I told the person who greeted me I needed a non aggressive salesperson and I got one in Rob Randall and he was great. I did not receive the "old" American automobile sales method of add on and add on and this former action is why I had abandoned American cars many years back. My C-Max was American andilovedit..truly loved it, but an overnight charge of maybe 18 miles was far surpassed by a 53+ miles charge on the Chevrolet Volt. My purchase was a good experience. I spent more than I felt good about, but the warranties and assurances of instant needed help were too much to not take.

Just bought a new Chevrolet 2500 truck and couldn't be more pleased with the buying experience. I stopped in on a Thursday night in the pouring rain and Chad the sales associate was more than happy to come out and open up some trucks despite the weather. I didn't see a truck with the options I was looking for and left that evening without any high pressure tactics from Chad. I called Chad the next day with a couple of questions and we started talking about a different truck. I drove up to Littleton Chevrolet on Friday night and easily made the deal. I got a good deal without a lot of time or effort. Decided to take delivery on Saturday morning as our family wanted to go out for dinner and didn't want to make the kids wait through a lengthy delivery process. Well..... Once again I was pleasantly surprised by the buying experience at the dealership. I might as well have taken the truck on Friday night because the kids would not have had to wait long. Saturday's delivery was very quick and efficient. We were offered the usual after-sale add ones such as extended warranty, but when we declined those items, that was the end of the conversation. No long winded desperate sales pitch that you must endure at some dealerships. Great overall experience on a great truck. And I can't even count the number of compliments I have received on my new ride. The midnight edition 2500 crew cab is a sharp looking ride.

My experience with the service department has always been great ! They are always accommodating and get my repairs done in a timely manner. Recently I went in to have an oil chance, tire rotation and inspection done and let them know that my service light was on. When it was hooked they determined that it needed a fuel injection part replaced. The service man assured me that it was under warranty but they would have to keep it over night due to the part not arriving until the next morning. I thought I was going to have to figure out transportation, which would have been a big issue for me due to my busy schedule but the gentleman told me he had already called enterprise car rental and they were on their way to bring me a vehicle to use so that I could be on my way and that it would be taken care of by Littleton Chevrolet. This was a huge burden lifted off my shoulders ! Not only did they take care of all the work in a timely manner but provided me with transportation at no cost. I have told so many people about this experience and how great and accommodating they were and that if any of them or someone they know has a problem with their vehicle, not to waste their time going to someone who will give them the run around , take days to find and fix the problem and leave them stranded without a vehicle, to just call or go on line like I always do and schedule an appointment and that they will be glad that they did and wonder why they ever went anywhere else.

I received the service I came for Was hoping they would have some solution for the rumble in the torque converter which only occurs after I've done highway diving for a couple hundred miles but they claim I would have to bring it in after being on the road in order to duplicate the problemFrom what I've read on the forums, GM is aware that they have some issues with the torque converters on some of the gen 5 camaros

I brought my truck in for a oil change and a state inspection. I had a broken head light on the driver side. ( This was on Sat 12 APR. 2014) They told me the head light would cost me 300.00 dollar. So ask them to not put one in. So Monday I went to a Friend, who dose body work and ask him what his cost for head light. 145.00 dollars. I just don't understand why you charge so much?

