Purchased a used 2006 Subaru Outback with 110,000 miles on it.I took it to my mechanic and he told me he was very surprised by the quality of the car, and guessed it had 15,000 fewer miles than it did. Experienced a relatively minor issue with one of the wheels and they offered to cover the service costs at their location for no charge. During the process I contacted many dealers and looked at several vehicles of the same type. This car was in the best condition and the salesmen were clear and upfront. Thank you.

Normally I do not care much for reviews but I had to do this because of the exceptional service and the honesty I got from the dealership especially from Asif Jameel. If you want a quality used car that comes with the top notch customer service go to loudon used cars. I promise, you will be happy. On 4/16/16 I bought an 03 Mercury Mountaineer that has 115K and near perfect condition.

I usually don't bother with reviews, but our experience at Loudoun Used Cars was so great that I am compelled to write one. Buying a used car can be frustrating, but Asif Jamil was great to work with. If you're in the market for a used car, I highly recommend working with Asif. We looked at a lot of used vehicles before coming to Loudoun Used Cars and they were by far the best to work with.

We had a great experience with this dealership. Because we were over 2 hours one-way from the dealership, we had several phone conversations before making the trip. The car was as represented with the exception of a ding on the bumper. Asif was very helpful and we were able to negotiate a fair and reasonable price. Happy with the car and the service we received from this business. The only possible negative is that it is a little hard to find because it is behind some businesses.

Excellent people. I do not rate businesses online because I am too busy to bother. But, I had to do it for them. These guys are the best and no other car dealership even comes close. They repaired my car after I noticed some errors. They could have said no, because no warranty was implied but, they did repair it. Great honest people. Try them, you will be surprised. God bless them so much, they are honest and great dealers. They have no gimmicks just honest people.

Great car. Had an issue after purchasing with the battery. I had to replace it during the snowstorm because their lot wasn't yet plowed. After replacing it, they refunded my costs for the battery! Excellent used car dealership. I have had the car for two months now and am EXTREMELY pleased! Will definitely use them again.

Asif is probably the best used car salesman in the country. I bought a 2005 Subaru Outback and has some issues with the title and he fixed it pronto. What a guy! So, if you're looking to purchase a used car, look no further than Loudon Used Cars! Pete

Asif and the team at Loudoun Used Cars provided an excellent car buying experience. From the quality of cars they sell to the information they provide on the vehicles, financing terms, etc, they are complete professionals. I had a trouble with the first car that I bought from them and they were willing to exchange it for another car, which is great. They are honest and upfront with the car. I have bought 2 cars and exchanged one car from them. I will definitely visit them in future to buy a car and refer my friends too. They help you out even with worst credit history.

I purchased an SUV for my daughter almost three years ago from Ali. She has had only one minor repair since the day she purchased it. The price was very good, the ease of the purchase was great. Ali answered all of our questions and had plenty of patience for our many test drives. So when my 16 year old son needed a car it was a very easy choice, back to Loudoun Used Cars. When we walked onto the lot Ali saw me and remembered me from three years ago!! My son test drove 12 cars over three visits. As in the past no pressure and lots of patience. My son found the perfect car at a great price. After several weeks he had an issue with the exhaust system. I called Ali and he told me to bring it in. I was shocked that he was willing to have his mechanic look at and repair the issue at no cost. It was a pleasure dealing with Ali and when my 15 year old daughter needs her first car I know where I am going.

Asif and the team at Loudoun Used Cars provided an excellent car buying experience. It was a no hassle process but they were readily available to assist at all times. The car was delivered clean, at a reasonable price, and with a warranty. I could not ask for more. I bought a 2000 Crv for my gf from them he showed me the Carfax report with out even asking for it, let me test drive it and even negotiated with me was very understanding on what I was looking for. I will buy anther car from them in the future when I am looking, any one in town that is looking for a good car that won't busy you're pockets this is the place for you then. This is an HONESTLY run business - Ali is a stand-up owner of the business and he stands behind his cars. He buys good well-running vehicles and then has his mechanic go over them carefully before he offers them to the customer. He will tell you straight-up the details of any car- its good points and what trouble may occur based on the age or make of the vehicle. I bought a 2004 BMW 325 xi. The only problem was minor- side mirrors that needed to be fixed so that they could be adjusted electronically from the inside- not a deal-breaker for me in the least. In the first week I had it, there was a mechanical issue but he had it fixed at his expense and it runs beautifully now- absolutely no problems, and the cost was more than reasonable! I tell everyone I can about this business because my experience was so great!

