Bought our first car from here! Everyone at the dealership is so nice and they make you feel so comfortable. They work hard to meet your expectations and price point. Joseph took care of us and he is AMAZING! Very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and so funny! Very down to earth people who want to get to know you and your story so they can make life even better. There was never a dull moment while we went through the process. You can just tell everyone there cares about each other and especially you. We even got to tour the facility and were offered complimentary drinks and snacks multiple times. We left with a practically brand new car and new friends. Will absolutely come back and refer to anyone looking for a new ride.

Eric in the service department at Lokey Volkswagen has been so helpful and accommodating! I've had several issues with a used car I bought elsewhere but Eric has more than understanding as I've brought my car in numerous times. He is very descriptive when telling me details of what needs to be taken care of first. I've had a great experience and wouldn't take my car elsewhere!

Quickest car buying experience I've ever had, which was appreciated. Very laid-back atmosphere. Took about a month to get the second key to my daughter's bug, but service has always been quick and efficient otherwise. Would definitely use again!

Mike was wonderful to work with. You could tell he genuinely cared to provide me a deal I was comfortable with, instead of taking advantage of me like the other dealerships I had been to previously. He invested the time to get to know me, show me all the features of the car, and listen to my questions and concerns. He also never made me feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions. Tony, the sales manager at this location, was also such a pleasure to work with. Unlike most sales managers (that you normally never see unless you're getting ready to leave or make a deal), he took the time to get to know me and understand where I wanted to be in terms of making a smart financial decision. This dealership is unlike any I've been to in the past. I felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the entire experience. If you're looking to inquire about a car at this dealership, ask for Mike. I would 10/10 recommend going to Lokey VW!!

Bought new 2017 Golf Sportwagen SEL. We got to the price we needed to with one trip to the GM's office. They didn't have the color I wanted, but sent a runner to Jacksonville the next day to get the car. Doug Ramirez, a good salesman with a good support team in Pernell, Adam and Vinnie. Absolutely painless process

