Lewis-Long made a mistake while servicing our vehicle. I’m giving them a five star review because they fixed it promptly, and to my complete satisfaction. No one is perfect, but the true test of an organization is acknowledging when they make an error, and making the effort to make it right. Kudos to Amanda, the service advisor and Sam, the service manager for taking such good care of us.

If you want a vehicle, go see Brian at Long Lewis. He did not hassle me. He was very helpful. He ensure that I got what I wanted with a vehicle. The guy went above and beyond. I have been to other dealerships and hated life during it but Brian made it easy and enjoyable.

They have had our vehicle fir 10 days. The car came with the Ford certified preowned warranty. We are still without a replacement car and we are constantly being told that the warranty company wants more information. I was just informed that the car engine has to be torn down which could cost us $850 if the warranty decides not to cover it. But the warranty company will not approve the repairs without it being torn down. Which to me seems like black mail. No parts have been ordered so no matter what the warranty company says I’m stuck with having to wait months before we can get a running car. After the car was purchased just a year and a half ago.
