Chad was the one who assisted me in person on my first time at the dealership ... He was nice, down to earth, and very patient. He went out of his way to make it all possible and made sure I left the dealership in the car that I wanted which was a new 2021 dodge charger GT . The sales team was great! Super attentive when I was looking around The service department however is horrible! Customer service is obviously at the bottom of their priority list. Better off finding a hole in the wall chop shop / mechanic than going to this place

DO NOT submit your car service appointment "issues" via the online form. They will nickle & dime you. Its better to just bring in your vehicle and explain your issues in person. Ive been here many time to service my jeep, always very reasonable and straight forward services. This time a "newer" employee in the department is throwing crazy estimates from $3000 -$10,000 just after I brough it in for a simple service and tune up.

On June 1, 2021 I came to the LA CDJR at the Down Town L.A. dealership. I needed an oil inspection/treatment. The guy that helped me was Joe DiThomas. He has helped me before, when I brought my car in for another check up. Both times, he didn't hesitate to show his concern about what I needed. He was on point! I voiced my concern and he really did a great job getting things done, in a timely manner. Not only that, he helped me save some money! Great guy!!