October 10th. 2017To whom this may concern,First, let me beginning by saying that service for my Beetle has been very good over the years and everyone has been most accommodating. Only one time was the inside of my car dirty after a repair and you made it right with an outside detailing coupon. A simple acknowledgement would have sufficed, but hey, the detailing was great!I am currently awaiting a return call from Eric, because Brian said he is the one connected to my request for an inside door handle and soft panel that has come loose from the car door, as well as a new CD player, which I have been advised would require the whole CD/Radio unit. Apparently a new unit does not come with Blue Tooth. My main concern was the CD player. (I still love to play my CDs.) It is Two oclock and he has not yet called. Here is the back-story. I believe it was Eric who listed all of the things I would need to eventually fix in my car. He also listed them in order of importance, which I appreciate. Neither issue above had occurred at that time. The driver-side handle was still in place and the CD player worked.I cannot afford car payments. I cannot even afford my monthly bills since overtime was discontinued. Ive been supplementing my income with what is left of my 401K. But I felt it was important to maintain my little Bug so it would last a long time and be in good condition. It has low gas mileage for a 2007 so I want to keep it. I dont need to bore you further with my finances, but I want you to know that I do not take car maintenance lightly. Id rather go on a vacation. My first idea was to email you guys through your Lokey website under Schedule Service. I listed all the things that needed to be fixed and asked for an estimate. No one called me. I only received calls wanting to sell me a car. I did not pursue an estimate but showed the list to the manager at Tires Plus when I went to get tires (first on the list) and he said that they could do everything that my car needed for less than what the dealer would charge. But mind you, I did not know for sure because Lokeys never sent me an estimate. After the CD player quit on me and Id been unable to use the handle for quite some time I decided to give you guys a call. I decided that things like handles and radio units would be best purchased through Volkswagon so they would be new parts and installed correctly. I believe my first call was the last week of August with Eric. He told me he thought that both repairs would run 1600.00, which was quite a bit more than I expected, but I decided to go with it and I told him to order the parts. He said he would notify me when they were in. A couple weeks went by, so I called again, and spoke to a young lady who said that the radio unit was there. I asked about the handle and door panel and she put me on hold. She came back and said that it would probably be in the following Wednesday, that the handle took longer to get. I had a suspicion that it had never been ordered, but that was an unfair assumption at the time. I went ahead and made an appointment for Saturday 10/8/16 at 11:00 for both repairs, but I wanted someone to call if the handle did not come in by Wednesday as I was advised.I called Saturday, since no one called, and spoke to Brian. I did not want to come in unless both parts were there. He saw that Eric was assigned to my service call. Eric was not there. Brian said the radio was there. I asked about the panel and handle. He checked and said that no handle had ever been ordered. He said that Eric would call me today. The bottom line is that I feel like my calls have not been important enough to attend to. I feel a little like an outsider at this point, even though Ive been getting services from Lokeys for years. 1600.00 was removed from my 401K and sits in a savings account I set up just for this reason. One more thing, because this has obviously been too long a letter. The last time I was in I asked for Freon to be added to the air conditioner because it was taking hour to get cool. I was told that the air-conditioning unit was worn out and the Freon would only last a week at best, but I paid 80 bucks anyway because I couldnt afford to replace the AC unit at this time. The car has been blowing cool air after only about 10 minutes and has been working for three months or more, which makes me wonder if there really IS something wrong with the AC unit.I still want the radio and driver side handle and panel, but I think Ive definitely decided to get the other repairs done at Tires Plus. They have even called to ask how my car was running since I got the new tires. Just sayin.Anyway. I KNOW you guys are very busy. Ive been there numerous times and I see how busy you are. Youve been great to shuttle me back and forth to and from work over the years, and in the spring you guys let me use a loaner over the weekend. So I guess I was just surprised that this latest endeavor has been such a challenge. Oh, its 2:45 and still no call.Thank you for your time. Debbie.PS. When I got home at six there was a message on my land line, (I gave them my cell to call,) from a young lady at Volkswagon wanting to know if I want to schedule an appointment??

My wife and I needed to get an SUV as we are expecting a child. We drove 3 hours because they had the car we wanted and could not have been happier with the service we received. Pernell is the manager and seriously could not have been more helpful and transparent with us. Very energetic, honest and plain out good at what he does. Doug also worked with us, all of the same traits stand true for him. This is by far the best experience we have had purchasing a car to date. We have planned out a couple of trips to the west coast just to bring our car back to this dealership to get it serviced just because we are that impressed.... also, because it's pretty nice out here.Highly recommend, ask for Doug or Pernell. I got the deal I was looking for and honestly for a car that went above our standards. A 2016 Tiguan SE with 10k miles.

I traded in my 2014 VW Passat for a 2013 CC. Shame on me for not looking at the Kelly Blue Book value. The car cost me over 22.000.00 and the actual value was 14,000.00. I understand you want to profit but that is pathetic. My advice....use another dealer.

Spencer the service manager went out of his way on my ARP Install. I have a 2014 Wolfsburg Passat 1.8 sti . Lokey VW/ service installed first a stage 1 ECU upgrade, then downpipe and coldair intake and a special traction control button from USP Performance never having done a Passat before ( still have to wait for 1/2 weeks maybe for APR to release the stage 2 ECU upgrade) because I'm the first person to do this to a Passat. The car runs Great without the traction control button you can't use the full potential of the upgrade. I smokes the front tires now it's amazing how fast it is now I can't wait to get the stage 2 ECU upgrade. They are a busy store so unlike me be patient with them they will get it done.

