Please don’t buy here We have to stop this false advertising I went there because they show on internet a pro master city van for $17000 When I get there that price was not 17,000, only with a trade in, so I have to fight for a new price , they ask $22000 and we agree on $18500 . For that I signed the paper When the statement came from the bank the truck was $21000 plus another $5000 in dealer fees and taxes The paper that I signed is no longer there anymore . Because everything is electronically signed , you don’t see any numbers l. I went there to get to the bottom of it and the sales person knows nothing and the financial person doesn’t know anything . Even the manager came to me with a bad attitude Please don’t buy here …stop this

Let me start by highlighting my sales experience before visiting. The sales staff was uncommunicative, I left several messages for sales managers on the two occasions I attempted to visit to view a vehicle and didn't get a call back until I called three salesmen in a row and happened to get a manager on the phone. I asked for a buyers balance sheet before I made the long drive down to look at a vehicle after looking at all the terrible reviews about unreasonable fees and they agreed to send one over. Unsurprisingly, they failed to send over the buyers order, but I decided to drive down and look at the vehicle anyway since the price was right around what I considered fair if it was in the condition they claimed. I took the vehicle to another local dealership for an inspection for an extended warranty and for an unbiased opinion. The service department highlighted primarily, paint/finish issues and very bald tires (just below the legal sale limit of 1.6mm). The car was filthy despite them having over a week to prepare it for my review. I returned to Bachrodt to negotiate price for the paint problems and get a legal set of tires put on the car before I would agree to the asking price. When they put the buyers order in front of me all of these terrible reviews started to make sense. Despite having a good condition trade in that met their requirements AND agreeing to finance through their department, there was a $1995 "additional equipment" added on in addition to their standard dealer fees and processing fee, which was separate. I asked what the "additional equipment" was, and the sales manager claimed this was in the fine print but couldn't point it out to me in their advertisement. The sales manager claimed that this was for an extensive paint correction and protective film that had been applied to the car, despite having clear bubbling and visible rust on the exterior. Obviously this wasn't true - this was the first 100% clear lie that I was told. I remained calm and provided evidence for why that was clearly false. Then came the second whopper. The sales manager told me that the car had just had fresh tires put on by their service department. The tires were clearly from the previous owner and had rediculous stickers glued to the exterior, and were literally just measured at below the legal limit on the outside tread line of all 4 tires. He refused to budge on his outrageous additional fees, refused to honor his advertised price despite me meeting all of their fine print to avoid the extra fees, they refused to put a legal set of tires on the car, and they refused to negotiate despite the condition of the vehicle not being comparable to other vehicles for sale locally. BUYER BEWARE - This dealership will lure you in with an attractive price and then make up the difference in their predatory sales practices. The reviews don't do justice for how awful the experience is, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I included pictures of their fine print, where the "additional equipment" fee CLEARLY is not included in their advertisement, which is illegal. The sales manager the night before told me stories about the dealership being sued for false advertising in the past and it's completely unsurprising after my experience!

I've bought my last 4 cars from Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek Mazda. In the past few years service became a joke and I almost went somewhere else, but I kept coming back hoping it would get noticed. It did, the service department is doing a much better job and Greg Abbey again is now my rep and he goes way above and beyond to help in every way possible. I think I'll stay around. My car is now 6 years old and only 41,000 miles, but he even said the techs think it's like new. I do what I can, and then they maintain what's necessary. If you're questioning, stay. They are working much much better than they ever have before. The place is spruced up and if I ever have to get rid of the car, it will be a new Mazda right here. Thank You. Tom Susi

I went into the dealership actually just to look at the new MX-5. My 2006 MX-5 needed some work done and after figuring out the cost of repairs, decided that it was time for a new one. The Sales Manager was very accommodating as well as the salesman. They gave me a lot of information and then let me drive the car. We went over the trade-in as well as anything they could do to reduce the price. I was satisfied with the results and purchased the car. The Finance Manager was also very accommodating since I wanted to return with a check to put more of a down payment than just my trade-in and he let me take the new car and return with my check. All in all a very rewarding experience.

I particularly appreciate that this was one of the few times when I didn't have a coupon with me... yet, even before I said anything to the service technician, he took it upon himself to provide me with the discounted rate. This meant a lot, especially in light of my family having bought three cars at this dealership... having been faithful service dept clients... and our home being some 20+ miles away from the dealership. I continue to root for their service dept staffing to stabilize... and become more and more customer-centered.One more thought: I was saddened to learn that Lonnie has left the dealership (allegedly retired), because she more than anyone else I've encountered there truly understood all of the principles of high quality customer service.

