Great customer service! I had an early morning appointment. When I dropped my car off and explained what was going on Chris listened to what I had to say and asked further questions to help get an idea of what they were looking at. Longbine are great! Went to a shop with F in the name and they quoted an insane price. We were given money for it from a settlement, and we were going through with it. My wife called and they kept giving her the run around. Not sure if it was because they did not want to fix our car, or if they have a problem with females. Went to Longbine instead, and the price was way cheaper. They gave us a free recent year loaner, and fixed it fast. I also bought my car from Longbine, as they had the best deal and pushed to get us the best price.

This dealership was great! I just purchased a really great suv at a really good price! The employees were very helpful! I did the prequalification over the phone before driving down and they were able to get back to me within a couple of hours. I drove down the next day and after calling to let them know I was on my way they pulled the car off the lot for me. After making my purchase I was surprised to find that that had programmed the Navigation to get me back to my city! I would highly recommend this dealership, they were great!