This service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are salesman with no technical knowledge!!!Take my Touareg in for an oil change, they strip the hex bolt out and say there is nothing they can do. They tried to blame the last place I took it. Although , I clearly watched the mechanic go at the bolt with an impact wrench more than once. This is the exact reason I watch when I have my car serviced!!! I have purchased 4 cars from Lokey Auto . I will never step foot in this dealership or service department ever again

Went to other Lokey dealerships and were not happy at all. We were rushed and expected to close the deal because it was closing. They offered me $500 for my trade in. I told them I would keep it first and left. My husband called Lokey VW and we were very happy with their service. The salesman got me into the car I wanted at a price we could afford. 8 months late and I am still very happy with my car. Will definitely be going back to Lokey VW.

I had a sometimes warm blowing AC on a 2013 Golf TDI with 45K miles. I have had VW's and Audi's before and it surprised me. I talked to VW Corporate and Lokey Clearwater, FL and they comped the new compressor/dryer ect. to a tune of $1800!! They (VW and Lokey) really do care about customer loyalty. I love my Golf TDI. Fun to drive, surprisingly quite and comfortable. Oh yea the 40 miles to gallon average is nice too. I put a set of Michelin Pilot Sport (Recommended by Lokey) tires on at about 42K replacing the factory Continentals. Wow, what a difference in handling and ride. I like to push the car pretty good and although the tires are about the most expensive out there, get-em you won't be disappointed. I plan on keeping the car to 250K+ and I know it will make it no problem. I owned a Golf back in 1998, there is no comparison to the 2013. It really feels like an Audi TT. I would drive the new Golf every year and did a bunch of research. I drove the 2013 TDI and bought it on the spot. Great vehicle, eats the road.

We headed down to Lokey Volkswagen in Clearwater with the hopes of trading in our 2013 Jetta with very low mileage for the newer type Beetle which the wife had always wanted to own. We did make contact by phone with Jose Sanchez our Rep salesperson at Lokey and from the very beginning what we like most was that he was very helpful and up front with us as he handled our needs in top notch fashion. The wife was very insistent on getting what she thought was feasible for our trade in and Jose went and pushed the right buttons making the deal possible. So, now we have the car she had always hope for of owning again and hopefully in another 6 years we will again visit the one dealership and it's top notch salesperson serving our needs again. Kudos go out to the entire team at Lokey Volkswagen handling our vehicle needs.

I have had nothing but good experiences from buying my Beetle to visiting the Service Department. When I go for my FREE oil changes they are easy to get ahold of and get an appointment. The service is quick and they never charge more than they have said they will for repairs. It is good to get feedback from them about what repairs I may need in the future when they can see something coming up. Never a bad experience.

The reason I did business with Lokey VW instead of two other VW dealers in my area was primarily the manner in which I was treated and dealt with by my sales representative, Grover Fitzgerald. Grover offered me his personal vehicle for a test drive as it was similar to what I was looking for and unavailable in dealer inventory at the time of my first visit. Further, he did not waste my time by imposing an arduous, time-consuming sales process on me to find out what the actual selling price would be. No pressure. I continued to shop other dealers after my initial visit to Lokey VW but none treated me with the respect for my time and with the customer focus that Grover did. After extensive research and exhaustive effort visiting competitive dealers, it all came down to the sales process as executed by Grover.

I was only in town for a few days and took advantage of my free oil change! I also wanted to have my windows tinted at the same time. I played phone tag and was never contacted to make an appointment however when I arrived for my oil change they tinted my windows while I was there and quickly I might add! The price was great $180 for my Beatle. A Shockingly average price to outside vendors! The shuttle took me to the mall while I waited !! The customer service was amazing while I was there and never got annoyed when I asked 50 questions. I do not remember her name but the young lady with the office adjacent to the waiting room went above and beyond!

