The process of purchasing a vehicle here went smoothly and no complaints. However, I purchased the maintenance package and tire package with my vehicle. Both deals were very appealing and have been beneficial, but the dealership does not have the capacity to fulfill these packages. It was a hassle getting new tires and had to wait 3 weeks for them to put them on. For an oil change or any general maintenance they are always scheduling 2-4 weeks out. If you have any urgent maintenance the same wait time applies. I’ve had my change stolen from my vehicle 3 times during an oil change and contacted the manager and they didn’t seem to care. It’s not about the money it’s about principal. On my last visit they forgot to put two lugs back on my tires (one lug on the front, one lug on the back) and when I called to come back and have them put on they told me they were booked 3 weeks out. I’ve thought about writing this review many times but after this experience it was enough for me. All in all, they have nice vehicles but their service on vehicles is terrible. If i didn’t have the maintenance package and the tire program I would never let these guys touch my vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing vehicle from this dealership. The process was stress freе and pleasant. Joey Pose was able to find me a vehicle that suited my пеeds. Joey was very friendly and helpful. Also special thanks to Michael from finance department. They have amazing service. Definitely recommend them to my friends.

I brought my car in for repair and they were very informative and kept me updated every step of the way. Tiffany was fantastic, she took the time to explain the situation. I always felt informed and confident throughout the process.

Please! Next time advice to your customer when the check engine light is off that your mechanic can't find the problem of the car and we can save that money. My car had a problem with the check engine light to come on and off for few days and I brought the car to check for "nothing". So they didn't tell me exactly what caused that problem. I hope at least they checked the all system and also under the car to see is everything was fine. 'Cause they charged me $160.00! All inside the facilities was fine! Lounge room was nice... Polite staff! I'll give you four stars for that! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Have a wonderful day! Respectfully, Waleska B.
