My experience here at long of Chattanooga was amazing. Demetrius Bishop really took care of me. However I didn't purchase a car due to last min family issues but as soon as I get everything squared away I'll be back. I already know what I want thanks to Mr. Bishop. By far the best !!! Highly recommend this salesman.

Purchase of pre-certified Mercedes was the best experience we have ever had - from our home - not the dealership! The vehicle was brought to our home to test drive and all documents were handled at our home - we didn't have to spend 2 hours at the dealership getting documents signed. So far this has been the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle and we look forward to doing business with Long on future Mercedes purchases!

Neil Sobel did everything in his power to give me the deal of the century. When it came to the service department not taking care of me like I wanted he jumped right in there and got me the service I deserved. They will wash your car every week for free (every day if you really want). When it came out and there were still some bugs on the front fender he called them down on it and got it washed properly. He is one of the most involved and through salesman I have ever dealt with.

I just recently purchased a 2014 E350 from Long of Chattanooga. Perry was my salesman and he made buying my Mercedes a great experience. I went in looking to purchase a used but newer Mercedes, I was wanting to trade the one that I had in and upgrade. I must say the 2014 E350 that I decided to go with was a great choice! Not only is my car extremely nice, it was very affordable for the luxury that I was looking for. I am very please with Perry and his service and will be back to visit in a couple of years whenever it's time to upgrade again. Thanks Long of Chattanooga!

If you're looking for a nice car at a nice price then you need to check out Long of Chattanooga. I recently purchased a convertible and I couldn't be more pleased with the car, the price and the outstanding help that I received while making my decision on which car I was going to purchase. What I liked best was when dealing with Phillip Ashmore, who I believe was one of the managers, he wasn't pushy but he was straight forward with me and went above and beyond to make sure my convertible had each spec that I was looking for whenever I was ready to make my purchase. I would recommend Long of Chattanooga not only only if you're looking for a Mercedes but just a nice car in general.

Brent took care of me from the loaner car to my car. I have taken my car twice to a dealer in Rome,GA and they could not find my problem, but after 10 minutes Long service dept found my problem. Between the super nice and helpful personal to the mechanics that took care of my santa fe I highly recommend Long service department.

Terrible customer service. I bought a car here and could not get copies of the paperwork I signed. I had to keep calling for weeks. It's been two months and my car has not been registered and I dont have my tags. I've called Mike the sales manager and he said he would get back to me. Two weeks went by and I had to call him back. I also talked to Rick and he said my title person is right here I'll call you right back after I talk to her. He never called back. This dealership has given me the run around since I drove the car off the lot. How could a dealership not register your car you bought from them? I've not had anyone at the dealership take responsibility for this or apologize for their poor service. They just don't care I also had someone in their accounting department be so rude that as I was talking to her she just transferred me mid sentence. They did not pay off my car I traded and I got a late payment assessed. When I questioned the woman in accounting her response was don't worry about it unless you don't pay your bills on time this late payment won't affect your credit unless you have done this before. What total disregard for their customers. Do not buy from this dealership

It is not usual that when out looking for a car you find a true and honest salesperson that is full of unexpected surprises as Ardis. One great aspect of Ardis was his genuine self. The best salesperson is one who takes time explaining and making sure you are totally comfortable with the buying process . Customers deserve accuracy and fairness and that is what he gives you. My next car is to be a hyundai an I'm hoping to see Ardis there as my salesperson. I couldnt have done it without Mr Toney. God is so good!!!!!