The most wonderful car buying experience is knowing what you want, then walk in that dealership and walking out with something totally different. Well that's what happen to me. See I had done all my homework on line, for months, weeks, and days, looking, shopping, and talking with different dealerships, I even visit Car max for comparison shopping for my used but 2014 KIA Optima. Needless to say no one can beat LOKEY'S professional, courteous service. My sale associate Ed. Farshchi was the best of the best. In fact, he was so convincing, he eventually sold me the same type of car three times, on two separate occasions, within 30 days. I purchased a 2014 blk. Passat for my daughter, returned two weeks later and purchased another 2015 black Passat for myself, that same day my fiance purchased a 2015 platinum colored Passat . We are in love with our cars, mostly we say thanks to our VW sale associate. THAT HAS TO BE A RECORD! LOKEY VW HAS WON MY CONFIDECNE FOR LIFE. I WOU LD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMEND FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I'm a long time VW owner, currently driving my fourth VW. I can honestly say that Lokey VW is the only dealership which I can rely on for sales and service. For sales, I have found Sam Plana to be a knowledgeable and friendly sales employee I recommend to work with. For service - I recommend the service advisor Brian. I actually wrote a 3500 word review, went to select post and somehow it has disappeared! I suppose short and to the point reviews are preferred - so my main point is that longevity of the dealership, excellent customer service since the first VW purchase with Lokey, and a clean, friendly, and knowledgeable dealership staff from sales to Alex the service engineer is what makes me confident in providing a five start rating. As a former US Marine, I can say that Freedom is never free, nor anyone's time when needing a fair buying experience, and a reliable dealership for servicing my Volkswagens. Thanks to Lokey Volkswagen for always being a pleasure to work with. In fact, when it is time for service on my VWs, my wife tells me it is time for "Happy Hour" and gives me the appointment time at Lokey! May your experience be as enjoyable as mine has been the past 10 or so years with Lokey as a return customer. Respectfully, Brian B.

Three in half weeks after I returned the car I had to go register my car that I had before I went to this dealer. When I got there to register my car the lady at the DMV told me that my car was still showing that I had the 2014 Honda Civic I was going to buy from this dealer. then she tells me that if I get stopped by the cops I could be arrested for driving with pleats that belong to another car. I call the dealership and I speak to the finance guy and he tells me that they had released my tags already which was not true I had to go back to the DMV and get them to give me a printed out copy of what showed on the DMV records after effects after emailing several people at the dealer and having to threaten action against the dealership it was finally done after 3 days of dealing with dealership, DMV an the Pinellas Sheriff's Office I finally got a reply from this dealership everyone there just likes just likes to pass the buck not fair to the consumers that go there for service if they get your money then they don't even know you anymore for anyone who reads this post stay away from this dealership very unprofessional and customer service is non existent.

But after talking for days I found a Co-signer and gave them all the information they ask for to make a very long story short I had driven off the lot with the car and after a week of having the car I had to return it due to the miscommunication between the Finance person and dealer and I think one of the Managers no body seem to talk to each other. No one is on the same page. Thank God I had not gotten rid of my old car because I would have been walking and in the state of FL not doable. Please ware of this place they have no clue on what they are doing and no one there is in charge they just pass the buck. The sad part was seeing my 11 year daughters eyes fill with tears when I told her I had to return the car. makes a Mom feel like a loser because no one there could just tell me exactly what they needed to make the deal work. Heart broken MOM.

THANK YOU Lokey service team for getting my car back up and running! My car broke down and I made the mistake of having it worked on by tow co mechanic. Fast forward 2.5 months later the mechanic said he was done with my car. I had him tow it to Lokey after many coworkers said they were great. They not only diagnosed in record time but the car that last said was a hopeless loss is running great. THANKS Brian and the awesome mechanics who got her back on the road again.

