Service has gone to pot. The service manager is a great guy who takes care of the customer, but you have to fight through the weasels at the service desk in order to get someone competent and honest. We took our vehicle in to have the $44.95 oil change special just like we had done three previous times. This time the service writers tried to charge us $83 for the same service and chose to not honor the advertised coupon. The price was only brought up after services were performed. What a nasty bunch of snakes.

Could not have asked for a better experience buying our new vehicle. Mike listened to what we needed and made it happen in a timely fashion, was quick to respond to any questions. Alex from finance knew what he was doing and went over all of the charges so we didn't feel blindsided by anything. We were from out of state and they sent someone to the airport to pick our guy up, they were on time and courteous. Everything went smoothly and we are EXTREMELY pleased!!!!

I am flying 1/2 way across the country to purchase my new F-150 Diesel because Long McArthur gave me the best deal possible. A streamline process that keeps us coming back. This is our second truck purchased from Darin Lee. He goes above and beyond were local dealers would not , this how a salesman used to be . Darin is simply the best!!!

Overall great experience. Sales staff wasn’t pushy. They listened to my needs. They let the vehicle sell itself. Took some time to get an agreed upon price. Once a price was agreed on the rest was very quick and easy.

This place is awesome, plenty of selection with cars or trucks easy to talk to and will take care of all your needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and they have one of a kind models also which is how I found them. Prices are great and service is even better!!!!!!!
