meet Chad. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. As is our policy, we didn't purchase the car we wanted the first day but we were so pleased that we went back the next day and purchased the new car. We wanted all the bells and whistles and WE were pushy to add them. Chad would just explain the pros and cons as if he really cared and we believe he did care. Great job Chad. I was also very pleased at the friendliness of Chad, the shuttle driver.

Fantastic service! We were on vacation and our car broke down near Ashland the night before we were planning to drive back to California. It was the 4th of July - nothing was open. We had the car towed to the nearest Toyota dealership. The team there found out the problem early on the 5th, ordered the part we needed and had us on our way by noon on the 6th. They processed the work under our warrantee and it only cost us the price of an air filter. Later on, we had some issue about getting our rental car reimbursed. Mike Myers took care of it and is making sure we get reimbursed. Lithia Toyota went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks so much!!!

Lithia Toyota of Medford was the best choice. My Sales person Michael Vierra really walked me threw the buying experience. I never felt pressured into buying which was a breath of fresh air. He really listened to what I was looking for in a car and in my budget. He was able to answer all my questions. Even after my purchase Michael has continued to call to see how my new car is doing and to see if he can answer anymore questions I might have. Im so happy with my 2011 Camry SE. From the moment I visited Lithia I was impressed with my salesman, Rick Aarons. He was curious and knowledgeable and he asked several probing questions so as to determine what vehicles might be the best for me to see and consider. He spent considerable time with me on a test drive and answered all of my questions. He introduced me to an "old pro" salesman partner named Del who really took me through the benefits of the 4 Runner I was considering. What I heard helped me make up my mind. I then met Rick's boss, Kareem who spent considerable time with me to determine what it would take to close the deal for everyone to be happy. After a few days of deep consideration and additional research I made the decision to make my offer and was very happy that my offer was accepted. Rick personally delivered my 4 Runner right to my home 2 1/2 hours away from his dealership, had the vehicle washed and gassed up before taking me through the car's features. After checking different dealerships on line, and doing my homework, looking in the consumer reports, to find which car might fit my needs, I decided on the Rav4. I haven't bought a car from a dealership, in over 11 years, so I was very nervous when I arrived at the Lithia Toyota Medford dealership. My last experience took about 8 hours, to buy a car. Michael Vierra greeted me, asking if I needed help. I told him what car I was interested in. He asked if I wanted, New or used? I hadn't decided yet, so he took me right over to the used Rav's. He proceeded to explain the difference between them. I was surprised he didn't try to sell me a new car right off the get go. I never felt pushed in any direction. He just answered all my questions, then took me for a test drive. He let me drive where I wanted to go, to try the car in different conditions. When we got back, I had decided which car I wanted, he didn't try to sell any particular car. He let me decide on my own. The whole experience was really pleasant. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was just as helpful and friendly, and I was out with my new car, in 4 hours. I would recommend Lithia Toyota Medford to all my friends and family. From the first introduction to a handshake on completing my purchase, the process was efficient, friendly and very helpful. The first person I encountered at the showroom door was sales consultant, Beau Brown, who offered to answer my inquiries about the Prius Hybrid. As I had some very specific questions, Beau informed me that he is new to the sales force and offered to introduce me to a more experienced sales consultant to answer my questions. Mitch Ruis was on the scene in short order and was very well informed regarding my inquiries. He showed me what was available and explained why there would not be much room to flex on the sticker price (citing the recent problems in Japan all but ending further imports for the time being). During the test drive, I was impressed with the vehicle. Mitch's explanations of the vehicle's attributes and operating procedures allayed my initial feelings of intimidation in driving the hybrid Prius. Mitch engendered confidence that I was being given an honest appraisal of the situation and his willingness to share what he anticipated would be the situation in the near future were convincing arguments for me to make a decision to purchase on that first visit. At no time did I feel that Mitch was being anything but honest and helpful and I did not ever feel pressure to make a decision one way or the other. Mitch was just very helpful in aquainting me with the vehicle and it's attributes. Throughout the entire purchase process, the personnel I encountered at all stages made a special effort to be helpful and to make me feel that I, the customer was special to Lithia and they extended every effort to make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. From the parts department when I ordered seat covers to Beau who walked me through the final paperwork before offering his best wishes for my satisfaction with my new car. I felt that he was sincere when he offered to be available to answer any questions or concerns I may have in the future. On reflecting on the experience, I got the same offer from every person representing Lithia Toyota from the customer service representative to the parts department.I hope I will be as happy with my Prius as I am with the staff at Lithia. I had checked the internet site for a Certified Prius Toyota and found that the only one listed was black and I did not want a black car. We were in Medford and decided to stop by and visit Lithia Toyota. Michael Vierra came right over and greeted us and asked if he could help us. When we told him what we were looking for he took us over to two late model certified Prius cars that were on the lot. We saw that one was just the model and color that we were looking for and had special equipment on it that we wanted. We were able to go for a test drive, check out the car which was in like new condition, a beautiful light green color and we were able to complete the sale that afternoon and drive it home. We are delighted with the car and the the sales department at Lithia. They made getting the car we were looking for easy and a good value.