Great service, kind and friendly staff . . . non-pushy environment! Don't you hate it when you have 10 salespeople fighting who's going to get to you first? Not at this dealership! Love coming back here for service and when trading out my VW and into another :)

We drove from Chicago to Florida last week and halfway through the drive a warning light came on our 2009 Passat. we took it to Lokey when we arrived and Brian B. helped us. He was able to get the repair covered by VW, which saved us a couple hundred dollars. The mechanic, Eric N., strongly encouraged us to have the fuel injectors cleaned at the same time. Now knowing anything about these guys, I hesitated. Brian called twice to (gently) encourage me to do the work so i checked with my VW guy at home who told me to listen to Brian and Eric. We spent the $200 they saved us, got the cleaning, and our mileage went up from about 28 mpg to 32 mpg all the way home. Plus, if hadn't done the cleaning, we probably would have faced another repair - not coverable my warranty - by the time we got back to Chicago. These guys know their stuff.

Great service advisor. Actual work appears to be a joke. When attempting to sort out the issue and ultimately give them more money, no response from dealer. Save yourself the headache and just go to a different dealer. Full story below.Started off fantastic. Spoke with Brian who worked with me and told me about all the repairs they were quoting for my vehicle (some $3000+ of them). He got me a loaner car as they were going to be unable to fix my car that day which I greatly appreciated and he didn't have to do. Brian seemed to do a great job. After I left is when it apparently went downhill, the car was supposed to be done on a Monday, never hear anything, must just be taking an extra day, call in, don't hear anything, they finally return my call and let me know it will be done at some point. Car is finally done 4 days late, seems odd for a professional service department only working on vehicles like mine, but whatever I had the loaner so it was ok. Come in to find out they managed to break my alternator somehow while doing a thermostat replacement and oil change, seems strange, but I look past it as Brian was very nice and I got the loaner, and i really just want to leave with my $700 dollar repair. It is not mentioned as to why the repair took so long I can only speculate that it was due to the extra damages. They of course cover the alternator. Drive away thinking man it feels different. I assume hey, this was the dealer, this is how it is supposed to feel, this is all the new fluids working. Felt like I had lost some power, again assumed it was supposed to feel this way. Couple weeks later, new MIL, turbo underboost, no wonder I had a loss of power. Call in and speak with an operator about this issue and to be contacted by their customer relations person. She is very nice and empathetic, states I will receive a call or email as I requested. No such contact. I did not ask them to cover these new issues nor did I state it was there fault, just looking to find out what the issue and see if this is related to the previous service. To work together like adults. No such luck. Very disappointed as the dealer is supposed to be the best of the best.

After I purchased my vehicle from Lokey VW, after my 36,000 mile warranty was out, I've been looking for a reason to stop bringing my car here.....well it's here right now, getting serviced at 260,000 miles, if that says anything.

My daughter purchased her "Dream Car" a 2014 VW Beetle from Lokey this weekend, many thanks to Syd Johnson who stayed well past closing on a rainy Saturday and somehow managed to make an incredible deal that was within her budget. She is one happy girl and has named her red 2014 beetle "Ruby".

My experience with Lokey was horrible. Your service manager (Dale Krutzik) and the mechanic (Brett) was obviously trying to rip me off. I spoke with Dale several times on the phone before having my car towed in to the service department. He continuously reassured me that it was just a battery that I needed, that all the signs my car was showing was from a dead battery. Once there he continued to say it was the battery, don't worry. After being there an hour, he came back with $6000 worth of repairs. These were written on a normal estimate sheet with your letterhead. He said that I had to do at least $5000 worth of repairs in order to even drive the car out of the service department. He claimed I had a bad battery, alternator, several hoses, brake booster hose, valve cover gaskets, and several other things. I was shocked and asked him to give me a written estimate that I could show my spouse. He said that he could not give me the estimate on the paper he had written it up on but he would type in on another page for me. He did type it on a plane white piece of paper with no date, letter head or signature of any kind. He then took me into the garage to show me my car which was apart in pieces. He showed me a thimble shaped part with a hole in it and said it was an important part of my engine and that the car could not run without it. He said the engine was boring a hole through this important part. He also told me that oil was leaking from my Turbo cut off valve into the computer brain and would short circuit the whole car if I did not get that fixed. He introduced me to Brett, the mechanic, and said that I should only talk to him or Brett if I call in to the service department. I told him I could not afford these repairs. He said that he would be off work the next day and I should not speak with the other department manager, either wait until he returned of talk with Brett only. I felt they were both very shady. I felt they were both trying to take advantage of me being a woman by myself at the dealership. My father was a mechanic and my brother is a district manager for "Just Breaks" I spoke with both of them and read the list to them and they told me they believed that Lokey was trying to rip me off and I should tow it out of there and take it to another mechanic. I did tow it on Monday. I went over the list with the new mechanic. He checked everything on the estimate given to me by Dale. My battery was fine. I did need an alternator. Nothing else on the list was wrong with my car. My repairs were $600 instead of $6000. My car is running great. I am posting this experience to every review website that I can find. I hope I can help other women from getting robbed at your business.

