I just feel like going after shady businesses. This place will take your money and run. A few years ago I went to buy a Honda Fit they had on the lot, and I put $500 down to save it. The next day something just didn't feel write and I decided to back out of the deal. They refused to give me my money back and tried to show me on the contract where I had "checked a box" that would keep me from getting my deposit. The best part was while showing me this the "finance" lady tried to check the box while showing me as if I wouldn't notice. I was furious. Luckily I know people in the car business at large reputable dealers and they fought to get my money back because what they were doing was not best business practice. Why am I writing this now? Because small car dealers like this one will take your money and don't care what type of situation you're left in. The other reviews speak for themselves.

I would just look away from this dealer and shop elsewhere. I recently bought a 01 tacoma, they have a reputable reliablity, barely having the truck for 2 weeks my shock has busted off from the frame due to a major frame rust issue that was never addressed when I bought the truck and the area of the frame looks to be coated with paint to hide the rust. The truck isn't even drivable after spending $9k on it. Lou has zero respect for anyone and does not stand by his business, he had no intentions on wanting to make this right with me. I would not shop here, take it from someone who was absolutely robbed and now has a vehicle (less than a month in my hand) I hope I can get fixed but will cost me thousands of dollars.