After looking at some car dealerships I decided to go to Loudoun Used Cars and I am very happy with my decision. The service is great and the cars too.I am an Audi lover and was looking for a used Audi in good condition and at a good price. I thought it was going to be a difficult task, but no. I bought a beautiful and perfectly kept used Audi A4 from Loudoun Used Cars. Pristine painting, new tires, very clean inside, and the engine working perfectly with a recent timing belt and water pump change. I believe they have a nice selection of Audis and Volkswagen. So far so good with the car!

Bought 2 Great Ford Explorers from Asif and Ali. A mint 2004 for myself and a 2002 for my daughter. Always had good luck with Explorers and both of these were clean inside and out and run great. A minor issue with a door ajar light was handled right away. They were honest with the condition of the vehicles and showed me both CarFaxes. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from these guys, in fact, they are looking for a Jeep for my son as I write this. Thanks guys! Pete

If you are looking for a used car, I highly recommend you visit Loudoun Used Cars first!!!! My husband and I were searching for a used car for our daughter. We had a specific price range and our primary requirement was that the car was safe and reliable since she would be traveling on an isolated road. While researching used cars on line, I came across Loudoun Used Cars. Based on their mission statement and reviews, we decided to make trip from Southern Fauquier County to Leesburg. Ali and Asif offered a friendly environment, with no high pressure sales tactics. We were able to negotiate a fair and reasonable price for a Honda Accord that included a 90 day warranty. Since the car had a current inspection, but did not have a sticker for the oil change, I decided to take the car to a Honda Dealer to have the oil changed. After the oil change, the Honda serviceman informed me the car's front outer tie rod ends were severely worn and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I was stunned as the car had a current inspection. I immediately contacted Asif who did not feel this was the case, but without hesitation, agreed to fix and bear all the cost of the repairs which were outside the warranty. Asif was extremely considerate, promptly scheduled the repairs, and provided me with a loaner car on the day the repairs were performed --- customer service at its best!! When I went to pick up the car, we met with the mechanic and he showed us the "old" tie rod ends. Asif was correct in his initial assessment....the tie rod ends did NOT need to be replaced, but out of courtesy and peace of mind to my family, he did so anyway. (I might add this was the second time the Honda Dealer has told us we needed repairs when in fact we did not --- I will not be returning to that Honda Dealer.) I can not speak highly enough of my experience with the gentlemen of Loudoun Used Cars. The are men of integrity and as honest as the day is long! My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience and our daughter is thrilled with her car! In fact, we plan on being return customers in the Spring.

Awesome experience so far with this dealer! Great costumer service, prices, and cars. I just purchased my Chrysler sebring and i love it so far. When first saw it, i liked the car; however, after checking the engine, it presented some issues. After talking with the owner of the dealership, he took care of it without charging me for the repairs. I bought the car with money that i have been saving for years and i think i found the right car with the right people. Loudoun Used Cars have great deals and they understand their costumers, which i appreciate from them. Great guys, keep like that!!!

This was my 1st time going to Loudoun Used cars and I was very impressed with the professionalism shown me and my daughter. It was her 1st car and we were able to find a car with all of both of our wants and needs fulfilled (safety, appearance, price along with running condition). They did everything to insure a smooth buying experience. The customer service after the sale was very impressive. My daughter is very happy with the car and we will recommend them to our friends and family.

Ali showed me an exceptionally clean '98 compact, with unusually low mileage, in my low price range, and negotiated a deal that I believe was straightforward and fair. My mechanic subsequently looked over the car and confirmed that I had gotten a good deal. I have driven it for a month now, typically about 65 miles a day, and have no complaints.