I set out to drive a few new crossovers with intent to purchase. I wound up considering leasing, but told the salesman I wasn't comfortable doing that because I knew zero about it & I needed to go do some research. He assured me that if I got a better deal, he would match it. So I thought, what did I have to lose? About $3,000. I brought in a copy of the other, comparable (downpayment, term, etc.) offer and they ignored me. I emailed it to them and they ignored me. I responded to an internal review, and the general manager called me, asked me to come in & speak with him about it. When I did I was stonewalled for a few hours while the only person who dealt with me was the sales manager. He offered me a refund of less than 1/3 of the difference in offers. I left. I went back to again ask to speak to the general mgr, to see if he really couldn't do any better than that. He called in the sales mgr who said the refund was also now off the table. In the month after I took the car, I kept giving them a copy of the better offer and they kept asking for it again. Nobody with stellar credit should be led to believe that 400/mo is a "great deal" for a new CX-5 3/yr lease. There are zero-down leases for more expensive cars for less. It was a totally raw deal for me, and they demonstrated to me exactly why people fear and hate car dealers. I recommend going through a car-buying service, or at least completely avoiding this dealership altogether - or both.

I had my car fixed (body only) after a collision ;the bill was over $10000 I bought my corvette from this dealer and had a great experience with the previous manager Marcy and Bryan the tech.for a smaller body repair few months ago The new manager Al is the RUDEST person I ever encountered; he is so impolite,never available and really does not know how to treat the costumer,on top he took twice the amount of time to fix the car than estimated by the insurance. when I got the car back the lights were not working right and he never bothered to call back. I hope this manager will be fired soon. Meanwhile I am going to buy the new Corvette but I sure won't buy it from this dealer. I feel very bad about that because Jeremy at Service is a real treasure and I will be loosing him.

Everything was handled beautifully and smoothly. Someone met me at my car, opened the door and escorted me in. The process went smoothly, as I had been there before. The agent mentioned that they like to do a tire balance at between 15-20,000 miles on the cars, and since my car was almost there, would I like to go ahead and have that service. I agreed. So, he processed the paperwork and I waited in the very comfortable waiting area for about an hour and 20 minutes. They came to get me and I checked out, All services were performed well and efficiently. I have the service maintenance plan so I only paid for the tire balance, at a very reasonable cost Great service.

From the first phone call from Adam Mahmood to the minute we walked in the showroom and met Grayson, our salesma , we were thrilled. Sammy, the financial wizard was terrific too. The entire team made us feel like we were family and I now have the most beautiful red Mazda 3 2014, that you will ever see. I love this car so much. They have always gone out of their way to satisfy or attempt to statisfy any customer needing assistance. From the Showroom with Mr. Howard Bodner, Mr. Alex Marin,Mr. Adam Mahmood, to Sales with Mr.Camille Nehme, to Service with Mr. Jeremy Meyer, to the Back Office with Lisa & the Ladies to the Mechanics and all the Supvervisory, Sales, & Service personnel, it makes your visit each time a memorable experience. This dealership deserves an award for Outstanding Customer Service and Support and should be recognized as an example of what Lou Bachrodt represents to the public. After boarding a plane in Arkansas to fly to Miami with deal in hand, they sold car to someone else, claiming that someone had "wired the $" without their knowledge. I'd completed all paperwork and made deposit before flying down. The response of "sorry" was simply not sufficient. Very unprofessional.

Over the phone I got a good vibe from the staff on how determined they were to better serve me. The only thing that's getting annoying is their automated everyday emails about the new inventory.

My husband and I just purchased our first car together. Neither of us really knew what this would entail but thanks to the wonderful people at Lou Bachrodt Chevy / Mazda Pompano, this process was easy and painless. We are in LOVE with our new Mazda! our salesman Lester was absouletly fantastic! He took care of every detail for us and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout the entire process! Went to buy a car today. Sales Associate was kind however the manager had the worst attitude ever and he completely lost our sale. Its unfortunate that someone like this is employed here and treating customers with such disrespect. WOW!

Given the great reviews of the sales department, it is unfortunate that the services department of this particular Mazda dealership (located in Pompano Beach) is run by incredibly unprofessional management and staff. They have repeatedly failed to meet any of their promises (price or time estimates) and are unreasonably difficult to work with. They have ignored calls and messages continuously while working on the vehicle. It is difficult enough to not have a working vehicle for a couple of days, but dealing with poor customer service is the last headache anyone wants. I will never service my vehicle in this Mazda again.
