I need to give a HUGE shout out/thank you/raving review to Lloyd Belt Automotive here in Eldon. My Mom finally had to start the process of looking for a new car this Summer. She's been putting it off and dreading the process. She wasn't sure what she wanted or if she'd go new or used, so she had plans to go hit some lots in JC or Columbia this week. We went to breakfast yesterday and while we were talking I told her she should swing by to talk to our friend Richard Gray and see what they have on the lot. She dropped me at home(I had plans with a friend) and a couple of hours later I got a picture of a beautiful Toyota Avalon and a text saying they even had her take it home for the night to see if she liked it. I thought that was so great and was surprised she's gotten that far so quickly. Well, flash forward a few more hours. She liked it so much and they took such good care of her that by the time I talked to her again, she'd bought it. She told me it was the easiest, nicest, most professional car buying experience she's EVER HAD. When she told them she planned to sell her old car herself, they didn't try to talk her into a trade in. They gave her tips/advice on how to do it so it would be the easiest and safest for her and a card to call them if she needed ANY help or questions answered as she gets it sold. Richard, I already knew she would be in good hands with you, but a big thank you to Jeff and Damon as well, because she couldn't say enough nice things about all of you. I'm so grateful. I know she really wasn't looking forward to this week and they not only saved her the trouble, but got her in a beautiful car, at a great deal and actually made it fun for her. If you're looking into getting a newer vehicle, I highly recommend you go check them out. They get new inventory all the time and are a pleasure to do business with. My wife and I bought a Honda Odyssey from Lloyd Belt a few weeks back and it was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. From start to finish it was it was a seamless process. The van was in as good as condition as was described to me on the phone, if not better, and there were no surprises waiting for us. We were offered a great value for our trade and we had no problem coming to an agreement on the price of the van. We dealt with Brandon throughout our buying process and he actually made the day fun for us, which isn't always the case when car shopping. He made everything quick and painless and also helped us decide where to grab lunch afterwards. Marshmallow Pepsi and chili cheese dogs, he didn't steer us wrong. Thank you Brandon and everyone at Lloyd Belt for everything, we will be back for sure.

My husband and I recently purchased a Buick Enclave from Lloyd Belt Automotive, the most recent of more than a dozen vehicles from the Dealership in Eldon. We received the same masterful treatment from the Sales Staff, Finance Unit, and Service Department each time we do business there. From the many dealerships we have visited over the past 4 decades, Belt's has most assuredly been the most cordial, competent, qualified, and knowledgeable people in the automobile business. Additionally, subsequent follow-up service trips are always pleasant and professional. Without hesitation, I would recommend Lloyd Belt Auto to anyone searching for a nearly new or barely used vehicle.

Ive visited many dealerships and this one has by far been my best experience. I delt with the Internet department from start to finish. My salesman was a pleasure to work with and freakishly knowledgeable. The best part of the whole process was even after I bought my car I got a hand written note from my salesman. One classy down home dealership and I highly recommend!