I had an emergency with my vehicle early yesterday morning on the way to work and drove right to Littleton Chevy. I was extremely frustrated and anxious about what may be wrong with my car since it was barely driveable and the check engine light came on. I was met with warm smiles and told they would look at my car immediately and start the process of getting me to work as soon as possible. Within an hour Jon Rowe came out to the waiting area and explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with sympathy. He gave me all options and set me up with a rental car so I could be on my way to work. He worked quickly, going above and beyond to keep me informed. My wife, Lana and I, had a wonderful experience at Littleton Chevrolet last fall. We were in need of two vehicles to help our business grow. We had a 2008 Silverado (that we also purchased from you) to trade. I met with Duane, who introduced us to Rob Randall. It was a pleasure to deal with such professionals. I told them that I needed a work truck, 2500 HD that I was in love with on the lot. We also needed a business vehicle for Lana, probably going to be something used. I went to Consumer Reports to look for highly rated SUV's with a great safety rating. My wife and I reviewed many models. We were intrigued by the Acadia, the price as well as the miles per gallon and the look. We searched around on the internet and Cars.com. I actually bought an Infinity with the assistance of Cars.com and had a wonderful experience. We wanted a pre-owned vehicle that was 2-3 years old. Searched around and came up with 5-6 matches that met the critera we were looking for. The one we found at Littleton Chevrolet was very close to meeting all of the items that interested us...great price, low miles and a stylish look. I happen to drive by the dealership often but had never stopped in. I did last night before they closed and was greeted by Dean Switser. He took the time to get to know me and the vehicle I wanted to consider. I took a quick test drive and liked it but did not have a lot of time and need to get going. Dean offered for me to take the vehicle home to my wife but I had a turtle and fish in the car...family pets that I was transporting to our other house. I mentioned that I would be back the next afternoon with my wife. We came in on Saturday and the vehicle was out front and ready to go for us to look at and drive. Dean allowed us to take the Acadia for an hour to really get a good feel for it. That was a nice gesture. It gave us time to talk amongst ourselves if this was exactly what we wanted to purchase. We came back and negotiated the price (which was pain-free) and agreed to buy the Acadia. We got exactly what we wanted to fit our families needs. I decided to come to Littleton Chevrolet because I have heard a lot of good things. I live about 1 hour and 25 minutes away. I reviewed their website. They have pictures of the actual cars that helped me to find vehicles that I was interested in. I email Mike Corey the Internet Manager and he responded to me within minutes of my initial email. We spoke on the phone about the vehicles I wanted to look at and set an appointment to come to Littleton to see the vehicles. I was looking at used vehicles to start but then decided I wanted new. Heres my experience purchasing a used 2010 Toyota Yaris from them during August 2013.I overpaid for my car between $500-1,000 for a pre-owned, recertified Yaris with same options and condition per www.KBB.com.Dealer used Bait-n-Switch tactics with aftermarket part installation (ie: installing cruise control at $500 cost to them, but only dropped price by $200 when I tried to change my mind about installation). They also told me that the price couldnt come down because they were putting new tires on the car. From my perspective that would have been something accounted for in the trade-in value they gave to the previous owner.Dealership kept my car for days to install cruise, but when I picked it up cruise was not installed. It became my problem to work it out with the service department and drive it to their sister dealership for installation. What were they doing with my car for half a week??Financing was a SCAM. They tried to slide me into a 6.915% interest loan when I knew my credit score was almost 700. They told me its just a few more dollars. It actually equated to $20/mo more for 72 months ($1,440 extra in payments!). A few months before my wife and I had purchased a 2009 Chevy Cobalt elsewhere and received a 2.99% loan instantly from a local credit union through a dealer.Next, as a tired and worn down customer, I signed paperwork too quickly. A big mistake! The next day I found I was financing optional Gap Insurance of $650. I had it removed, but then they added non-optional Single-Interest Insurance of $65, stating that the lender required it (verified its validity with the lender, but my auto insurer had never heard of such a thing).Overall, dont go to this dealership unless youre armed with your own financing, and dont let them know you already have financing until youve negotiated the price. On second thought just dont go there.

The service department at Littleton Chevrolet has done an outstanding job taking care of me when I had an issue with my Malibu. The window would not go up during a recent rain storm. I would have had to drive 30 plus miles in the storm with the window down, so I took it to a local garage to fix. I took the bill to them to if I could get reimbursed. I was out of warranty by a little but they had indicated that they would go to bat for me seeing the circumstances. They contacted GM and explained my situation. at first I thought it was a great deal and car I got a good price what I didn't like is what I found about the car after purchase they never gave the car a oil change it sat for a year- I never bought a car from anywhere where they didn't give it a oil change-next they said the tires pass inspection- well they were all dry and cracked and not even the tires that are supposed to be on the car-so I bought 4 new tires after putting them on I spent over 400 dollars on that plus a oil change- then I tried to use the air conditioner it didn't work blew warm air-they said they never checked to see if it worked and said they would NOT FIX IT- to me they never checked anything on this car and admitted they didn't check if it worked it doesn't and they wont fix it all this happened within a month of buying a car-never again will I buy a car from this dealership again-it would have been no money out of their pocket to fix the air condt. to keep a customer they just don't stand by their cars-

Recently I received one of the so called car sale flyers in the mail. This was not from Littleton Chevrolet but from a North Counrty competitor. The offers sounded too good to be true, but it's jsut a phone call to find out. After making contact with a salesman at the other Chevrolet store, I explained what I was looking for in my next pick-up. He said he would get back to me. Within an hour he retured my call and I was surprised that the offer was closer than I thought it mihgt be. At that point, I told him I would think about it and get back to him. I then contacted Rob Randall at Littleton Chevrolet, after all I had bought my current and previous (2) pick-ups form Rob and was very pleased with the deals. I explained the same info to Rob Kim Randall as I did to the other dealer but at no time did I tell Rob want the other dealers offer was. Within 45 minutes Rob called me back: Littleton Chevrolet beat the other dealer's price by $30.00 per month that's 12.00 less per month than I was paying on my current truck and the deal required no down payment. Over the term of the loan that saves me almost $1,500.00. If you took the time to read this, you're probably saying yeah buththe deals were based on two different trucks...wrong, neither Littleton Chevrolet nor the other dealer had the truck on site. Both dealers were pricing me the exact same truck that was located at a dealer in NY. We made the agreement over the phone. Rob sent a driver after the truck and within 36 hours the truck was mine...2013 Silverado, 6.2 crew cab and I am loving it. I was so pleased with the deal that within 48 hours my wife and myself went back to Littlteon Chevrolet and traded her 2011 Honda CRV for a new 2013 Chevrolet Traverse AWD. I'd just like to say thanks Rob Randall. It was a pleasure doing business with you and thanks to the Littleton Chevrkolet team for getting the numbers to where we had to be. We will be back, actually we will be back this afternoon with our daughter and son in law. They are shopping for a couple of vehicles. We are very happy with our buying experience at Littleton Chevrolet. My wife has purchased 5 Avalanches from Littleton Chevrolet since they were offered in 2002. She has always been pleased with the process and outcome of each sale over the years. The experience has been enhanced with the addition of Greg Allaire to your staff. Kate and I have purchased 2 Avalanches with Greg's help over the last 3 years. We can not say enough about the manner Greg dealt with us through both of the transactions -- he is friendly, personable, and always seems to try to have the best interest of the buyer in mind. I had an excellent experience at Littleton Chevrolet. I feel that Travis Lewis went above and beyond to get us into a brand new vehicle with much better gas mileage. We love our new Chevy Cruze! When I first went shopping for a car I wanted a good car that would save me money on gas and needed my payments where they would fit my budget. When I first met Greg Allaire I stated to him what type of car I was looking for. He called me back about a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze that would fit my needs. The car is great. I also love the oil changes and inspections that the dealership included at no charge to me. The experience Greg gave me was excellent and his customer service to me was great. I found Littleton Chevrolet on the internet. I was looking for a pre-owned Camaro and they had the one I wanted. I liked their website and the price. They offered multiple pictures. I emailed them about it and received a very fast response to my request. I called to go over the car and the price. Very prompt response back to all of my questions. I drove 4 hours to look the car over and test drive it. It was everything that was told to me. I loved the car. I know you hear stories like mine all the time but this one is true. I am a hard guy to satisfy and the team at Littleton Chevrolet was top notch. I would recommend Littleton Chevrolet to anyone out there looking for a vehicle. I would drive 8 more hours to do business again with the folks at Littleton Chevrolet. This was the best buying experience we have ever had.

