David was AMAZING!! We have 2 small children and live about 1.5 hours away. We explained with our children we couldn't be at the Dealer for several hours. David was more then willing to work with our needs, we started the process remotely got our approval. David called and told us we can head up finalize paperwork and pick up our ( new to us ) vehicle. Kristin the tech concierge was amazing too! You guys have amazing employees! Be sure and take care of those who take care of you!

I had spent the better part of a month visiting dealerships in Arkansas and Missouri hoping to trade in my Chevy SUV for a Jeep during this crazy vehicle shortage. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and interpersonal skills at multiple dealerships. A friend of a friend told me that if I gave Lou Fusz a chance I wouldn't be disappointed. Gus Loftis responded to my inquiry on the Jeep I liked within the hour. We scheduled a day to meet that weekend and he made sure to confirm our meeting time with me the day of. I had no expectation to take a car home that day but they made it so easy and affordable I was driving home in my new Jeep within two hours.

The service team is great!! I pulled in and Noah came right out he’s was is always so nice and polite. Raymond my service advisor was awesome he went over in detail what I needed for my car. Raymond asked what time did I need it back by I told him around noon it was ready with hour. Thank y’all for help.