Came to Loudoun Used cars 3/4 months ago...looking for a car for my son,test drove a 2002 BMW 325i we liked the car. Both guys Ali and Asif were quite helpful,not pushy at all,worked on price,gave me a warranty in the same price and went beyond to my expectations and got a good deal not only on 3 months payment time period but even 0% APR/interest.I never saw dealer like that who sell car in nominal down with no interest. The day I paid off the car i asked them another favor if they can sell one of their another 2003 525i for my use.Since that day i paid off my son's car therefore didn't have the money but they happily accommodated me and sold me a car on almost no down and my family is enjoying both cars only due to this dealership. In future I will definitely recommend every body looking for used car to just visit this dealership,will feel comfortable and secure in buying used car.

I have a marvelous experience with this dealership. We were looking for cars online and saw one of their inventory car. After reading their reviews, we decided to meet the dealers.They treated us like family and finally we chose Acura with a very good price. Later after one month, Acura was having some issues and we wanted to change the car, but was skeptical whether the dealer would accept to change the car. We were surprised not only he accepted to change the car, but also he gave us a great deal on FORD TAURUS with very less miles. Now, its been a while and we are not having any issues and we decided to buy a nice car from the same dealer.

A friend of mine was looking for a car and she had found a 2001 VW Passat at Loudoun Used Cars. I generally don't trust salesmen, but Ali did his very best to make us feel comfortable, along with being incredibly honest. We put down a deposit on the VW and he honored his word about keeping it until we came back to get it, despite the many offers made on the car. The perfect salesman doesn't just care about making money - he is also trying to uphold his morals, which Ali did. I would definitely recommend him to those in need of a used car, especially if they're looking for someone they can trust.

Drove down from Upper Marlboro, Md. to see a used Honda Accord. Test drove it, and couldn't agree on a price until a few days later. Stopped in on Saturday, February 22nd to look at a few Jeep's that had been listed on their website. When searching online, most places and images on the computer of the vehicle don't match when you visit the lot. In the case of Loudoun used cars, it was different. I called the dealership the day before and let them know I was planning on coming up to look at a few Jeeps. Once I got there, I was greeted by the owner, who was very friendly. He let my wife and I test drive it with no problems. He knew we were with a budget. He was very willing to work with our budget. Very nice and friendly service. The buying process was painless. Quick and effortless. Nice facilities. All around, WONDERFUL buying experience. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

I bought a very nice PT Cruiser from Ali. He was a great help in addressing any concerns I had before my purchase. The car was a great value and I'd recommend anyone looking for a used car to checkout their selection. Being a new comer here in US from China I was searching online for a vehicle. I noticed vehicles with this dealership seem to be comparatively better in prices than others. I chose a 2006 Odyssey which I found one of the cheapest VAN online with well kept history. I visited dealership, the guy there gave me full assistance, didnt push me to buy the car even he let me take my time to inspect the VAN in all aspects and explained me everything (either good or bad) about vehicle . He also worked on the price and we got a great deal. I will definitely recommend everybody looking for used vehicle must try these guys.

Fair prices reflect desire to sell cars and not become permanent fixtures on Cars.com. Rep's are helpful, provided full Carfax history and allowed me to take vehicle to an authorized dealer for pre-purchase examination. Vehicle needed some work, but final price including cost of repair was still lower than competitor prices. Car runs great & I'd recommend to family & friends.

I came by after getting low-balled by Carmax (never trade in there - they take advantage of convenience when buying a car) and was treated like a king. I got a fair price for my Infiniti. I then realized I forgot my parking decal in the back of the car and they worked with the new owner to return my decal in a couple weeks before I had to pay $150. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I was looking for used car under $3000.I searched my desired vehicle online and ultimately found loudounusedcars having vehicles within my budget.I along with my brother visited there.I found both of these guys Ali and Asif so helpful,friendly and professional. After a little negotiations got a SUV far below than my budget.The story didn't end up here, though I bought this SUV AS IS and they mentioned during deal they wouldn't be responsible of any post sale mishappening but after a week the vehicle started misfiring and just to get opinion I contacted them.They not only came to my place took my car to their mechanic in sterling and paid for the replacement of 2 of bad coils and plugs themselves.I'd never seen this type of customer care before.I will definitely recommend these guys to buy used cars.