I called Travis Lewis yesterday and told him I was looking to buy a car for my mother. I indicated that I was considering the Cruze and the Malibu. Travis had recommended the Cruze because of its reliability and fuel economy. It is similar to the car my mother has currently, a 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier, and I wanted her to feel comfortable. Travis was happy to find a car in my price range. He called me back in an hour from my intital contact. He gave me the information I wanted. He called me back the next morning and invited me down to take a test drive. He demonstrated all of the features and gave me an overview of the operations the vehicle has. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone made me feel wanted and they answered all of my questions. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This is beyond unbelievable! I have a new vehicle in only 8 days from my intital contact with the dealership...oh just so you know, I live 6 hours away in New Jersey. They delivered my vehicle to my house in NJ. The service was great. This was the 1st time I have bought a vehicle on my own and they made it easy. I would recommend them to anyone. I have been looking for a used truck for 3 weeks and just could not find anything that fit what i needed, style and payment. I looked on the Littleton Chevrolet website and found a truck that I liked at a very good price. The truck must have recently been traded as they did not have any pictures. I drove down to see the truck and was met by Rob Randall. He was awesome. He greeted me with a smile. He asked questions, he listened to what I needed, we talked, laughed and joked. I felt very comfortable. I was offered water and coffee. The truck was clean, in very nice condition. It was everything I wanted, even a spray in bedliner. I went for a test drive and absolutely feel in love with the truck. I sat down with Rob and went over the figures and really felt as I was getting a great deal. There was no back and forth. Everyone was happy. They were able to get me to the payments I wanted on the 1st try and I got a warranty which really made me feel safe. Thank you Littleton Chevrolet. The waiting area is inside the dealership, warm and dry . They always have an excellent inventory of cars new and used for sale. I personally want to thank Littleton Chevrolet for taking care of me everytime I come in. Recently I hit a moose and broke my mirror. I came in to the service departarment and did not have an appointment and with in 5 minutes my truck was in their shop and they were working on it. They had the mirror I needed in stock to repair it and they fixed it right away. I was gone in 45 minutes. Thanks so much for the great service. I had come in to Littleton Chevrolet during one of their mail promotions. I had been looking for a while but everything I had seen in the papers or online was 4 wheel drive. I did not want a 4x4 and did not want to pay high prices. I met Charlie who was extremely pleasant and easy to talk with. I told him I was not buying today but asked me what I was looking for. I told him I had a small budget and only wanted 2 wheel drive. After some searching around he found exactly what I was wanted at a great price. I had to buy it and I did. Charlie was awesome to deal with and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job making my wife and myself feel as we were old friends. The service was good, everyone is super friendly. HORRIBLE experience. I had just cosigned for my brother for a new chevy sonic. I am active duty Army and stationed at Fort Hood TX. I told them it would take a while to getthe paperwork to sign because once the mail get to post it has to go through division, brigade, battalion, and company level mail rooms and usually takes a couple weeks. They told us no problem and they put dealer plates on the car until they got the paperwork back. After a week and a half a manager called and was very rude and aggressive and told us he wanted the car back because it was taking to long. I told him if my brother had to take the car back then he'll lose our business and we'll go to another dealer ship. He said thats fine and hung up. My brother brought the car back the vary same day i got the paper work. The general manager found out and was very apologetic and bribed my brother to go through and have me sign the papers. The level of disrespect and arrogance of his sales team helped in an easy decision to go to a different dealership.