The first time I took my car to Lokey Volkswagen for service, I brought my car home and it leaked oil all over my garage. Strike one! I brought the car back so they could correct the problem. They said it would take 45 minutes, but instead I waited for 4 hours. Strike two! The third time I took my car for an oil change, I picked it up and noticed a huge dent in the driver side door. Someone in their service department dented the car and never brought it to my attention. Luckily I saw the dent before taking the car home. Strike three! This service department is the worst I've seen, and I will never go back. I'd rather drive 40 minutes to the next closest Volkswagen dealership for my service.

I was new to the area and went to have my oil changed on my VW. They charged me $108.00 for the same oil change I had at my old VW dealership in SC who charged me $68.00. They listed the items I needed to have done to my care and in all cases they were over priced. I am looking for a dealer who is honest and does not over charge

I had a Phaeton which was serviced at Lokey VW for the past two years. Service was always done as scheduled/promised, ride back/forth to the dealer to make it easy. Dale was excellent at finding a service solution that would solve the problem without busting my budget. Car always washed and cleaned when i picked it up. I am used to a high level of service from BMW and MBZdealers, and Lokey VW did an excellent job as well.

We just bought a Jetta and although we looked at various dealerships we ended up at Lokey VW. The level of service really shocked me We worked with Noah and then Lance joined, they were really great very helpful and conscience of our time and budget. They were able to get us through the whole process in what I would call record speed. Any other time buying a vehicle seemed like an all day affair but not with these guys they really did everything to get us out of there with our New Jetta ASAP.

Recently purchased a used car from this dealership. Salesman Alan Brooks was professional and courteous. I had shopped my trade at several other dealerships, who gave me "low ball" offers and this dealership offered me what I was seeking for my trade. Lokey VW worked out a deal that was close to my budget. Other dealerships seemed not interested to work out a deal. In the end, I purchased the vehicle at a fair price that I was interested in. I recommend Alan to anyone looking for a fair deal. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Stay away from this dealership . Waisted whole day there , waited 5 hrs just to sign papers and close the deal . When we went in office to close the deal the manager Hugo was so presuring us to buy extra warenty gap insurance this and that and he kept droping price for it and finaly we said yes . It was ok paying 8 dollars more per month for extra warenty and gap insurance . Exsauseted and hungry we just wanted to finish and go home . Well thats when he changed our payments from 72 to 75 without letting us know . Came home after few days i looked at the paperwork and i found out about 75 months term. Tryed calling them emailing leaving msg on a phone no respond . Went there and nothing they wanted to do about that . Check what u signing for dont make same mistake as i did .

I purchased a new Tuareg a few months ago and was delighted with the product. On reviewing the paperwork later at home I was disturbed that the verbal discounthad not been included and of course in the melee of taking out extra coverage andthe excitement of picking up a new vehicle I drove off paying the full price. This type of treatment (an existing customer) makes me think of all the used car salesmanjokes, but Lokey presents itself as an up front dealership.I felt I should comment on my experiences just in case it is a trend in the sales team.I hope not, I cannot praise the service group enough.

