We stopped in to purchase our first Toyota, a 2016 Toyota Camry. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were greeted by several people including our salesman, Les Dean. He was wonderful. I had spoken with him on the phone 2 days before coming in, letting him know we had an appointment for 10:30 am on Tuesday morning, July 12th & what we wanted. He had an idea of what we wanted & we selected the car we did. We told Les that we have a fold up tent that is 53" long (all folded up) & he found the right car that would hold it (& us also) with no problem. Les took the time to listen to our requests and answer our questions (since this was the first Toyota we've ever owned). Cory Silva in Finance was great also. We had questions for him that he took the time to answer. We'd definitely refer this dealer to family & friends.

It was my very first car and my credit wasn't that great.... but I would say I had a wonderful experience at Lithia Toyota in Lodi.I originally went there for a 2015 Yaris, and Gabriel was the first one to greet us on the lot. He had me test drive a Yaris, but he could tell I was looking for more. So he showed me the 2016 Scion iA. Fresh off the truck! I immediately fell in love with it and knew it was the car I wanted. Unfortunately, because of my credit score I wasn't approved to get the car, at first. So Gabriel began to take me to look at some used cars. But he could tell from the look on my face that I wasn't interested in other cars. Even though we were in the dealership for almost 10 hours, Gabriel found a way to make sure that I get the car I wanted. Cory in financing also made sure I was able to go home with my car that night. They were both very accommodating and patient. Although in the end, I had to put a little more for my down and had to settle on a higher payment, I was happy because I got to take home an amazing car. Something I never dreamt to be possible for me. Cory gave me some great advice on the payments, and they even helped me get a great insurance deal for my car. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a car to stop by this dealership. You will be treated like you matter.

The deal was quick and easy and the BEST experience I've ever had buying a car. I've been coming to Lodi Toyota for many years and can't tell you how happy I was to deal with professionals who could answer questions and look you straight in the eye while doing so. Gab was great and tried to help me when I lost my wallet at the dealership. I called him on his cell at home and he did everything he could from 11:30 that night and then at 8 AM the next day. Sammy worked hard to put a deal together.The friendly dealer attitude by all was exemplorary and professional...kind of fun to boot. It took me a while to get comfortable with my choice of cars. I traded 2004 Highlander in for 2015 model. You can't ask for a better car than Toyota and the new model is almost a new class of auto by itself with increased size and up-to-date techtronics. I received a pleasant reminder by phone that i had a 15k service checkup approaching. The lady offered me convenient time for the next day and all I had to do was show up. Mike Campbell always hands the remote over, but my favorite perk is the complimentary coffee while i wait (though this may be a Lodi exclusive).

Prompt service! I got online to try to schedule services on a Saturday and it did not provide me with any time slots before 9am. I called and spoke with Michael Campbell and he assured me if I dropped it off before 9am and leave the truck there they would get it done. They surely did!

We had an amazing experience with Lodi Toyota. Jon Smith greeted us nicely and was sensational. Showed us the cars were interested in and we test-drove a car that we drove away with! All the paperwork was done professionally and timely not rushed. (Astonishingly in our opinion, no bull which was appreciated!) Everyone in the building was very polite, helpful and courteous. This is my first new car, but this is not my first time buying from Lodi Toyota. last year I moved from the BMW 740 to the Prius 2, it was a hard change, but Lodi Toyota made it easy. This year I purchased my very first new car and Lodi Toyota made it an amazing experience. The only issue I had was the touch screen in the 2015 PriusV - 4, was not working properly after only 4 days of purchase. The service department could not find the issue as it only seams to happen when I leave it outside and the sun hits it. Since Lodi Toyota stands behind there brand and every sale, they replaced the entire system so I did not have to bring it back again, again and again for the same issue. " Lodi Toyota you have proven to me, you do stand by your word and a hand shake still means something" thank you for your honest approach! The only issue on service for Lodi Toyota: When I brought my auto in to you, there was no loaner car to use during the day while my only car was with the service department. You did give me a ride home, but I had no transportation to get around so I had to wait for the call from your service department. This is not the service departments fault, but a management issue. Maybe management/ownership can consider providing loaner cars for those who have purchased new cars from Lodi Toyota. I sure many customers of yours have children who may need something and not having a car to fill those needs is a little unsettling. I get it if I caused the issue, but this was a new car that was only 4 days old and had less then 110 miles. not knowing if I was getting my car back or not that day was again unsettling, but in the end Toyota knew this and rushed the process to insure I did get my car back by the end of the day. I will still need to bring it back once the new part has arrived, but in the end I could not be happier. In closing: I would recommend Lodi Toyota to any one who is looking for a new car. Just bought a 2015 Toyota Rav4 Limited for Gregg Arends, the direct sales mgr., over the internet. It was the smoothest sale I have ever experienced. Never even had to go to the dealer, as they delivered the car to me in Carson City. Received the best price of all the dealers that we checked. Gregg was great to work with. He searched around and found the car that we wanted at another dealership. Used the Consumer Reports buying program to search for the best price. Works like a dream. Gregg contacted me within minutes of me asking for info from his dealership online. There was no haggling or hassles at all. Price was spelled out on the CR program and that was all there was to it. I would highly recommend giving Gregg a call or contact him through the Consumer Reports car buying program.

Jerome Nitra is an asset to Lodi Lithia Toyota. I have bought 4 cars from this place. They have all been pleasant. The last 2 cars I bought Sinclair helped us out. He was nice both times. I'm in the process of buying another one. For some reason he is being a pick on this one. Herman is a better manager at this point. Sinclair attitude should be steady in this business. Jon listened to what my husband I and were looking for and showed us vehicles that were within our budget. There was absolutely no pressure in any way to buy, it was a very comfortable sale. He went out of his way to get the monthly payment in my price range with the car I wanted. We ended up buying a 2011 Kia soul with 2yr warranty and LoJack. Cindy Gray in financing also helped me out significantly making my life easier. I would recommend Jon and Cindy any time.