Great experience all around. Sales person was super helpful and continues to be whenever questions about my car's functionality arise. During the test drive period, there was no pressure from the managers to close the sale. I felt like I was among friends. They simply gave me all of the information required to make a sensible decision rather than try to bully me into a purchase.

My Husband and I had been looking for a vehicle for over 3 months, had been on and off all the lots in Medford except the Lithia stores. I had some friends and family that didn't have very good experiences with Lithia in the past and was VERY hesitant to even step foot on a Lithia lot. I am so glad we finally decided to stop at Lithia Toyota!! First of all it was the ONE and ONLY lot in town that it didn't feel like a flock of vultures was waiting to descend on us. When Chad Soares did finally approach us, he was SO personable, easy going, immediately made us feel like we could trust him, and that he was genuinely concerned with our needs and time-line! We had found a used vehicle that we were interested in, however we weren't sure that is was what we really wanted. We left that first night not feeling "PRESSURED" but KNOWING that when we finally decided on a car that it WILL buy from Chad Soares no matter what, we didn't want to do business with anyone else because of how he treated us!! He was AMAZING!! He spent over a week with us test driving cars and doing research for us to see what vehicles the other Lithia lots had just to try and find the perfect car for us. Ultimately we found EXACTLY the car that we wanted, got an AMAZING price on the vehicle, including a lifetime oil change, and ended up leaving with a wonderful feeling about Litha in general, and a friend! Since the purchase of our Nissan Murano, we have gone to Chad and Lithia and purchased a Dodge Ram for my Husband and we are now looking for a car for my sister. My wife and I stopped at the dealership to checkout used RAV4s and Prius. We ended up purchasing a new 2011 Prius. We started with Michael who was enthusiastic about the Prius, but stumbled on some more difficult technical questions. He explained he was more of a pickup guy, and he passed us to Chad who knew the Prius completely and introduced us to all of the significant features. Chad then asked Michael finish up our paperwork while he took care of a cient with a scheduled appointment. Chad still checked in frequently with us through the process and did a walk-through with our new car after all the paperwork was done. He made sure our cell phones were both synced with the on-board Blue-tooth and answered all our questions. Great teamwork and very friendly.

He is the most comprehensive service tech we have ever dealt with, and knows our vehicles and our needs at any given time. John Mcnerney is a wonderful asset to Lithia toyota's sevice depatment. He is smart, nice, and knows what to do and how to get it done efficently. When I came in this morning for an oil change there was a full line of vehicles. John smiled at me while he was with a customer and I said "LOF" please. He remembered from the past services and brought paperwork out to me in the waiting room and got it done. The question isn't why but how good this guy really is.. Thank you John! The ratings are such that reflect John's service, knowledge and delivering what was promised.