I went to Lokey because they had the best used car selections in my price range. I dealt with Tanaka Adams, who by all accounts seemed a friendly and knowledgable salesperson. I do not assume that Tanaka knew of the scheme that his dealership tried to pull and so I blame only management for the fraud they tried to perpetuate. In March, 2013, I purchased a 2009 used Nissan Versa from Lokey. It had 500 miles remaining of a factory warranty. I purchased it for my 16 year old daughter. It was her first car. We drove it home with no problems. We didn't have occasion to drive it for the next week, because my daughter didn't have her operator's license yet. A week after we took it home, it began stalling, periodically. On the day she was to take her Operator's license test, the Versa was stalling every time the brakes were applied. With an hour to spare before her test, we were able to get a rental and she took the test (and passed) in a car she had only driven for 15 minutes that day. I then took the car to my local Nissan dealership. MY LOCAL dealership diagnosed it and told me that it needed not only an entire engine rebuild, but a new axle as well. Furthermore, they told me that LOKEY had attempted a partial fix of the problem, one that was good enough to get it off the lot and that's about it. Luckily, the car broke down while we were still within the factory warranty. My local Nissan dealership fixed it. They put in an entirely rebuilt engine and had to fix an axle that was damaged during the "Lokey patchjob", as I call it. It was all covered under warranty, thank God, because the cost would have been over $5,000. I had just spent $11,000 cash on the car, after having saved for over a year for it. My local Nissan dealership said that Nissan of North America would likely require Lokey pay them back for the repair, since there was clear evidence that Lokey knew the car was bad and just did a patch job to get it sold. I am a single mom who gets no child support. I was there WITH my 16 year old daughter. There is evidence that Lokey VW KNEW that we were buying her first car and they KNOWINGLY sold us a car in which the engine was shot. I have told everyone I know not to go to Lokey. I am going to send an email to Lokey and Nissan North America. I hope that one sale was worth it Lokey, because even though you technically only "lost" a single customer, I am going to spread the word about your dealership, far and wide.

I normally hate purchasing a new vehicle. I expect it to be a very unpleasant matter -- something more akin to a visit to the dentist. This was not the case this time. I must tell you I have never experienced such a professional and friendly atmosphere like I did at Lokey. I felt as if I had known these guys for years. Melvin, the Internet manager was professional, informed, and polite. He kept me informed at all times -- as did his Boss and everybody else. This was true of everyone whether or not they were involved in the purchase of my new vehicle. Aside from this I was very happy to find the car I wanted -- fully loaded and almost $2000 less than the closest competitor! I didn't mind driving 128 miles to have such a positive experience. Kudos to the professional staff. You have a customer for life.

James Wood was our salesman for our purchase of my wife's new 2010 Eos. This was a special order car with strict parameters of what she wanted with time restraints. Not only did he meet the car particulars, but the loaner vehicle was the same vehicle for her to drive while ours was being built at the factory. The dealership also met the price range we were looking for. His professionalism stood out as the best we have seen in many years of vehicle purchases. He also made sure that we experienced the after sales courtesies that you do not find from other dealers in this day and age. James was very knowledgable of the vehicles he was selling and could answer all the questions we had. I would highly recommend this dealership and James wood as their sales representative.Thank YouDon & Kathi Ralston

What an incredible experience in car buying! From our first interaction with George, who was awesome, realistic, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth...to our interactions with Ron who, as a General Manager, took a personal interest in our situation...to working with Peter, who was gracious, friendly, and wasn't out to "sell us more stuff" - our car buying experience was incredible. The most incredible thing was that these 3 men treated us like PEOPLE, not like a couple of "women" - they didn't try to be what so many car salesmen are these days...only in it for the money. These 3 men listened, worked with us, gave us an incredible deal on a car that fits all of our needs, and were true to their word. There were no surprises...and all 3 of them stayed well past closing time to make sure our deal was done. I love my VW even more knowing what a wonderful dealership I have to work with for all my future needs!
