My husband and I were on the hunt for a late model, low mileage certified Honda Accord or Toyota Camry at a great price and after scouring the internet for days and days we found 3 certified Honda's at Lodi Honda. Though we live about an hour and 20 minutes away we treked up to Lodi. Our salesman put up with our finiky complaints about each car and I think we even drove one of the Accords twice to be sure - we were super annoying and he didn't treat us like we were! Once we decided on one of the Accords we had the easiest financing experience we have ever had purchasing a car (and no we don't have perfect credit). We arrived in Lodi about 5:30pm and were driving our new car home by 8:45pm. If you are looking for a friendly no pressure experience it is worth the drive to Lodi.

My husband and I test-drove a car we found online on their dealership website. Their list price was higher than other local areas so we made an offer based on the online comparisons. Our initial offer was not accepted. The dealership follow up days later in a recorded phone message with a new price offer on the car we test-drove. We called and accepted their offer. However, when we returned set to buy, and with independent financing in hand, they refused to honor the offer they made and raised their price point significantly. They challenged the validity of their phone message. The Sales Rep and Sales Manager berated us so loudly that everyone in the dealership stopped what they were doing and starred at us like we were naughty children who were being disciplined for doing something wrong. We walked out and will never return. The only thing we did wrong was to trust this dealership at its word.

Why - The rating is very low because I paid $589 for a 60K mile check,$200 for brake padsNo mention of low batteryTook back car twice in two weeks & was charged $40 just to look at it again & say the battery was lowAlthough friendly, their fee was ridiculous.