I had a pretty low price range to work with, but Dave was understanding and friendly. We searched for used cars with my specific needs in mind and once we found something he worked hard to make it the best deal possible for me. I had been looking for a new car for about a month and in one day I found the perfect car for me. I didn't get swindled, they didn't just want my money and Dave was really helpful in answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend this dealer to my friends and family. I was referred to Chad specifically by a close personal friend because he was so impressed with Chad. We live in California but drove up Medford to visit Chad once i got a hold of him by phone. We had already been to SEVERAL dealers and were not happy with our experience but we were very happy with Chad! He was very helpful throughout our experience, answered all of our questions, and has been available to us even after our vehicle was purchased. I am a tuff person to sell a car too. I do extensive research on the internet, spent countless hours driving and looking at different cars, and most of the time drive myself crazy trying to make a deceison which car to buy out the the countless number of vehicles ive drivin at just as many dealerships..This time things were different. I stopped by lithia Toyota in medford on my way to portland for a conferance and thought maybe ill just look at a few cars and get and idea whats out there and what I may like. It was raining and I was not in the mood to shop but I was there for the night so why not..4 Very peaceful hours later (yeah peaceful) I bought myself a new (well new to me)camry. My salesman David Struble was patient, understanding, and very knowledable about most vehicles on the market and shared honest opinions with me even when It reflected against the car we were looking at. In the end I felt like he had taken me through what would normally be a 2 mounth process, in 4 short hours. Ive been driving my new camry now for about 8 mounths and I couldnt be happier.Just goes to show that not all buying experiences have to be long, drawn out and dreary. When its time for my next new car, I would just imagine ill be taking the 6 hour drive back to medford in hopes that I can duplicate the same experience as before..A six hour drive seems short in comparison to the way I used to shop.Thanks Lithia Toyota and my salesman David Struble see you in a few years.

He listened to me about my wants and needs. The suggestions were right on the money!! Then came JR to make the purchase smooth as silk! Had a great experience with Lithia and my salesman Chad Soares. Walked in off the street to drive a Scion and by the time I was ready to buy I knew that this was the car for me. The test drive was comprehensive, fun, and I knew all of the components of the car and the type of vehicle I was purchasing. Chad was knowledgeable but more important he was passionate about ensuring I was making the right decision. Purchasing was simple with no high pressured pitches for features I couldn't afford or didn't want. Before going to lithia toyota i spent alot of time in other dealerships and never found a salesman icould deal with until david...my experience at lithia toyota with the salesman david struble was like no other i have ever had.he was straight forward and brutally honest which is a rare trait in a salesman. I went into Lithia Toyota for a Prius test drive telling the salesman I wasn't looking to buy..just wanted to drive a Prius. 4 hours later I walked away with a 2010 Toyota Prius with 495 miles on its odometer very satisfied with the deal we made. Gary Rens was very helpful in his presentation of finance options, as I had never had a car payment before. Chad Soares, my salesman, has gone out of his way to educate me on the car's systems. When I left he gave me his card with his cell phone number on it and told me to call if there was ever any problem. I told him I wouldn't ever bother him outside of work hours. But, I did call him (with a situation that turned out to be user error) and he was polite, professional and available to answer my question on a Sunday night. He later came to my house to program the garage door sync to the car that I could not accomplish. His customer service is outstanding and deeply appreciated to those of us that have technical issues. I feel I got a great deal, a great salesman and great service. I would highly recommend Lithia Toyota and Chad Soares as a personal salesman. I love my Prius and am enjoying the 47 miles a gallon I am getting on its first tank of gas!!

I wanted to get out from under my old car and into something with more value and something that was safer. Rick showed us some cars and he and Al got us into a 2011 Rav 4. I LOVE my car! Those two made buying this car a great experience and we had a lot of fun! They hung in there with us until after hours and we drove away in our beautiful red shiny new car:). I'll always go back! He made us feel comfortable and safe with listening to his opinion and suggestions regarding any of the vehicles we looked at. David gave me a great experience. He is the driving factor as to why I would refer people to Lithia Toyota. He was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation and really helped me find what I was looking for. He made the experience very personal while holding a professional attitude. If the other salesmen are half as good as David then Lithia Toyota is the best dealership within two hundred miles. I will recommend David and Lithia Toyota whenever the opportunity is given.

I am new to the Medford area and wanted my Toyota serviced at a Toyota dealership. I decided to take it to Lithia Toyota. I called and made an appointment with Ryan Lichtnewalner. When I arrived he was very friendly and listened to my concerns. He then provided me with an estimate and a complimentary rental vehicle for the day, something that was extremely helpful since I only have one vehicle. After a couple of hours, Ryan called me and explained that there were additional services that he wanted to bring to my attention. I asked him what was absolutely necessary and he went through and informed me what he recommended. Even though I was not planning on the additional services, I decided to have all the maintenance items addressed. Towards the end of the day, he called me again and said that my truck would be finished at 5:00pm and that I could come pick it up. When I arrived, Ryan went through all the maintenance items that we discussed and was able to provide the services for $110 less than his original estimate. This was a huge relief, since I am currently looking for work and every penny counts. I greatly appreciated Ryan's professionalism and customer service approach. I will definitely be servicing my vehicle at Lithia Toyota and will recommend it to my friends and family.
